Dear Sirs,

I had submitted a complaint for IFB Washing Machine on August 1, 2018 on your toll free number. I received a ticket no. [protected] per return sms stating that my complaint has been registered.

The service center person visited on the next day and noted the part number for replacement under warranty.

It has been 3 weeks since the complaint was registered and still the problem has not been resolved. Evertime I call the service center, I am told that the part has not yet arrived from the company. Though the same person was ready to replace the said part for Rs. 8500/- on the very first day.

Kindly resolve the issue within the next 3 days, failing which I will have to seek the help of the Consumer Forum.

I trust the issue will be resolved within the stipulated time.

    My 8kg senator washing machine stopped working (Which was under amc). I made the complaint on 08.08.2018 to the ifb cc (Complaint no - [protected]). The guy came and checked the machine and told that the pcb has to be replaced. After that the guy from ifb visited twice carrying wrong ifb with him. And now they have become unresponsive. We are like crippled now unable to do anything because if we get the problem fixed by a local mechanic the amc gets violated.
    Pathetic services by ifb and worst amc service...

      Hi i bought one washing machine under order no [protected] on april 04 2012. Serial no 9442.

      This machine was used barely as i was out of country for 2 years.

      Two days before this machine started sound when i called ifb local repair guy he told me the drum used in this machine i made of plastic and it's broken, i am surprised as i axpainded more than 20 thousands rupee to buy the product and the product quality is low. How any thing can be broken in this i am washing only clothes in this.

      I am the person who always recommend ifb to all people however i am seriously disappointed please replace all the broken part of it asap.

      And make sure what ever you deliver to coustomer should containt all good parts.

        Washing machine is out of warranty. We contacted ifb customer care as our machine was not working. The technician came by the name feroze. He belonged to global enterprises, with whom ifb may have a tie-up for servicing. He told us that we should get amc done for which we paid ~4k. He said there is a problem with shock absorber and asked us to pay inr 2000 in cash to get the replacement part. He said he will come next day but he has not come back even when it is one month gone. We tried to connect with ifb customer care but they send different technician who all say different things and ask for more money.

        We filed a consumer complaint here and next day we got a call from ifb. They sent the technician who replaced our shock absorber. That was some action taken by the company. However, we are yet to get the refund for payment made for amc.

        Desired solution: we want our money for amc back as it was sold to us giving incorrect information

          Sir,
          I am a ifb used for the last 20 years but now highly disappointed with the service. Why is it that we have to wait for days to get a part repaired, due to innumerable models the franchises do not keep all the parts. Once they order the part takes 5-7days or more to come and the customer has to face the tune. I have a severe back problem and detergent allergy and my drum has cracked and now i am told it will take 5-6days to be replaced. I have got my amc still do much problem. Could the company look into this as this type of problem i have faced several times causing me health problems. Please try to help and provide the part at the earliest or give a stop gap arrangement. As earlier the company policies were customer friendly but now there is no empathy for the customer.

            I have purchased ifb washing machine top loaded (6.5kg fully automatic tlrcsg grey) on 12.05.2018 but since then more than four times parts have been changed and still continue to be problem in its function. I have facing every month related to the defective function of said washing machine. I think this model have defective product of ifb.
            It is, therefore, requested to change my washing machine and delivered new washing machine in place of defective ifb washing machine (6.5kg fully automatic tlrcsg grey).

              The inlet pipe was left leaking by the installation vendor of ifb
              When i contacted him to rectify the leakage he told me to buy a new pipe.
              The pipe was supplied by the company along with the machine and instead of replacing the defective piece they suggest to buy a new one.
              Ifb had engaged roadchap vendors who are interested to sell the accessories like covers stands etc. Where they can make money.
              Company has no intentions to provide proper service for its products and engage cheap class vendors to deal with customers who always try to be-fool you by putting in illogical reasons.

                I am a customer of ifb elena vx 6kg 800 rpm washing machine since[protected].
                Today i had facing a problem, an abnormal sound coming inside the washing machine, white smoke come to outside from machine and also the machine was shivering. I was afraid and stop the machine.
                As per my request a technician inspected the machine today afternoon
                He informed that the “drum” and “shock absorber” was complained
                Rs.6200/- needed for the rectification/replacement of parts of the complaint
                This complaint is occurred only seven months after the warranty
                I am very disappointed about the product quality of ifb washing machine.
                I need warranty support /goodwill warranty
                Kindly make necessary step for providing warranty /goodwill warranty support for the rectification of the complaint. Treat this concern as a special case.

                    I made a complaint to your call centre for the machine not spinning. Complaint registered and from krishna agencies, pondicherry attended the problem. They said to change the belt immediately paying rupees 600. From your call centre i came to know that the actual belt cost is around 350. The machine is under amc. (Executive plus).                       I have purchase ifb elena aqua sx 6 kg 1000 rpm in march 2018.in 6 month only ifb repair due to 5 times flash light after 3 sec again 5 times flash light, so technician told high voltage to take ifb stabilizer, it cost 4500. So i purchase stabilizer. I have 4 years & 10 years total warranty. I not good because of waste management and technician. Ifb worst company in the world

                        I have Ifb washing machine. My door seal is damaged. I called service, Agra through customer care . They brought duplicate, damaged and dirty door seal. Was charging 600 for service and 800 for seal. New seal was looking duplicate and old. Called call centre many times but I guess service centre if Agra us cheating with us.                           My ifb washing machine is under warranty, and there is an issue lo displaying on the screen. Service person came and told he needs to replace the board and told he will replace in 2 days max. Its been 10 days now and no one showed up, we are facing lot of problem because of that, even there is no use of calling the customer care as they will tell the same thing to us that they will forward tge complaint. I will recommend all the people whom i know not to purchase any ifb product as they have the worst service.

                            I asked for the mrp rate of the spare to be replaced, the technician removed the assembled spare and left
                            Knowing a mrp price of a product is a basic need for that they left the machine without repairing

                              I had purchased your ifb ac on march 2018 and from the very first day i am facing problem regarding cooling. This ac was purchased from khurana agencies from rudrapur. From last four months i had been complaining in customer care of ifb but no response was given to me. I requested them to send a technician so they can resolve my problem but no technician has been sent.
                              Either you solve my problem or refund my money back.

                              My IFB AC is not working properly, i bought it few months ago, i need someone from IFB service centre to check this!! I called up few times to IFB service centre & explained them but no one showed up. So i am going to change this brand very soon.

                                I have brought a IFB SX-6KG (S.no: WT SEN SX 6010 B 022539) in 2014. After 1 year o[censored]sage, the problem started one by one. Now it pops for a door open & technician has asked to replace the board. He says that it is known quality fault in this model. If it is quality issue, this model has to be revoked. Replace at Free of Cost if it is quality issue.

                                    I had put a complain regarding malfunctioning of my subject item (Procured during 2016 from a kolkata outlet) to your toll free no. Vide ticket no. [protected] dt. 4 aug 2018. One service personnel (Nick name bappa) visited my residence at south kolkata residence on 6 aug 2018 and inspected the machine and gave a tentative repair cost including a replacement pcb. As he had no spare pcb at his disposal. On an assurance from his office stores he committed to visit next day for the replacement of the item. On approaching he declined to receive inspection charge instead he said that he would charge it along with the replacement cost of the pcb at the time of next visit after repairing the oven. Incidentally i had collected his phone number.
                                    Nobody turned up even after waiting for next 72 hours approximately. I booked another complain on 9 aug 2018 vide ticket no. [protected]. On contacting bappa today around 4-45 pm he gave me the contact number of his service centre office ([protected]). On contacting to the office one lady after hearing all my problem she checked her inventory and told me that the pcb is presently not in her stock, whenever it would be available some service personnel would attend to my complain. Also, she could not able to confirm when it will be available. It may take weeks. Shocked with her reply i asked for contact number of her hierarchy. She told "you may contact
                                    To my head office at kolkata at[protected]. I rang up few times to this number at around 5-06pm today on 10 aug 2018, nobody picked up the phone.
                                    Under the circumstances i seek your suggestion. If such a dismal scenario of your servicing section at kolkata i think that next time onward whenever i will go for purchase of any domestic appliances i would certainly exclude
                                    Your brand. Now a days more or less every company tries to give best post sell service. That pays in the the long run for the company. Unfortunately being the best brand in microwave oven in india its a pity that pay little attention to your servicing aspects in kolkata. I have decided to use also the social media platform detailing this harassment. However, if possible please arrange to solve my problem otherwise i have to go for a new purchase of a microwave oven of different brand. With thanks,

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I bought ifb machine before 7 years back... I glad to inform u that machine is very good in condition... But, it is created a huge sound when it was in a spinning mode.. It is irritating... So, i want to reduce the sound and complained to the ifb customer care... They sent a authorized dealer named siva enterprises, they repaired it.. But that is not reduced... More over they charged rs.7020 for two years warranty period... Now, i consulted the customer care they told, two years warranty charge only 5020... Plz take action for that

                                        Well the first complaint was made on the first week of july 2018, it took around 15 days to respond. On 17th of july a technician came to check the machine which is not working correctly & very smartly said repair requires a part which is not available with him hence said would repair the machine in few days as soon the part is arranged.

                                        Post that very smartly asked us to get the machine covered under amc & very happily collected 3400 & left forever. I would just like to ask what kind of customer service is this where in the customer is only there to pay for different virtual service which are never given by the company.

                                        First of this company deals with third party vendors to service the customers with there items & above that there is no response even after notification of the same issue since last almost 20 days.

                                        I demand first the money back which is charged for amc & secondly strongly recommend never to buy any ifb product. Most third class & pathetic service.
