I bought this AC two years ago and I did not use the AC much my current bill is always 500 to 900 rupees. You can see what is my usage here. Suddenly the air flow was low hence I called IFB customer care Case number - [protected] they sent me a technician who was not friendly and they asked me to refill the gas and hence they refilled the gas and said there is no leakage and the very next day the coolling started to get reduced then I left the town for a month or more and when I returned back the my family said that the AC cooling was very bad and hence I made the next call where the technician failed to document the conversation that they will call me back. After that since there is no response from IFB end I again called the customer care they gave me Hemakumar number who is the representative for customer relations he was very nice in recommending the annual maintenance cost rather then fixing my issue. They said that the cooling tube in the interior part seems to have a leakage. He agreed that it could be a manufacturing defect but he is not ready to replace the part which went wrong instead he was supporting the service vendor and asking me to pay for something which was not my fault. This leakage did not happen until the technicians refill the gas. I CAN PAY WHEN I SPOILED SOMETHING, BUT NOT WHEN IT WAS DID BY SOMEONE ELSE OR FOR A MANUFACTURING DEFECT!!! There was a lady called SUMAN from customer care who promised me that she would call me but till date she did not call me [protected]

    Bought this machine frm r city reliance digital ghatkopar, on 19th and till date 23 may after 5 days is not installed, making my 79 years parents to run about. Worst i had returned my old machine and now at mercy of ifb to come and install. Wonder abt their service later. I would now want to return the machine as fed up contacting diff people.

    Very bad service gauging by numerous pissed off customers on fb.

    I would rather buy something else.

      I have entered in amc of my senorita dx washing machine on 13.06.2017 and by paying advance of rs. 2645/-. The invoice no. Of cash receipt is [protected] and book no. Is 067. This amc is valid till 12.06.2018 and i have been told that 4 free services will be included in it. Till date only two service has been done that to not up to the mark and balance two nobody is visiting us even after registering call and follow up.

      My complaint is to either refund the 50% of the paid amount or the amc period to be extended for additional two quarters. Also the agency appointed at nashik for amc activity needs to be more active as they have not at all done the amc in proper manner and they never visit form amc even after registering the call.

      Which complaint number?
      My registered contact no. is [protected]. Location is Nashik, Maharashtra. Last ticket no. booked for service was [protected] booked on 09.05.2018, the same has been not resolved and also i got a message whether this ticket number is resolved or not, i confirmed back that the same is not resolved. Till date the 3rd service is still pending and no idea when to perform the 4rth AMC.

      No reply from IFB...Can i expect any updates..My AMC is getting Lapsed on 17.06.2018. If you cannot update me on above kindly refund Rs. 1322.50 (50% of AMC amount of Rs. 2645 which was paid in advance) with applicable interest, as only two service got done (after many follow up and which was not upto the mark) and balance two, no idea when it will happen.

          This has reference to the ifb top loading washing machine that my father
          Bought from qrs retail ltd, down hill, malappuram on 05/09/2016. Some
          Months ago, we had a problem with the door of the machine and
          Registered a complaint. The technician came, fixed it somehow and said
          That he would be coming again with the spare part and fix the problem
          Finally. For some months, he did not turn up and so my father registered
          Another complaint with the shop. The technician turned up after three
          Or four days. He said that there is a problem with the clutch of the
          Machine and the machine has to be taken to the service center some
          20-25 kms away. After the spare part reached the service center 4-5
          Days later my father took it there on the 8th may 2018. Till this day
          They have not repaired it. Ifb customer care mail ids and toll-free numbers are useless. No reply to mails and the customer care does the usual pleasing statements with no actions. The people at the customer care are only taught to speak nice. And now, the service center has stopped attending our calls which is the worst part. I now wonder whether i will get it in the
          Condition it was when i took it to the service center or in a worse
          Condition. Keeping this in mind, we strongly demand for a full refund of the product. For such service offered, we do not wish to stay with ifb products anymore!!!

            I have purchased an ifb eva aqua front load washing machine in the year 2015.The machine was working without any problem but few days back it started showing error so we lodged a complain to the ifb customer care on 11th of may 18 as it was under 4 years warranty .

            The next day a technician came to attend the call .He was very confused and first told that the soccer of the machine was broken, then after 5 mins. he told me that the door sensor was broken and then at last after 15 mins.he told that the PCB i.e control panel is broken.
            i told him that i have used the machine couple of days ago and washed cloth.
            To this his reply was "SIR YOU ARE LYING".

            I got angry and asked him to leave because he was very misbehaving in nature while going back he told me do whatever you want to do but this machine wont be serviced.

            After that i called your customer care number but their reply was also pathetic they keep on giving me contact details of people and i called each of them but no solution has been offered to me yet.

            I was quite happy with the brand IFB but after this incident i am afraid i wont ever recommend the brand to anyone.The service provided to me was terrible and the escalation matrix or the customer relationship department was the worst .

              Never buy a product from ifb point, shop no - 217 2nd floor gip mall sec-18 noida, 201301. They are use to provide refurbish or repaired product. If you will demand for replacement, the owner of the ifb point will take hell of time and if you will insists for immediate replacement he will abuse you.

              On saturday 19th may - 18, i purchased ifb senator smart touch 8kg 1400rpm washing machine from ifb point, shop no - 217 2nd floor gip mall sec-18 noida, 201301, by paying rs. 39000/- with exchange, and on 20th may - 18 at 14:00 hrs it was delivered. When technician visited for installation, after unpacking he found machine is already open from back, drum is opened and lying down. Back panel is rusted at one point.

              Seems it was my wrong decision to be loyal with ifb and purchased ifb machine again. I swear, i will not make same mistake in future and not let others in my friends and relatives. By the way till today i was self appointed brand ambassador of ifb.

              I would not ask my money back, please get this machine back to you immediately, as i am going to purchase some other brand machine by today itself.

              My personal request to team, please forward my mail to highest authority of ifb. Since i loose rs. 39000/- of my hard earn money, in return there should be a small capital punishment to ifb point owner also.

                Dear concern

                I bought an ac of ifb company from a dealer named appliance gallary from setor 22c chandigarh model no. Iacs18ka3tgc 1.5 ton on 22-jun-2017.

                The ifb technicains installed it next day. It dont give required cooling and it gives heat while running. Then i make a complaint on dated 02-july-2017. Complaint no. [protected]. Which remain unclose after two three visits of complaint resolver and try rectifying heating problem but they got unsuccess in their hand. Resolver says that it will be fine when you use it for two three months.

                Then i again complaint on 14-sept-2017 regarging above said issues. Resolvers came after 3 day and ac don't cool 23°. The resolver says that you need to maintain the cooling at 16°. But still not give cooling. Its not too hot the ac will not cool at 23°.

                On 03 oct 2017, the complaint is marked as resolved without any resolution.

                Now again logged a complaint at shop from which i have purchased it. Ifb team not responding.

                This is the defected piece and requesting you to kindly replace it. If it is not possible then take your ac and give my money back. Kindly take your step regarding this complaint at the earliest.

                  We had invested rs.10000/- in ifb finance limited at kolkata office in the name of myself alongwith the name of parents. Our fd receipt no. Is lc/c/97/87642 dated 15.01.1998. The maturity date was 15.01.1999. After completion of a long period of about 19 yrs after maturity date, we have yet to receieve the maturity amount till date. Although the company law board, eastern region bench, calcutta under the section 45 qa (2) of the rbi act 1934 vide their order dated 25.11.1999 proposed scheme for repayment of all the outstanding deposits, at contractual rate and thereafter at 12%, the company has not even bothered to refund the deposits nor the company law board is bothered to see if their decision is implemented or not. We have made a lots of corrospondences but no fruitful result has been found till date.
                  As such, you are requested to arrange to refund our maturity amount at an early date and oblige us.

                    I have bought this machine in nov 2017.
                    Now the machine is not working properly for that a complaint has been registered on 7 may 2018 “ dear customer, your ticket no. Is [protected]. Ifb representative will visit shortly. For assistance please call[protected]/ [protected]“
                    The same got closedown by ifb without proper resolution. After raising the case with senior officials they again register it as a new complaint “ dear customer, your ticket no. Is [protected]. Ifb representative will visit shortly. For assistance please call[protected]/ [protected]“ on 14 may 2018.
                    Till date machine was opened 3 times but problem has not been fixed.
                    It is clear that the machine has manufacturing defects that ifb trying to hide. Thay are also not replacing the defected product.

                    I had purchased ifb because of the brand name and impression that the product and service quality will be better. But to my surprise this is the worst kind of service and irate customer handling approach i have ever experienced.

                      I have bought ifb washing machine 8 kgs. Within 6 months it's drum got failed and technician came and inspected and promised they would fix the issue in 2 days. But it's been 10 days till now and no one cares a damn. You should follow up daily they would simply say it would get done today but it won't. They would give you technicians/ customer care manager phone numbers but all those numbers would not work. Please don't buy ifb products, they have worst customer care service.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have purchased an ifb wm_dish washer (Model neptue vx; sl no. [protected]) on 22nd april 2018 from khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. Kharagpur. During the installation after opening the pack by your assigned service engineer it was found broken and i was promised that it will be replaced with a new one. However after a fortnight i received a machine which was old without any product sl no on the delivery challan dated 5.5 2018 should i not consider it is ford case.
                        Even after that they coming my house two times and taking the photograph of the machine. After laps of almost one month i am yet to receive the new replacement for which i have paid. Every time on my enquiry they said that they required again photograph for replacement. After my telephonic conversation with your regional representative (Bilab dey provided by khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. Kharagpur) they said that they cannot provide sealed pack new replacement

                        Is it not customer harassment?

                        Please inform me the timeline when it will be replaced else i will compelled to take legal course of action.

                        Kindly let me know who is responsible for replacement khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. Kharagpur or ifb industries ltd

                        If this is the case then how customer will relay on your after sell service.

                          Sir i am from sonipat and we had bought ifb air conditioner 1.5 ton 5 star. We are using it from 1 year.in only just one year it got faulty even it throws water but not make water. Thaese are just small thing but the big thing is that it gives hot air at half portion and cold at half portion we think tath we are sitting in heater. Conclusion is that we had wated our money on buying this it is a very &#&# product.in within we are just going to throw this product outside in garbage. We requst consumer inspector to help us. We will be very thnkfull..

                            I have purchased IFB washing machine and raised ticket on 13 may 2018 till now no one came for service and daily I need to call them and they are giving false promises. Really fed up with IFB service.

                            I am calling daily to customer care but they are telling me today it will be done but nobody is calling or came for visit. They are only selling there product and they are not providing any service.

                            After my demo and installation, I found machine making noise when spinning and I raised replacement request in Flipkart and on 22nd technician visited issue was not resolved and service center people have wrongly updated as the issue has been resolved but actually, the issue is still there and my replacement request has been rejected by Flipkart because of fake update of the technician from IFB. Really I lost hope in IFB. This type of fake people is making customers fool. Now again I need to follow up with them this is not good.

                              I am regular user of IFB products since 2009, so far I have purchase
                              1) Top loader 2009 from Ranchi based dealer
                              2) Freeze 2014 from Ranchi based dealer
                              3) Microwave in 2014 Ranchi based dealer
                              4)Spilit AC from Chennai in 2015 .
                              All the products were functioning goods but in the month of January 2018, the Top-loader washing machine got defects & requires a repairs expected expenses in Rs 4500(as per IFB service Team).
                              I purchase New top-loader by exchanging the old one through invoice No [protected] Dated 12.02.2018. From the 1st day machine is giving trouble & service engineers are not visiting after raising tickets also.
                              The machine stopped functioning or stopped from 29 th April 2018 I raised a tickets [protected] on 30.04.2018 but since that day no body is visiting properly to make the same correction. Coming once in every 4-5 days but not making any thing corrects. My time is getting exhausted by calling them 5-6 over phone daily.
                              The Job has been allotted to Royal Enterprises . The call details & contents may be collected from the recording from customer care Nos.
                              Sorry to inform How can a customer waits for 18 days for rectification of washing machine which is under warranty. Please replace to the IFB toploader by tomorrow. If anything has not been made by tomorrow I do not have any option rather that to go court.
                              I belief with this I will never purchase any products from IFB

                                I brought a washing machine-tl-sdr 6.5 kg aqua. I had to wait 10 days to get the machine installed. The service person came and try to install the machine. But he failed to connect the machine inlet hose to the faucet. The faucet was already connected to a samsung washing machine which we were using for the past 10 years. But the ifb machine was not compatible with any of the faucets.

                                He messed up everything, misplaced the filters and values. As a ritual he explained the working in less than one minute and left my house, leaving everything for me to clean. G, i had to hire a plumber to connect the faucet with the water inlet hose.

                                Now the washing machine is leaking from the bottom. Leaking is not from the faucet or hose. I contacted the toll free customer care to send a service person. I asked them specifically not to send the same person.

                                The same service person called me with the service ticket, but he always wait to come in the after noon when there is heavy rain and thunderstorm and there is no power.

                                I regret heavily for buying the product of this company. Worst product and worst customer service.

                                Please do not by any ifb products.. They are just rip offs.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is regarding my ifb washing machine, my washing machine was not working, i raised the complaint on ifb, the service engineer came and just put one meter below the washing machine and told that machine motor has gone. I asked how can you say that... Can you explain me. He told you call any technician they will tell you same.
                                    He then told me to get AMC for 2 years and will replace all parts in next 45 days. Otherwise pay 7k and will replace now.
                                    I was surprised without any checks or any repair he just told like that, at that time I suspect on him, since I was not ready to pay 7k, I have to pay him 590 for his visit and doing nothing just making false statement of taking AMC.
                                    I know there could be chances of changing motor carbon and with that my motor would have worked, but these ifb service persons don't want to do that. I am really unhappy.. And planning to put a case on consumer forum.

                                    After raising another complain, one more executive visited from ifb and he again told the same thing that motor has gone, please apply AMC for 2 years and will replace all parts in next 45 days. I was surprised and thought since both is saying same thing i should go for AMC. I have given the cheque of rs 4500 to that guy and in same day i called one local servicing guy, who checked the motor and told me no issue on motor sir.

                                    He told motor is fine, then he checked the board and he found issue on board which he corrected on very less amount and now my motor and washing machine is working fine since last 10 month it working fine.
                                    Hence asked ifb team to refund the service charge which i paid to first guy for doing nothing.
                                    I am really upset and i need the compensation of what ifb people did with me:

                                    First of all when ifb people don't know anything to rectify then why the hell they are called as technician. Why you people are cheating. You are only interested on AMC please...
                                    Please work for people too, don't just go behind money and stop cheating.

                                    I am not going to tolerate this behavior, very first, i have paid 590 on first visits and your technician did nothing, i need the refund of the same, no one pay money for doing some crap job.
                                    2nd as i face lot of trouble i need the compensation of the same from ifb this should be in any ways, i won't leave like that. I need compensations of my trouble that is at least next 5 years AMC free from IFB.

                                      I have two ac of ifb company and both are in warrenty.
                                      I had complain many time to ifb customer, but know one will takecare regarding this. When i was call to customer care then only provide me a contact no service center, but all no are switch off & the no are [[protected], [protected], [protected]]this are the mobile no which is provided by ifb customer but all are switchoff.
                                      This is the not the way to treat with your customer.
                                      So kindly solve my problem other wise i will take action against this company and go to the court also..

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I have registered a complaint on 29th April 2018 ticket no: [protected] at 6.56 pm that there was no cooling coming from the Air conditioner. The technician (Vignesh - [protected]) came on 1st May 2018 to check and he told that there is Gas leakage and he needs some materials to do the service and he is not having the same. Our Service warranty was about to expire on 7th May 2018. After rigorous follow up they agreed to come before the date and the same technician came on 6th May 2018 to rectify the fault.

                                        He has shown that the AC is working and the cooling is up to the mark. Also, he had told me that if there is any complaint within thirty days they will do the service free of cost. As i was out of station for one week and came back only on 14th May 2018, the AC was back in the same non working condition without any cooling.

                                        Hence i requested the customer care for a service for which they have asked us to contact the same service centre (STAR Service centre - Contact Person Vadivelu - [protected]) for rectifying and they said they will not charge anything.

                                        But while we contacted the service centre they are asking for Rs. 4500/- for refilling of gas and Rs. 590/- for visiting charge.

                                        My concern here is, Why i need to pay for the service which they have not resolved properly. And still there is 20 days service period left.

                                        Kindly requesting you to solve this issue and clarify why they are asking for Charge.

                                        The technicians have arrived today and identified that there is a leakage in the inner unit of the Air conditioner. They added that they will be replacing the coil in the inner unit if it is under warranty and now they will repair it, as per them.

                                        As this complaint was lodged during the warranty period itself and they have not identified the root cause of the problem, the problem didn't get resolved. I request you to replace the coil now and close the service call. Thanks.
