I have purchased ifb 1 ton split ac from local dealer near me because of its 5star ratings as shown on product but i am very disappointing from the first day of purchase after 1or 2 months i faced water leakage problem from indoor unit ifb technician comes and temporarily resolves the problem but after 2 days again same problem persists and till problem does not resolve even i didnt get 3 free services mentioned on the product very poor services...

Dear ifb i bought senator 6 kg washing machine on the year of 2014. Now my timer is burned or damaged by internal sparking. And service centre is unable to provide me another one since 6 month..I m going to through my washing machine to garbage poor service quality.. By ifb

I have ifb washing machine from last 4-5 years and taken there insurance or warranty what ever they call it, my concern is from last 2 weeks machine is not working and dryer is not working, water is stored inside of machine also, we are regularly calling ifb person but i dont understand why are they not repairing it properly such a good company machine

Paid 8.5k for a pcb with warranty from authorized center global agency in chembur and the very next day got the same error. Washing machine is out of warranty. We contacted IFB customer care as our machine was not working. The technician came by the name Feroze. He belonged to Global enterprises, with whom IFB may have a tie-up for servicing. He told us that we should get AMC done for which we paid ~4K. He said there is a problem with Shock absorber and asked us to pay INR 2000 in cash to get the replacement part. He said he will come next day but he has not come...

I have raised same complaint multiple times for 23l convection micro oven, but every time I am receiving messages stating “ticket is pending due to customer not contactable”. I have attached the images of the messages I am receiving. This is pure harassment, I have been using the same number every day, how can this be not contactable? I had purchased a washing Machine of IFB brand(Elite Aqua Sx) from one of its dealer in Bhubaneswar(M/s Raj Electronics) on 14.05.2017.
From that day none of the service personnel has attended the M/c although it should be done at least 2 time a year.
