Hi Team, I have changed the belt of my IFB washing machine and the they have charged me Rs 750. they have not provided a receipt. I check with the IFB customer care and they dont know the rate of the belt. I have the proof of the money paid. Please look into it and let me know the price of the belt for a front load IFB washing machine

    Hi,

    I complained to IFB last month for poor quality of Split AC, to which I received a confirmation that they are looking into the matter and shall revert back soon but even after repeated reminders there have been no response. Below is the details of my complain and the feedback I got from IFB customer service. The sheer no response attitude of IFB has made me loose all faith in the BRAND which I once appreciated.

    Hello IFB,

    I have purchased a few years back a Split AC 1.5 T IACS18KA3TP(PFC).
    Within few days of purchase of the AC I had trouble with the cooling provided by it and complained a few times which were first addressed by generic checks (I can even share mail exchanges done that time), then by general servicing but as time went by it started with first GAS Top-up and then Refill of Gas but every time I was told that AC is good quality and there is no leakage in the unit and it happens in split AC.

    Since this AC of mine is put in a room which is less used, gas was refilled cooling OK for few weeks and season end. This year too in May’2018 same thing happened I lodged a complaint (Ticket No. [protected])– in first service I was asked to get Gas refilled but the AC was OK and no leakage. But this time I thought to put this AC to test and within few weeks I could notice that the cooling is not happening.

    First it was quite a task to get the complained re-opened and I had to call atleast 4-5 times but with no Service Engineer visiting my house.

    Then I was asked to call directly your service partner and after that call I was able to get a service engineer to come my home and check the AC.

    The service guy came prepared this time as he knew that this time that the AC is under Guarantee for GAS Refill and he can’t make any false claim. After thorough investigation he said there is GAS LEAK and the culprit is CONDENSOR COIL and need to be replaced (with a full replacement cost of ~Rs 12, 000) I was shocked to listen this as every time this was happening but no one reported this when AC was in warranty or when GAS was refilled.

    I have been an IFB fan and have purchased multiple IFB products both for myself as well as my parents as I was under the impression good quality of IFB products. But with this Quality of Product and Quality of Service I feel cheated.

    Please have a look into the matter before I lose hope and trust into the brand IFB

    Yesterday I got 2 calls
    1. A lady from the IFB Customer Support - who was patient enough to understand the issue and informed me that she'll provide solution
    2. From a person from a local service center - "Apko estimate diya hai ... Aap ko condenser replace karana hai ya nahi"

    You can see the difference in the two messages I got from IFB. Firstly there was no response to my complaint on mail for a month and then on complaining though "Conumer Complaints" these 2 sudden calls which were quite in contrast.

    This is where I am concerned about IFB support and after sales interaction with customer

    You don't read my mail complaint completely and just need answers in yes or no.

    It's a complaint about fooling the customer on a poor quality AC and the cost of repair which you have provided me after your multiple failures in correcting the issue. I again explain you my complaint :

    Every time I got the servicing done you asked me to refill Gas and always mentioned that the AC is in good condition and there is no leakage. This time when I put the AC on test and the gas leaked within few weeks ... you have now come up with excuse that the whole Condensor if faulty and need replacement at an estimated cost of Rs12-13K.

    This shows sheer poor quality of the product and lack of the service engineer in identifying the issue and charging the consumer for your own poor quality and lack of expertise in identifying the issue.

    Why would I invest just hefty amount on a product where I have lost faith on Quality as well as After Sales service. If there is some way that you can assure me the Quality and Care for Customer of Brand IFB I would be happy to talk.

      Detergent tray has broken lodged complaint on 06-07-18 comp lno[protected].
      this is beyond warranty to be replaced on chargeble basis.Since last four days your service personnel at bhubaneswar not attended the compl.Even they are not lifting the phone calls.You have sold the product to your customer, it is your responsibility to provide service and spares as and when required.I am helpless my machine is breakdown since last four days.
      If the problem not resolved today i will be forced to approach the redressral forum.

        As my father in law was admitted to Jupiter Hospital on 2nd July, 2018, we were busy with his treatment for engio-graphy . On morning of 5th July, 2018 when we start the washing machine showed error and we immediately registered a complain in regards to it with the customer support. We were given Complain No.[protected] on dt.05.07.2018
        by IFB Consumer dept. The consumer dept. transfer this call to maintenance dept. to check and resolve the issue.
        The engineer come to my house to check the machine and found some dust in the water pipeline and restarted the machine and it seem to function smoothly and the engineer left my house at 5.30pm however just 10 to 15 minute after the engineer left, the machine stopped working again. when we called the engineer again and explain that the same error message is shown . The engineer replied to us that he has already attended to my complaint and now i have to call the customer care and lodge a fresh compalint. have reached far from your house you can call customer care no.[protected] to register the complain again. I once again called the customer care which gave me a landline no.[protected] which belonged to an area manager, however inspite of repeated attempts no one answered the call on the above mentioned number.
        I once again called the customer care and this time i was given one mobikle m.no.[protected] of Pradeep Singh, but the mobile was switch off. again we have call to customer care than they have given us Executive manger no.[protected] of Neharika Chavhan but the mobile was ringing nor she has any courtesy to call back again. Than again we have call the engineer to figure out the issue, he told us to sent me display Error photo on whatsapp .we have send the photo for the same. after calling to customer care again, we got another number [protected] from customer care to speak Suman about the same. Unfortunately she pickup my call an assure me that she will call me on 6th July, 2018 before 12 noon. we recd. the call from suman on 6th july, 2018 before 12 noon and he took area engineer on conference and assure me the problem will be solve on next day i.e. 7th July, 2018.
        As we were waiting for the engineer from 10am on next day, than again we call to suman and customer care for help, as the engineer was not come till 5.00pm. than i got a number of Nitin Solanki m.no.[protected], he called the area manager to resolve my issue to replace the part on urgent basis. The Engineer arrive at 7.00pm along with new parts to fixed the problem. but after replacing the parts the same problem arise and he inform us the mother board is not working, you have to replace that also.

        I have purchase the IFB washing machine on 21st June, 2017. After receiving the machine in 2 days, we have complain the customer care about the machine in 8 days that machine is making noise . after the engineer come to my place check the machine he told us to buy IFB stand and cover so the noise will stop because the floor is unbalanced.

        we have purchase both from IFB and after that also the noise is same . After continuously complain we have asked for replacement the senior engineer also visited my place but nothing has been happen from last one year.

        unfortunately the machine started giving problem to me and on 4th July, 2018 the washing machine start showing error . and today is 9th July, 2018 nor the senior people from IFB has called nor the machine error has been resolve nor the washing machine has been replaced.
        From 5th July, 2018 till today we are washing our own clothes .
        The IFB Team is playing football buy kicking me one place to another .

          I was purchased a AC in 2016. The sales representative suggest me to purchase this machine. But soon after purchasing the machine their are always some issues with this machine like suddenly the outer turn off. Cooling down and compressor not restart. They always sent a 16 17 year boy on the name of service engineer he chkd sevrally and suggest service at each and every visit after 1 month 2 month whenever. I really sucks up with IFB AC and when I tweet they promises to resolve my issue but they don't.

              I booked one unit of liquid detergent- Fluff by calling on customer care of IFB on 2nd July'2018 but still today(5th July'2018) haven't received the same. Even after giving reminder call not a single person attended or called me up to deliver the following. I am very much disappointed with this sorts o[censored]nprofessional response from such a big company like IFB. I will not recommend any one else to buy any such product of this company(IFB).

                Dear sir

                This is to inform that, i have purschased an ifb make 2 ton spilt ac vide model no. Iafs24xa3t4c on 29th may, 2018 from flipkart. (Invoice atatched). Now after couple of days from installation on 6th june, 2018, the backlight of the remote stopped working and without those backlight, the remote is very to operate.

                Accordingly, i raised a complaint to flipkart and flipkart after contacting their seller offered me three options.
                1. Seller will fully take away the ac unit along with remote and price paid by me shall be refunded by seller.
                2. Since, it comes under the manufacturing warranty of ifb, kindly raise a compalin to ifb for repair or replace.
                3. Purchase from flipkart by cash.

                Now, since for the mere defect in remote, i found replacing the whole unit was illogical and again since, remote is covered under warranty, it should be taken care by seller or manufacturer. So, i opted for making a compalin in ifb customer care after couple of days (Tentatively on 13th june, 2018). Customer care in turn puts their hands up and gave me a contact no of guwahati ifb service people's no. After calling their office, i have been again redirected with a new no of mr. Ankesh kumar (Mob:[protected]), who claimed himself as service head of ifb.

                After listening my situation, he assured me that, it will be replaced within a couple of days. After a couple days while contacting he said that, it will be replaced by flipkart and they are not liable to replace the same (Although it is under wararnty). Again i tried to make him understand the options given by flipkart to me, which is totally irrational as well as illogical. Then he assured me that it will be replaced by tomorrow.

                But, unfortunately that "tomorrow never came" till date. Every time while contacting him, he repeats the same motherhood statement again and again and from yesterday he had stopped receiving my phone.

                In this situation, i am finding myself in totally dark and really repenting on beleiving ifb nad flipkart and wasting my hard earned money.

                In view of the above, requesting your intervention in this matter and for a early resolve of the same.

                  1st the technician came for servicing he told u need to change vaule when i registerd complain fr changing vaule, the other technician came he is like the vaule is ok, as my machine is in warranty the technician refused to change and the head person name nilesh patel giving me a condition to change a vaule as my machine is in warranty and giving me examples n refused to change the vaule he is saying we dnt change the parts if they are ok bt his technician only told me u need to change the vaule.. worst company totatly nt worth to buy machine ifb worst service when my machine is in warranty they dnt change any parts if the parts are nt ok.

                      I purchased Ifb washing machine senorita dx 5.5kg, I called local Ifb customer care([protected]/[protected])panipat, Haeyana. He sent us a technician, He changed some parts, its PCB was not working, He said that PCB has also to be changed, He said that the PCB cost rupees 3250/-, I asked him to repair PCB but he said that PCB has to change. My question is that how costly the PCB is? Can it not be repair?. When I showed faulty PCB to other technician, he said that only capacitor will be changed.Why ifb spare parts costly, I think technicians are taking much money than its actual cost.                         Guys don't go with IFB. REASONS BELOW
                        1.Very expensive spare parts you can rather afford new machine
                        2. IFB TECHNICIANS will lure you to go for AMC which only covers drum and hard board which is hardly going to be faulty.
                        3. IFB customer care do not have tracking in place for the tech visit and you will need to wait upto 15 days if you opted for AMC

                          This device was purchased 6months ago and it went down and stopped working for 7times this till date, many a time when the executive of ifb has come to repair it never shown the device working even for at least a day, this is the final time i am complaining about the device before i go ahead and file a complaint to consumer forum, so i want my device to be replaced immediately withing 5days with a good and proper device orelse i will straight away go to consumer forum with the sales person who has been the fraud sale agent and the repair executives name and file a complaint and will make sure you people lose your job. Its a last warning i am giving you. Come and replace my device immediately.

                          I purchased this oven in 2015 end. Now start and stop button are not working. Without those it can't be operated. None of the servicing centres are responsible. Please do the needful to rectify.

                            I have raised ticket [protected] 0n 23rd june, 2018.11 am, saturday.
                            Technician visited on next monday
                            . Told that water pipe is leaking. He can set it with lickoplaster. I asked him for new one. I bought this 2 month back. He went, there is no response
                            Thursday i called, they told me, they sent sent a requisition. Thursday they get spare parts. So friday they will send technician. This is 30th june, 2018. Now they are saying they have to check thursday spare has came or not. When i asked them you told me u will send technician on friday. She is saying that spare came on friday. When i asked that you are saying two kind of words. She dropped the call. The person was monomita chakraborty. I dont know why ifb service is too poor and why they are not looking this at all, as there are so many
                            Market competitors. Being a working person it is not possible to call everyday. Even if they are not giving any update. I want to escalate this to higher management.

                              I have purchased this senator washing machine in july 2016 and my registered mobile number js [protected] from kandivali west in august 2017 almoat a year the panel was not working and j launch a complain after lot of drama and calling like so many times finally they changed and even that time lights were not working and the techinicain are so rude that we cant even tell them that lights are not working after 8 months again the panel is not working launch a complain that person changed and now the power button is so hard and when i told them that the button is hard they aren’t replying nor doing anything and same rudest person harshad who came to see the machine he is like sab thik hi hai aap aise hi complain mat karo this that and it was very rude
                              In like 2 years if i have to change the panel of the machine then whats the point in taking a machings from such a reputed company i took your machine above siemens i think my choice was wrong anyway please give me the solution regarding this asap otherwise i wont trust ifb at all and even will take support of media if possible to reach this word to most of the people

                                Ifb serena washing machine was purchased by me on 2nd may 2018 from nandilath g mart, kochi and the same was installed. The engineer also sold to us a stabilizer during installation. The machine has been sparingly used and from 10th june onwards fo a week the stabilizer started showing h1. I raised a complaint on 19 june at 9:46am and got the ticket number [protected]. Evening aroudn 4:26pm i got a message saying the ticket is pending "due to cusotmer appointment / reschedule". Post this i got a call on 22 june at about 11am and the lady handed over the call to an engineer, who asked me what is the issue! When i told him the stabilizer is showing h1, he immediately told me that the stabilizer was having an issue and he asked me to get it to the service centre. When i told him the machine is brand new not even a couple of month old, he said that the stabilizer is not warrantied so the same i should get. The ticket was closed by them with a comment "contract form not available/ produced". I raised a complaint again on 25th june 2018 with the shop from whom i bought the wm. I then got a call and the engineer came in the evening. Saw the stabillizer and said it was faulty but could not replace as the same is out of stock!!!. He told he will get within 2 days but there has been no response till date.

                                Will the faulty stabilizer be replaced with one good quality long lasting stabilizer and can this issue be resolved. I am disgruntled. This was the first ifb product i purchased and am regretting now.

                                It is now 3 weeks and more I am following up with IFB service center.
                                The clothes do not dry up.
                                The programmer has been changed but still the problem is on.

                                I take regular AMC and still is been facing problems frequently and lately the service of the center has gone very poor.

                                When product arrived and ifb technician visit to fit. And put clothes in it water out from machine. He said that in transport internal part was damaged in it. I have try to replacement for two times no technical visit and replacement rejected. Kindly solve the issue.

                                  I bought washing machine from ifb it's been less than 2yrs and it stop working every six months and i have to submit a complaint for the parts that gets spoiled. When u call the customer support they tell rep will come and visit ur and his charges to check is 700rs what is the point of buying ur product when it spoiled and i need to pay every time they come to see.

M, residing at 14/1, 2nd cross, kalidasa road, vv mohalla, mysore i have purchased ifb washing machine from m/s mahaveer distributors, mysore vide bill no. Fin 1032 dt; 24/06/2018, model name is ifb tl sdg 8.0 aqua, this machine is delivered from above said distributor, it is very dirty, dust, oiled, greece, there is no guarantee card, user manual and accessories. I think it has been already used, please send new washing machine above said model as early as possible do the needful and oblige. Thank you

                                        I bought IFB refrigerator with bottom freezer on 3rd August 2015, on 25th July 2017 we called IFB complaint section that refigerator is not working. So they sent one person who couldn't solve the problem but did some wrong connection and electricity of whole house went as it got tripped, he got scared and left. Next day another person came and said now the compressor has gone and needs replacement and he will call back. After few days he called back and said that parts are not available as refrigerator production is stopped and refund will be given as it is under warranty (2 years). Then the ordeal started of contacting the the repair and maintainance centre of North Goa the lady initially picked phone than stopped picking. When I called from other number she picked and said call Manager. Manager Mr Kunal Gupta picked phone and said refund will be given after deducting depreciation. But after that he is not picking phone. Last 1 year trying to contact him but of no avail.
