Dear sir,
I am based at punchkula, haryana.
I purchased this product in june 2017 and since then i am facing problems regarding it's operation. First, on delivery, it's top cover was found cracked which was replaced after nearly three months of continuous requests and reminders. Unfortunately, the problem did not stop there because soon after the installation, it started giving ff error. There is no mention of this error code in the manual and the local customer care technician had no clue of it. Much time was wasted in decoding it by hit and trial method. Finally, by raising the height of outlet pipe, the machine became functional, but only for a couple of days as another error f5 started cropping up.
The ifb technician's knowledge appears to be pathetic. Sometimes he says that an additional water filter, costing rs 1800 is to be added or he says i should fit a voltage stabiliser costing rs 4200. The worst is that despite all this, he is not sure of the outcome. This is my first experience with ifb and me and my wife are simply fed up.
Can someone please help me out.

Complaint marked as Resolved IFB was prompt in responding to the complaint. I got a call from their Mumbai office 24 hours after I had registered the complaint. In the meantime, based on my complaint to the Customer Care, the local Company officials including Mr.Ajay Chauhan from Parwanoo office and Mr Sodhi from Pinjore personally took care to attend to the problem. Mr Sodhi and his associate pulled the machine out and found that inlet water pipe of the machine was bent at the bottom thereby restricting the water flow and causing F1 error.
