Ticket no. [protected]. Was registered on 13th june for water leaking through the drum. Support person appeared on 15th (Mobile no. [protected]. Not sure about the name raj/ganesh). Said he will come on monday. Monday through out the day waiting in the home. Called at 4:30 pm. He says some other person[protected] daniel) will attend. Called him he says he will talk and confirm. Stopped taking call after the first call. Customer service says contact niranjan[protected]. No reponse. Called the customer service three times, usual answer. Asked them to talk to respective people, constant response talk to[protected]. Really annoying, worst customer service from ifb. Worst part is ticket is updated with "pending due to customer out of station."

    I have purchased a brand new maxi dryer from paytm and requested for an installation and the technician cane and said that the washer was damaged and need tl be replaced and he said thar he will do the needful since the product was pf 4 years warranty . And it's been two months and i still haven't got my problem sorted out and the service centre ([protected]) has stopped answering my call and when ever they do they say they will call me back in 20 minutes which they never do .
    Please as a customer i am left with no choice but to beg for the service i was promised for purchasing a product which i felt i coul trust.
    I will enclose my receipt or invoice.

      Hi

      I'm an ifb customer for 25 years with elite sx machine now.
      When asked to the engineer from ifb local partner venus, they were very rude and gave no explanation why 1ic in the whole of front panel was bad.

      They further said whole panel must be replaced which costs more than rs. 5, 000?

      I don't understand why the ic can not be replaced and soldered as other parts are fully intact?
      Why does it cost in the range of 5, 000?
      Why is the engineer from venus ifb centre in pune so rude?

      I have complained about Ifb dryer a dozen times There is absolutely no response from local Services the helpline service takes your service and inform you that local technician will contact but that is the end no body contact you again you complain answer is the same very poor service by IFB.

        I have booked a complain on 12/06/2018 and got a ticket no [protected]. Immediately i got a message that service person will visit your home within 24 hours. After 5days service person visited my home after i have called him many times along with to your call center. After 5days he is saying i ll send the complain to company and when your part will come i ll visit again.
        So i m really grateful with your fast service and i ll confirm it in future that never to advise someone to buy your product.

          I have an ifb make micro oven (Model 25sc2). It was not working properly (Not getting hot, blinking display etc) for which a complaint was lodged and was attended on 16.10.17 against payment of rs 2669. After that i made an amc for 2 years against payment of rs 2950 on 23.10.17 (Voucher[protected]. Within few weeks of amc, the same problem again appeared. Despite several complaints and follow-ups the problem was not rectified.
          Last complaint made on 09.04.18 (Ticket no [protected]) which is still pending and no response from ifb side. It is regretted to say that service and response of ifb is awfully disgusting. I have no expectation of rectification of the problem by ifb, but i claim full refund of amount for 2 years amc.

            I have purchased a washing machine model tl - rcsg 6.5 kg aqua on
            [protected]. It stopped working on 1st of this month and i have registered a complaint at your
            Customer care centre on[protected]. The complaint was registered under no [protected].

            On[protected] one of your technician visted my house and inspected the machine. He told me that some part has to be changed and i will be contacted from the service centre within two days.

            As no info was received from the centre till the morning of[protected], i have contacted the service centre, the number of which was given by the technician. I got a reply from the service centre that i have to wait a few days more as some part has to come from goa.

            On[protected] i have again contacted the service centre and i was informed that the technician will visit my house to rectify the complaint on[protected].

            Nothing has happened till this morning.

              I hv problem with my Ifb washing machine, i.e not start. Where as the power supply already present. I hv just missed the warranty of product.
              The service Engineer says it may be the PCB problem & demanding Rs/3000 + 600(Servcing charge) for this. So tell me the exact price of pcb & solve the problem as soon as possible.

                Hi,

                I purchased washing machine (Model - senator aqua sx - 8kg) on 26-may. On 28th may one service engineer gave a demo on that machine. During the demo, he handled the machine so roughly. I am facing 2 problems now.

                1. After the demo we thought o[censored]sing the machine and found that in the back side of the machine, a nob with a screw was broken which is connecting the body with the top cover. We registered a complaint immediately, they said it will be replaced, until today (15-june) it is not replaced. I was following up this for past two week with the local service centre. But, they are saying spare part got approved, it is on the way, they are saying this same thing for the past two weeks.

                2. We didn't use the washing machine until yesterday, we were waiting for replacement of top cover. We fed up with the service, so we thought o[censored]sing the machine, we switched on machine, after 5 mintues, there was water leaking from the bottom. So, we stopped using the machine and yesterday night we registered a complaint.

                These problems are all because of that service engineer who came for the demo.

                I don, t want the top cover to be replace, just replace the washing machine (Purchased the new machine worth of 35k, but not even used for one time).

                Take action on this and replace a new machine, i will post this on all the social media, i got frustrated - bought your product by giving my hard earned money, but i still cannot use that. I will send a mail to your customer care email id.

                Today morning one engineer came to check the washing machine. He found that there is a manufacturing defect with the machine (I don't understand, how is it possible for a manufacturing in a new machine). So I asked the area manager to replace the machine.

                So, please follow up with them and replace my machine as soon as possible.

                  Dear sir, i am so dissappointed about your service in srikakulam, srikakulam dist andhrapradesh. I visited local srikakulam office and given a complaint about my ifb washing machine, washing machine was not working from few days, it was loading water and not running further, local office were least bothered about the complaint after informing them several times. Still my warranty vaild up to 13.06.2019. I hope ifb will take an action and improve the coustermer services. Thank you.

                    Ifb company provides amc for their products but their service center not listen them and customer feels cheated fimself. I have serena sx front loaded washing machine in etah up. I took amc for this now it has problem and i have complained many time in ifb company and talked their executive they ensure me but result is zero. Nobody came to solve last 3 month company or service center making fool. I have proof of amc letter washing machine is necessary equipment in daily life. I have complained no. [protected]. I have shocked that if b type company give fase facility on the name on amc service they only want fees but not provide proper service and not take action agains of their service center

                      Ticket Complaint number of IFB washing machine which IFB customer Care provided is: [protected].

                      I purchased IFB Elena Aqua SX 6Kg 1000RPM; on 4th June 2018, and on 5th June 2018 the request for installation is been made and on 6th June 2018 at evening hrs one Technician (his mobile number is +91 [protected]), I asked him to fix the pipe to the common bathroom tap & he said it cant be done & he said he would give the connection through the wash basin water pipe connection to the washing machine, he said it would cost me Rs680/- extra and cannot provide bill towards it when i asked him for the bill..for small metal pipes and installation he charged me and the fitting which has been done by him was not even proper and the next day i noticed the water dripping from the fitting he has done. So i called up my apartment plumber and got the pipe fitting done on the next following day ie. on 7th June 2018.

                      Here comes the real problem with the washing machine: Yesterday i.e on 12th June 2018, I poured the IFB essentials liquid at around 8.30am into the slot provided and put cotton bedsheets for wash as the Technician didn't given me a proper demo how to operate the system on the installation day...The power is coming only at the main start button and the washing machine was in 6hrs delay start option & I thought the machine might start by itself and waited until 2:08pm and called up to IFB customer care centre to raise a request related to the problem I been facing and machine was not starting as I was also concerned about the Detergent liquid the poured into the machine as it gets dried up and might cause some other problem. The customer care executive promised me that he would arrange the technician and the problem would be resolved with in 24hrs. He also provided me the area technician contact number (which is +91 [protected]) to contact from my end too and which i did called him up and explained him the whole problem and he said today i.e 13th June 2018 he would send the technician get it done and he himself calls me up this afternoon at 12.12pm (13th June 2018) and informed me that he is sending the technician by 5pm and no body turned up. I kept trying to call him up and at first his number comes engage and later not reachable.

                      So, i contacted back to IFB customer care again 5.55pm and they provide me a lady incharge number (Miss Keerthana, the number is[protected], the number is not in use) and I call back to IFB customer care again at 6.35pm and the executive provides me the area branch head's mobile number and with his name (Mr.Dharmaraj and his mobile number is +91 [protected]) and when I tried calling him up his mobile was in engage and he didn't even tried to call back and check up by calling back to my mobile number when my calls been in call waiting, so I informed my husband to contact Mr.DharmaRaj and luckily the call got connected and my husband spoke with him explaining the problem and he provided a number who would do the service of the area we are residing and his name is Mr.Dattagiri (his mobile number which we received was +91 [protected]), I contacted this number and the calls are not getting connected.

                      Now who is gonna take care of my problem if they are not responding and sending the technicians on time and in-fact the request taken on 5th June 2018 for installation they closed it today and it's been confirmed by one of the customer care executive on call i made at 6.35pm. Isn't strange that after a 6working (i.e today 13th June 2018) days of installation the technician updates the installation and demo is done in they system!!!

                      It is very shame to say that IFB like companies are engaging such an irresponsible useless Technicians & Staff who are not efficient to deal with customers to resolve the customer complaints and not taking the customers complaints seriously at all..

                      I am attaching all the relevant screenshots of calls made to the mentioned mobile numbers and also to iFB customer care to my complaint.

                      I hope the consumer complaints division takes my complaint seriously and try to resolve the problem from they end as earliest as possible.

                      Note: My request is all about due to detergent liquid poured into washing machine and if it leads to another problem to the washing machine means I cannot afford anymore money as already spent lot of money out of my budget to purchase the washing machine in the first place.

                      Mr.Rasheed (IFB Technician) has visited on time as he mentioned would be on call and gave a live demo and reset the operating system. His mobile number is: +91 9704323332. It all has taken just 10minutes of time to clearly explain all the related information of the washing machine and has a good knowledge. I suggest IFB to have Mr.Rasheed kinda efficient employees and technicians who feel responsibility in they work and resolve the complaints at the earliest as possible in the first attempt when a customer reaches with they complaints to customer care service. IFB needs to be alert in the first place when the customers reaches to customer care to lodge a complaint rather than the customers gets frustrated/pissed/wasting they time for not getting the response on time and later customer reaches consumer complaints board by registering they complaints and gets the service done from the end of IFB. IFB is a reputed brand and needs to maintain its standard upto its customer service. I thank the whole team of consumer complaint board too for taking our complaints seriously and forwarding them to companies and getting them resolved from they end.                           Today we got sound from our 6kg washing machine during long spin dryer, we called to customer care for service, service engineer visited and without opened machine he said drum got brocken by listen the sound, we told him to repair it when he oppened the drum we saw drum is not brocken techinician argued that it will brocked after some time there is actully small hole in back housing of drum holder, it is a tri shape drum holder,
                          He drum cost is 3000 and then he said bearing will also changed it also has problem, now we got there is problem only in bearing not in drum but he wants to changed that also on high cost of 5750 all including drum bearing and seal rubber,
                          Problem is ifb does not have there own service centre and they are third party support they just charged for any of part for increasing service cost to customer,
                          Very big problem with such a good brand name like ifb, we are helpless we have to listen that technician, if we do not change the drum and only changed the bearing he he will charge again for bearing if drum brocken after some time, mean he just want to us in fear that, if you will not changed the drum he will not do his work well, with no hope we said changed all drum bearing and seal in cost of 5700, what we do we have no other choice, while there is a chance that machine will work fine if only changed the bearing, but he refused and said it will not work, we have handover the our non brocken drum to him for changing it.
                          Vary bad method of thefting customer money, cheap service methods.

                            This is to bring to your notice that the if service in the sub Urban region is extremely poor.i had raised a Complaint almost ten days ago and till now no one has turned up.moreover the response to the coustmer on phone is very bad, inspite of having called repeatedly they don't respond.please look into this matter at the earliest possible.the company hasn't provided any contact information for small towns .they don't respond and show a very careless attitude

                                We had purchase a microwave couple of years ago. Couple of days ago whenever we turned on the microwave, it used to trip the main power supply. I had contacted the service desk who in turn connected me with a local authorized service center[protected] who informed me that service charge would be rs 350.

                                Their technicians visited our place on sunday and got the microwave working, without tripping the mains. After the service was done, he asked for rs 1850 claiming that he had replaced capacitor and diode. When asked for the old parts he was not able to give the diode saying that he misplaced the same in his bag. After having a discussion, he settled for rs 1550 without giving the receipt.

                                My complaints are
                                1. Why did the technician charge for the diode which was not replaced.
                                2. The capacitor that was replaced seams very old.in fact the damaged one look newer than the one that is currently placed in the microwave
                                3. Why receipts are not given. The technician said that they are not authorized to give the same.
                                4. I think i am overly charged for the capacitor (Rs 1200 + 350 service charge)

                                  Sir i had lodged a complaint before your service centre at kollam-kerala state on 01.06.2018. Two days after the technician came and after checking the machine informed me that the hose is to be replaced. He contacted the service centre and checked whether hose is available. On confirming the availability of spare he assured that he will come for replacing it on the next day. So i waited him on the next whole day. But he dos'nt visited my house. Again i contacted with service centre. Then they told me that the technician will come on the next day. The next day also i waited him, but the result was same. This continued many times. I and my spouse are employees. Our house will be locked during the day time on all working days. On believing the words of the service persons we had taken leave on four days and waited them. At last i directly approached the service centre. It is very shame to say that ifb like companies are engaging such an irresponsible useless persons to deal with customers. The lady present there at reception counter even used abuse language with me. When i called the technician he disclosed to me that the said lady directed him to attend my case only after attending all other complaints. I had recorded all these conversations in my phone. It is very shame to say that ifb is not caring their customer even after 16 days.

                                    I have a front load washing machine of ifb make. I have lodged a service request on 24.05.2018 to the company vide ticket no. [protected] for servicing of the machine. The company technician visited my place in reasonable time and he diagnosed the issue also. He told me that the hinge of the machine door was broken and same shall be replaced with new one. Since he was not having necessary spares with him, he promised me to come next day with the necessary spare. However, he has not come back till today (12.06.2018). We have called the customer care of ifb many times in between for expediting the repair but nothing has happened till date. My machine is down from almost one month now and the company is not at all concerned about it.

                                        I contacted on tollfree no for the repair of ifb washing machine senorita acq sx 6.5 1000 rpm on 10.06.2018 in the morning. I was given the mobile no. Of local representative mr wasim to contact him. Since yesterday no body has reported to attend the machine. I have contacted mr wasim several time but under some pretex he assured but so far nobody has reported to attend the machine.
