Complaint marked as Resolved Hi Team,
My issue has resolved now.!
firstly i would like to thank from my whole heart to IFB backend team who
notified my issue from the consumer complaint forum and then assigned to the respective service area.
i specially thank to Service Manager for AndhraPradesh (NAGASAI)for his excellent customer management skills.
the service manager should have patience to listen and understand the customer problems first and he did that
and his continuous followup with the customer and service engineer.
At last very very sad here is, the local IFB service ppl are very very irresponsible and rude reply to the customers and working only with the higher management intervention .
to avoid wrong perception on IFB service, feedback from the customers, my humble suggestion is, IFB team should monitor on pending tickets which are opened from long time.
once again i thank to everyone from IFB team who helped me to get my issue be resolved faster.
