I have registered a complaint on 14th feb as my ifb machine electronic panel was not responding hence unable to start the machine.
Recently i have paid a large amount as amc also.
For the last 2 weeks i have been making calls to both ifb call centre as well as to visakhapatnam service centre.
Both teams are not taking responsibility and are causing me unwarranted mental trauma.
Should there be shortage of spare parts the ifb team should ideally replace the machine and not just evade the issue.'
The call centre agent just puts you on hold for 10 minutes and disconnect the call.

    Hi my ticket no is [protected] and the installation guy had cam didnt have enough knowlege and had not behaved properly. They had even asked to do the installation from outside. Dont know what action should be taken against it as the guy just asked forcefully to take product

    Please note : they have miss behaved with the ladies in the house which is not good for company reputation

      I am writing this regarding the pathetic service provided by IFB Service Centre, Thanjavur for which i seek some attention from IFB Global Support. This is Vaibhav with Customer ID 16054008, . I have been using a IFB Elena Steam washing machine from 2013 and my machine didn't had any problems until its warranty period . I have raised a complaint with Complaint Number [protected] on Feb 1, 2018 stating that my detergent dispenser drawer in my machine is broken and needs to be replaced . I stay away from my native due to my current occupation and an executive had reached my home after 7 days for checking this complaint . The service executive stated that he didn't have the replacement part and had collected rs 600/- as one time service charges from my mother and told her that he will return next week with the replacement part and she need not give service charges on that day . There was no signs of arrival of service executives even after 3 weeks from that day . Even he had not given any bill stating that he had forgot to bring the bill book from his office which is situated in Thanjavur .My mother reminded me about this complaint and I had got doubted and called Customer Care[protected] on March 2018 to enquire about this and they stated that this complaint has been closed by the service person stating that customer need not require any more assistance . My parents had never told the service persons that they don't require any more assistance. I had received Thanjavur Service Center details and called them for enquiring about this complaint and they had told me that they have the complaint and they are still waiting for the spare part which has been ordered . They told that they will send the executives once after they receive the spare part and we need not pay any service charges this time . It has been 3 months from the day this complaint has been registered, so i had called the Thanjavur Service Center today and i have received a totally awkward response from them. This is really depressing and the service is very very pathetic from a Globally Recognized IFB . They themselves had closed the complaint stating that customer asked to close the request stating that they don't need anymore service and they will call if needed. We haven't provided any comments regarding the closure of this complaint to the service person who has attended this request and they had also fled with the service charges rs 600/- which they have received from my mother .Also the service executives used to sell some items like cleaning powder and detergent liquid during their visit every time even when i had complaints during warranty period bycompelling .

      Still they are unable to provide me a proper response for my queries on how the complaint got closed and why they didn't even care about my complaint before closing for any authentication with the customer who had raised this complaint. Really its very frustating for me with my service experience after my warranty period . I seek some attention on my complaint and need some answers for my queries . Not only i have lost my service charges amount rs 600 and the faith that i had in IFB Customer Service that they will close all their complaints without a proper solution provided.

        I bought the new IFB 6 kg Fully-Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine Eva Aqua SX from dealer Home shoppe, Uzghavoor, Kerala, dated 22/12/2017.

        The machine had some problems when the dealer brought to my house and was reported immediately at IFB office in Pala, Kottayam. Kerala. The technician came and replaced the hose somewhere in January 2018. we only started to use this machine since February 2018 as the machine was faulty...

            Present IFB Executive Washing Machine Service Contract valid upto[protected]. Complaint No.[protected]/[protected]. On[protected] IFB Technician visited & infmd M/c.Door & Bearing to be replaced and they will bring next day. Despite my close follow-up day to day with IFB Customer Service Centre, Hyderabad, complaint pending since 5 days.Today IFB Service Officer Mr.Bharadwaz telling IFB m/c is Executive whereas in the Service Contract, it is written EXE+. I told Service contract is written by IFB employee Mr.Venu K (Cell:[protected]) and previous years also written like that. Customer is not responsible for the writing error, if any. I talked to Mr.Venu also.He said it is not a big mistake as they are pointing out intentionally. I have also sent detailed email on this subject on[protected] to "[protected]@global.com as suggested by your Call Centre. Pl. intervene and honour Service contract entered by me and arrange replacement of parts.. The m/c is in running condition only. Note:I sent Service Contract Copy to Mr.Bharadwaz by WhatsApp to his Cell:[protected] on[protected]. He says he has no WhatsApp. Mr.Venu told me Mr.Bharadwaz shown him contract copy sent by me through WhatsApp. Pl. maintain high reputation of IFB Company.

            Complaint No.[protected]/[protected] not resolved even after lapse of 6 days.Today ie.[protected] IFB Customer Care Supervisor telephonically asked me to contact Service In-Charge at Hyderabad Mr.Sanulla (sorry if spelling mistake[protected]/[protected]). He informed that I will receive letter in 3/4 days on this issue. I questioned him what is the need for addressing a letter when I gave a service complaint ([protected])of the Washing machine against valid Service Contract. I have also told him delaying further execution of the Service Contract leads to legal remedies. He disconnected the phone. Complainant.[protected]

            It is surprising that IFB Industries Customer Care Team did not take seriously the issue regarding attending my Service Complaint No.[protected] dt.[protected] under Valid Service Contract executed by IFB Industries Limited for IFB washing machine - Model> Executive and Machine Serial Number :21656 even after lapse of 8 days from the date of complaint. If the Service Contract entered by IFB is not honored, it badly reflects on the reputation of the multinational company. It is observed IFB Service Wing dilly dallying on the complaint and leading the issue to legal redressal. Customer

              Due to cracked rubber attachment connecting the water inlet of my fully automatic washing machine to the tap which inlets the water required for the machine to run, my fully automatic washing machine can not complete the spin cycle after finishing rince cycle due to less water pressure because of cracked inlet nozzle or less water is being passed in the machine hence the clothes are not being spinned in the machine and the set cycle is not being complete

                The complaint was booked on 15 th april under 1tkt no.[protected].
                One mr. Suresh visited and told that, to replace clutch assembly".
                By 17 or 18 th it will be resolved. But to my dismay i received a messge on 17th tkt no.[protected] hasbeen resolved.
                When i contacted mr. Suresh, he told that, even didi not know what the complaint is. This is the service iam getting from reputed company like ifb..
                Atleast, now would you please attednd and solve the problem.

                  My customer id is 3118064, i have paid rs.6012/- towards amc charges with m/s ifb limited for my washing machine model senorita sx which is valid thru 05/09/2019.
                  I registered a complaint # [protected] with customer care on 29.03.18, regarding machine start button not function. A technician mr. Prabakaran has come and checked the power board of the machine, there is small crack on one part of power board. I hope that he can do soldering on small crack, but he put 4 little hole with his tester on crack and telling me that the power board need to replace but which is not covered under amc due to looks like rat bite and ask me to pay rs.4500/- for replace the new pc board. I was shocked with his reply and i don’t know how he can simply telling rat bite and not covered under amc.
                  I have spoken his franchise manager mr. Arun from m/s. Ganapathy service and requested to replace power board under amc, but he asked me to read terms and conditions. Nothing is mentioned like rat bite anywhere in amc document and they said only rubber & plastic material not covered while taking amc, but he gravely pinpoint that “defects due to customer negligence” not covered under amc and technician was left immediately without closing the machine since i am not read to pay rs.4500/-.
                  I have called to ifb customer care and they gave a senior manager number [protected] (Ms. Priya). I called her and explained the problem, thereafter, many calls and messaged to her, but no response and she didn’t pick the line, worst customer care i have ever seen in my life. The company did not repaired my washing machine and simply they have cancelled my registered a complaint # [protected] without solving the problem.
                  It’s very irritating situation, i have paid amc to company but can’t claim the repairs and again they ask me to pay extra and finally customer to bear all expenses even if it is under amc because of all terms and conditions are favoring to ifb & its franchise. Their judgement seems like we have the customer money so no need to give them proper service, making fool to customers and doing fraud things on name of services & selling spare parts done by the ifb.
                  Finally, i have repaired my washing machine with one local technician. No use to take the amc from ifb, blindly cheating to the customer and no senior management in ifb really bothers about their customer what is happening on amc front.
                  I would request ifb, if they have any sense of shame left in them to refund my amc amount of rs.6012/- immediately.

                    Hi, i am facing the issue with my NEW IFB fully automatic washing machine. It is not at all running and complete any selected program. Instead, it blinks the error message in between the program and not proceeded further. So the complete cycle is not working in my new machine. Technicians are coming and they can not fix the issue instead they behaved like sales representative like they are asking to buy this that ifb products. First of all, they should fix the issue and then advice us the best usage. I am request the company to send the best trained technician to fix the problems. I believing the company understand the customers and work for them. Thank you.

                      I had complained regarding general servicing of dishwasher neptune. The technician came, changed the inlet pipe and filter which is not ifb make, and left. After that, there is a leakage and water outlet is not operating.in spite of repeated calls and follow up, they have closed complain without resolving. Re opened complain docket number [protected]. Ifb service is horrible which we are experiencing ever since we purchased way back in 2011 or so.

                        My name is ikbal ahmed, i have purchased a top load washing machine eight month back. Sometime i have faced some technical problem, but your service center people didn't even come at proper time. They call me just 30 min before they coming though i have taken a appointment from your customer care. Service is very bad, even i have complained again and again, you didn't even respond. Your service center behavior is also very rude.

                          Recently i had issue with my ifb washer 9 kg dryer 7kg due to some power surge which apparently damaged the mother board as per diagnosis by the technician sent over. They looked for the motherboard, even in goa (Main manufacturing unit) but said they don't have replacement and blatantly asked me to go for a washing machine exchange! I didn't spend 60k for hearing this. As per their terms the parts have to be available for 10 years. This will be open fraud if we let this be gone silently. I want a new board asap.

                          Mr. Manu has reverted quickly to fix the issue. I do not blame the manager but IFB saying that a product that came with a promise of 10 years parts support does not have spare parts now. As long as I get the new board in 3 days as promised I am fine.

                            Bought a brand new senator all-touch washing machine 7 months ago and it has given me nothing but trouble ever since i purchased it. Bad door lock issues, and now the machine errors out 4-5 times before it actually accepts the desired washing program. I have gone to the store several times to lodge a formal complaint and the guys promise to send a senior technician to get the issue resolved, but still no one has shown up to fix the problem. So far i have called a technician once or twice every month since i purchased my washing machine because there is consistently something wrong with it every month. The quality of washing machines made by ifb is appalling at best. Please seriously reconsider not buying an ifb washing machine, ever. Instead buy bosch, atleast they will guarantee a quality product with quality support service.

                              My machine develops water leakages 2 months back and it is still under guarantee period, after having multiple complaints with ifb and attendanted by their technician, my machine is still not fixed.
                              Ifb is unable to fixed the issue, they must either fix or replace the correct part of the machine or replace it with new machine.
                              I request you not to prolong this issue to have your guarantee period passed.

                                I have a ifb make washing machine elena - dx with amc - comprehensive for period 15 june 17 to 14 jul 18.

                                Complaint was given to your service no & ticket no was[protected].

                                2 people from your organisation came mr. Amritlal & mr vijay yadav reported today i. E 7 apr @5.15 pm

                                They were told to attend the leakage & back side cover falling.

                                They opened & said the gasket is torn & need to pay extra for the same.

                                They were not ready to document anything & behavior was uncomfortable.

                                While the contract price list on back side of 2, 100 rs per annum is printed with rubber parts & contract payment of 2360/= was given.

I have purchased ifb washing machine from sbs home needs, pulivendula of kadapa district on 31.10.2017 and your technician by name goverdhan cell no.[protected] installed and collected an amount of rs.5, 980/- (Five thousand nine hundred rupees only) towards extra warranty and assured to send the warranty copy through post or next personal inspection. Since then, he has not furnished me the warranty copy inspite of my several complaints to customer care no.[protected] and i am sending this complaint as a last hope.

                                    I am having ifb eva sx machine last 5 years. Last two weeks before i faced problem in that machine. All option it showing error. So i compliant ifb service center. That person came attended the compliant. He said pannel board problem. And he changed the pannel board and collect the 4600 rupees for board. Than again we faced same problem. Pls rectify this problem immediately.

                                      I have been calling ifb from the past 2 months and they are not able to register my complain. Every time they say system is not able to register their complain and have to take it manually and they say that i will be getting complain number by sms. Till date i have not received the sms or any service or call from ifb. Pathetic service!!

                                      Its been 2 months and they are not able to resolve their technical glitch where they can register in system. Such a fool and forge company is ifb. When you are not able to give service then why sell products.

                                      Its been only few months from product purchased and i have been receiving problem with my microwave oven. It is continuously working even after its timer has expired. Why the hell do you sell products and make a hole in customer pockets!

                                      I tried contacting the senior team but futile efforts. I should have gone with other trusted brands. At least they are known for their service.

                                      Pathetic and poor service by ifb!!!
