I've bought ifb washing machine front loader 6 kg in 2016. Right now i'm not facing any issues. Day before yesterday (14th march 2018) i got a call from ifb stating fo free service. While enquiring them they said no charges. But once the person visited the machine, he told to clean the drum that costs 3000rs/-. And he insisted to clean with the ifb powder only.

It's so unfortunate that your people did not have the courtesy to fix the problem till the today. As per ifb commitment the problem will be fixed with in 48 hrs of complaint.

When ever i called the customer care i am getting the false assurance stating that it's going to be fixed today....

I got ifb washing machine elite aqua sx 7kg having draining issue and lodged complaint with ifb customer care vide # [protected] on 13th mar and till now no response, called again to service center, they told to talk to area sales manager ms vinutha [protected], called morethan 15 times she is not picking the call, really getting upset on the service...

He informed that the product will be replaced as soon as possible its been 2 months since then and still no replacement has been made.

I have taken IFB Elena 6kg Front load in July 2014 and ever since then I am facing a lot of problems with this machine.
My clothes are being torn. Literally there are holes bieng created on my clothes. I have logged complaints several times, IFB engineers have come several times

I have raised a complaint with IFB on 7-Mar (ticket no. [protected]) for resolving an issue in my washing machine. This under warranty period and no one from IFB attended to resolve the problem nor they contacted us again. This is the second time I am facing such problem with IFB. Not happy with their customer service....

I bought a trolley for ifb front load 6 kg full automatic washing machine.

I was informed the cost of trolley is 1600 than when they came for installation they charged me 1850.

Your agent said that are transportation charges. Hardly 2 kg trolley costed me 250 for transportation.

Beyond that we were forced to purchase the trolley stating warranty will void if we use any other trolley.
