I Nilesh Diwan as customer, I already complained raised on Dated 16 July 18 but after two days I am on waiting to solve my problem about new washing machine.

Hear I want to say your service is to much pathetic no one can to take initially handle to solve the technical washing machine problem and also eresponsible person of branch service center & can't to handle this with in the 24 hours services which is your promised.

    Issue : Heavy loud sound while dryer run. Not able to hear.

    1st Complained date : 19.06.18(approx. date)- They attended and told clutch failure we will return with part. After they will not come till date. And they cancelled our complaint too.
    In between we called them many times but no response.

    2nd complained date : 03.07.18 - (Ticket no-[protected]) Complaint not attended still.
    And they cancelled the complaint. Reason was call not attended(received from sms).
    But we never receive calls from them. Even we called them but no response.

    3rd complaint date : 08.07.18 (Ticket no-[protected]). It also cancelled by them with fake reason. We replied NO with your message.
    After i complained every two days once to IFB CC. They given 3 level numbers

    1. Saravan enterprise number ([protected] / [protected]) - (Worst response in my life history but they have my AMC money.)
    2. Service manager prabhakaran/sanjay - They first attended call and given commitment but they failed.
    After, he also did not pick the call till date.

    After every two days once i called to IFB CC. They given daily commitment, But it will happened from IFB side. We lose hope from IFB CC.
    I never expected this kind service from IFB.
    One month we are working in machine with heavy sound. I really lost my peaceful mind with complaining to IFB CC.

    We paid AMC amount but you dont want to service your customer.

    I am requesting you to clear the complaint otherwise let us go out from your AMC services and return our AMC money.

    We paid for no service.

      I have raised same complaint multiple times for 23l convection micro oven, but every time I am receiving messages stating “ticket is pending due to customer not contactable”. I have attached the images of the messages I am receiving. This is pure harassment, I have been using the same number every day, how can this be not contactable? Also I have provided an alternative contact number, I have not received a single call on that number too. Is this how you treat your customers? This is very disgusting please solve the matter ASAP

        Sir, I have taken an AMC for one year of my Senator Washing Machine 6 KGs AMC on 03 Jan 2018 having customer code [protected] with receipt voucher No 191700 under the name of Col S Srinivasulu, Principal Residence, BGS School, Barnala Punjab, 148101 and registered mobile number [protected] and mail id [protected]@yahoo.com. I have lodged a complaint with IFB service for repairs since the machine was not working with IFB service ticket No [protected]. Despite speaking to their service engineer and Area service Mananger for the last four months my machine has been repaired. Both the service engineer and Area service engineer IFB has been assuring me the repairs will be done today and have not attended to me giving frivolous reasons. I have been lodging complaints with their toll free number[protected] for help but so far no action has been initiated. This is case of customer harassment and may I request your indulgence on this issue.

          My IFB washing machine (under warranty period ) broke down.

          The service rep. replaced below parts as he claimed were faulty:

          A) 2 Load sensor rods : charged me Rs. 1750/- (earlier quoted as Rs.4400/- was reduced as I complained).He carried back the pieces – not even sure how he could infer that they were bad as the belt was broken.
          The machine vibrates even now
          belt - charged Rs 850/-
          The motor pump plastic part was replaced for free.
          The services person carried back the motor, the belt as well as both sensors
          Is this in order ? are not all the parts replaced free ? How do I know whether the Sensors were really bad.

            Hello, I had an issue with my Ifb washing machine senorita vx 6.5 kgs. The person who came for repair said that the new one costs 8000 and to repair he asked 4000. What ridiculous pricing is this? What is the cost of the new pcb board or repairing it. In a complaint filed by someone I saw that the charges asked by your service man was 5500. Which was also on the higher side. Mine asked for 8000. This was the first time I had to call the repair man and I am really paranoid.

                I booked Serena Aqua SX (7 Kg ) washing machine with M/S Vijay Sales, Tip Top plaza, Thane (W) on 12th July 2018. The tax Invoice no: V.no: 190-R-SI 35068. Dt:[protected].
                The machine was delivered on 13th July 2018.
                I got message from IFB on 14th July 2018, stating the the ticket no is [protected] and company representative will visit shortly for installation, but nobody turned up.
                I spoke with IFB's Customer care on 15th July 2018, for speedy installation.
                On 16th July 2018, i received message from IFB, stating that the my Ticket no:[protected] is assigned to IFB service technician, who will contact me shortly, but neither i got any call nor anybody turned up for installation.
                Today evening, again i spoke with IFB customer care representative, who gave me Branch Manager Mr. Joshi's Cell no:[protected], and landline no:[protected]/81.
                Even after several attempts to connect with Mr. Joshi, he neither picked up any call, nor revert back.
                Meantime, i contacted thrice to M/S Vijay Sales customer care representative for support, but found very poor response / coordination from their end, as well.
                The conclusion is, after 4 days of delivery, the machine is useless for me, because o[censored]nprofessional approach from IFB as well as from M/S Vijay Sales. which is not expected from such reputed companies.
                Pls. do the needful and revert.

                  I have problem with our IFB 6.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (TL- RDW Aqua)PCB board.I reached your customer care for service and he told i have to pay 4500(and 600 for service charge Extra) in advance for spare part .He is not assuring me the date when he is able to get that spare part and also he is not willing to order spare part in advance without paying money upfront.Could you please let us know the actual price and turnaround time to get spare part and fixing the issue.

                    I had purchased a washing Machine of IFB brand(Elite Aqua Sx) from one of its dealer in Bhubaneswar(M/s Raj Electronics) on 14.05.2017.
                    From that day none of the service personnel has attended the M/c although it should be done at least 2 time a year.

                    To my utter surprise, even I had received a SMS few days back, they have attended one service, although none of them has even come once to my house after installation. It is simply ridiculous.
                    Today I had telhones to one of its toll free no to book my service. From the conversation I learnt that, IFB sends its service personnel only when it is asked for even it is in gurrantee period. But as on date all companies do their free preventive maintenance of their own during free service period.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am very disappointed with the ifb customer care and ifb post sales services. It's of no use and
                      do not understand anything. I had told that the IFB technician visited 5 time to my house but problem is not resolved and it is still a faulty products. I have already wasted more than 10, days man hrs for waiting the
                      technician and talking to you customer care and all are useless. This product was faulty from day one itself and it should be replaced but all your technicians trying to repair. Do you want me to keep calling and wasting my time for it? Is this you want to increase customer base? This was my first product from ifb and I am very disappointed. Why should I pay for the product which I can not use. This could have also blasted and could have caused damage to my home or my spouse.

                      Do you want me to pay for the useless products? How you want me to trust ifb?

                      This is a faulty product and I want either replacement
                      or refund.

                        We had purchased a new IFB air conditioner from Bhagwati Enterprises Amritsar couple of months ago. It was working satisfactorily until two days back moisture started collecting on its surface. Please send any technician to resolve the matter by the earliest. I am also sending some pictures of the air conditioner as a proof. It is requested to fix the problem as soon as possible for it is practically very difficult to stay without ac in the hot and humid summers.

                          Hi,

                          Bought a new Microwave oven one week back. The executive came for the demo after 1 week. After coming he said, the machine should be fixed for AH port but we did not hv one. He orally went through the options available in the microwave. He was not very sure of all the features and asked me to check in youtube. He said he will get the AH adapert and give the demo but never turned up. After repeated calls also he is not coming. Very unhappy with the service. Hope you will take action on this and send the executive ASAP

                          Though my appliance is in warranty period, no body has visited for servicing of my washing machine for last 7-8 months despite an appointment being taken from your side . Now, there is an issue in the machine and needs immediate servicing .

                            Hi Team, I have changed the belt of my IFB washing machine and the they have charged me Rs 750. they have not provided a receipt. I check with the IFB customer care and they dont know the rate of the belt. I have the proof of the money paid. Please look into it and let me know the price of the belt for a front load IFB washing machine

                              Hi,

                              I complained to IFB last month for poor quality of Split AC, to which I received a confirmation that they are looking into the matter and shall revert back soon but even after repeated reminders there have been no response. Below is the details of my complain and the feedback I got from IFB customer service. The sheer no response attitude of IFB has made me loose all faith in the BRAND which I once appreciated.

                              Hello IFB,

                              I have purchased a few years back a Split AC 1.5 T IACS18KA3TP(PFC).
                              Within few days of purchase of the AC I had trouble with the cooling provided by it and complained a few times which were first addressed by generic checks (I can even share mail exchanges done that time), then by general servicing but as time went by it started with first GAS Top-up and then Refill of Gas but every time I was told that AC is good quality and there is no leakage in the unit and it happens in split AC.

                              Since this AC of mine is put in a room which is less used, gas was refilled cooling OK for few weeks and season end. This year too in May’2018 same thing happened I lodged a complaint (Ticket No. [protected])– in first service I was asked to get Gas refilled but the AC was OK and no leakage. But this time I thought to put this AC to test and within few weeks I could notice that the cooling is not happening.

                              First it was quite a task to get the complained re-opened and I had to call atleast 4-5 times but with no Service Engineer visiting my house.

                              Then I was asked to call directly your service partner and after that call I was able to get a service engineer to come my home and check the AC.

                              The service guy came prepared this time as he knew that this time that the AC is under Guarantee for GAS Refill and he can’t make any false claim. After thorough investigation he said there is GAS LEAK and the culprit is CONDENSOR COIL and need to be replaced (with a full replacement cost of ~Rs 12, 000) I was shocked to listen this as every time this was happening but no one reported this when AC was in warranty or when GAS was refilled.

                              I have been an IFB fan and have purchased multiple IFB products both for myself as well as my parents as I was under the impression good quality of IFB products. But with this Quality of Product and Quality of Service I feel cheated.

                              Please have a look into the matter before I lose hope and trust into the brand IFB

                              Yesterday I got 2 calls
                              1. A lady from the IFB Customer Support - who was patient enough to understand the issue and informed me that she'll provide solution
                              2. From a person from a local service center - "Apko estimate diya hai ... Aap ko condenser replace karana hai ya nahi"

                              You can see the difference in the two messages I got from IFB. Firstly there was no response to my complaint on mail for a month and then on complaining though "Conumer Complaints" these 2 sudden calls which were quite in contrast.

                              This is where I am concerned about IFB support and after sales interaction with customer

                              You don't read my mail complaint completely and just need answers in yes or no.

                              It's a complaint about fooling the customer on a poor quality AC and the cost of repair which you have provided me after your multiple failures in correcting the issue. I again explain you my complaint :

                              Every time I got the servicing done you asked me to refill Gas and always mentioned that the AC is in good condition and there is no leakage. This time when I put the AC on test and the gas leaked within few weeks ... you have now come up with excuse that the whole Condensor if faulty and need replacement at an estimated cost of Rs12-13K.

                              This shows sheer poor quality of the product and lack of the service engineer in identifying the issue and charging the consumer for your own poor quality and lack of expertise in identifying the issue.

                              Why would I invest just hefty amount on a product where I have lost faith on Quality as well as After Sales service. If there is some way that you can assure me the Quality and Care for Customer of Brand IFB I would be happy to talk.

                                Detergent tray has broken lodged complaint on 06-07-18 comp lno[protected].
                                this is beyond warranty to be replaced on chargeble basis.Since last four days your service personnel at bhubaneswar not attended the compl.Even they are not lifting the phone calls.You have sold the product to your customer, it is your responsibility to provide service and spares as and when required.I am helpless my machine is breakdown since last four days.
                                If the problem not resolved today i will be forced to approach the redressral forum.

                                  As my father in law was admitted to Jupiter Hospital on 2nd July, 2018, we were busy with his treatment for engio-graphy . On morning of 5th July, 2018 when we start the washing machine showed error and we immediately registered a complain in regards to it with the customer support. We were given Complain No.[protected] on dt.05.07.2018
                                  by IFB Consumer dept. The consumer dept. transfer this call to maintenance dept. to check and resolve the issue.
                                  The engineer come to my house to check the machine and found some dust in the water pipeline and restarted the machine and it seem to function smoothly and the engineer left my house at 5.30pm however just 10 to 15 minute after the engineer left, the machine stopped working again. when we called the engineer again and explain that the same error message is shown . The engineer replied to us that he has already attended to my complaint and now i have to call the customer care and lodge a fresh compalint. have reached far from your house you can call customer care no.[protected] to register the complain again. I once again called the customer care which gave me a landline no.[protected] which belonged to an area manager, however inspite of repeated attempts no one answered the call on the above mentioned number.
                                  I once again called the customer care and this time i was given one mobikle m.no.[protected] of Pradeep Singh, but the mobile was switch off. again we have call to customer care than they have given us Executive manger no.[protected] of Neharika Chavhan but the mobile was ringing nor she has any courtesy to call back again. Than again we have call the engineer to figure out the issue, he told us to sent me display Error photo on whatsapp .we have send the photo for the same. after calling to customer care again, we got another number [protected] from customer care to speak Suman about the same. Unfortunately she pickup my call an assure me that she will call me on 6th July, 2018 before 12 noon. we recd. the call from suman on 6th july, 2018 before 12 noon and he took area engineer on conference and assure me the problem will be solve on next day i.e. 7th July, 2018.
                                  As we were waiting for the engineer from 10am on next day, than again we call to suman and customer care for help, as the engineer was not come till 5.00pm. than i got a number of Nitin Solanki m.no.[protected], he called the area manager to resolve my issue to replace the part on urgent basis. The Engineer arrive at 7.00pm along with new parts to fixed the problem. but after replacing the parts the same problem arise and he inform us the mother board is not working, you have to replace that also.

                                  I have purchase the IFB washing machine on 21st June, 2017. After receiving the machine in 2 days, we have complain the customer care about the machine in 8 days that machine is making noise . after the engineer come to my place check the machine he told us to buy IFB stand and cover so the noise will stop because the floor is unbalanced.

                                  we have purchase both from IFB and after that also the noise is same . After continuously complain we have asked for replacement the senior engineer also visited my place but nothing has been happen from last one year.

                                  unfortunately the machine started giving problem to me and on 4th July, 2018 the washing machine start showing error . and today is 9th July, 2018 nor the senior people from IFB has called nor the machine error has been resolve nor the washing machine has been replaced.
                                  From 5th July, 2018 till today we are washing our own clothes .
                                  The IFB Team is playing football buy kicking me one place to another .

                                    I was purchased a AC in 2016. The sales representative suggest me to purchase this machine. But soon after purchasing the machine their are always some issues with this machine like suddenly the outer turn off. Cooling down and compressor not restart. They always sent a 16 17 year boy on the name of service engineer he chkd sevrally and suggest service at each and every visit after 1 month 2 month whenever. I really sucks up with IFB AC and when I tweet they promises to resolve my issue but they don't.

                                        I booked one unit of liquid detergent- Fluff by calling on customer care of IFB on 2nd July'2018 but still today(5th July'2018) haven't received the same. Even after giving reminder call not a single person attended or called me up to deliver the following. I am very much disappointed with this sorts o[censored]nprofessional response from such a big company like IFB. I will not recommend any one else to buy any such product of this company(IFB).
