I purchased a new ifb 6 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine eva aqua sx ldt from your dealer home shoppe, uzhavoor, kerala, dated 22/12/2017.

The machine had some problems when the dealer brought to my house and was reported immediately at ifb service center (Gbg technologies, pala) pala, kottayam. Kerala. After repeated telephonic calls, a technician came and replaced the hose and water filter somewhere in january...

I have shifted from lucknow to mumbai. When the machine was packed from lucknow the company claimed that there will be one time charge that will be levied and on installation on mumbai i wont be charged as it has been covered. I have the receipt with me of ₹590. The authorised service centre seems to claim otherwise and is asking for additional charges on installation. Please help! The issue is not about money but about what was informed...

I had purchased 2 years AMC for Rs 7246 for the period 21/07/2016 to 20/07/2018 (AMC No.[protected].

Before the above AMC was over, the service centre people scheduled a call to visit to check if I would like to purchase a AMC when I mentioned that I was interested. They scheduled a visit before my AMC, however they didn't turn up.

I called up the concerned service centre number but they never pick up calls....

I had a pcb of my frontload washing machine replaced in april 2018 after paying rs 4, 000 to ifb service man and have a bill for that. Within 3 months, the same problem has occurred and he is again suggesting to change the pcb for which another rs 4, 000 shall be charged. How can the company not own up for its spares for a period of atleast 1 year. Consumers are ending up paying a premiium for approaching the company authorised service men...

My IFB Digital 6kg machine about 12 years old stopped working suddenly. Service centre advised to replace the front panel which is not available with them. No action being taken on repeated complaint registration with customer care. Service centre admitted that panel not available with them as such can not be repaired. Machine lying unserviceable for about one and a half month. Find a solution to repair/replace the machine as early as possible....

We have cover type dishwasher machine not working, please check and rectify the issues on priority basis. And also we have amc from sep'17 to aug'18. But yet to start the service for every quarter pm activity still now. Please should be complete the work on priority basis. Other wise it will be take legal action on this.

Are so, irresponsible they don't attend their services and don't the send the technicians. We have even done amc they donot send the technician's. Very poor customer service are been provided by ifb company. I don't understand why company is providing such poor customer services very regretted with the ifb for providing such poor services to its customer....

I, emmanuel devaraj, had a issue with the ifb microwave oven and called up the servuce centre at madurai, tamil nadu. Initailly there was no response for 15 days and later when i enquired about the delay they asked me to contact another service provider. I did the same and a service person came to my home without any tools and gave a glance at the oven. Without checking the oven properly he asked me to bring the oven to service...

Water is not entering in to the machine, may be because of clogged filter. I have called local ifb technical people 5 days back, till now they have not turned up. Called toll free for support, received sms but not technical support. Very sorry to say... Ifb... You are pathetic when it comes to service support.

I bought ifb make 1.5 tone split ac in 1st week of may. Installation completed on 08th may. We purchase washing machine on 20.4.2018 from vijay sales and the machine was not operative as after its installation it took water at spin mode so, we replace the machine with new one after 5 days from the date of purchase. But now when we received the replaced machine, again we face the problem of machine failure, it doesn't clean the clothes properly, the wire breaks down, it tears our clothes and it makes burning smell as well... Etc....

Waiting for service more than 50 hrs, poor response from the customer care,
