This is in regard with the service i have received from the dealer (Franchisee ideal), who badly attended the customer as i got my amc done on 15th march 2018 and my problem was attended after 15 days after my continuous request, and finally when they took my machine, i had expected to receive within 8-10days, but again these people failed to keep their promise, as i did not get machine till date.
I am horrified with the kind of communication mr. Kadir hussain had during this tenure, as i felt, he was hardly bothered about the customer. His phone was always attended by the other person, who eventually had no clue about these matters. I have been mentally harrased and therefore, i ask for the justice and moreover, a strict action should be taken against this person.
