Sir,
It is to bring into your notice that i received a phone call from ifb (+[protected] on 27-feb, in a bid to inform me that the four-year warranty of my washing machine ifb senorita aqua vx has expired. Simultaneously, the caller also apprised me of my particulars viz. Complete address, email
Address, registered mobile number, machine model, date of warranty etc (All of this data was available with ifb only). The executive then went on to explain the charges and details for 2-years amc and also mentioned about the ongoing 25% discount, that was apparently valid till 28-feb. Upon further discussion, the caller asked for the payment to be made in cash, even though i insisted on writing a cheque in the favour of ifb. He cited the reason for the same to be that the cheque would take 2-3 days to clear, and that by that time, the 25% offer would not be applicable. Resultantly, i asked the ifb executive to send an ifb representative to my home to collect the payment (Rs. 4292 - price after 25% discount).
On 28-feb, i called the toll-free number of ifb[protected] at 1430 hours, the call lasted for 7:27 minutes. I made the call to primarily double check the above mentioned discussion with the ifb executive. During this call, the same particulars were again confirmed with me. I was assured
That i should go ahead and pay the ifb representative the agreed sum provided that the ifb representative is dressed in company uniform and is carrying the valid photo id card and ifb receipt book. At around 1445 hours, the ifb representative (Name: harukh, mobile: +[protected] called me and arrived at my doorstop. As per the instructions given by the ifb executive, i checked for proper uniform, id card, ifb receipt book. Upon confirming all of this, i proceeded with the payment and thus, a receipt was duly issued in my name. Thankfully, i took his photograph, and that of this id card. And his arrival/departure from my home was also captured in
My cctv. On 4-mar, i observed that my washing machine was suddenly displaying a ‘door error’. Resultantly, i called the toll-free number of ifb[protected] at 1400 hours to register a complaint.
On 6-mar, an ifb representative (Mobile: +[protected] arrived at my home, and asked for amc papers. He took photos of the same, and shared them with this subordinate in ifb. Within a few minutes, he received a call from his subordinate only to be told that the amc is fake, and that someone has fraudulently collected money impersonating as an ifb representative. Nonetheless, the ifb representative checked my washing machine and informed that the pcb and door lock are not functioning properly, and that they need to be replaced. He then left my home, informing me that he would call me back after discussing the matter again with his senior. I waited for his call but in vain. I then called him at his personal number (+[protected] and he shared with me contact details of his senior (Name: pradeep kumar; mobile: +[protected]. I then called pradeep kumar, and he informed me that there has been a fraud with me, and that he has drafted the entire matter in an email, and shared the same with his senior. He also told me that till the time
He hears back from his senior, he cannot proceed further with the repair of my washing machine
(This update is as of 1630 hours).
In view of the matter as explained above, please look into the matter urgently. As it can be clearly seen, i purely acted as per the recommendations and guidelines suggested by ifb. It is also to be
Noted that during the first call that i received from ifb (+[protected], i was convinced beyond doubt that it’s a genuine call, since all my particulars were shared with me, the very same particulars which are available with only ifb.

Thus, i suggest that ifb owns this matter end-to-end and helps me with the resolution (Which includes the repair of my washing machine) as soon as possible.

Till now IFB is completely silent. I sent lot of emails to IFB including CEO Mr.Nag but no action has been taken. Now I have no other alternative but to go to Consumer Court for exposing IFB nexus between its employees and the fraudsters.

    Hi.., I'm venkatesh kumar from arni tv malai, tamilnadu... I bought a washing machine last October and it works smoothly till Feb 15 ... After that it had problem and I complained on the same day but till now that problem is not rectified meanwhile ifb technicians visited twice and they said part is not available need three days, two days..etc ..but yet solved till now.. this is worst customer care service which I faced .. I bought it for my mom and she is patient had a appendix surgery 10 months back .. now she is not well because of this ifb machine repair which forced her to wash the clothes manually. So again she taking the treatment ... Till now we spend RS 10000 for her treatment and unwanted tensions...so I'm posting here the official authorities takes the necessary actions and remedies for us.. otherwise we will return the machine or compliant official case..

      Dear concern,

      This is regarding the complaint ticket number [protected] provided by ifb customer care.

      We had launched a complaint by calling your customer care number for an annonymous sound made by the ifb washing machine while clothes being washed.

      However, we have not received any satisfactory response from your representative.

      Your executive named roshan visited our place who was very arrogant while dealing with us and also denied to show his identity card to us.

      Moreover, we have been informed that we would be provided services only if we keep the washing machine on ifb washing machine trolley, which is totally illogical as you people are selling the same trolly for 2000 to 2500k but we are getting the same product in half price in market. Also its just an accessory but brand is imposing their ridiculous norms on us and not providing service even when the product is under warranty.

      Please resolve this issue on earliest and give written confirmation to us that you wouldn't provide us services else we would be forced to proceed with strict action for this non consumer friendly behaviour by your company.

      Dear Concern,

      We have received a call from IFB Professional that he will be giving us services against our complaint but we would have to pay him.

      This is pathetic response as our product is under warranty but still these company people are not taking complete responsibility to resolve this issue, also when we have asked them to provide this in written that we would have to pay because of an accessory then they denied straight away.

      Now, we have also removed that trolley from the machine and kept it on the floor but even then the company is not giving us proper response.

        Complaint#[protected] : i had registered this complaint with ifb more than 6 months back that my microwave is not working and still my issue is not resolved. I tried calling ifb customer care multiple times and every time they said that someone will visit soon. The customer care guys even gave me the contact of your local service advisor lead - raghavendra (Mob:‪[protected]‬). This guy raghavendra is very arrogant and he informed me to buy a new microwave without even visiting my place. My microwave is fortunately still under warranty and i think these guys are waiting for my warranty to get over.

        I purchased washing machine name senorita aqua sx 6kg on 28/03/2014. for the past few days, it is not functioning properly.
        i have already complaint about my fault . after the service there is no fault . but now the same problem repeats.

          After starting washing machine in any mode it shows dp error any machine stops within few minutes.
          Model senorita aqua sx 6.5kg 1000rpm
          I bought this waching machine just 3 onths back.
          I had registered my complaint but no executive came for resolving the complaint.
          Really disappointed...😢
          Didn’t expected such service from a reputed company like ifb.

            I am s. D. P. Dixit, from lucknow. I purchased one 6 kg. Fully automatic front loading washing machine during february, 2017 through flipkart. I have been repeatedly trying to get free servicing during its warranty period for do many months, but the same could not be attended. During this week, only some one phoned me and got my residential address and informed that the servicing shall be carried out next day, but the same could not be done as yet. I therefore, request you to kindly extend its warranty period further and ensure its free servicing as admissible under warranty period without any further loss of time, as it is a case of breach of contract between the company and customer.

              I have bought a microwave oven. The fan of oven is faulty and when ever i complain, a technician comes and do some temporary fixing. Next day, oven again gets out of order. It has only been one month since i bought it.

              I am really frustrated by this. I wish they just take back this useless item. I will never advise anyone to buy this product.

                fraud done by their service engineer on 25th feb 2018

                On 25th Feb at about 2PM, we lodged a complaint in IFB Frontload washing machine service centre (Toll free no.[protected] to repair our machine. They told on phone that they are sending service engineer. Within one hour one Service Engineer (Rohit - Mobile no.[protected]) called us and told that he has reached near to my home i.e. Jagat Ram park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi and asked us to guide to our house. We guided him by phone and he reached...

                My name is Ankit Bhardwaj, and I am stay at Sonipat Haryana. We have purchased washing machine Serena WX in month and date 05/Dec/2017.
                Our machine stop working on 04/Feb/2018, and on same day complaint registered with customers care, ticket no is [protected].
                After that two time service executive visit on our stay and check the machine. But they don't find any solution.
                Again I have booked complaint on date 21/02/2018 ticket no is [protected].
                With in this time, I have called 30 times. But still problem not been closed since.

                Why company manufactures such a poor quality products and service facility is also very poor, I mean to say that overall fail to get there customers satisfied.

                I ask to the company why machine fail to work and stop working within two month if the quality is this then why the price so heigher.
                If there is any issue to the customer then why the service is not satisfactory or immediate assistance or solution.

                Please refund the one month service cost to us which arises due to your service.

                If the problem closed within one working day then it is ok, otherwise replaced the machine or refund our money and take back your machine.
                If not, we have no option. We need to take 2nd step.

                  Complained of machine leaking and e5 alarm existing always.
                  After several pone calls, fourth day a technician attended and changed the tub and the board and left without testing and advised us to operate the machine next day. Next day, it was not running as no power was available. It was informed to the concern office.
                  After several phone calls, more than 10 calls, finally one person arrived at 6.30pm and tried out and said that the renewed board has to be changed and left.
                  So, for the last five days unable to wash and the wet clothes which were in the machine lying outside for five days.
                  Regret to inform that chennai branch does not act on call. Only after several calls it is answered.
                  I had spent more than three times the cost of the machine for repairs, till date. I have amc for two years. But the treatment met by chennai branch is poor.

Though the product has guarantee, they have not came by theirselves for service from the date i bought the machine. Now, they are asking charge for spare parts saying it was damaged.                       I am a customer for your company for last 9 year and using various appliances and appreciate the innovation and creations of ifb.

                      I am very sorry to say that the company has very excellent vision - "excel in quality & services to be in consonance with global standards" but the service end is just opposite and horrible. Last time when we didnot availed proper services offered by you company, the owner of showroom blames that action.

                      This time i purchased new washing machine (Less than one year), i was continuously getting calls from ifb for the service. I asked many times that whether the service is free, then on calls they always mention same as promised during purchase that service is free. When came to home last week after service they started charging. Secondly, when today i opened the door of the machine it started giving cracking sound. So i called your customer service then they given some mr, bhaskar's number ([protected])- instead of attending to my issue, he started blaming the saying did you call us before service and on a high note and pitch that i am a engineer. What shall i do if he is a engineer? Customer care has provided his number. Moreover he very ridiculously behaved screaming do keep down the phone. Instead of asking whether i have the number of service person or not. He blamed that i should have the number, call them before service and irrelevant things. Above all he banged the phone as well. It is really a gracious behave.

                      Company is really manufacturing excellent goods but the ones who are possessing the post in the company are irresponsible, novice and inexperienced.in long term service matters.

                      Ijust want to spot light on the issue that if company want to carry ahead their vision indeed not only for sake of mentioning in quality assurance purpose. I strongly plead to look into my matter.

                        I bought ifb executive plus 8.5kg washing machine on 7th feb2018. Till date i. E, 23feb 2018 installation of machine is not completed. Inspite of so many calls and filing a complaint on 17.02.2018 on ifb helpline, the problem is as it is. Their people are mostly interested in selling washing powders and all that. Very bad experience with ifb products and services. I neither buy ifb product in future nor i recommend anyone.

                        After purchasing machine on 5th feb. 2018, Washing machine was installed on 7 feb2018 by balaji services technician . Washing machine was not properly installed . I informed him in the evening. SINCE 7 feb 2018, I have been calling him .bt he never responds. on filing complaint on customer care one technician visited on 20 feb. 2018 at 7:30 p.m. and said i would come the next day with few equipments that was not available with him at that time.Till date he has not returned. On 27th feb2018 another complaint was filed, Contact no. of ifb technician was provided by IFB customer care but technician has not visited yet and resolve the problem . My washing is not properly installed and it is not working properly (specially in spinning/ drying). Very bad experience .
                        I have been calling the IFB customer care every day for past one week. There is no response from technician till now.

                          We brought ifb digital sx 6kg washing machine on[protected] on 21-2 2018 suddenly machine caught fire when cloths were inside and machine was on. We smell something like fiber melting nd our neighbour came out and help of them we could stopped sever damage of our house. I have raised customer care complain they promise to send person immediately and they also talking about visiting charge and all because it is out of warranty. Why shoud i pay for this accident when there is ur product fault. Even i m ready to pay visiting charg but but no one is still arrived. It is serious matter my 1.5 year daughter was playing near the washing machin. What will happend if my neighbour dosent came nd took her away. I can claim for this accident. Kindly come nd investigate why it caught fire.

                            Three days back purchased ifb washing machine from pai electronics, dilsuknagar, hyderabad. The next day the ifb team supposed to visit my house for a demo. Yesterday i received a call in the after noon from the technician, i requested him to come at 6.00 pm as all of our family members are went out for the duties and available at that time.

                            When i rang up sevaral times (Nearly 15 mts) customer care number of 1800
                            3000 5678 one gentle man gave a number of and asked me to contact them. The number is [protected]. One laday lifted the phone and asked me the ticket number and i informed the same i. E.[protected]. Then she bargained me to stay at home in the morning and informed her that is not possible because all of our family members leave the home at 7.00 am. She said ok and assured us to send mr praveen for a demo.

                            After lapse of 30 mts. The phone no. Of [protected] was switched off and when i tried to contact the customer care no. It was kept aside and a recorded voice is telling that all the executives are busy with customers (?). I don, t know who am i.
                            The the washing machine is laying idle for the last four days and i wish to return the same and go for another brand who will provide satisfactory service to the customers.

                            Even though, i knew it very well that this mail will go to your dust bin, i am writing this as i spent my hard earned money on your product mistakenly.

                            During running found door error, contacted expert. He attended with changing the door interlock, but still error not resolved.
                            He suggested to change display/ pcbto be changed for that it cost around 6000 to7000 RS.

                              I ordered the abv product nd the same was delivered to me promptly on 15feb but it is still lying unpacked since the last 5days. On sat nd mon i got a call frm the technician promising to be there by 4p. M. But no one turned up... Fail to understand why such callousness as i am a loyal cust with flipkart. Made umpteen calls to the call center nd all promised me that somebody wud turn up. I even had a word with sup sunita yesterday... Only promises but no follow up... Is this what you call...
                              After sales service. Any more waiting then this is the last time i placed an order with you... My buyer for the present machine is not going to wait any longer... So pls expedite nd improve your after sales service.

                                Complain has been registered with ifb cc. Complain number - [protected].
                                All other details like contact number/address is available with the complain. Seems their technicians are not qualified enough to do repair jobs. Each time they do something only to introduce new defects. Other problem is response time.in spite of multiple calls, they hardly bother to respond in timely manner. And even if they visit, they are only bother to sell/promote some powder and other stuffs. Disgusting!! That is the reason why you go to any commercial establishment to purchase consumer products and you be advised about their (Ifb) pathetic customer service.

                                  Sir, i purchased the above item on line through flipkart vide invoice faaa[protected] dt[protected]. Sl no[protected]. Item stopped functioning a month back. I lodged a complaint for warranty repair. Rep from ifb kochi came and found magnatron non functional and promised to replace. It is two weeks past and i telephoned ifb office and they conformed receipt of new magnatron and promised to send the rep next day. It never happened.
                                  Request advise ifb kochi, kerala to undertake repair at the earliest.

                                    I'm using senorita vx 6kg bought on 2014 and having voltage control by ifb. It was not working by 2016 by showing a ' door' message in display eventhough the door was closed properly, then service requested and they change the 'mother board' (Dono ur term). Now the same error ('door' at display) occurs to the replaced board. If it was because of high voltage whats the use of voltage control worth 1500/- sold by you. I think now also board needs to be replaced.

                                      विषय:- आपकी कंपनी का खराब गुणवत्ता वाला प्रोडक्ट।

                                      प्रबंधक महोदय,
                                      महोदय 07 फरबरी 2018 को आपको भेजी गई मेल में आपके यहां अपनी वाशिंग मशीन खराब होने की कंपलेंट की थी। लेकिन एक सप्ताह बीतने के बाद भी आपके और आपके इंजीनियरों द्वारा कोई संतुष्ट जवाब नहीं दिया गया। जिसको देखकर मुझे लगता है कि आपकी कंपनी को ग्राहक की परेशानी से कोई लेना देना नहीं। अगर होता तो मुझे इस तरह आपको बार-बार मेल भेजकर अपनी परेशानी से अवगत नहीं कराना पड़ता।
                                      आपको मैने 07 फरबरी 2018 के पत्र में अवगत कराया था कि कंपलेंट दूर करने आये आपके इंजीनियर ने बताया कि इसकी कैबिनेट भी खराब है। जब तक वह ठीक नहीं होगी तब तक मशीन ठीक नहीं होगी। महोदय लगातार पिछले 5 माह से इस मशीन की आपको लगातार कंम्पलेंट करता जा रहा हूं और मशीन आज भी काम नहीं कर रही है। कभी आपके इंजीनियर इसके संस्पेंशन राॅड को खराब बताते हैं तो कभी शौकर खराब बताते हैं तो कभी कुछ। अब उन्होंने कैबिनेट को खराब बता दिया। कुछ दिन ऐसा ही चलता रहा तो वह कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट को ही खराब बताकर दूसरी कंपनी से वाशिंग मशीन खरीदने की भी सलाह देने लगेंगे।
                                      महोदय मुझे यह बताइये विश्वस्तरीय आपकी कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट में इतनी खामियां है जो खुद आपके इंजीनियर बता रहे हैं तो आप ऐसे खराब गुणवत्ता के प्रोडक्ट बजार में कैसे भेज सकते हैं? क्या आपको अपनी कंपनी की साख गिरने का कोई डर नहीं होता? मेरी सिर्फ आप से यह विनती है कि आपकी सर्बिस और गुणवत्ता की कमी है।
                                      महोदय मेरी मुलाकात सर्बिस सेंटर की सर्बिस से परेशान दो अन्य ग्राहकों से हुई जो कि आपकी कंपनी का प्रोडक्ट यूज कर रहें हैं उन्होनें भी मुझे बताया कि जैसे आपके साथ हुआ है हमारे साथ भी हुआ है परन्तु हम काम की व्यस्तता और कोर्ट कचहरी के झंझट में न पड़ने के कारण आवाज नहीं उठा पाते हैं। परंतु उन्होने मुझे भरोसा दिलाया कि हम आपके साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर तैयार हैं और अगर कोर्ट तक जाना पड़ा तो हम कोर्ट तक जाने को तैयार हैं। मैने उनसे भी कह दिया है कि आप अपने सारे कागजात तैयार रखें इस बार तो लड़ाई आर-पार की लड़नी है। उसके लिए चाहे धरना-प्रदर्शन करना पड़े, भूख हड़ताल करनी पड़े, अभी और परेशान कस्टमर ढूंढ रहा हूं जिससे उनको मेरे साथ ही सर्बिस सेंटर की कार्यशैली और इसके अधिकारियों के व्यवहार से न्याय मिल सके।
                                      महोदय, मुझे आपसे यह बात जाननी है कि मशीन बेचते वक्त मुझे यह क्यों नहीं बताया गया कि मशीन की कैबिनेट खराब होने के बाद इसके सारे कलपुर्जों के साथ ही पार्टस खराब हों जायेंगे, इसकी सर्बिस मेन्टेंनस महगीं हो जायेगी और यह मशीन चलने लायक नहीं रहेगी, और आपके जीवन को भी इससे संकट हो सकता है। अगर ऐसा है तो आपने ऐसी घटिया कैबिनेट बनाई ही क्यों?
                                      महोदय में आपकी यह सारी बातें पूरे सोशल मीडिया, टीवी चैनलों, समाचार पत्रों, फेसबुक टिवटर, न्यूज पोर्टलों, के माध्यम से लोगों को जागरूक करूंगा कि आपकी कंपनी की वाशिंग मशीन की क्वालिटी बेहद घटिया है। जब कैबिनेट ही काम की नहीं है तो मशीन का क्या करना?
                                      महोदय मेरी आप से यह विनती है कि मेरी मशीन को पूरी तरह ठीक किया जाये, या मुझे दूसरी मशीन दी जाये या फिर मेरे पैंसे वापिस किए जायें। क्योंकि यह आपकी सर्बिस की गुणवत्ता की कमी और आपके इंजीनियरों के हिसाब से प्रोडक्ट के गुणवत्ता की कमी है।
                                      महोदय, अगर मेरी समस्या का समाधान 07 दिन के अंदर नहीं होता है तो मैं यह कहना चाहता हूं कि यह आपकी सर्बिस की गुणवत्ता की कमी है मैं इसमें अपना वाद उपभोक्ता न्यायालय कंन्यूजमर फोरम में समस्त परेशान ग्राहकों को साथ लेकर प्रस्तुत करने को वाध्य होंउगां। मुझे अपनी देश की माननीय न्याय पालिका पर पूर्ण विश्वास है, जो भी माननीय न्यायपालिका का फैसला होगा वह मुझे मंजूर होगा।
