Dear Team,

am trying since 15 days to get the response for my query, till date i have not received any positive response from the customer care and they have not arranged any call back also.

in some other conversation i requested duplicate bill of my AMC, they shared one of there office number, i spoke to them more than 5 times, and its more than 10 days, till day they have not able to provide duplicate bill..

very worst service, should not go with IFB, samsung is far far better..

today i spoke to one person i think his name is Harsha, it seems level wise he might be senior officer, but he does not have basic skills how to speak to customer and he least bother about customer, and he saying you do what ever you want...

this is the response from a MNC IFB...i will show what i can do

just now i spoke to floor super visor...she is saying that we are working on the issue, how long they will work on this and they are not updating anything on this...i dont know what is the turn around time in the IFB..

worst service and very bad attitude of the employees...i dont know what management is doing on their...

pls dont buy any IFB product...

i spoke to Ms Suman on 25th August, 2018 she said she will update with status in 15 mnts, now its more than 50 hours, no update, this is the commitment of IFB officials.

I have not received any update from the customer care and instead of the update from call center i got a mail from branch service manager, indirectly he is requesting dont write anything in social media.

there are 3 issues out of one is related to service, he is bother about service not other issues and the same person said, you please do what ever you want and am not going to address your issue...

I WAS WONDER THEY ARE SAYING THEIR CUSTOMER WILL CONTACT ONLY CUSTOMER CARE, THEY WILL NOT POST ANYTHING IN SOCIAL MEDIA, HE SUGGESTING DONT POST ANYTHING IN SOCIAL MEDIA, IF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT POSTING IN SOCIAL MEDIA, WHY IFB IS FOLLOWING SOCIAL MEDIA.

    I have bought a IFB TL RCSG 6.5KG AQUA washing machine on 22.04.2018.But unfortunately for last one month it is not working properly.Already I have complained at Ifb customer care more than three times but not get any responses.so now I have decided to go to consumer forum and file complain against IFB.

        I had bought ifb 8kg washing machine worth 35 thousand rupees on 18th may in amazon with order id #[protected] and received it with a defect as table top is has a crack on it and found after technician reached to home after 12 days and i had raised a ticket with them, ticket no is [protected] before 60 days, i did not get any update from them, every time i call them they say we have ordered product from head office and it will reach in 10 days. This is going on since 2 months and they never respond back. I need to repair my washing machine or refund my money.

          Ifb is a worst service provider company. Mistakenly i bought 2 split ac and 01 washing machine of ifb brand and now i am crying due to its worst customer service.               I bought new ifb washing machine worth 28k in nellore. From day 1 i am facing problem with program setting wheel. Initially i raised request for replacement in 1st week it self. But those ifb service people from nellore convinced me like, ifb machine is like that only. We can fix that one with feviquik and they did the same. The same issue happend 5 times totally. Then i complained in this forum. Then ifb senior manager of nellore contacted me and told that will replace your machine. All this happend on may 2018. They asked me to send my old machine to tirupathi ifb point and i sent it.

              Now they are telling like there is an miscommunication from ifb end so they sent another model machine. “will check and update to you” this is the word they are saying from the past 1 month. But i didn’t received any input from their end.

              One thing i want to ask here to ifb, are coustmers are fools? From the day 1, i. E december 27th 2017 till now i haven’t used my machine properly.
              I just need my new machine as early as possible.

                  Further to my previous complaints dated 02 august 2018, 27 april 2018 and 25 april 2018 regarding ifb washing machine, the problem is still not solved.

                  There is wrong practice by ifb industries ltd that, states in this forum, the complaints have been resolved which is misleading.

                  If they have minimum manners they would say that which way it was resolved this issue in this same platform. How much was given the compensation?

                  What type of company is this?
                  What type of customer service is this?

                  Currently the washing machine was dismantled by ifb technician and kept outside as he has agreed that the machine has serious problems.

                  This is clearly a breach of common customer right and note we called you people over 200 (Two hundred) time to resolve this issue but there was no proper response from your side.

                  I copy the same complaint and highlight below.

                  I purchased a new ifb 6 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine eva aqua sx ldt from your dealer home shoppe, uzhavoor, kerala, dated 22/12/2017.

                  The machine had some problems when the dealer brought to my house and was reported immediately at ifb service center (Gbg technologies, pala) pala, kottayam. Kerala. After repeated telephonic calls, a technician came and replaced the hose and water filter somewhere in january 2018. We only started to use this machine since february 2018 as the machine was faulty and we hardly used this machine five or six time since we bought it.

                  After repeated complaints we made, a technician came from pala office found the problem and replaced the motherboard and motor on 24/03/2018.

                  Later, the technician came and replaced pressure clamp (Replaced on 26th april).
                  After a numerous attempts by ifb technicians using trial and error method, they realized that the machine had serious problems and replaced a secondhand washing machine dated on 28 may 2018, which has the same problem.

                  Currently the machine was dismantled and kept aside by ifb technicians as it is not functioning when we load three or four kg dress and getting error message.

                    I had purchased ifb washing machine senorita sx 1000 rpm in 2010 and i am one of your esteemed customer. The spinning wheel of washing machine gave trouble. I reported at your service centre (Ticket no.[protected], 12th july 2018). One person by name mr. Basha, m/s. Syse, authorised service centre, guntur has visited my house and informed that mother board is not working. He collected rs.600/- for attending my house towards visiting charges. Then one mr. Venkateswara rao attended the repair work and he informed that the existing mother board is not under warranty and has to be replaced with new one. He charged rs.2, 400/- for new mother board. But the spinning wheel not worked. Then he has given direct connection and the machine started.
                    As observed from the above, it is crystal clear that there is no fault in mother board and need not be replaced.
                    Further this is to inform that though i have requested him not to take away my old mother board. He has taken my old mother board. This is nothing but high handed behaviour on his part. This sort of service agency will bring bad name to ifb. Further on enquiry with your service centre, they have informed that for first visit they have to collect rs, 240/- only but mr. Basha collected rs.600/- from me.
                    I request you to kindly instruct m/s. Syse, authorised service centre, ngo's colony to handover my old mother board. I also request you to see that such type of persons/firms having malafide intention should not be entertained by your esteemed firm. Please do the needful.

                    We have called dozens of people from your company, but none, bother to address it.

                      My washing machine was showing door open error, i called ifb customer support and logged a ticket on 27/7/2018, a technician came next day and told me that some parts need to be replaced to get the issue fixed. It’s been a more than a week and i haven’t received any respons from engineer and also don’t know if parts are received or not. I called up he service incharge and he told me that we will fix the issue when we receive the part and there is no expected date of receiving the parts. This is very poor service.

                      I would suggest to keep few frequently required spare parts at local service center to avoid such delays.

                        When we start air dry option first it is showing estimated time and it immediately jump to wash mode automatically. We didn't even get single servicing for our product. Servicing people closed them without informing us.

                          Pathetic Customer service experience. It has been 5 days since I raised a request for repair of my washing machine. Neither the service centre nor the customer service desk seem to be bothered.
                          IFB Washing machines are costlier but their after sales service and customer support is very very poor. Do not recommend this product at all.

                            We got a call from ifb customer care saying that there a free service check up.
                            So we asked them to come.
                            After check up, he said some bearing has to be replaced and additives were not taking and those have to be fixed.

                            We accepted for that and he charged 2000 for that.
                            After service, washing machine has become more worst. It is giving some wierd sounds. Looks like some parts are not properly fitted.

                              I registered my compliant on july 31 because there was some technical problems in machine. From on that day onwards i am waiting for the technician till now technical team doesn't contact me and service incharge also not speaking properly to customer. L just call customer service regarding this compliant but till i didn't get any response.
                              Note:this is the way to respond the customers. I just irritated with ur services.
                              From 4 days onwards i am facing the problems with ur services. And my appeal to ur head please take an immediate action other wise no one will believe in ur company..

                                We Had a IFB washing Top load 7kg which is purchased on Dec 2017 .

                                From June 2018 we are reporting an issue water entering into drum are flowing out from outlet which is leading Drum not to get filed.

                                Complaint Raised on 22nd July till now issue is not resolved neither a techinicain attends the call . and closes ticket before it gets resolved.

                                  It is the worst customer service i would say, the service providers not doing their job properly and ifb does not have any control on them. My issue is running for last six months i have raised multiple cases, multiple calls but no use. I totally frustrated and came here to register a complaint. If ifb can not fix the washing machine issue why they have customer support? What is the escalation matrix in ifb, why no body is taking serious action as the issue is still not resolved.

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am, We are the owners of a Front Loading Washing Machine of Model NUMBER SX 6 OF 2008 vintage . We paid an amount for the AMC of the same for two years as per the receipt for the same (Picture Attached ) . Now since last twenty days the machine is making loud noises and despite out having repeatedly contacted the local IFB repair people and the toll free number no action has been taken . causing us avoidable discomfort .
                                    In addition we made the mistake of buying your Dish Washer from IFB for which we are dependent on IFB Company to supply us with detergent, salt and some liquid additive which has also not been supplied for last one month despite repeated request to IFB local agancy and IFB Technician responsible for the same byt the name of Somya .Our address is HIG 16 BDA Duplex Housing colony Pokhariput Bhubaneswar Odisha .751020

                                      I am writing today to complain of the poor service. It had been more than 72 hrs.. Yet not i get service... No perfect timings of servise.. I am tired of calling customer care... They people making exuces to avoid services... I am most annoyed that i wasted a morning.                                         I purchased a new ifb 6 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine eva aqua sx ldt from your dealer home shoppe, uzhavoor, kerala, dated 22/12/2017.

                                        The machine had some problems when the dealer brought to my house and was reported immediately at ifb service center (Gbg technologies, pala) pala, kottayam. Kerala. After repeated telephonic calls, a technician came and replaced the hose and water filter somewhere in january 2018. We only started to use this machine since february 2018 as the machine was faulty and we hardly used this machine five or six time since we bought it.

                                        After repeated complaints we made, a technician came from pala office found the problem and replaced the motherboard and motor on 24/03/2018.

                                        Later, the technician came and replaced pressure clamp (Replaced on 26th april).
                                        After a numerous attempts by ifb technicians using trial and error method, they realized that the machine had serious problems and replaced a secondhand washing machine dated on 28 may 2018, which has the same problem.
                                        Currently the machine is not dismantled and kept aside by ifb technicians as it is not functioning when we load three or four kg dress and getting error message.
