We had renewed our annual maintenance on 31/3/18 valid till 30/3/2019. Drier has not been working since last 1 month. Even after repeated calls on customer care nothing has been done. The lock of the machine is broken. Terrible service!! The compliant is registered on customer care now we have no option but to go to consumer court if our problem is not resolved immediately.

    Period of complaint more than two weeks.
    Lastly closed as per their message from [protected] without any redressal. Nothing has been concluded till date &complaint closed without any consideration two days back with under noted message

      Redressal of my complaint registered with customer care under ticket no. [protected]. Number of calls for with jammu service centre on cell no. [protected],[protected] as well as with technician mr. Ajay
      (Cell no. [protected]) but nothing has been concluded till date after lapse of more than two weeks.
      Two days back i have received from phone no. [protected] with remarks as under:-
      Tkt [protected] was requested for cancellation owing to customer does not want to avail services.
      But no such request has been made for closure. Please help for redressal of my long outstanding issue.

      In response to redressal of my ifb complaint for washing machine, as advised by ifb team to visit nearest ifb store to my resident.I visited there & decided to purchase fresh one top loaded to sign 7.of kg aqua which is easily available in the at the ifb store at the cost of rs21500.00.after discussion with the ifb team on their cell no.they announced its negotiable final price at 15% discount on rs.24000.00 (marked price)I. ers20400.00, it means I will get an exchange of rs1100.00 in lieu of my old unserviceable ifb washing machine.Further, it is once again requested to look in to the matter with importance of my grievance for disposal of the same.

      The redressal of my complaint is still not attended by the service centre team seriously .The replacement of only a single timer part of washing machine as suggested by the technician of service centre which was not not arranged by them & forced me to spend more rs20400/=.

      It is bring to your kind notice that the service for replacement of a small part of a washing machine (timer) can be exchanged
      Only with exchange offer with purchase of new washing machine & exchane amount by way of discount of rs1100.00 in lieu of old washing machine.I am astonished with such an exchange offer.Sir, I am not in a position to accept such type of exchange. Offer& need only the repair of my washing machine. Please favour me to avoid further in convience.

        I have purchase ifc ac on 18-april-2017 in ifb point, chengalpet. First free service is done on after four months (August).

        After that when i raised for second free service for 3 times, people not coming for service and they closed the request as "resolved" without any service.

        Now i raised for third free service recently but they told warranty closed, you have to paid for the service.

        Till now only one free service done. Second and third people not serviced and closed the request without any information.

        I need to do atleast one free service, i know date cross one year but i raised the request on time, but technician not came.

        I have plan to buy another one ac from ifb, but due to bad service i have change my plan.

        My service request details with date

        Ac purchased date : 18-april-2017

        First service successfully done.
        Second and third service technician not came

        25-dec-2017 ticket no : [protected] (Closed without service)

        22-feb-2018 ticket no : [protected] (Closed without service)

        17-mar-2018 ticket no: [protected] (Closed without service)

        8-may-2018 ticket no : [protected] (I raised recently but due to they not offer free service, they cancelled the request)

          Dear sir,
          I had purchased this ifb washing machine last year in april and is still in warranty period. Since last three months i am facing lot of problem with the machine as machine is not working properly. The engineers from service centre visited lot many time but they are not able to resolve the issue and every 5-10 days the same problem is arising again. I had requested for a replacement of the same as it is already three months i am facing this problem. So i humbly request you to kindly look into the matter immediately as service centre people's are not responding properly they are saying we can't do any thing and even customer care people's are saying that talk to the abm for this issue. I already had a talk with the concern person but he is saying again that we will check the machine and try to repair but as every 5-10 days it is creating problem i want the replacement for it.           I had sent the above mail a week back after which the service engineer had visited my home and again checked my machine and told that now we had rectified the problem and now it will work without any issue but again it is creating problem and now i am really fed-up of it and i humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and replace the machine as i am not going to repair it every 4 day which i am doing since last three months. Kindly do the needful or else i have to go to consumer court for the issue.

          Subject: Fw: Defective washing machine
          Dear sir/madam,
          With reference to my previous mail the service engineer again came to check my washing machine and they also noticed that there is a problem in the machine and after my discussion with them they also agreed for placing the replacement request but after a day I received a message from IFB customer service that your request is cancelled . I am attaching a copy of that message here in this mail.

          Dear Customer, Tkt [protected], was requested for cancellation owing to Customer will call back/ Inform. For any issues - Reply "NO" to [protected]

          As per the above message they are saying that customer will call back or inform but I already had a talk with service engineer and when I called the particular service centre in Indore they told me that they had been instructed to cancel my request from higher authority and the higher authority is Mr. Anurag who is working as ABM in the IFB at Indore location.
          I already had a word with Mr. Anurag previously and he is really very bad and harsh in taking with a customer and without knowing any thing he just told me that there is no policy for replacement. He even don't know how to talk with a customer and after that he did this cancelled my request without my consent and this is a blunder what he did .
          I just want to understand that is there any limit of harassing a customer. You people are making fool out of me . Every five days there is a problem in the machine and you people are sending some one to repair it since last three months . Now this is a limit and I am not going to bear any more such nucience because I am not here to repair my machine again and again and to file a complaint and to wait for your engineer every day. Now I request you to kindly replace the machine as soon as possible or I have to go to consumer court for the same.

He told me that the motor is to be replaced but till date my machine is not serviced. I think your customer service is of very bad quality. You have charged 590 as inspection charges

            In my opinion your service is of very worst .
            Customer service is of very bad quality.

              I am loyal customer of IFB since its presence in India. Now am having 3products of IFB. Till 1year back service was very good, but now my comp. Pending from 1month.. The Head of service in Mumbai Rupesh &Rahul Agnihotri, are useless, they are not picking cust phone for full day. I have made 20 calles to each. so how the Frenchie's will give service. The Frenchie's also knows that the principal's manager are sleeping they had upper hand to do wrong things. They don't want to face customer.Very Bad.

                We purchased a new ifb washing machine front load model diva aqua sx 6kg from the dealer m/s oxygen the digital shop, pattom, thiruvananthapuram. Tax invoice number - ri/ptm/1072 date:[protected]. After installation by company personnel mr. Vishnu (Mob nu-[protected]) when the inlet tap is connected, the inlet water started leaking from the internal parts of the machine. The service personnel informed us that some internal pipe is not fitted in the machine. As it is a manufacturing defect it requires replacement. Immediately we contacted the dealer who agrees the their service wing will do the replacement. But they do not turn up till date for such any rectification or replacement and most pathetic situation that the dealer's service wing is not picking up the phone (Number-[protected]) though i tried many times. Till date i could not put into use this ifb brand new washing machine though i spent near about a quarter lakh rupees for its purchase.

                  The ifb front load washing machine is under warranty which was purchased 3 years ago. Suddenly machine stopped working. We have raised complaint with ifb centre rajahmundry and their representative attended on 26.4.2018. The representative said the drum got damaged and needs replacement and since it is under warranty drum will be replaced at free of cost which would take 1 week time. It is almost 2 weeks passed now and they are saying drums not available and it takes some more time. We are facing lot of problem and believing better service we have purchased ifb washing machine. The delay causing lot of difficulty and the representative also not picking our calls now for status when it would be delivered. The complaint no. Is [protected], the name of representative is mr. Lots of time we have called in customer care but they assure us his service engineer will reach on so date but no one come on that period of time. I am really fedup with IFB. I have also ac of LG his service was awesome. They resolve problem in 48 hours. Please take it seriously and try to resolve my problem.

                      The Microwave model (CS30) which I bought on Apr 2016 got rust all over the outside wall. Complained to IFB customer care, then there technician visited and informed like it is out side warranty so they will not replace the body. Actually forming rust happened after completing 1 year. I compelled technician to replace this without any cost as it is manufacturing defect. I know some reputed companies are doing replacement after warranty period for these kind of issue. But technician hesitated do that and he told like he will inform there decision after consulting with company. After that I didn't received any inform from anyone.

                      I understood, avoid IFB as there are selling ovens with these kind of bodies.
                      People are buying oven to use only for 1 year. Forming rest is manufacturing defect as the issue is with quality of body panel they used.

                        The washing machine was running good and it was under warranty and the ifb sent a service guy for regular routine 3 month check up and the service guy said that the drum is not working properly and u need to change it and also since the machine is under warranty u need not pay any charges. We accepted it said him to change it but he said that he doesn't have the spare now he will change it in a week or so and he went. And he came the following week and started dismantling the machine and after removing the drum he said that the drum is good enough to last long for 3 to 4 years and your rubber is worn out and that must be changed quickly or else it will affect your condition of drum. And he said you have to pay 6000 rs as the rubber doesn't come under the warranty without our consent he quickly removed the rubber and changed the rubber and demanded the money. The rubber was good in shape and condition. Thinking nothing we can do we paid him the money. Since then the machine is not washing the clothes properly and the stains stay the same as they were before put to wash. When we tried to contact the service centre they pick up the call and say we will quickly send our technical guy and put up the phone. Still now no one has turned up and it is very disgusting for us to choose such a brand that has name in the industry and very disheartening to seetheir service.

                          I purchased an ifb washing machine model elena aqua vx on sep 2017. One service guy came for installation named vr laxman, ambattur chennai. During installation he didn't mention anything about attaching a filter. On april 2018 my washing machine got repaired and didn't drain water from machine so we raised a complaint. We had 4 years warranty card. The same guy named vr laxman came to look into the issue. He told us u need to pay rs 5000 for putting filter and service charge. I told we already had 4 years warranty. He said we already told during installation tat filter has to be attached but nothing was ever mentioned like this before. But the person was very rude and in return he asked "who are you to ask me questions lady??". I didn't ifb had so worst arrogant customer service people. They have not rights to enter into my house and question who i am. No one can have insulted a customer to this level. I hope ifb chairman sees this and know how well their company is running. Shame on ifb. Shame on your customer service.

                            I brought ifb washing machine on 1st march 2018 of model of elite plus sx in bajaj showroom which is located in srujana mall form kphb-6th phase and i requested to deliver on 12th march 2018. But it got delivered on 15th march 2018. However technician comes for demo and installation on 20th march 2018 and ask me to buy additional items for extra money. Some things we brought and some things we thought to buy after a week. Finally after some days (A week later) we started the machine and in between my first wash, got a dp error. Immediately i raised a complaint regarding the error on 6th april 2018 and it got resolved on 10th april 2018 with the solution of replacing with the new machine. (Ticket [protected])

                            On data of 16th april 2018, a new machine got delivered and technician comes for demo and installation on 24th after multiple follow-up and he find the issue with door belt got melted. He tried to fix the issue, but he couldn't solve it. He took the video to raise a complaint to replace the machine again.

                            However till today i didn't get any proper response and resolution. Due to this from last 45 days i suffered a lot from the above process. It is almost two months the day i purchased, but till now i didn't get working machine.

                            So many times i called the cc team as well as service teams. Below are the numbers

                              I am having ifb split a/c which is 3-4 year old. And facing some gas leakage issue. I lodge complaint on 22.04.2018 for repair but no body attended the complaint even after reminders. Again on 27.04.2018 complaint was lodged and ticket no. [protected] was issued.

                              Till date no body has attended the complaint everyday some one calls us and assures us that call will be attended tomarrow. (Which tomarrow-i do not know) calls coming from your end from mobile no.[protected],[protected] etc. Etc..

                              If it takes 15 days to attend a complaint call for a company of international status then all your brand name is "bekaar"

                              Now you please tell me that is there any responsible person who take care of such complaints.

                              One technician came and said pcb needs to be replaced and said it will be 4600 + 590 service charge.

                                I have got amc of my washing machine done on 21st feb 2018.
                                On 20th april 2018, i contacted ifb customer support with noise problem ticket id #created: [protected].
                                Technician visited after four days, first of all and then replaced pcb. When i ran machine again, it started giving more noise.
                                Technician closed the ticket on 27th may 2018 and denied to come for service again, saying that there is bearing problem, and
                                I will not service anything before 90 days from amc. (This is new clause which i am not aware, not present in amc contract).

                                I called customer care on 28th may to reopen the request but they created new request id : [protected] which has been denied by technician
                                To service. Even ifb manager mr. Sunil sharma and ankush (Who insisted to wait for next 10 days as "franchise is new" - how does this matter for end customer.)
                                I am continuously following up and even escalated, but today to my sheer surprise, new ticket is also closed without servicing
                                The request.

                                Seems, few franchise and ifb employees are spoiling its image badly and closing tickets without providing resolution.

                                This is sheer harassment at the ifb service centre who are not entertaining the amc contract and closing tickets without resolution.
                                It has been 15 days and still my washing machine issue is not resolved.

                                  I have purchased ifb top loading washmine (Tl rdw 6.5 kg) on jan 2016 with two year warranty. But suddenly machine is not working. I have called service person, checked that machine, told that power board problem. I asked them to check the board and confirm. I have one question to ifb, why these type of problem arrives after warrenty period. Within 2 1/2 year i have faced board problem then why i need to purchase ifb product? Kindly resolve my issue
