I bought ifb washing machine 4 years before. Still my free service not attended by any of your service engineer. I tried many times through customer care phone numbers, but nobody not properly responding my phone calls and still date no one not attending regarding the above mentioned.

I am totally unsatisfied with your service. Now my machine condition was too bad. Kindly revert back immediately for the free service.

I register complaint against microwave in ifb service centre. Technician comes and said 3 parts are damaged n expense will be 6000 then amc can be of rs 2124. N u will complain after 20 days again then part will be change. I complained again after 15 days and a another technician come and said just fuse is damaged and its cost of just 25. Ifb washing machine senator 6kg is not working. Drum is not rotating. So washing is not carried out. Water is filling in the drum and drains out automatically, when the knob reaches in position. Incoming water source is clear. Water filter cleaned. Electric connection is in order. Motor is working but the drum is not at all rotating. Contacted alwaye office, they suggested to book complaint. During warrany period pcb board has been changed five times. But problem not rectified till date. Now asking for amc for their own inefficiency. Cud not resolve the problem first it shud be resolved at ur end. Now warranty getting over on 6th june 2018 n no action has been taken.in case pcb goes off again u expect me to pay 4500 every time.

Even, without checking the machine properly, he told me that a part has to be replace and would cost 4500.
