Dear ifb executives,

It is with great anguish and pain that we write this mail to
Complain of the pathetic service and product quality of ifb washing machine front door 6.5 kg top door, we was been using ifb products from last 15 years but never face such type of responsibility from the ifb service.

I registered a complaint with customer care on 07.01.2018, got in touch with local service center's sullurpeta...

I have ifb washing machine (While spinning heavy sound comes from the machine) for which i raised a complaint on 03.01.2018 10:57 am (21 days in total). Though it was told that within 24hour technician will reach but no technician will come after and there is no callback also, almost 21 days crossed. I keep on contacting with customer care and they said with the same answer ("we will arrange a technician within 24 hours" like that).

Sir, i bought ifb senator smart touch 8kg in six months before at ideal home appliance, kaithamukku, trivandrum. Now the machine is not working due to manufacturing defect. Technicians check that machine and said that replace it. I complained in 8/12/2017 and no response till date from dealer and service centre. I expect you take good decision for me....

My machine was working fine past 4 years till warrenty, but after 4 yrs and 8 months the machine stopped working. I bought "ifb senator aqua sx 8 kg" on dec 2015.
In july 2016, i register complain for an issue and they replace the main circuit board.in just 8 months i have seen the same issue and registered a complaint.
Looks like, there is some issue with this model or company replaced circuit board with bad quality circuit.

Hi team,

I have raised a complain [protected] for mine machine. Technician came and he told that belt became lose and need to change. He has charged me 620/- rs me for the replacement of belt.

Not sure if machine is under warranty then how technician can charges for spare parts.

If you are writing 100% warranty then it should be 100% only.

I had lodged a complain on the 15th dec;17 for my ifb microoven not functioning. Till date i havent got it resolves. They keep closing the ticket without doing any job. One day technician turns up and says he ll bring the spare parts and then flees away. I have to keep calling the customer care and the local service provider asking them to send a technician.

Till dat the issue is not fixed.

He comes to my house and checks my washing machine and said that there is barrier issue which can be solved by inserting a new one, then he goes. After 2-3 days i called in ifb office raipur, chattisgarh i talked with the head of that office he told me that the parts are coming from goa, so it will take some time to reach raipur. I called a service center for ifb here in mumbai, it is called weathercool engineering sales and services in andheri, kurla. I had an issue with the door not locking without being pushed really hard. The person who came to service the machine said there was an issue with the motherboard and said he would require 5800 rupees as payment for the board replacement with a six months guarantee. I wan to verify whether he was correct or not....

I have booked a complaint regarding Loud noise & vibration in the machine while washing to Customer Care vide Ticket no. [protected] on 27.12.2017 and after few visits of service technician / engineer, the problem was not resolved as the machine did not run, i got a SMS where in I responded with 'NO' as the problem was not resolved but i have been told that the Complaint is resolved so i again booked a complaint as asked...

The washing machine was purchased on 16-nov-2013.
It became defective on 9 oct. We got it repaired from your company. But now, again the same problem is there i. E related to the bearings. The defect was not removed properly. Since your product is very popular and we never expected such defect in such a short period. It seems that proper repair was not done. Please check and do to needful to make the machine workable....

We are using ifb washing machine model of senorita aqua sx/vx 6.5kg 1000rpm... Still our product is in warranty, when we use cold-lightly soiled after the machine stops when we open the door of washing machine we are getting a burning smell inside and to the clothes, we are suffering from this issue from past few months, we thought it would stop but...
