Because of your poor service many of my friends have purchased other brand. Your company machines are perfectly manufactured but service is the worst because of these technician your company reputation is getting damaged.

    We are using ifb washing machine front door open and we have logged complaint regarding service provided by service center in agra (Madia katra) repairing person mr mukesh, now concern is while washing clothes suddenly front door came out and we called mr mukesh for repairing he told that speed controller is not working we told that we are calling you from last 5/6 days and logged a complaint regarding the problem but he came instead of doing anything he returned back and told will come back again now is this the service we get from top most home appliance company in india.
    Need solution please

      विषय:- आपकी कंपनी का खराब गुणवत्ता वाला प्रोडक्ट।

      प्रबंधक महोदय,
      महोदय 30 जनवरी 2018 को आपको भेजी गई मेल में आपके यहां अपनी वाशिंग मशीन खराब होने की कंपलेंट की थी। कंपलेंट दूर करने आये आपके इंजीनियर ने बताया कि इसकी कैबिनेट भी खराब है। जब तक वह ठीक नहीं होगी तब तक मशीन ठीक नहीं होगी। महोदय लगातार पिछले 5 माह से इस मशीन की आपको लगातार कंम्पलेंट करता जा रहा हूं। कभी आपके इंजीनियर इसके संस्पेंशन राॅड को खराब बताते हैं तो कभी शौकर खराब बताते हैं तो कभी कुछ। अब उन्होंने कैबिनेट को खराब बता दिया। कुछ दिन ऐसा ही चलता रहा तो वह कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट को ही खराब बताकर दूसरी कंपनी से वाशिंग मशीन खरीदने की भी सलाह देने लगेंगे।
      महोदय मुझे यह बताइये विश्वस्तरीय आपकी कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट में इतनी खामियां है जो खुद आपके इंजीनियर बता रहे हैं तो आप ऐसे खराब गुणवत्ता के प्रोडक्ट बजार में कैसे भेज सकते हैं? क्या आपको अपनी कंपनी की साख गिरने का कोई डर नहीं होता? मेरी सिर्फ आप से यह विनती है कि आपकी सर्बिस और गुणवत्ता की कमी है।
      मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपा कर इसे जल्द से जल्द पूर्ण रूप से ठीक करायें और उम्मीद है कि आप मशीन में आॅरिजनल पार्टस का ही इस्तेमाल करेंगे।
      महोदय मेरी आप से यह विनती है कि मेरी मशीन को पूरी तरह ठीक किया जाये, या मुझे दूसरी मशीन दी जाये या फिर मेरे पैंसे वापिस किए जायें। क्योंकि यह आपकी सर्बिस की गुणवत्ता की कमी और आपके इंजीनियरों के हिसाब से प्रोडक्ट के गुणवत्ता की कमी है। अगर मेरी समस्या का समाधान 07 दिन के अंदर नहीं होता है तो में अपना वाद उपभोक्ता न्यायालय (कंज्यूमर फोरम) में दर्ज करने को वाध्य होउंगा।

      I had purchased machine from Sawhney Electronics Mangal Pandey Road, Sadar Bazar, Cantt, Lucknow vide Invoice No. 7572 dated 02 Jan 2018. Machine is defective due to instability and top broken. Repeated requests for replacement gone unheard. Local IFB Office sends person, who has not been able to rectify defective.

        My ifb senorita aqua sx 6 kg washing machine is showing tacho error and jumping with vibrations while starting the machine. Pl. Do the needful my mobile no is [protected]. One thing i want to tell you that although i bought it about 4 years ago but started using just 5 days ago and just after starting this problem was faced by me.           I have purchased ifb 6.5kg fully automatic machine. A service man for demo was came and inform verbally like a teacher but he didn't give a full demo he has not runand the machine and leave without giving full practical demo. After that i have called him today but he has not be at my home. This is a bad service and i will not suggest to anyone to purchase like this company.

          OK new washing machine is provided but it's took too much time to resolve with new and problematic machine. We suffered lots of time and salary lost because of I had to take a leave from job to pay attention to your machines while they new machines were not working at my home by machine's manufacturing fault. You should pay three days of my salary or 10% of machine price as an inconvenience as well as my work, salary and time loss. It's because I had to pay attention at home whenever your service men were came for checking two days for two problematic mchine etc. He was come at noon. One day he said to come and he was not came. Is this my problem to pay attention like that? Am I responsible for your faulty machines and inconvenience? Why should I be at my home and why should I take leave from job and suffer my work? For your faulty machines? This is really lost in my job and works. Tell me what should I do? Who is responsible for my lost ? Will you justice ? or any court can justice or your market reputation will justice. You will pay for my three days salary. If you will not pay I am not asking for your money but I am asking for my loss and your market reputation will pay price of this lots of loss and I will tell everyone never to purchase IFB appliances. And I will never supply any of the IFB appliances in my projects.

          I got a faulty machine from vishw sales. This is disgusting metter for ifb testing and seller. One n final thing is clear it will be effective to ifb reputation.
          I can't understand why have i purchased a ifb washing machine? Has new one been purchased to repair?
          Is this ifb's rules that customer will purchase n he can use only after repair?
          Now i have questions why should i go with ifb? Have i purchased it to repair?
          And what is rubish that seller has told to repair it and why should i allow to company to repair a new untouched washing machine? How can he said that it will be repaired untouched machine? How can he dare to talk like that machine e will be repair even machine is untouched and new. This is really disgusting reply from him.

          Call me after 5:30pm because of job rules and regulations. After 5:30pm I can take my phone from a locker. So it would be requested to call after 5:30pm.

            विषय:- आपकी कंपनी के कर्मचारियों द्वारा मेरे साथ की जा रही मानसिक प्रताड़ना के संबध में।

            प्रबंधक महोदय,
            मुझे बार-बार आपको चिट्ठी लिखते हुए दुःख भी हो रहा है और गुस्सा भी आ रहा है कि अगर आपके रखे हुए कर्मचारी आपकी बात नहीं सुनते तो फिर आपसे शिकायत करने का क्या फायदा?
            महोदय बड़े दुःख और शर्म की बात है कि 11 जनवरी 2018 को आपके यहां अपनी वाशिंग मशीन खराब होने की कंपलेंट की थी। कंपलेंट दूर करने में आपके इंजीनियरों ने महज खानापूर्ति की। वाशिंग मशीन को आपके अनुभवी इंजीनियरों ने कितना ठीक किया इस बात का उल्लेख मैने आपको पिछले पत्र जो 15 जनवरी 2018 को आपको मेल किया था उसमें पूरी जानकारी लिखी थी।
            जिसके बाद 15 जनवरी 2018 को मेरे भेजे पत्र पर आपने कड़ा एक्शन लिया। जिसके बाद आपके कुशल इंजीनियर मेरी वाशिंग मशीन को सर्बिस सेंटर ले गए और कुछ दिन बाद अपने हिसाब से ठीक बता कर मेरे घर छोड़ गए। मुझे आपके अनुभवी इंजीनियरों ने यह जानकारी दी कि अब आपकी मशीन बिल्कुल नई मशीन की तरह हो गई है। हमनें इसके कई पार्ट बदल दिए हैं। अब आपकी मशीन में जल्दी से कोई दिक्कत नहीं आयेगी।
            कुछ दिन बाद आपके आॅफिस से मेरे पास फोन आया और फोन पर आपके इंजीनियरों द्वारा किए गए व्यवहार की माफी मांगते हुए मुझे गुलाब के फूलों का एक गुलदस्ता भेजा। मैंने भी पूरी तरह आपका सम्मान रखा।
            लेकिन आपका यह सम्मान मुझे तब अपमान महसूश हुआ जब एक ही धुलाई में वाशिंग मशीन फिर पहले जैसी हो गई है। जिन पार्टस व पेज-पुर्जों को बदलने की बात कही गई थी वह सब ढीले हो गए। चर-पर की आवाज करने लगे। क्या नये पार्टश पहली ही धुलाई में इस तरह करते हैं?
            महोदय, में जानना चाहता हूं कि क्या इंजीनियरों द्वारा लगाए गए सारे पेज पुर्जे घटिया क्वालिटी के थे? अगर नहीं तो क्या आपके इंजीनियरों ने जानबूझकर ऐसा किया मेरे साथ, क्योंकि मैने इनकी लिखित शिकायत आपको की?
            महोदय मैं चिटठी लिख-लिखकर और आपको भेजकर थक गया हूं। मुझे लगता है कि आपको कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता अगर कोई ग्राहक आपकी खराब सर्बिस से मानसिक रूप से पीड़ित है।
            महोदय यह मेरा आखिरी पत्र है इसके बाद में आपको कोई पत्र नहीं लिखूंगा, लेकिन इतना जरूर कहना चाहता हूं कि आईएफबी के जितने भी परेशान ग्राहक हैं यानि जिनको भी कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट से परेशानी है। सबको साथ लेकर आपकी कंपनी के तमाम शोरूम के सामने शांति पूर्वक अनशन करूंगा और आपकी कंपनी की गलत नीतियों को लेकर लोगों को जागरूक करूंगा कि आपकी कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट न खरीदें?
            महोदय, यही नहीं आपको अब तक लिखी गई सभी चिट्ठिियों को मीडिया को सार्वजनिक करूंगा और समर्थन की अपील करूंगा। यहीं नहीं सारे पत्रों की पत्रियों को साथ लेकर अपना वाद उपभोक्ता न्यायालय (कंज्यूमर फोरम) में दर्ज करूंगा। महोदय आप मेरे एक सवाल का जवाब जरूर दीजिएगा कि लोगों के विश्वास से खिलवाड़ करने वाली आपकी कंपनी के कर्मचारी इस हद तक गिर सकते हैं कि एक उपभोक्ता का बार-बार मानसिक शोषण करते रहें? आपके आदेशों को भी कुछ न समझें ? आपके जवाब का इंतजार रहेगा।

              Dear team

              I am using IFB AW60-205T Top Loading Washing Machine which is now out of warranty. I called service center for servicing on Dec 15th 2017 but no one attended or called me.
              After the I registered for AMC for 2 year but after many follow up no one visited at my home.
              Finally after calling one of your senior Mr. Nikhil Gupta your technician is visited at my house and informed me that they can not take machine in AMC because machine’s PCB is faulty first I have to repair PCB on chargeable basis after that they will take washing machine on AMC.

              I again called customer care and reregister for AMC because your customer care representative informed me that we will take machine on AMC without any repair.
              After that I called many time your IFB dealer (Ritu/ K P Agrawal[protected], [protected],[protected] and asked him for AMC or share the policies of AMC.
              But till now no response from IFB or IFB Dealer.
              Pls look into the matter on urgent basis.

                Hello sir,
                I purchased Ifb microwave oven from Dhule dealer.
                But now oven is in out of free service warranty period.
                Model number 38 SRC1
                I am ready to pay service charges for that.
                I am complaint for that on 15 th of December 2017. They said within 8 days they solve my problem.
                Complaint number [protected]
                But upto today they couldn't gives me the service.
                The problem is very minor. Only door locks of oven is break.
                I don't expect this type of third class service from IFB appliances.
                If they failed to give services then why should they sales their products in india.
                Please stop the sales of IFB products in india.

                So I request the consumer complaints forum
                Please solve my problem.

                  My complain no. Is [protected], registered since last 3 months but no positive response

                  We only call and listen about so many excuses and when any attendant comes to visit he talks rubbishly and go away for never returning back to solve the problem

                  In starting months madam crystal also close the complain without solving the issue

                  Mr. Ajay who is the 4th attendant came one month ago with a larger part that can't be fitted in the appliance and said that "main isko kaat k laga deta hun" and when we said not to do that as fitting a wrong part cannot be solution he assured to come next time with the part so that the problem can be solved but never seen after that day

                  I wash using quick wash, after few minutes it is showing error and door. But I am not able to open the door or restart the machine. It's been 3-4 years since I purchased the machine. This problem never occured.

                    This is baskar. S, from salem dist, tamilnadu state. I have requested my ifb 6.5 kg washing machine reinstallation. Paid 590 rs also. Made call log on 23.01.2018. But till now no bady has turned up. I had spoken with salem customer service they are telling that the call log is not true. The same i have informed to call center. I had chat wid both of them at least more than 15 times, 4days trying to short out. Nobody is responding, my machine simply kept idle. Pls advice me the next step, i didn't expect these kind of poor responsibility and service from ifb.

                        Today I have received call from ifb apex care centre executive Mr balaji at 7.30pm he said your machine board is ready but right now am reached home and come and fix for tomorrow. ( It's shows irresponsible and unknowledge person holds engineer os ifb service centre). Then I got a call from Mr ramesh at 9.30pm he said on the way to your home at any time I will fix the board it will take 1 hour time. I thought about its already 9.30pm i[censored] complete the work almost 11pm. Where is my privacy??????
                        Still the problem not resolved... I request Pls escalate into nodal compliance office on priority... Totally disappointed against IFB.

                            It is with great anguish and pain that we write this mail to
                            Complain of the pathetic service and product quality of ifb washing machine front door 6.5 kg top door, we was been using ifb products from last 15 years but never face such type of responsibility from the ifb service.

                            I registered a complaint with customer care on 07.01.2018, got in touch with local service center's sullurpeta nellore (Dist) and area service executive direct employee of ifb onward until date everyday. A technician named mr. Mahesh visited and advised to bring the machine to the service center to fix the issue. The machine is under warranty and also we have paid advance amc for another 2 years.. Why should we take machine to local service center.

                            We are using other home appliances and never ever carry the product to the local service center which is under warranty as aggreed by the company the service engineer will attent the issue and fix it at the customer place itself.

                            I addressed this issue with the area service executive direct employee of ifb (Ram prasad) but i am not getting any help/support from the company executive and it is interesting to see the company executive (Ram prasad) is totally ignorant to the complaints of the customer even after continuous call since 15 days of the problem. We did not bought machine for 20000 and keeping aside and doing work by our self. My mother is very old and sick and we thought as ifb machine will help my mother in daily washing but now my mother is struggling on her own, if we are able to do work done by us then why should we buy product.

                            I would request to please look into the matter asap and replace the parts of machine without putting us to more stress and i hope you will resolve the problem with the machine as i think 1 months is more than enough time
                            For the service engineer to experiment and try solutions on a hapless customer.

                            Hi Team, My issue has resolved now.! firstly i would like to thank from my whole heart to IFB backend team who notified my issue from the consumer complaint forum and then assigned to the respective service area. i specially thank to Service Manager for AndhraPradesh (NAGASAI)for his excellent customer management skills. the service manager should have patience to listen and understand the customer problems first and he did that and his continuous followup with the customer and service engineer. At last very very sad here is, the local IFB service ppl are very very irresponsible and rude reply to the customers and working only with the higher management intervention . to avoid wrong perception on IFB service, feedback from the customers, my humble suggestion is, IFB team should monitor on pending tickets which are opened from long time. once again i thank to everyone from IFB team who helped me to get my issue be resolved faster. thanks Srikanth

                              I have ifb washing machine (While spinning heavy sound comes from the machine) for which i raised a complaint on 03.01.2018 10:57 am (21 days in total). Though it was told that within 24hour technician will reach but no technician will come after and there is no callback also, almost 21 days crossed. I keep on contacting with customer care and they said with the same answer ("we will arrange a technician within 24 hours" like that).

                              I am always looking at your facebook page i want to tell you one thing, whenever you post products related posts on your facebook page go and see the comments, 90% of comments are talking about your worst service given by you (Ifb).

                              * why do you sell such products for which you can't provide service?

                              * why would the customer buy such an expensive products for which they can't get service?

                              * please advice what should i do on my washing machine. Should i throw it in the dustbin as ifb doesn't repair faulty device?

                              Suggestion: this is the good suggestion i gave you on behalf of those who bought ifb products. Whenever you introduce the new product to the market just put on the caution sticker stating that "this is the disposable product, which can be used only 5-10 months". Let the consumer decide whether want to purchase your products or not.

                                Sir, i bought ifb senator smart touch 8kg in six months before at ideal home appliance, kaithamukku, trivandrum. Now the machine is not working due to manufacturing defect. Technicians check that machine and said that replace it. I complained in 8/12/2017 and no response till date from dealer and service centre. I expect you take good decision for me.

                                  My machine was working fine past 4 years till warrenty, but after 4 yrs and 8 months the machine stopped working. When i called for service, i was told that i have to replace the main digital board, valve and shocks. Which has been charged around rs. 10000. I am surprised is that spares or electronics that much costly. I think ifb is exploiting his customers.? I have been using the ifb past 25 years and this is the 3rd machine. But this is the first time the i am finding the product is bad and stopped working in 4 year with high repairing cost. Apart from this i have been pushed for amc for the cost of 3500.

                                  I am sure as a loyal customer of ifb, i will hence forth not recommend further to anyone.

                                  It is almost a year now again the same problem has resurfaced again.
                                  Today teh issue has been resolved and the service engineer was very good and cooperative. (Sometime we get pearl...) and now my issue is resolved. 5 stars to the engineer.
                                  Still for safer side i have gone for AMC this time. But still saying this, i would still tell that the IFB product has become inferior and this IFB has become opex costly.

                                    I bought "ifb senator aqua sx 8 kg" on dec 2015.
                                    In july 2016, i register complain for an issue and they replace the main circuit board.in just 8 months i have seen the same issue and registered a complaint.
                                    Looks like, there is some issue with this model or company replaced circuit board with bad quality circuit.

                                    Right now, circuit replacement covered in warranty but since replaced board quality is bad, i may need to pay for after warranty.

                                    I want to warranty extension for at least circuit board and door lock. Or if possible want to replace machine with some other model.

                                        I have raised a complain [protected] for mine machine. Technician came and he told that belt became lose and need to change. He has charged me 620/- rs me for the replacement of belt.

                                        Not sure if machine is under warranty then how technician can charges for spare parts.

                                        If you are writing 100% warranty then it should be 100% only.
