I have a IFB washing machine (Elena DX).
For my machine, I have an AMC with M.V Enterprises, A.B Complex, Kattukulangara, Calicut. Receipt voucher No. [protected] dated[protected].
I really doubt the quality of parts used by M.V Enterprises during services. After every service, machine stops working in few days.
Machine again stopped working few months back. I have been continuously contacting IFB customer care and M.V Enterprises all this time for resolving issues in my washing machine. But all my efforts went in vein.
Service center is closing the complaint without my consent.
Again I am opening the complaint. New complaint [protected] is open for last 15 days. Service center is updating wrong feedback in the server like I had power supply issues which I didn't had.
I have contacted customer care center and I sent my mails also. I even contacted service center manager many times. Still nobody is interested to solve this issue.

On 24.08.18, IFB Mysore Associate (Mr. Dharmendra Gowda) calls me up after studying the pictures/ videos. Below were the points of dicsussion:
1. As per his knowledge, this kind of problem has never been seen / observed by IFB.
2. The top portion panel of the machine had caught fire, causing the burning of the machine.
3. As per the Associate, any electric equipment can catch fire after few years of running! so did it happen with my washing machine (In spite of him accepting that this is the first time that they are observing this kind of issue!)
4. I am offered a discount on purchasing a new IFB Washing Machine.
5. The burnt washing machine will be taken by IFB.
I clearly deny this offer of a "Discount". My reasons and questions to IFB are as below:
* I was given trust by my friends and colleagues that they have been using IFB Washing machine for 10-15 Years, without facing any problem ever! Which was the reason why I trusted and bought IFB Washing Machine. However, in spite of this trust I had on IFB, my Washing Machine gets burnt during running condition, with a hazard to my family's life and whole of house ammenities!
* Why should I trust IFB again, with a same fear of having the washing machine burnt and causing danger to my family's life?!
* Even if I trust IFB again, Why do I need to bear the expense of a new Washing Machine and the damage caused by the burning? Is it just because I have been offered some discount?
This is totally unacceptable! I am supposed to get a full replacement for the burnt washing machine, and definitely not a statement from IFB like the way I received today, "Any electric equipment after few years can burn!!" (Cause danger/ damage to you and ur family!)
