I had complained to the ifb complaint cell a week ago about the problem of water droplets coming from my air conditioner but no action has been taken so far. The summer season is in full swing and life without air conditioner is just unimaginable. Kindly send a technician from the service centre to look into the cause of water droplets leaking out from the ac. This is my second reminder to the complaint cell and many reminders have been given to the ifb distributor, bhagwati enterprises amritsar. If no action is taken within 3 days i will have no option other than complaining at the district consumer court. Please send the technician asap to : 36-c hukam singh road, street no. 4, amritsar, punjab.

    Sub: ifb washing machine not working

    Non-working of ifb washing machine senator dx in complaint no [protected] dt.[protected]. But the service engineer in karur is not attending to the problem even after many telephone calls made to him. Today, he hasnot even attended the phone. Kindly do the needful to get the washing machine repaired, as i undergo much hardships and mental agony due to the repair for the past 20 days...
    Imy ifb washing machine is under amc and i am in karur service center.in spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine, i am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude. Service is very poor.. And not response service manager and executive manager two person mobile no: [protected] and [protected] then immediately action to

      The customer service of ifb in kurnool, ap
      Are so, irresponsible they don't attend their services and don't the send the technicians. We have even done amc they donot send the technician's. Very poor customer service are been provided by ifb company. I don't understand why company is providing such poor customer services very regretted with the ifb for providing such poor services to its customer.

        My IFB washing machine 5.5Kg went out of order on 11 July 2018. I called the local authorised service agent in Bangalore for repair, who said a person by Name Raju would be contacting me to address my complaint. To this effect I received an SMS also to My MP from india times.com confirming the same. But the SMS had no details of contacting them back except the telephone no of Mr Raju. He however, contacted me and arrived at my house on 12 July 18 and checked up the machine and said it needs replacement of mother board which has failed and it costs Rs 7250. I agreed for it and the next day he brought the same and fixed it on my machine and started it to show me it was working. He did not demonstrate that in all settings the machine was working properly. However, I found after two days that settings of Saree & wool were not working. I called him and asked him to replace the mother board as it was defective. He sent a man to check it who also agreed that it was defective. From that day onwards I am talking to him over phone everyday and he simply says that he will send a person same day but that does not happen. On his receipt it is printed that he is an authorised service agent for IFB washing machine. I doubt his intentions very much now. As he has given a warranty of one year he has got an obligation to replace the same free of cost. I hereby request you to take up the matter with him and get the defective mother board replaced.         I just now got a call From Service Manager IFB Bangalore who said that he can send a service technician from IFB who will set right the fault whatever it might be, but I will have to Pay the charges to them again. Asked as to why, he said the services from whom I got that is Sri Venkateswara services No.73, 4th, 8th cross Vijayanagar Bangalore-560040 is a spurious company not authorised by IFB as a service agency. Surprisingly his receipt given to me shows IFB emblem with authorise partner printed on it & also some pictures of IFB make machines. I got his reference after I called a website firm which claimed that it is authorised IFB service agents. I have already sent you the phone no of that agency in Bangalore. He also said that I have to proceed legally on my own against the above firm as they cannot take any action. Thus I am left in the lurch. I told him that they have to weed out such agencies in the interests of customers but he was not willing for any action. This is very bad. I will post my experience on the web so that people like me are not taken for a ride. I hope that you will do something, as going legally against the firm will not fetch results in spite of spending time and money

          I'm guhan from tiruppur.my washing machine got repaired like 15 days back I complained and those engineers came said it's fixed and then it got repaired like 5 times and then at last they said that machine should be taken back to the workshop and get fixed.they took the machine and it's been 10 days and they said this machine is not going to work buy a new machine and said that they will get 20% discount on the new machine and it's been like 10 days and no response from the engineers I have even call the customer care and complained about this but I have no proper response.now these staffs of if are saying it will take 10 more days to get processed.i have all proofs and call recording of those technicians and customer care.please do take proper action on this issue.if it is not possible please let me know and I will take further actions through consumer court.

            Sir
            I, emmanuel devaraj, had a issue with the ifb microwave oven and called up the servuce centre at madurai, tamil nadu. Initailly there was no response for 15 days and later when i enquired about the delay they asked me to contact another service provider. I did the same and a service person came to my home without any tools and gave a glance at the oven. Without checking the oven properly he asked me to bring the oven to service centre and left my home. It was unpleasant to see an ifb authorised service person behaving in such a manner. I request you to take necessary actions to service my ifb microwave oven. I am old customer of ifb and it's disheartening to see a service person acting in such impolite manner.

              Water is not entering in to the machine, may be because of clogged filter. I have called local ifb technical people 5 days back, till now they have not turned up. Called toll free for support, received sms but not technical support. Very sorry to say... Ifb... You are pathetic when it comes to service support.

                I bought ifb make 1.5 tone split ac in 1st week of may. Installation completed on 08th may. On 22nd july night ac outdoor unit stop working and the same night i register my complain on ifb website, next day 23rd morning i again register my complain on ifb customer care no. ([protected]) it was promissed that complain will attend in 24 hr. But nobody visited even in 48 hr. Next day 24th, i again call customer care, he give me mr. Nilesh mob no.. Mr. Nilesh connect with some local agency, lady seating over there told me that on your name no complain register till date, even in record you are not showing our customer. Again i call customer care, he give me mr. Bhadresh mob no. Mr. Bhadresh told me that he is no handling my area. Again i call customer care no. Now executive confirm me that by mistake he book my complain as demo complain not service complain.in their record my installation completed on 08th may, even though he book my complain for demo, even he mention in call that outdoor unit not working,, ac not working..... Such a worst experience in my life. Even on my 4th or 5th call to customer care, he talked to my rudely and when i said that i will go to consumer forum, instead of trying to convince me, he said that do whatever you want, its your choice and he put the phone down. Such a worst product and worst ever service experience

                  Dear sir,
                  This is regard complaint number [protected]. Pl note that service engineer from harinag enterprises visited my home today.
                  After checking the washing machine, he informed that the belt needs to be replaced (Though the belt was not having any kind of damage, i was informed that belt has become loose). I was charged rs 780 for the same.

                  Could you please clarify on below points.
                  1. Does the rubber belt needs to be replaced if it is loose (Not even a single damage/worn/torn mark in any part of the belt)..

                  2. Since my washing machine is only 9 months old, it is still under warranty &the belt is also covered under warranty. I read the warranty terms in manual & its says as below.
                  Pl advise why was i charged for the belt which is still under warranty?

I, draft this mail to bring to your kind notice about your incredulous and unethical trading activities, inefficient and careless attitude towards your customers, your inability to serve your customers in compliance with your vision and mission, in the form of supplying a defective piece with its top lid being developed with a major crack. I am terribly dissatisfied with your service in regard to this issue and urge you to take immediate action and put that on the highest level of priority, thereby, replacing the defective product with a healthy one at your earliest.

                      We purchase washing machine on 20.4.2018 from vijay sales and the machine was not operative as after its installation it took water at spin mode so, we replace the machine with new one after 5 days from the date of purchase. But now when we received the replaced machine, again we face the problem of machine failure, it doesn't clean the clothes properly, the wire breaks down, it tears our clothes and it makes burning smell as well... Etc. We are dissatisfied with the brand as we spend huge money and not avail benefit even for single day. Now, we want the refund as soon as possible and we want ifb to recall the product and provide the refund to us. We also suggest ifb to discontinue or shut down the business operations for this particular model i. E. 7 kg aqua top load model as customer is facing issues. Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis.

                        Waiting for service more than 50 hrs, poor response from the customer care,
                        i dont want mention the name, but they committed issue will resolve by today 10:00 am (23.07.18) till now 18:27 issue is not resolved, planning to go for consumer court, continuously doing followup with the customer care but they are not giving proper response, for every call they are keeping on hold for more than 15 mnts and they are not allowing me to speak to higher officials, they are acting like the floor supervisor is the ultimate authority. very bad and worst service, i decided not to purchase any IFB item and request all others also think twice before purchasing any IFB product.

                        this is issue is since 3 weeks, i have discussed couple of times to your customer care, one of your floor manager took the responsibility to resolve my queries, since 10 days am trying to speak to her, but your executives are keeping me hold for long time and saying the we will arrange call back, but its happening.
                        there 3 issues out of that only one is solved.
                        my request, please arrange a call back with senior officer.

                        my humble request to customers, please dont go with any of IFB product, they wont give service about that they wont respect customers.

                          The ifb washing machine was not working. I contacted the authorized service center the service center charged rs.4863 being the cost of pcb less the older
                          Pcb whether the amount charged by the service center is in order.?
                          Further the technical representative has given the proforma invoice for rs.4863 without segregating gst. Let me the amount charged is in accordance to the company?

                          I’m tired of calling but there is no follow up whatsoever. The contact numbers they give are invalid.

                          They are not available on call after 5.

                          The phone automatically gets connected while explaining the problem to the executive.

                          I’m almost on the verge of declaring this brand as worthless.

                            I have purchased ifb 1 ton split ac from local dealer near me because of its 5star ratings as shown on product but i am very disappointing from the first day of purchase after 1or 2 months i faced water leakage problem from indoor unit ifb technician comes and temporarily resolves the problem but after 2 days again same problem persists and till problem does not resolve even i didnt get 3 free services mentioned on the product very poor services

                                I have ifb washing machine from last 4-5 years and taken there insurance or warranty what ever they call it, my concern is from last 2 weeks machine is not working and dryer is not working, water is stored inside of machine also, we are regularly calling ifb person but i dont understand why are they not repairing it properly such a good company machine

                                  My ifb washing machine elite front load just went out of warranty and there came an error of the pcb board. Paid 8.5k for a pcb with warranty from authorized center global agency in chembur and the very next day got the same error. They took 2 weeks to come back and the technician suggested that they will replace the pcb as it is under warranty. To our surprize we waited and waited for them to procure the part from goa ifb unit and it has been 1 month they still have not got te board. After many many follow ups they manage to send someone yesterday promising he will get the new board. He (Amritlal) came empty handed and now says it is a motor fault. The agency's way if handling accessibility to numbers and responsiveness is third grade. The back office person harish has done false promises 3 times and does not pick up calls made to him 50 times. The agency manager mr s s sharma's phone is perinially off.

                                  My question is - why are you even here to sell your products when yoi dont have service mechansim and do not do quality check of services from your authorized centers.

                                  I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude. No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.

                                  We havr always admired the brand ifb from childhood. Sorry to say but the image has gone down the drain with this kind of service. You can call me at [protected] in case ifb is interested to address my concern or else you have anyways lost a faithful customer and now it will be many more. - pankaj s

                                  Again spent around 15k with new motor parts from same ifb agency . Same error in 1 day. Now ifb guys are too busy to even attend. Just the case if looting customers and replacing expensive parts like pcb and motor with resolving issues
                                  Poor customer support . They commit for service and never call back every time. executive are even pathetic. They never listen customer problem.
                                  I think they need proper training and better customer handling.

                                    I purchased a IFB Dryer on 14 July 2018. It took 2 days of follow-up for the technician to finally show up to install the machine. Please note that he did not bother to call up before coming and when I asked him why he did not call, he said with a lot of arrogance, "What, I got a call from the company, I came na?"
                                    He explained the workings, but did not stay to ensure that the machine was working fine. I waited for an hour for the clothes to dry, but they didn't. I called up the technician, Mr. Suraj Rai, and told him what the problem was. He said that he will come the next day between 12 and 1. I reminded him to call before coming.
                                    I waited the whole of next day for him to come and finally called him. He said that he tried calling but could not reach me (the rest of the world had no problem reaching me!) and he has gone elsewhere now. He would come by 7 in the evening. I also called the customer support number and told them everything as well. I was once again reassured by them that my problem would be attended to but nothing happened! Mr Suraj Rai also did not show up!
                                    The next two days I again called and told them how upsetting this was and they again gave me hollow assurances. Today at around 1:00, I called again and asked that the senior/ manager speak to me. I was told that in one hour he will call. Instead, I got a message saying that my complaint has been closed!! I have never seen such pathetic service in n my life!! I would never ever recommend IFB products to anyone!! My ticket number was [protected].

                                      Washing machine is out of warranty. We contacted IFB customer care as our machine was not working. The technician came by the name Feroze. He belonged to Global enterprises, with whom IFB may have a tie-up for servicing. He told us that we should get AMC done for which we paid ~4K. He said there is a problem with Shock absorber and asked us to pay INR 2000 in cash to get the replacement part. He said he will come next day but he has not come back even when it is one month gone. We tried to connect with IFB customer care but they send different technician who all say different things and ask for more money.

                                      Desired solution: We want our money for AMC back as it was sold to us giving incorrect information and money for shock absorber back as well as the same is not given to us
