I bought ifb make 1.5 tone split ac in 1st week of may. Installation completed on 08th may. On 22nd july night ac outdoor unit stop working and the same night i register my complain on ifb website, next day 23rd morning i again register my complain on ifb customer care no. ([protected]) it was promissed that complain will attend in 24 hr. But nobody visited even in 48 hr. Next day 24th, i again call customer care, he give me mr. Nilesh mob no.. Mr. Nilesh connect with some local agency, lady seating over there told me that on your name no complain register till date, even in record you are not showing our customer. Again i call customer care, he give me mr. Bhadresh mob no. Mr. Bhadresh told me that he is no handling my area. Again i call customer care no. Now executive confirm me that by mistake he book my complain as demo complain not service complain.in their record my installation completed on 08th may, even though he book my complain for demo, even he mention in call that outdoor unit not working,, ac not working..... Such a worst experience in my life. Even on my 4th or 5th call to customer care, he talked to my rudely and when i said that i will go to consumer forum, instead of trying to convince me, he said that do whatever you want, its your choice and he put the phone down. Such a worst product and worst ever service experience
