Hi,
I am a new customer of ifb. After one month of purchase, my so called inverter ac stopped working. I registered a complaint on 21 june, 2018 4:30 pm. The technician took more than 24 hours to visit my place which was also after doing multiple follow ups. Finally he visited my place on 22 june, 2018 around 7:30 pm and after doing his entire analysis, he suggested one of the part has to be replaced and franchise where he was from doesn’t have that part, so, he has to raise a request to get an original one. On friday 22 june itself, technician assured me that it will get resolved with in a day or two. I called a guy on 23 june, 2018 (Sat) to check the status where he suggested me, he will update me in a short while. Since then no response from him. Now, on 24 june, 2018 morning when i called customer care department, i got to know that sunday is closed for technicians.
It’s been more than 72 hours of my problem and no concrete resolution whereas ifb commit to resolve the issue within 24 hours. Also, why did technichian promised to get this resolved with in a day or two whereas sunday is closed and why did he not inform me earlier on friday itslef. Why should customer suffer each time with each new product. There has to be an entity to validate such service level agreement.
Can anyone look into it asap as i am really pissed and if this can’t be solve than pls refund my money and take this dabba from my house.
