Hi, This is Suresh from Gudiyattam, Tamil nadu. My washing have some technical problem, so raised complaints at IFB care on 25.07.18 & it was on under warranty. Technician was attend the issue & told to replace the Drum with in a week. Later I keep on tracking after 15 days, initially the guy was told will be coming by tomorrow but he was not coming for the entire week. Later he is not picking my calls.

Then I raised the complaint against service center at IFB care on 21.08.18. They replied it will be sort out with in a day, but no response from them. When ever i am interacting with customer care, they keep on saying will rectify soon. Later they provided Gudiyattam IFB Agent Contact details & My district agent contact details. They also respond like that only. Always saying will rectify soon,

Again called to IFB customer care & informed my issue was not resolved, then they provided Chennai agent details & told they will rectify asap.

That Chennai representative person also not supporting, when ever i am calling he told will be sort out tomorrow nu. Till now no response from IFB entire team, complaint was rasied so many times at customer care &s till now no response.

Have so many interactions with customer care persons, technicians, agents. Now getting more frustration. My issue was not at all solved. Very very worst response from all the team.

    I am highly disappointed about the post sales service on the ifb fully automatic front loading washing machine. Till date the appliance is under ifb warranty.
    Problem: the door is jammed and it’s more than 35 hrs the clothes are inside the glove box.
    Resolution: we logged a complaint in the ifb support desk but till now no response from the technician?
    Ifb will have to bear the loss due to the poor service.

      I satish kumar, hv a w/m ifb senorita dlx 5.5 kg. I had bought amc for the same machine. On 04 aug 18, i hv reported a complain for some critical defects o[censored]rgent nature. The complaint no issued to me was [protected]. But in spite of calling several times, no one has come to attend the complain.
      It is requested to intervene n resolve it as soon as possible. Delay of action may lead to face legal consequences.

      Reference is made to the Tk No: [protected] lodged on 13.9.18. IFB rep inspected the W/M and found some defect in sensor part which needs to be replaced urgently to make the W/M serviceable. Later, he went off stating that he will replace the part as soon as possible. Till date, there is no response from the very person in regard to resolve this defect. Kindly, intervene and resolve..         My self prashant kumar registered mobile number to IFB APPLIANCE is [protected] I bought split AC 1.5 tone about 2 month ago . Recently I call ifb customer care for servicing of my AC as it does not cooling the room, customer care boy told me about technician will be visit at my address shortly till that time I made three time call on different days but still technician not visited at my address.This type of discrepancy will dilute your company name.
        Kindly arrange technician for my AC unless I take step to lodge complain at consumer court.

          I took amc for 2 years from ifb and during these 2 years, when ever i complained about issues with the machine, the technician comes, inspects and says there is no issue with the machine at all. He tries to sell dscal powder, washing liquids and other products but never addressed the complaint reported.in the last 9 months, i complained thrice about the same issue - makes noise towards end of the wash cycle but was not addressed. I get a message from ifb customer care mentioning to sms yes /no and i replied with a message all the times "no" but no action from them.in july when i replied no, another ticket was opened and closed the same day even though no one attended. I also complained to customer care person who said it would be escalated to local (Bangalore) office but nothing happened again. Last week when i complained again for the same issue, escalated to customer care, emailed the complaint about the past experience, i was assured by customer service representatives (Naveen, manisha) that they discussed the issue with local office and a senior technician would be sent. To our surprise, the same old technician who attended our complaints in the past attended and as usual he mentioned that there is no issue with the machine. He asked if we have amc and the moment we mentioned that we don't have, he asked us to take so that the repair would be covered which otherwise would cost us 4000 plus service charge. So, during the amc, there is no issue and once the amc expired, they try to sell a new amc or charge us for repair. Have complained thrice in the last 1 week about their way if addressing the issue and how they are trying to loot a customer but every time they say that i would get a call back from their manager but that never happened so far.

          Why are you charging me for repair when the same issue was repeatedly complained during AMC? You are cheating customers on AMC. When it's complained during AMC several times, your executive didn't find any issue with the machine but as soon as the AMC was over for the same issue, you are forcing me for repair. Then what is the use of taking AMC? Coz, during AMC, your executive was interested in selling washing powder and liquids and not interested in resolving the issue. Despite several follow ups, your bangalore manger was not interested in taking any action and the worst thing, he didn't even bother to call me to know the issue.
          I had complain on 22 august 2018 but still no technician has come for ifb top load 7 kg washing machine

            When I select quick wash program, it's displays 33 min, but after 1 min it gets hanged, even after 5 to 10 min, it shows 32 min remaining. Please send technician immediately. 20 days before same problem happened, when complained technician came, checked machine and told us problem is in motherboard, taken motherboard to lab, repaired and fixed on 2nd day, problem was solved. Billed Rs 3500 and given warranty of 6 months. But same problem repeated within 20 days. Need quick action against this.

              According to my complaint damaged IFB washing machine drum was replaced by authorized franchise by a new one. But there is a leakage in the machine. I have already reported the complaint to franchise, and they told me they will send a service person in two days.But they didnot come even after two weeks.

                This is to bring in your kind information that I bought an washing machine on 27th Oct 2016, Aqua model front load, in which I have been given full warranty for 4 years, and till 10 years it’s the service parts guarantee, now my question arises is this since when I bought this I have been complaining of something or other, now my panel and door lock isn’t working, after registering a complaint I just get a response from your team is this that I need to pay for the touch panel, why shud I pay when my electronics is in warranty, is this the service provided, if yes then I think I need to go legally as I m fed up from IFB now, i[censored] can get my electronics replaced that’s fine if not then I need to go thru to you legally…

                  Sir my washing machine is under AMC with IFB from 22/02/2017 to 22/01/2019 in the period of AMC this is the first complete I made regarding heavy vibration while spinning. My complete reference number is [protected] which is made on 27/08/2018 when they checked they told this spare parts are not in manufacturing for this unit. If there are no spares means why do they provide AMC for this unit. I demand a full refund of my AMC amount from IFB industries Ltd.

                  Regarding this issue I spoke to Executive officer named SIVA KUMAR he was telling we will refund only for the balance months amount and held the call which is not the good manner to deal with customer. Since I took AMC I haven't given any complaint for the washing machine this was my first complain to which they respond no spare. So this AMC is kind of scam provided by the company so I demand either full refund or replace the spare parts.

                    We had purchased a hot and cold ac in jun 2018. The problem being faced by us is the water leaks very badly. It is the third time that we are facing this problem. To top it all delay in services another aspect. Today is the third day that after lodging a complaint, I am yet to be visited by the service personals. My request is the AC is faulty then kindly replace it. It is also requested that the response by the service providers to be prompt in order to avoid any inconvenience to the customer.

                      Dear Concern,
                      I raised a Complaint to IFB service centre on23rd July with a complaint no as [protected]. The first visit made by the service person on 24th July. He did something with the AC in the outdoor unit and taken the service charges saying that it requires gas refueling. He said that tomorrow I will ask gas person to come and he will do the refueling. He came to do something on 1st of August but either the gas refilling was not done or got leaked the same day. He took his charges though they claim that if the gas leaks within 30days than they will do the service again. I called the customer care again & again since 3rd of August. Nobody turned up till 30th of August.
                      Today I got the message that your complaint no is [protected] is closed without charges.
                      I will surely complain to the customer care again for the same but IK feel IFB people are least bothered to take care of customers as I have called more than10times during this process.

                      I am really sorry to say this that your after sales service is really pathetic if a person has to take the help of this route it means there is a serious problem in your system. It seems your customer care executive who are attending the calls of the customers are not serious with their jobs or else they have been instructed the same.
                      I have continuously called your help line no around 10-12 times but not even a single satisfactory reply from their side. only reply is we have raised your complaint.

                      Anywhere on your website you do not have any email ID connect where someone can connect you.

                      I will really appreciate you should have some follow ups for closing the calls.

                        Recently i got a complaint of my washing machine ie elena steam of door lock system, ive registered a complaint through toll free no and technician visited and without opening anything he estimated value of 5, 500 saying door lock has to be changed and panel board also costing around 4, 600 and im very sorry to say ive repaired it for 600 from local tecnician. How can we believe in future of ifb for its un ethical service.

                          Recently, I purchased an IFB washing machine model no. TL-SDG 9.5 KG AQUA; ordered online on IFB website-Order no[protected] dated[protected].

                          I faced multiple issues, which I think should be formally communicated and narrated as follows.

                          1. I followed and called customer care executives (CSE) service multiple of times to get this product delivered. No CSEs were able to tell status of this order.

                          2. No CSE provided any service request (SR) number citing conflicting explanations; some said system/server is down, some said IFB don't give SR numbers; some said request forwarded manually to backend operations team. I am surprised to notice such highly unprofessional attitude from world largest consumer company helpline. Are your CSE fully trained or just there for the sake of it? Is this the way IFB operates?

                          3. Finally after multiple reminders and contacting IFB on Facebook, product was delivered on 25th Aug 2018 against estimated delivery date of 21st Aug 2018.


                          4. Problem does not end here.


                          5. Again, on the installation day (Afternoon 12.30 PM 27th Aug), a non-experienced Telegu speaking guy came who was nevertheless useless in everything. He could not balance the machine properly. Machine leaked from behind and he asked his seniors to come and see the problem. Later, we were instructed not to switch on the washing machine on the day of installation for few hours (till 4PM on 27th Aug 2018).

                          6. We switch on the Machine 4.30 PM on 27th Aug 2018. To our surprise, it vibrated a lot and a crackling sound came on spinning mode. We could not understand the reason and called the same installation guy. He was reluctant to come but on insisting and requesting finally he came at 8PM and said there is no problem and IFB machine works like this only.

                          7. On 27th Aug 2018, I raised a request calling CSE to fix the problem. He gave contact number of Mr. Nagesh. I called Mr. Nagesh multiple of times to send the technician. Finally, 2 technicians came at around 7.45 PM same day.

                          8. But both of them were clueless to deal and correct the crackling sound. Then, they called their senior mentor, an IFB engineer who inspected the machine from every angle and tried to fix it but couldn't. After 1 hour o[censored]nsuccessful struggle they declared machine defective and asked me to raise a replacement request which I did, called CSE 8.46 PM on 28th Aug 2018. The washing machine was fully opened and worked up every possible way, by this time. Is this the way a customer should expect handling of new IFB product?

                          9. Now, I am awaiting final and permanent resolution i.e delivery of a defective and faulty washing machine. This is clearly a deficiency in the services on IFB part.

                          Through this mail, I am writing to escalate the concerns and agony of being an IFB customer.

                          I hope senior management take a cognizance of this issue and take swift action immediately.

                            Machine is noisy while washing. It is kind of buzz noise. I never seem this kind of noise in other machine. Please let me know what is the problem. It is new washing machine that i have purchased and it is delivered on aug 27th.in lg machine i had no noise at all. This machine noise is too much.                               I had registered a complaint vide ticket no. [protected] on the 18th of aug. 2018 with customer care ifb. The issue was the heating of the dryer was not working. First they said the repair will be done within 48 hrs. Nothing happened again when i called they said it will take 72 hrs to resolve. The issue was referred to the local service centre at kalamassary, kerala. Received a call from [protected] ifb kalamassary service centre. They kept changing the date of service. Finally they said it will be repaired on 27th aug. But no one came. Around evening they said on 28th surely they will send the technician. But again after a full days wait on the 28th when i called them they said the technician was already out and will be visiting. But the day again passed without anyone attending the issue. Callous attitude, poor commitment, non compliance of process. Request the concern authorities to look into the casual and irresponsible service support thus causing a bad experience with ifb products. More calls were made to customer care they gave another number [protected] of one mr. Jonney who was an ifb official at ernakulam. But he too never attended the calls.

                                A front loading washing machine i purchased from ifb, that is still under warranty, recently developed a problem with its shock absorbers. Ifb tells me that shock absorbers are not covered under the warranty and i had to pay 4, 250 to have them replaced, even though their warranty states that all parts are covered for the first 48 months. The people who answer their phones can't explain the logic to me. And they don't have an e-mail address you can submit a written complaint to online!

                                So anyone considering buying an ifb washing machine for their 4 year warranty should know that it is worthless. Also something to keep in mind when they try and sell you the next amc. Buyer beware!

                                  I purchased ifb split ac on aug 23rd. The ac was installed next day, but ac failed to cool. The technician said he would need to come back and fix it. He has been trying to fix the unit for past several days, but couldn’t.

                                  It appears to be defective unit. I also filed service call with service center, they called but did not do anything.

                                  I have spend about rs. 42, 000 on the ac unit which hasn’t work from day one.

                                  I have tried calling the center i purchased from their line is always busy.

                                  Please help resolve this issue.

                                    My ifb front load washing machine is not working for past 2 months. I hav registered my complaint and it was not resolved yet. Technician visit and they hav changed the pcb board 4 times, door switch, circuit wire but still not able to rectify the problem. These people close the complaint without rectifying the problem and i hav to call the customer care and open a new complaint. There is no proper response either from the customer care and the service provider of my location. My machine is on warranty and hope this post may provide me with a solution.

                                      I complained regarding microwave technical person visited but he was not able to understand the problem. He just took 350 rs and went away. Still my microwave is not working. Also the persaon have full knowledge as he wad calling to another person again again for help. He told me thet he will come in next 2 days for repair but no response even no person from ifb take my feedback is problem resolved or not, i am very dissatisfied from ifb never gonna suggest for ifb product.
