I had purchased this washing machine back in october 2016 and didn't receive quality service from the service provider. When the service provider "amit" visited us for the first time he forced us to buy the ifb trolley. But didn't adjust the machine and the trolley properly and hence, every single time we use the machine it seems that it would jump out from the trolley at any moment. The service provider didn't visit us on the first call. After calling him numerous no. Of times only then he (Amit) showed up. Whenever i use the washing machine the trolley moves from the place from where it is placed before using the machine. This is happening always, i had never overloaded my clothes for the wash, but each time it moves abruptly. Do try to help me out. And i am enclosing the purchase bill for the product below. And after completion of the ist year of the annual service period, i had received a message from your service station that a service provider is going to visit me shortly but still no guy has visited here. Please do adhere my complaint in 7-10 days, otherwise, i have to lodge a complaint at consumer forum.
