Hello ifb,
I have raised a complain "[protected]" on nov-2017, regarding my ifb washing machine. Till now issue was not resolved, and engineer was not responding my call. When i call to call center they says that ticket got closed. Now tell me with out resolving the issue how cum you will be closing the ticket? Please let me know are you guys capable to resolve the issue? Still it cont, i guess i have to go to consumer court.

    Repeating the compliant sent on 12/12/17. As it is still pending.

    My compliant has been registered under ticket no. [protected] on 23/11/17. The technician who attended said the motor... Which was replaced 15 days prior to this compliant... Is defective and needs to be replaced again. Its 3 weeks now and there is no indication from the service center when they will be able to get the new motor.

    My washing machine is practically of no use since 1st week of november. First compliant was burnt motor which took 4-5 days for replacement. The machine worked for 2-3 days and the drum cracked... Reason heavy shaking of machine... (Please note there has been no change in load input all these years o[censored]se)... Whether proper fitting of machine done at time of replacing motor questionable???. Replacement of drum 5-6 days.

    I was told the body has rusted and should be replaced. I replaced the body. Problem continued... Water not draining. Go thru the same process of lodging compliant...2-3 visits by technician... Problem not solved... And finally i was told there is problem with the motor which needs to be replaced again.

    Till date no one can tell me when the motor will be replaced. Have made so many calls to neo services with whom i have my amc. They had said it would be done by today. No one has come today and none of my calls on mobile are being picked up. Took ifb senior executive niharika's mobile number from customer care. Even she has not bothered to return my calls.

    Extremely disappointed with ifb. Don't think i vl ever buy ifb products nor recommend it to anyone.

      Ticket numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] and fresh ticket number [protected] dated 13.12.2014 issued to me for the same complain which has not resolved till date. How long i will have to suffer with this faulty machine rather it can be construed that machine bears manufacturing defect right from the purchase. Please resolve the matter amicably otherwise it is a fit case for consumer court. My request for availing the amc for the product has not been extended to me.

      I had registered my complaint on the above product on 8th Dec17 and complaint regd vide no. [protected] . for 48 hours no one has called up to fix repair service. the product is less than 5 years and already giving problems

      Its been 48 hours i have filed a complaint against the repairing of my washing machine IFB. My compaint number is [protected] filed on 7th december, 2017 at 11 am.They assured me of fixing the issue in 24 hours. It has been more than 48 hours no action has been taken yet.

        From Riya Electronics from Mahesana district Gujarat...
        I have give the down payment on date 10Dec 2017 Rs 7620.00 by cheque
        and Rs. 1809.00 to HDB for EMI by cheque..but Riya Electronic not able to deliver the washing machine since 10Dec2017,
        Riya Electronics said to me on 10 Dec2017 stock is available but Riya Electronics send me demo pcs and this pcs was defeated and I returned to on same time to Riya electronics

        If this is out of stock then why amount debit from my account...

            I purshased a range hood (Ifb-gl-14t 90cm) from an ifb dealer last year. The range hood has never really worked well, i made probably 10-15 complaints before a man from the servicing agency of ifb showed up. He said he wants to replace the upper pipe for no reason whatsoever (There is nothing wrong with the pipe, all he cares about is getting rs. 1400). When pushed about why he wanted to replace the pipe he had no answer.
            I have had similar problems with other ifb devices where the servicing guys only cared about making money rather than clearing up the actual problem with regards to the multiple ac’s in my house.
            There is a concerning problem with the way the servicing team deals with the issues. I think this servicing is provided by some 3rd party workers who have no connection with ifb and so all they care about is how can they make some cash for their own small workshop.
            I hope there is some help provided regarding this. I don’t think it would happen though.

              My pcb unit for ifb bc25 has not been replaced. Service center people took the faulty panel and promised replacement in 2 to 3 days; but even though 30 days have passed there is no replacement nor repair. They returned the faulty panel board back saying they don't have the part. Why it took month? And what about my microwave? How will it work again? What use is service center for?

                I had purchased this washing machine back in october 2016 and didn't receive quality service from the service provider. When the service provider "amit" visited us for the first time he forced us to buy the ifb trolley. But didn't adjust the machine and the trolley properly and hence, every single time we use the machine it seems that it would jump out from the trolley at any moment. The service provider didn't visit us on the first call. After calling him numerous no. Of times only then he (Amit) showed up. Whenever i use the washing machine the trolley moves from the place from where it is placed before using the machine. This is happening always, i had never overloaded my clothes for the wash, but each time it moves abruptly. Do try to help me out. And i am enclosing the purchase bill for the product below. And after completion of the ist year of the annual service period, i had received a message from your service station that a service provider is going to visit me shortly but still no guy has visited here. Please do adhere my complaint in 7-10 days, otherwise, i have to lodge a complaint at consumer forum.

                My machine was under warranty but was diverted by call centre to a third party call centre. The mechanic from there can and spoiled the PCB. On complaining again engineer from company came and repaired it but I had to pay Rs 4900 for the repair. Why should I pay for no fault of mine.

                  Ifb washing machine elena stream - not working as control panel pcb is burnt.
                  Ticket no - [protected] for replacement of burnt pcb on 4th dec.2017. Till date no response from technicians.
                  Tried to call the customer care - they tell the technician will call you. Its almost a week, my cloths piling up. I have my dad a super senior citizen of age -89 years. His garments to be washed daily.

                    I have purchased a microwave oven 32srb from a firm of mumbai. A technician came and did the installation in august, 2016. But when we tried to use it the oven was not working properly. I placed a complaint in ifb customer-care and a technician came and checked the oven about heating. He said the piece is ockay.in june-july it starts giving some noise while working. Many time we have some odd smell from machine.in october, 2017 it stops totally. A technician from ifb called and he says that there are some parts are like magnet is spoiled and we have to replace it. He said your piece is out of warranty, so it will cost us. As he has insisted we allow to change the parts, what ever required to be replaced. After replacing the parts, machine is as it is and not functioning properly. Now today again it stops completely! As we have not used it for a single time after repair, it seem the basically model was a faulty piece and giving trouble through out it remains with us. Here we are requesting to replace our microwave oven with a new one or refund our amount at the earliest. Further, rs. 4, 000/- in name parts replacement, may please be refunded. Hope you will do the needful. Thank you.

                    It is to inform that, some net fraudulent activity has been happened with me, after seeing this complaint. A phone call from +[protected] came, saying that, this complaint is monitored by PMO! He had seen this message and weave a web of story about immediate refund initiated by the company. Asked for Bank number and also Debit card number, when he started to ask something more, i had stop to talk to him.
                    It is my submission, that while entering CONSUMER Complaint, a Contact number and email id only make visible to end users. Not for everyone. Because, these people are very sharp, and try to catch the fish before original company starts to react.

                      In august'2017 (When my machine was in warranty) i did send my machine to ifb factory as senior technician was not able to resolve weird sound problem in machine which was happening because of machine gearbox, they assured me that this thing will not persist again, same thing started happening gain in november and i asked for the explanation and registered complaint in customer care department but i didn't receive any response. And when i called them again to know the progress they told me that i have to pay. And nobody was bothered to explain what did the first when they took my machine in factory for one week.

                        My long pending complaint no. [protected] (Navrangpura, ahmedabad - 380009) is not resolved till date.

                        The office does not maintain minimum stock of spares and for want of small parts, my washing machine is useless. The office has not received parts for a longer period.

                        Officer mr. Mayuresh m. No.[protected] and another person m. No.[protected] do not attend on mobile.

                        Machine has same problem in a month again and that too, within 10 months of purchae.

                        If my problem is not solved within 2 days, i will go for legal action thru court and consumer forum.

                          I called to the IFB customer care team and the service center, but there is no proper response from them. even i spoke with priya area manager but she said, she will check and come back.

                          i am really tired with all these things and expecting someone can resolve the issue or replace the machine/sparepart, i do have this issue from the day of purchasing and then i complained, but now a days i am facing issue daily...

                          I received a call from customer service and said we will create a fresh ticket. i was expected to re open the ticket as it is the existing issue and the incident/ticket was closed without providing resolution.

                          I did not received any call from the service center (Prabhu). As i already informed, service engineer provided an workaround and not the permanent fix.

                          he suggested me keep some paper foldings, down the washing machine so that we can temporarily stop water leakage. i am expecting a permanent fix for the same.

                          Today(09-Aug-18) I received a call from Priya(Area Manager). She Suggested me to purchase a trolly/footrest, instead of Fixing the issue.

                          Earlier Service Engineer/Branch asked me to purchase Cleaning Material and IFB liquid and i did the same, for that i spent 4000/- approximately, still issue was not resolved yet.

                          now team is asking me to spend extra amount again, i don't understand, whether they are interested in fixing the issue or doing the sales.

                          I really frustrated with the service and i am expecting a proper service from the IFB.

                          Could you anyone help me in this case?

                          FLOOR is on level and it doesn't have any issues with leveling. Issue with the washing machine and not with Floor. I am expecting proper solution from the team.

                          earlier, service team asked me to purchase, 4000/- worth of material to resolve this issue now they are asking to purchase trolley.

                            I have ordered this ifb microwave oven 23sc3 in 2016 march and its not even 2 years and the touch pad is not working.

                            Just two keys are not working which are the most important ones (Start and stop). Just for the two keys they are replacing the entire touch pad which costs 1500 minimum and that is not just in 1-2 days they need more then a week that too they are not sure.

                            When we call customer care they say it will cost 300 to 500 and will be fixed in 24 hours, then the service guy calls and says it will take more the 1500 to 2000.

                            Worst product and worst service ever. No more ifb product. Cannot trust this brand atall.

                              I have made a complaint on 14th November and service boy came next day he told me that the spare part timer for this model is not available and I have to go for exchange. The fact is that my machine is under AMC and they says it is not repairable, I would like to know is it true that the spare parts are not available.

                                Hi team, i have logged complaints with customer care on dec-02nd with the ticket # [protected], the assigned engineer visited the location and updated will need to replace the board and will be done in couple of days, but unfortunately the ticket # was resolved with my concern which i came to know when i am following up with the customer care on the ticket number, but i haven't got any update on the old ticket, so they have raised new ticket [protected] and i am waiting for the response on the new ticket from yesterday.                                 I don't expect such service from a great company like ifb.

                                I am expecting an answer why my ticket is closed without resolving the issue.

                                    Hello,
                                    I have a elena db 5.5 kg washing machine and it is not under the warranty period. Last day it stopped working and upon checking i found that the motor carbon brush holder got damaged. So i contacted the service manager in our place (Mr aneesh - [protected], kerala, aluva) and ifb toll free number both are saying they will not provide the carbon brush holder alone. They can only replace the motor. Attaching here the image of the faulty part.

                                    Why should i buy a brand new motor instead to replace a small detachable part? I wonder how can a company refuse to supply spare parts if we can fix it by ourself.

                                      Relationship number[protected] with ifb industries. Despite repeated requests and reminders for rectification of machine, but problems not resolved. Number of tickets issued for the same defect, current ticket number is [protected]. How long i shall feel cheated. Right from the purchase of machine, it develops snag, you can track down the complaint history of my machine. I think this machine bears manufacturing defect and needed alternate solution. If ifb does not bother for its reputation but my money used for purchasing is at stake. I have not used this machine continuously for more than two months due to recurring defects. My sincere request to ifb to come out with long lasting solution.

                                        Greetings.
                                        I am writing this email with frustration and pain.
                                        I am nirmalkumar and my contact number is[protected]
                                        I have ifb washing machine and the model is senorita plus. I have an amc with the company called “royal enterprises” which is located in korattur, chennai. Two weeks back i called for a general service. A technician came and inspected the machine. He said that the shock absorber is weak and sensor is not working. So both needs to be changed.
                                        The shock absorber will not come under amc and it costs rs 2800/- and the sensor will come under amc. I paid rs 2800/-. He came on 03rd with a new shock absorber and sensor. Replaced the former one and identified that the one sensor which he brought was not matching for the machine. So he said he will come with the suitable sensor. But he advised that i can use the machine.
                                        When i used the machine, it was keep on taking water, but the motor did not start. Again i called the technician. He came and told me that sensor is the fault which needs to be replaced. He informed that he will come on 04th dec evening. But he did not turn.
                                        He informed he will come on 05th dec and he came with a sensor and replaced. When i used the machine, it was running more time than the usual time. Finally during rinse, it was keep on taking water and drum was not rotating and other side the water is flowing out.
                                        Again i called the technician and he said that he will come on 06th dec.
                                        The service is worst and i wonder how this company become a ifb authorized service dealers. I would request you to take severe action and help me to resolve the problem in my washing machine asap.
