I have purchased ifb top load washing machine in mar 2016. They gave 2 years warranty period ie up to mar 2018.in the above period, nobody called from ifb for free servicing. My self two times tried to contact customer care, i could not get the call. Then meantime my busy work schedule i forgot to call them again. Recently i have booked complaint (Ie after the warranty period) for general servicing of the machine. I requested ifb since you have not done the free servicing of my washing machine for the past two years, this service should be done on free of cost. But they didn't agree. Further, they have sent the service personnel for servicing. They came and took only 15 minutes and charged 840 rupees without replacing any parts (2 nos drum washing powder only used). I argued with the service personnel just spending 15 minutes and getting rs 840 is like a cheating. He didn't agree and replied that they cant do anything on that. Further, i have communicated to customer care also, they also replied that the same manner and replied that in warranty period you have not contacted ie is your mistake like that they replied. I fed up with ifb. Kindly suggest me, how to contact consumer court for remedial action.

There is no company policy with IFB. If the policy is there means they would have been attended the regular free service of the machine during warranty period itself. Hence, kindly refund the money of Rs 590 (i agreed to pay Rs 340 for drum cleaning) at the earliest.

    I sanjib sadhukhan being a customer of your company using washing machine, microoven ac etc. Now i want to draw your kind attention on the following fact that i have contacted the customer care over telephone and a service representative also visited regarding washing machine service and suggested to replace and repair damage part.
    And regarding this he has taken advanced money. But now he has not being any response to attain the problem also not attain the phone call yet. The billing photo copy attached here with.
    Kindly help about above mentioned problem.

    I have purchased IFB 6.5 Kg top load washing machine on 31-Mar-2017.
    One month, i failed a complaint because the timer was not working.
    it has been 1 month now, there is no proper response.

      Dear team – i have purchased an ifb washing machine (Senorita vx) ~ 5 years ago, and currently, there is a problem in the rotation of the drum. When contacted the local service centre, the local technician visited our place, and informed that the drum needs to be replaced (The drum is perfectly fine, and i think he was referring to the internal cord that helps rotate the drum). For this, he said that the service cost would be rs 9, 000.
      This looks too expensive for replacing the drum / cord. Request you to let me know if this is the approved cost of replacing the part by ifb?

      Also, for the visit that did not get resolve the issue, i was charged rs 590/-. When contacted the local service centre, he said that for each visit (Irrespective of problem getting resolved or not) the charge would be applicable

      Can you let me know what is the exact cost to get this repaired.

        Our ifb micro oven 25sc2 is covered under ifb's annual maintenance contract (From 7/9/2017 to 8/9/2018 - vide voucher no.1017/ ticket no.[protected] as it was not working, i had booked a service call on 26/4/2018 vide ticket no. [protected] at bangalore.in response to my call, one of the technician from their franchise 'royal services" bangalore visited our premises and tried to repair the micro oven and when the problem persisted, he took our micro oven to service centre on 10/5/2018 (By issuing me a invoice no.1511 dt.10/5/2018) for its further service.

        But to my surprise on 25/5/2018 the same technician brought back our micro oven without servicing and said that it could not be repaired as spare required was not available and left the unrepaired micro oven at our premises without giving any report, and asked for the invoice given by him back. However after much arguments, i retained the original invoice issued by him while taking micro oven for service centre and only on a xerox copy i gave acknowledgement for having received micro oven without repair. As the a. M. C issued by ifb which is still in force (I. E. Up to 8 sept2018) i am entitled for its repair as per a. M. C. By ifb irrespective of any reason such as non availability of spares etc.,

        Sir, i am a senior citizen and from a renowned company like ifb i never anticipated such poor, faulty customer service. When they are bound to get my micro oven repaired/serviced as per terms of the annual maintenance contract which is issued by ifb and valid till 8/9/2018. I am disheartened with this poor customer service which has caused difficulties to me and my family. Even i have not received any acknowledgement or reply to my email dated 25 may 2018 sent to them at [protected]@ifbglobal.com in this regard.

        Aggrieved by ifb's failure to get my micro oven repaired for their own reasons, which is clear violation of the terms of their a. M. C, i have submitted this complaint through you to call upon them to arrange immediate repair/service of our micro oven and redress their deficiency in service.

        Dear sir,
        This is in reference to my complaint dated 31/5/2018 regarding non compliance of the terms of AMC issued by IFB for the failure in servicing my Micro oven 25SC2 for which AMC is still in force. Till Date except your complaint acknowledgement mail dated 31/5/2018, and a unverified phone call wherein somebody gave a false and unreasonable suggestion of advising me to go for purchase of a new IFB Micro oven for which a paltry discount was offered in lieu of your failure to fulfill AMC (call received from a phone No.[protected] on 1/6/2018), there are no tangible efforts on your part to redress my complaint.

        Being a senior citizen, only with an intention to buy peace of mind, and also having faith in IFB, I had paid Rs. 1770/- (by crossed cheque drawn in favour IFB) for purchase of the said AMC on 7/9/2017. When the said cheque is encashed by IFB, it is incumbent on your part to service the product (i.e Micro oven) to the satisfaction of your customer till the expiry of your AMC which you have failed for your own reasons. The said deficiency in service has not only caused inconvenience to me and my family but also caused mental agony to me at my old age. To highlight IFB's poor customer service, uptill now I am posting the details of the harm caused by IFB to me in various customer grievances forums and also Senior Citizen forums.

        Please note that If you do not take any satisfactory steps in getting my Micro oven covered under your AMC, I will be constrain​ed to proceed further against IFB Industries in appropriate Consumer Forum and also under senior citizen harassment angle.

        I except a detailed mail from you in respect of your plan of actions in redressing my grievances and I will not consider any of your acknowledgement or proposals if received from any unverified telephones.
        I hope and expect a early action from IFB in this regard

          I purchased ifb washing machine on dec 24th. Initially first two times i faced issue with program controller. At that time i raised complaint to customer care. After 10 days technician came and told that it is damaged machine, please ask for replacement. I conveyed the same to respective dealer and they convinced me by telling it’s just small issue. They fixed it with feviquick. After that around 5 to 6 times i faced the same issue. Each time i need to raise complaint, it will take minimum 1 week to resolve this.
          Now i just want replacement for this. Nellore service point people also not responding properly. I registered with [protected] number.

          I recomend that not to buy ifb products. They are cheating us. Avoid ifb products. Go for other brands.

            I have registered a complaint with ifb with no [protected] on 11/05/2018. First they closed the complain without any resolution within 3 days. When i got the complain opened once again a technician came with a motor to replace. But replacement of motor did not solve the problem and thus he went back telling me that i will revert back within a day or two. Since then no body has reverted back and my machine is still not working. When i called back i was give a no [protected] of some jitendra. This person never picks up the phone and i must have tried some 20 times. I dont think ifb has any customer satisfaction value. They even dont care to give proper reply nor have any responsible person who could listern to the complain.

            IFB as a company has appointed their service dealer in Ahmedabad which is a total irrisponsible party. Twice before this i had issues for my machine and in both case the culplit was your service dealer. They have even no time to receive the calls. Why can IFB not have their own representative locally who could listen to the customer.

              Purchased ifb microwave oven on 4.5.2015. Inspite of very rare usage it stopped heating six months back. There was no compl
              Aint for other functions. The technician from service centre visited and found that the complaint is with the capacitor and diode and changed them but of no use. Later he changed the magnetron which also failed. Then he asked to take the oven to service centre for detailed check up which i did. After check up i was informed over phone that it will incur approximately rs.5000/= to get the oven repaired which i denied. The magnetron has warrenty during the period. After about 3 months the oven was returned to me completely dead. I strongly believe that the ifb service centre are exploitting customers by overcharging and by unqualified technicians.                 My ifb front load washing machine was having leakage issue. Ifb technician told us that it is due to crack in tub and replaced entire tub. But when we checked old tub, we could not see any crack. Now technician is saying it is tub sealing leakage issue and there is no other fix for the same than replacing tub.

                Incident date:27 may
                Technicain was from delta services, pune (Ifb authorised service center.)

                We are not at all convinced by technician answers and not at all happy with the way he fixed the issue. We strongly feels that he has hidden the actual issue and asked us to replace tub. He has not even given proper reasoning in written. Just given us bill without any warranty. Really sorry to see such pathetic service from ifb. I will prefer to purchase other brands washing machine if ifb is giving such a service.

                I hope ifb will take appropriate action to stop such malpractices and help me to resolve my issue and provide refund.

                  For the past 10 years we are using ifb products and we are thankful for your service,

                  Complaints:
                  1. We have a power generator backup with 5 seconds but the washing machine stops when the power goes and if we start it manually the washing cycle starts from the beginning even if it was in a finishing point
                  2. Poor service: we were promised the installation in 2 day and the ifb member was good in coordination before the payment as he called us 3-4 times a day but after the payment there were no proper response and the installation took a week time.
                  3. Behavior: the person who came for the installation was in a hurry and rude in behavior, we requested a operating manual copy/operating flow chart in english but neither he provided it nor waited to take the signature on the installation paper.

                  We expect a fast assistance for the proper installation of the gadget...

                    Hi,
                    I have an if washing machine (Out of warranty) which stopped working on 2nd may 2018 (Ticket no. [protected]). I registered a complaint and the technician visited me on 5th may 2018. Even, without checking the machine properly, he told me that a part has to be replace and would cost 4500. He even told me that only after replacing that part, he would know whether there is a problem with other parts as well. I asked him to replace the part. I even requested him to come at around 5'o clock in the evening (Their working timings are 12'o clock to 6 p. M) as i am working woman and cannot stay at home all the time. To this he replied that it would be too dark and he won't be able to work. After 2-3 days he gain called me and told me that he is coming to replace the part by 2 p. M. I requested him to come at 3 p. M so that i could return from work but he disagreed. I again called him and told him to come at 2 p. M but then he told me that he won't be able to come that day. Next day he again called me, i asked him to atleast give me a call before reaching my home. Ut, he denied and misbehaved with me. He talked very rudely to me and told me that i don't want to get may machine repaired. To this, i again registered a compliant on 10th may (Ticket no. [protected]) requesting them to arrange for some other technician and get my machine fixed. There was no follow-up to this compliant and after few days, i got a message that my complaint has been closed. I was not in town for next few day. When i came back, i again registered a complaint on 24th may (Ticket no. [protected]). To this the same technician called me on 25th telling me that i have to make an advance payment for the parts to be replaced. When i told him, the this is not the procedure anywhere, he told me to call the customer care. I called the customer care where the lady told me that no such clause is there and gave me the number of k. P agarwal ([protected]). I called him, he talked very rudely to me and told me that if i want to get my machine repaired, i have to make an advance payment. I again called the customer support and insisted on talking to a senior consultant. To this, my call was transferred to ms. Mehraz. She told me that if agarwal is saying like that, then it must be the case. When i asked her why i was not informed about this before by the customer care of the technician, she did not have any answer. She again called me back after 15 minutes and made me talk to mr. Nikhil (I think he is the area manager, delhi) and ritu. Nikhil herd me patiently, but he was also insistent that i have to make an advance payment because many times it happens that the customer gets the part replaced but refuse to pay for it (I don't know how). To this, i asked him as well that why i was not told this before and when the technician was ready to come before and denied later on, was he again coming without the part? Mr. Nikhil could not answer my apprehensions. Realizing that they are wrong, ritu along with mehraz played another trick. They put the blame on me that i have refused to make a payment before and therefore, they are asking for advance payment. When i inquired them about the details of their claim, they failed to tell me any details. Ritu told me that she would call me in 10 minutes and tell me what to do further.                     Hi,
                    I have an IFB washing machine(out of warranty) which stopped working on 2nd May 2018(ticket no. [protected]). I registered a complaint and the technician visited me on 5th May 2018. Even, without checking the machine properly, he told me that a part has to be replace and would cost 4500. He even told me that only after replacing that part, he would know whether there is a problem with other parts as well. I asked him to replace the part. I even requested him to come at around 5'o clock in the evening(their working timings are 12'o clock to 6 p.m) as I am working woman and cannot stay at home all the time. To this he replied that it would be too dark and he won't be able to work. After 2-3 days he gain called me and told me that he is coming to replace the part by 2 p.m. I requested him to come at 3 p.m so that I could return from work but he disagreed. I again called him and told him to come at 2 p.m but then he told me that he won't be able to come that day. Next day he again called me, i asked him to atleast give me a call before reaching my home. ut, he denied and misbehaved with me. He talked very rudely to me and told me that I don't want to get may machine repaired. To this, I again registered a compliant on 10th May(ticket no. [protected]) requesting them to arrange for some other technician and get my machine fixed. There was no follow-up to this compliant and after few days, I got a message that my complaint has been closed. I was not in town for next few day. When I came back, i again registered a complaint on 24th May(ticket no. [protected]). To this the same technician called me on 25th telling me that I have to make an advance payment for the parts to be replaced. When I told him, the this is not the procedure anywhere, he told me to call the customer care. I called the customer care where the lady told me that no such clause is there and gave me the number of K.P Agarwal([protected]). I called him, he talked very rudely to me and told me that if I want to get my machine repaired, I have to make an advance payment. I again called the customer support and insisted on talking to a senior consultant. To this, my call was transferred to Ms. Mehraz. She told me that if Agarwal is saying like that, then it must be the case. When I asked her why I was not informed about this before by the customer care of the technician, she did not have any answer. She again called me back after 15 minutes and made me talk to MR. Nikhil(I think he is the area manager, delhi) and Ritu. Nikhil herd me patiently, but he was also insistent that I have to make an advance payment because many times it happens that the customer gets the part replaced but refuse to pay for it(I don't know how). To this, I asked him as well that Why I was not told this before and when the technician was ready to come before and denied later on, was he again coming without the part? Mr. Nikhil could not answer my apprehensions. Realizing that they are wrong, Ritu along with Mehraz played another trick. They put the blame on me that I have refused to make a payment before and therefore, they are asking for advance payment. When I inquired them about the details of their claim, they failed to tell me any details. Ritu told me that she would call me in 10 minutes and tell me what to do further. Till now I have't got any call.

                      I have been registering my complain since february because before that they were not registering that saying the service center has not closed your previous requests for installation and demo.

                      Finally when they did register the complain they sent a technician who new nothing about the oven and simply heated some water and said that everything is fine. I complained again many times and then they asked us to speak to mr. Prabhu who upon several requests sent a technician and said that they he will cook and see if the oven is fine or not, this time the technician came and tried baking a cake in it and failed miserably. The item was not cooked as i had complained earlier, but the technician denied it and refused to write a complain and said that there is no problem in the machine. Upon several calls mr. Prabhu said that if the problem is not solved we will replace the oven. And after that he has stopped receiving the calls.

                      As this matter was not being resolved after such a long time we asked for some seniors details. We were asked to speak to mr. Sarath who after asking us all the details assigned this matter to mr. Prabhu. When this matter was still not solved mr. Sarath assigned this matter to ms. Akila who after going through all the details said that the product will be replaced.

                      We were waiting for the replacement but there was no information from their side. We called up mr. Sarath again, as usual he said that he will get back after consulting the quality team. We waited for days and as usual we only had to call back mr. Sarath. At first mr. Sarath said that their is no quality issue in the machine, so we asked him if its fine why doesn't anything gets cooked/baked, also the oven door doesn't close. Mr. Sarath again said that he will get back after consulting his quality team.

                      After few days he called up and said that he has spoken to the quality team and come to a conclusion that the oven is not fit for cooking/baking, it is not strong enough for baking specially, it cannot heat that much, so i suggest you to go for a higher end model we will give you another model and you can pay the difference amount. We said that we do not need another oven if this the thing than please take this product back and refund the amount. Mr. Sarath said that he will get back again. After few days again we gave a call to mr. Sarath and asked him about the status, he said that the product is perfectly fine and it cannot be replaced or returned. He lied about what he had said previously. After hearing this we again called up customer care and told the everything, we spoke to ms. Suman who asked us all the details and said that she will speak to mr. Sarath and give a call. She called up after sometime and said that mr. Sarath will give you a call. So we called up mr. Sarath, this time mr. Sarath totally denied what he had said before.

                      According to mr. Sarath only the convection mode is not working, the rest of the functions are perfectly fine so this is not a quality issue, the door can be fixed, therefore the oven is perfectly fine. He also said that i was calling in after few few days therefore in between i was using the oven. Now his last resort will be that since i have purchased this oven online, they cannot do anything. Today is 25th may 2018 and my problem is still not solved. Mr. Sarath also said that he cannot simply blame the company (Ifb) about the defective product and that we should understand his situation. We do not understand why is mr. Sarath so scared to report about a defective product or is he simply acting to be so.

                      Does this company pressurizes its employees to not report about a defective product? Does this company asks its employees to not listen to their customers problems? Does this company asks its employees to harass its customers like this? Is this company's products not meant for the common people because as per mr. Sarath the customers are liars and they do not know how to use the products such as microwave oven etc. Mr. Sarath has till now tried all his tricks everyday he gives new excuses and says things which no one can ever imagine. He is fooling us since the beginning. He dragged this matter for so long and then says that its very late. So as per mr. Sarath tomorrow if i buy a refrigerator and complain about not being able to make ice, he will say that only the freezer function is not working because it is not strong enough, but the rest is fine therefore, the refrigerator is absolutely perfect.

                      As per our experience we feel that this is a fraud company thriving on fooling innocent customers with no intent of serving the customers or even listening to their problems.

                      Dear ifb people you have not distributed your products free of cost we have paid for it with our hard earned money so have some shame (Which we doubt) and solve this matter as soon as possible.

                        He is continuesly ignoring my calls. Today again i registered complaint... Ifb team always has one answer*ifb representative will soon visit you*. Seriously redicolous service. I will never suggest any one to buy any ifb product... Very bad services.

                          I bought this AC two years ago and I did not use the AC much my current bill is always 500 to 900 rupees. You can see what is my usage here. Suddenly the air flow was low hence I called IFB customer care Case number - [protected] they sent me a technician who was not friendly and they asked me to refill the gas and hence they refilled the gas and said there is no leakage and the very next day the coolling started to get reduced then I left the town for a month or more and when I returned back the my family said that the AC cooling was very bad and hence I made the next call where the technician failed to document the conversation that they will call me back. After that since there is no response from IFB end I again called the customer care they gave me Hemakumar number who is the representative for customer relations he was very nice in recommending the annual maintenance cost rather then fixing my issue. They said that the cooling tube in the interior part seems to have a leakage. He agreed that it could be a manufacturing defect but he is not ready to replace the part which went wrong instead he was supporting the service vendor and asking me to pay for something which was not my fault. This leakage did not happen until the technicians refill the gas. I CAN PAY WHEN I SPOILED SOMETHING, BUT NOT WHEN IT WAS DID BY SOMEONE ELSE OR FOR A MANUFACTURING DEFECT!!! There was a lady called SUMAN from customer care who promised me that she would call me but till date she did not call me [protected]

                            Bought this machine frm r city reliance digital ghatkopar, on 19th and till date 23 may after 5 days is not installed, making my 79 years parents to run about. Worst i had returned my old machine and now at mercy of ifb to come and install. Wonder abt their service later. I would now want to return the machine as fed up contacting diff people.

                            Very bad service gauging by numerous pissed off customers on fb.

                            I would rather buy something else.

                              I have entered in amc of my senorita dx washing machine on 13.06.2017 and by paying advance of rs. 2645/-. The invoice no. Of cash receipt is [protected] and book no. Is 067. This amc is valid till 12.06.2018 and i have been told that 4 free services will be included in it. Till date only two service has been done that to not up to the mark and balance two nobody is visiting us even after registering call and follow up.

                              My complaint is to either refund the 50% of the paid amount or the amc period to be extended for additional two quarters. Also the agency appointed at nashik for amc activity needs to be more active as they have not at all done the amc in proper manner and they never visit form amc even after registering the call.

Last ticket no. booked for service was [protected] booked on 09.05.2018, the same has been not resolved and also i got a message whether this ticket number is resolved or not, i confirmed back that the same is not resolved. Till date the 3rd service is still pending and no idea when to perform the 4rth AMC.

                              No reply from IFB...Can i expect any updates..My AMC is getting Lapsed on 17.06.2018. If you cannot update me on above kindly refund Rs. 1322.50 (50% of AMC amount of Rs. 2645 which was paid in advance) with applicable interest, as only two service got done (after many follow up and which was not upto the mark) and balance two, no idea when it will happen.

                              Please revert on priority.

                                  This has reference to the ifb top loading washing machine that my father
                                  Bought from qrs retail ltd, down hill, malappuram on 05/09/2016. Some
                                  Months ago, we had a problem with the door of the machine and
                                  Registered a complaint. The technician came, fixed it somehow and said
                                  That he would be coming again with the spare part and fix the problem
                                  Finally. For some months, he did not turn up and so my father registered
                                  Another complaint with the shop. The technician turned up after three
                                  Or four days. He said that there is a problem with the clutch of the
                                  Machine and the machine has to be taken to the service center some
                                  20-25 kms away. After the spare part reached the service center 4-5
                                  Days later my father took it there on the 8th may 2018. Till this day
                                  They have not repaired it. Ifb customer care mail ids and toll-free numbers are useless. No reply to mails and the customer care does the usual pleasing statements with no actions. The people at the customer care are only taught to speak nice. And now, the service center has stopped attending our calls which is the worst part. I now wonder whether i will get it in the
                                  Condition it was when i took it to the service center or in a worse
                                  Condition. Keeping this in mind, we strongly demand for a full refund of the product. For such service offered, we do not wish to stay with ifb products anymore!!!

                                    I have purchased an ifb eva aqua front load washing machine in the year 2015.The machine was working without any problem but few days back it started showing error so we lodged a complain to the ifb customer care on 11th of may 18 as it was under 4 years warranty .

                                    The next day a technician came to attend the call .He was very confused and first told that the soccer of the machine was broken, then after 5 mins. he told me that the door sensor was broken and then at last after 15 mins.he told that the PCB i.e control panel is broken.
                                    i told him that i have used the machine couple of days ago and washed cloth.
                                    To this his reply was "SIR YOU ARE LYING".

                                    I got angry and asked him to leave because he was very misbehaving in nature while going back he told me do whatever you want to do but this machine wont be serviced.

                                    After that i called your customer care number but their reply was also pathetic they keep on giving me contact details of people and i called each of them but no solution has been offered to me yet.

                                    I was quite happy with the brand IFB but after this incident i am afraid i wont ever recommend the brand to anyone.The service provided to me was terrible and the escalation matrix or the customer relationship department was the worst .

                                      Never buy a product from ifb point, shop no - 217 2nd floor gip mall sec-18 noida, 201301. They are use to provide refurbish or repaired product. If you will demand for replacement, the owner of the ifb point will take hell of time and if you will insists for immediate replacement he will abuse you.

                                      On saturday 19th may - 18, i purchased ifb senator smart touch 8kg 1400rpm washing machine from ifb point, shop no - 217 2nd floor gip mall sec-18 noida, 201301, by paying rs. 39000/- with exchange, and on 20th may - 18 at 14:00 hrs it was delivered. When technician visited for installation, after unpacking he found machine is already open from back, drum is opened and lying down. Back panel is rusted at one point.

                                      Seems it was my wrong decision to be loyal with ifb and purchased ifb machine again. I swear, i will not make same mistake in future and not let others in my friends and relatives. By the way till today i was self appointed brand ambassador of ifb.

                                      I would not ask my money back, please get this machine back to you immediately, as i am going to purchase some other brand machine by today itself.

                                      My personal request to team, please forward my mail to highest authority of ifb. Since i loose rs. 39000/- of my hard earn money, in return there should be a small capital punishment to ifb point owner also.

                                        Dear concern

                                        I bought an ac of ifb company from a dealer named appliance gallary from setor 22c chandigarh model no. Iacs18ka3tgc 1.5 ton on 22-jun-2017.

                                        The ifb technicains installed it next day. It dont give required cooling and it gives heat while running. Then i make a complaint on dated 02-july-2017. Complaint no. [protected]. Which remain unclose after two three visits of complaint resolver and try rectifying heating problem but they got unsuccess in their hand. Resolver says that it will be fine when you use it for two three months.

                                        Then i again complaint on 14-sept-2017 regarging above said issues. Resolvers came after 3 day and ac don't cool 23°. The resolver says that you need to maintain the cooling at 16°. But still not give cooling. Its not too hot the ac will not cool at 23°.

                                        On 03 oct 2017, the complaint is marked as resolved without any resolution.

                                        Now again logged a complaint at shop from which i have purchased it. Ifb team not responding.

                                        This is the defected piece and requesting you to kindly replace it. If it is not possible then take your ac and give my money back. Kindly take your step regarding this complaint at the earliest.

                                        Ifb executive visited today. But it still not cooling at 16 degree. There is some major fault in this AC. Requesting you to kindly replace it or give me money back
