I am a customer of ifb elena vx 6kg 800 rpm washing machine since[protected].
Today i had facing a problem, an abnormal sound coming inside the washing machine, white smoke come to outside from machine and also the machine was shivering. I was afraid and stop the machine.
As per my request a technician inspected the machine today afternoon
He informed that the “drum” and “shock absorber” was complained
Rs.6200/- needed for the rectification/replacement of parts of the complaint
This complaint is occurred only seven months after the warranty
I am very disappointed about the product quality of ifb washing machine.
I need warranty support /goodwill warranty
Kindly make necessary step for providing warranty /goodwill warranty support for the rectification of the complaint. Treat this concern as a special case.

I’m trying to contact IFB customer care service to know how to clean my filter as i followed the operation manual but its not opening so i wanted to know the right steps on how to open the filter but they are again and again saying me to lodge a complaint and get myself a technician visit which will charge me for nothing.
So disappointed by the service that i big company like IFB is not dealing with its customers properly.

I made a complaint to your call centre for the machine not spinning. Complaint registered and from krishna agencies, pondicherry attended the problem. They said to change the belt immediately paying rupees 600. From your call centre i came to know that the actual belt cost is around 350. The machine is under amc. (Executive plus). I also want to know that amc has been stopped for executive plus?. Can u please solve to run my machine?

I have purchase ifb elena aqua sx 6 kg 1000 rpm in march 2018.in 6 month only ifb repair due to 5 times flash light after 3 sec again 5 times flash light, so technician told high voltage to take ifb stabilizer, it cost 4500. So i purchase stabilizer. I have 4 years & 10 years total warranty. I not good because of waste management and technician. Ifb worst company in the world

I have Ifb washing machine. My door seal is damaged. I called service, Agra through customer care . They brought duplicate, damaged and dirty door seal. Was charging 600 for service and 800 for seal. New seal was looking duplicate and old. Called call centre many times but I guess service centre if Agra us cheating with us. Need immediate response please

My ifb washing machine is under warranty, and there is an issue lo displaying on the screen. Service person came and told he needs to replace the board and told he will replace in 2 days max. Its been 10 days now and no one showed up, we are facing lot of problem because of that, even there is no use of calling the customer care as they will tell the same thing to us that they will forward tge complaint. I will recommend all the people whom i know not to purchase any ifb product as they have the worst service.

I asked for the mrp rate of the spare to be replaced, the technician removed the assembled spare and left
Knowing a mrp price of a product is a basic need for that they left the machine without repairing
Worst customer support by ifb team... I spoke with the ifb customer care they to don't know the price of the spare... Not resolved and disappointed by the way they spoke worst customer service

I had purchased your ifb ac on march 2018 and from the very first day i am facing problem regarding cooling. This ac was purchased from khurana agencies from rudrapur. From last four months i had been complaining in customer care of ifb but no response was given to me. I requested them to send a technician so they can resolve my problem but no technician has been sent.
Either you solve my problem or refund my money back.
I hope this mail will resolve my problem or otherwise i will take strict legal action against ifb company and khurana agencies.

I have brought a IFB SX-6KG (S.no: WT SEN SX 6010 B 022539) in 2014. After 1 year o[censored]sage, the problem started one by one. Now it pops for a door open & technician has asked to replace the board. He says that it is known quality fault in this model. If it is quality issue, this model has to be revoked. Replace at Free of Cost if it is quality issue.

Microwovwn struck door not opening, since 20 yrs, i am using since yesterday only not functioning, door is struck to main microoven, the hook of iron piece is struck to main machine, current supply to machine o k.

I had put a complain regarding malfunctioning of my subject item (Procured during 2016 from a kolkata outlet) to your toll free no. Vide ticket no. [protected] dt. 4 aug 2018. One service personnel (Nick name bappa) visited my residence at south kolkata residence on 6 aug 2018 and inspected the machine and gave a tentative repair cost including a replacement pcb. As he had no spare pcb at his disposal. On an assurance from his office stores he committed to visit next day for the replacement of the item. On approaching he declined to receive inspection charge instead he said that he would charge it along with the replacement cost of the pcb at the time of next visit after repairing the oven. Incidentally i had collected his phone number.
Nobody turned up even after waiting for next 72 hours approximately. I booked another complain on 9 aug 2018 vide ticket no. [protected]. On contacting bappa today around 4-45 pm he gave me the contact number of his service centre office ([protected]). On contacting to the office one lady after hearing all my problem she checked her inventory and told me that the pcb is presently not in her stock, whenever it would be available some service personnel would attend to my complain. Also, she could not able to confirm when it will be available. It may take weeks. Shocked with her reply i asked for contact number of her hierarchy. She told "you may contact

Under the circumstances i seek your suggestion. If such a dismal scenario of your servicing section at kolkata i think that next time onward whenever i will go for purchase of any domestic appliances i would certainly exclude
Your brand. Now a days more or less every company tries to give best post sell service. That pays in the the long run for the company. Unfortunately being the best brand in microwave oven in india its a pity that pay little attention to your servicing aspects in kolkata. I have decided to use also the social media platform detailing this harassment. However, if possible please arrange to solve my problem otherwise i have to go for a new purchase of a microwave oven of different brand. With thanks,

I bought ifb machine before 7 years back... I glad to inform u that machine is very good in condition... But, it is created a huge sound when it was in a spinning mode.. It is irritating... So, i want to reduce the sound and complained to the ifb customer care... They sent a authorized dealer named siva enterprises, they repaired it.. But that is not reduced... More over they charged rs.7020 for two years warranty period... Now, i consulted the customer care they told, two years warranty charge only 5020... Plz take action for that

Well the first complaint was made on the first week of july 2018, it took around 15 days to respond. On 17th of july a technician came to check the machine which is not working correctly & very smartly said repair requires a part which is not available with him hence said would repair the machine in few days as soon the part is arranged.

Post that very smartly asked us to get the machine covered under amc & very happily collected 3400 & left forever. I would just like to ask what kind of customer service is this where in the customer is only there to pay for different virtual service which are never given by the company.

First of this company deals with third party vendors to service the customers with there items & above that there is no response even after notification of the same issue since last almost 20 days.

I demand first the money back which is charged for amc & secondly strongly recommend never to buy any ifb product. Most third class & pathetic service.

am trying since 15 days to get the response for my query, till date i have not received any positive response from the customer care and they have not arranged any call back also.

in some other conversation i requested duplicate bill of my AMC, they shared one of there office number, i spoke to them more than 5 times, and its more than 10 days, till day they have not able to provide duplicate bill..

very worst service, should not go with IFB, samsung is far far better..

I have bought a IFB TL RCSG 6.5KG AQUA washing machine on 22.04.2018.But unfortunately for last one month it is not working properly.Already I have complained at Ifb customer care more than three times but not get any responses.so now I have decided to go to consumer forum and file complain against IFB.

Warranty period is expiring on 17/08/2018. Ticket no [protected] what purpose? I can not understand. It is not resolved. I want to get a servicing before expiry of warranty. I had bought ifb 8kg washing machine worth 35 thousand rupees on 18th may in amazon with order id #[protected] and received it with a defect as table top is has a crack on it and found after technician reached to home after 12 days and i had raised a ticket with them, ticket no is [protected] before 60 days, i did not get any update from them, every time i call them they say we have ordered product from head office and it will reach in 10 days. This is going on since 2 months and they never respond back. I need to repair my washing machine or refund my money.

Ifb is a worst service provider company. Mistakenly i bought 2 split ac and 01 washing machine of ifb brand and now i am crying due to its worst customer service. Since last 4 days no any technician contacted with me or visited at my home. My complaint no. Is [protected]. I will never buy any ifb product in future.

Dear sir, i am using ifb senorita vx 6 kg front load washing machine. I book complaint of ifb my machine not starting. Power supply not reaching the machine. Your service person say pcb need to be replaced. He say price of pcb is 5000. So what is the right price for the pcb
Call me and solve​ my complaint as early as possible. I am in a extreme need of this machine due to my health problem. So pls answer me early sir.

I bought new ifb washing machine worth 28k in nellore. From day 1 i am facing problem with program setting wheel. Initially i raised request for replacement in 1st week it self. But those ifb service people from nellore convinced me like, ifb machine is like that only. We can fix that one with feviquik and they did the same. The same issue happend 5 times totally. Then i complained in this forum. Then ifb senior manager of nellore contacted me and told that will replace your machine. All this happend on may 2018. They asked me to send my old machine to tirupathi ifb point and i sent it.

Now they are telling like there is an miscommunication from ifb end so they sent another model machine. “will check and update to you” this is the word they are saying from the past 1 month. But i didn’t received any input from their end.

One thing i want to ask here to ifb, are coustmers are fools? From the day 1, i. E december 27th 2017 till now i haven’t used my machine properly.
I just need my new machine as early as possible.
