I have been using an ifb dishwasher for several years. I had a breakdown on 12th aug and registered a service request. The technician visited on 14th and said the switch was faulty. He came back with the switch two days later and after changing said the original switch was okay and the wiring harness needs to be replaced. I was annoyed that the problem couldn't be identified in the first visit and mentioned so. When asked what if the harness replacement doesn't solve the problem then he said he will replace the pcb and whatever components needed till the machine is working. Anyway i agreed to have the harness replaced and am still waiting for it. Its been 2 weeks and the machine is still not working. Such poor service. I expected much more from ifb. Are your guys not properly trained?

Dear madam / sir,

I have a ifb washing machine, which has not been working properly, making loud noises, for which i have complained on the 24th of july 2018, from the our registered numbers, and till date the matter has not been resolved. A technician named anas, visited on the 25th of july 2018, saying they will have to change the bearings, and within a week it will be replaced. Since then we have made calls to kapil sharma, manager at ifb dehradun service center, the technician, washing machine service center. I have asked several times to connect me to the senior floor manager of the ifb call centre[protected], where no one answers the call.
Moreover, there has been emails and sms sent to me by ifb, saying customer was not available, or the matter has been resolved. I have amc for my washing machine till 2019. Whatever was required by ifb we have catered to those regulations, when will your employees do your part?
If a company like ifb behaves like a ration shop, what can we expect? A bunch of lies and assurances is all that i have received. If ifb is trying to make money by forcing the customers into under table payments to the technicians, then they might as well stop the gimmick of the call centers and the amc. When i bought ifb it was solely for the quality of service, but i never expected this cheap double standard quality of you and your executives.
Well, this might just be another email to you, but trust me your sly attitude will not go unnoticed or unrecorded. You are managing a company where your people are inefficient and out blank liars. I am sure you are being lied to, also. Your executives are taking money from you and the customers, but are they made accountable for this kind of service and hypocrisy.

Hi ifb, this is in regards with my ifb machine which had an issue. I called up universal service which seems to be authorize ifb service center located in bangalore, they came home and charge 4700 to replace the drain pump. The agent mr. Nasir (Ph:[protected]) took the money and did not even wait to check if it is fixed. He was in a hurry to leave since it was late. After he left we realized that the drain was not working at all. I called him and he said he will come the next day but it has been 3 days and he neither turned up nor is picking my call or replying to my messages. He has given me a bill for warranty but the number on the bill is fake (I tried calling and it always says not reachable). I tried the number in the sms sent to me but that is also invalid. I tried to call them more than 10-15 times but he is neither picking my call or responding. Can you please help me sort this out.

We had purchased ifb washing machine 7kg few years back. We were about to shifting the house so we thought to get service for the machine... We call'd them.. They came and told by checking the machine it is working well, only thing is to change the rubber tubes which is connected to detergent board and washing drum. We thold them to replace.. After that he started telling to replace the drum bearing parts and then the main whole display unit... Hour by hour he was simply making the bill hike... Rather than getting a service from the ifb fellows we would have purchased new one i think... Very very very bad service by the fellows and the ifb center.

I have lodged washing machine paid complaint to service centre (Sco 2423, sector 23-c chandigarh phone number [protected]) on 11/08/2018. The engineer came of[protected] and checked the machine and said the machine is ok. He charged rs 350 and didn't gave any receipt. He again visited on[protected] and the drum problem was again shown to him. He adjusted the balance and said that shockers and gears require replacement after some time. The machine will work ok for the time being. The next day when the machine was put on full cycle, it stopped in between after showing error message. The same was reported to engineer and also to service centre. After this the engineer had not visited till date[protected] to check the problem.
The service centere is not giving any receipt of the cash given to engineer not taking any customer feedback after the complaint.
The company should be asked to resolve the problem immediately and issue the receipts for the cash taken.

Washing machine model ifb elena aqua sx 6kg 800 rpm, while in running condition, caught fire in my apartment.. Fortunately, somebody from nearby apartment smelled the fire, and put down the down by using fire extinguisher!. The severity of the issue is high since the fire could've spread and would've short circuited the whole of apartment electric cabling. Needless to mention about the life danger!
Request ifb to act on urgent basis and provide the best solution..

On 23.08.18, IFB Technician came to my house for taking pictures/ videos of the burnt washing machine.

On 24.08.18, IFB Mysore Associate (Mr. Dharmendra Gowda) calls me up after studying the pictures/ videos. Below were the points of dicsussion:
1. As per his knowledge, this kind of problem has never been seen / observed by IFB.
2. The top portion panel of the machine had caught fire, causing the burning of the machine.
3. As per the Associate, any electric equipment can catch fire after few years of running! so did it happen with my washing machine (In spite of him accepting that this is the first time that they are observing this kind of issue!)
4. I am offered a discount on purchasing a new IFB Washing Machine.
5. The burnt washing machine will be taken by IFB.

I clearly deny this offer of a "Discount". My reasons and questions to IFB are as below:
* I was given trust by my friends and colleagues that they have been using IFB Washing machine for 10-15 Years, without facing any problem ever! Which was the reason why I trusted and bought IFB Washing Machine. However, in spite of this trust I had on IFB, my Washing Machine gets burnt during running condition, with a hazard to my family's life and whole of house ammenities!
* Why should I trust IFB again, with a same fear of having the washing machine burnt and causing danger to my family's life?!
* Even if I trust IFB again, Why do I need to bear the expense of a new Washing Machine and the damage caused by the burning? Is it just because I have been offered some discount?

This is totally unacceptable! I am supposed to get a full replacement for the burnt washing machine, and definitely not a statement from IFB like the way I received today, "Any electric equipment after few years can burn!!" (Cause danger/ damage to you and ur family!)

I have a IFB washing machine (Elena DX).

For my machine, I have an AMC with M.V Enterprises, A.B Complex, Kattukulangara, Calicut. Receipt voucher No. [protected] dated[protected].

I really doubt the quality of parts used by M.V Enterprises during services. After every service, machine stops working in few days.

Machine again stopped working few months back. I have been continuously contacting IFB customer care and M.V Enterprises all this time for resolving issues in my washing machine. But all my efforts went in vein.

Service center is closing the complaint without my consent.
Again I am opening the complaint. New complaint [protected] is open for last 15 days. Service center is updating wrong feedback in the server like I had power supply issues which I didn't had.

I have contacted customer care center and I sent my mails also. I even contacted service center manager many times. Still nobody is interested to solve this issue.

Issue was regarding the noise while water rinse. First of all, 2 salesman came and wasted 5 packets of descale and charged rs. 850. Also they sold us the ifb essentials' top load liquid detergent with some protecta liquid. I think. They didn't know anything. Even while cleaning, they did something on door and door stopped getting locked after that, technician visited...

Hi,

After all above complaint details, 2 technician came to attend this issue and went back by saying will come back with required instruments to clear the same. But none of them turned up and not even picking the phone calls.

We really need a help to solve this issue from ifb as we are under warranty.

And not expecting similar way approach to a customer by poor service.

If no action is done shortly with regards of this issue we have to move legally for the penality.

Urgency - Super Urgent.

I purchased Elite plus - 7.5 kg washing machine in Aug. 2016 from IFB point Pune. After 6 months of purchase, Machine started giving problems related to PCB and touch buttons. The lamp provided inside tub is also stopped working.

Till now, PCB has been replaced more than 2 times, however problem is not yet solved. The lamp is still not working. I asked for replacement of machine to customer care but did not get positive response. It is surprising to know that IFB even doesn't have customer care email address.

I have paid such huge amount to get best in class machine but now I am totally annoyed with the kind of service IFB is giving. Last time it took 15 days to resolve my problem!!! I have kids at home and we are totally dependant on machine. imagine 15 days without machine is disastrous.

I need replacement of machine or my money back. Cannot continue with such faulty machine anymore.

I have Ifb washing machine. My door seal is damaged. I called service, Agra through customer care . They brought duplicate, damaged and dirty door seal. Was charging 600 for service and 800 for seal. New seal was looking duplicate and old. Called call centre many times but I guess service centre if Agra us cheating with us. Need immediate response
