The drum had fallen down as the drum spring was cut. The replacement took several days. After the spring was replaced by the technician Rakshit Gowda (+[protected], he noticed water leaking from the bottom of the washing machine below the drum. Hi, i have a ifb washing machine and i am using it for last 12 years. 10 months back i got the motor and belt changed as it was not working. Now after 11 months again the machine is not working and the technician has asked me to replace the motor costing 4400. Same was paid last time as well.

I have shared last bill when the motor was replaced.

I'm not sure how such expensive part is to be replaced again and...

IFB is charging 450/-Rs for service. Even the warranty period is within active period of 4years.
Also, they were screaming over customer care call, arrogantly.
When I raised request for phone number and area changes, they diverted it as service request call. And sent over service representative, who came and charged us 450/-Rs Service fee(doing nothing but removing connections and refitting them). Then we showed that our machine...

Compared to other brand its costly bt in service very very worst....

After starting the washing machine... The water does not leakes. But after some time, the water startes leaking. There is some problem in washing machine. May be due to the effect of rubber.
