Ifb service ticket number [protected]

The washing machine drum spider (Made of cast iron) is broken.
Replacement offered by the company representative is of the entire drum set assembly at rs.6000
When inquired at a service center of other city the drum assembly cost was quoted at r.3000
Service representative who came for inspection charged rs.600 and did not even provide any receipt stating the charges.
Highly pathetic service and after sales.
Broken part - drum spider might cost only rs.300 max, but is not sold by company. Need to replace the entire drum assembly consisting of stainless steel drum and other parts.

Please look into the details and take necessary actions.

    Had problem with slow inlet water and raised complaint for the same. After many followups, technician came around 6.30 pm and he removed inlet pipe and he put holes on filter and cleaned bit dust and able to get some more water not as expected. I told him earlier suppose to get more water but he argued with me and he took service charge and left without giving bill then i checked youtube for solution. Youtube video showed very clearly how to remove dust from all filters. I have done the same, now the problem was solved. Ifb service and technicians are worst, they simply want money without resolving problem. If you have any issues, please check first youtube then try yourself before calling ifb service center.

    I called on IFB customer care number [protected] then he send a technician and his number is [protected]. this happened on 16th evening. He even didn't gave receipt. I don't need any resolution. I took help from youtube and resolved my issue. Next time, if i get any issue, I want through this washing machine and buy another company washing machine or i will try to fix my self.
    I had lodged multiple complaints about my microwave oven, which is under AMC. The customer support is poorly managed and despite of the repeated complaints no one has addressed it. Complaint no is [protected].We have also given multiple feedbacks and have regularly been in touch with Mr. Rana (heading the service centre).

      Hi,
      I have been using ifb senortia vx washing machine for about 5 years and offlate im getting this ah1 error repeatedly. To complete 1 wash there are about 3-4 times ah1 error leading to a prolonged washing. Everytime i have come and restart leading to pathetic experience and it takes 3 hrs to complete 1 wash. Request you look into this as this has become predominat in every wash.

        My washing machine front loading digital 7 kg capacity door lock failed which was restricting the programme to continue the operation. Complaint lodged to the hyderabad service centre (I s techno services) about 5 days back. Finally technician arrived replaced the door lock and charged rs 3200 towards the cost. When i contacted your service and sales manager spares he said its cost is ₹2500+ service charge. When i checked the spare cost in the system it shows only ₹ 650. Will there be so much difference between the system and your service centre. Please let me know the actual cost and take the necessary action against your service centre.

          I bought ifb washing mashing model diva aqua ax on 15/05/2017. After one month o[censored]se, clothes get torn while spinning in washing machine. I asked for replacement of machine from ifb retail store but they told to contact customer care, i am triying to contact customer care of ifb but the toll free number given by ifb in their website does not work, try to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

            I bought a microwave oven oct 2016. I did not used it for single time, after 5 months i checked it's not heating properly. I raised a service request around march. But the service request got closed with out any update. After that i was in out of station now i have raised a new service request and they told heating capacitor and diode having problem so it must be charged around 3000rs. I was shocked and argued with the technician and customer care people, but they did not consider. This is the one of the product having problem even i did not use it single time. That technician also confirmed that it was not used product but they did not agree for a replacement. When i purchased they are promised that heating element have 3 year warranty. Now they told out of warranty. Please don't buy ifb products. Very worst customer service and product service.

              The complaint regarding the washing machine has been done more six months before. Being in the armed forces i have been out and have been deployed outside my home port. The company automatically closed the previous complaints and never even took a feed back for the same. The new complaint which was registered was on 4 dec [protected] (Ticket number), and the same complaint was registered and the closing of earlier defect was also brought out during the conversation. I had clearly told them the problem as told to me by their representative (Technician) and had asked them to equip the technician when coming to resolve the issue. However no step were taken and the things were taken for granted

              Purchased Senorita DX Washing Machine in 2009. AMC renewed in June 2017. Complaint for repairs registered on November 14th. Inspire of daily calls repairs not carried till now. Washing machine completely stopped and not operational from 14th November

                I had taken amc for my dishwasher, but the guy mr. Umesh who had attended my complaint 2month back has not repaired the machine. Now when i give the comstomer complaint, the complaint goes to local ; chennai office, and these guys just don’t attend.
                We had done several complaints and the guy came two times, some how he is not able to repair, or may be ha had taken some part out of my machine.

                  I purchased ifb front loading machine with a thinking with a brand value but i feel disgusted as well as how ifb people cheated me. This is an deliberate attempt to devalue my money paid to ifb for purchasing the machine. Running from pillar to posts, i could not used my machine continuously for more than 3 months. I have been provided with the number of branch office concerned of which ms prachi is heading but for my disappointment the number ([protected]) provided to me continues to ringing but no body bothers to take up my phone. Even though technicians visited my home but they could not corrected my machine.

                    I have written first mail at customerservice @ifbgobal.com on 28th oct. After acknowledging my mail i have written another follow up mail on 2nd nov but again there was no response.

                    Then i made a complaint on this forum - id 1770156 dated 10.11.17.
                    Then follow up mail on 02/12.17 then another follow up mail on 04.12.17 but still my problem is not resolved but every time they are writing issue resolved.

                    Kindly advice at which forum should i go next.

                      Myself gajanan h. Patil. I live in nashik, maharashtra (India). My customer id is 10577525. My front loading washing machine got problem. Heavy somke is coming from machine and that drum is jammed, it is not rotating. So we stopped using machine and we called customer care. My ticket no. Is [protected]. They said a technician will visit. But no technician is visiting. That technician just calls and says he will come but he doesn't come. Ur local customer care cell is so irresponsible that it doesn't bother to check whether complaint is attended or not. From 12/12/17 each day i am calling customer care and they say same thing. But problem is still uttended. Is this the way u treat ur customer. Such r ur customer policies? A new washing machine has got break down just within three years and such is the careless response of your company. As a customer i feel very helpless because o[censored]r careless response. Plz resolve the issue.

                        Year back i raised complained in ifb tollfree number for my ifb washing machine. Technician replaced wrong mother board and told me he will replace it few weeks.

                        I again resisted a complain on 13 dec 2017 but after two visits nothing can be done. Local service centre receptionist do not provide proper response.

                          I have raised a complain "[protected]" on nov-2017, regarding my ifb washing machine. Till now issue was not resolved, and engineer was not responding my call. When i call to call center they says that ticket got closed. Now tell me with out resolving the issue how cum you will be closing the ticket? Please let me know are you guys capable to resolve the issue? Still it cont, i guess i have to go to consumer court.

                            Repeating the compliant sent on 12/12/17. As it is still pending.

                            My compliant has been registered under ticket no. [protected] on 23/11/17. The technician who attended said the motor... Which was replaced 15 days prior to this compliant... Is defective and needs to be replaced again. Its 3 weeks now and there is no indication from the service center when they will be able to get the new motor.

                            My washing machine is practically of no use since 1st week of november. First compliant was burnt motor which took 4-5 days for replacement. The machine worked for 2-3 days and the drum cracked... Reason heavy shaking of machine... (Please note there has been no change in load input all these years o[censored]se)... Whether proper fitting of machine done at time of replacing motor questionable???. Replacement of drum 5-6 days.

                            I was told the body has rusted and should be replaced. I replaced the body. Problem continued... Water not draining. Go thru the same process of lodging compliant...2-3 visits by technician... Problem not solved... And finally i was told there is problem with the motor which needs to be replaced again.

                            Till date no one can tell me when the motor will be replaced. Have made so many calls to neo services with whom i have my amc. They had said it would be done by today. No one has come today and none of my calls on mobile are being picked up. Took ifb senior executive niharika's mobile number from customer care. Even she has not bothered to return my calls.

                            Extremely disappointed with ifb. Don't think i vl ever buy ifb products nor recommend it to anyone.

                              Ticket numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] and fresh ticket number [protected] dated 13.12.2014 issued to me for the same complain which has not resolved till date. How long i will have to suffer with this faulty machine rather it can be construed that machine bears manufacturing defect right from the purchase. Please resolve the matter amicably otherwise it is a fit case for consumer court. My request for availing the amc for the product has not been extended to me.

                              Its been 48 hours i have filed a complaint against the repairing of my washing machine IFB. My compaint number is [protected] filed on 7th december, 2017 at 11 am.They assured me of fixing the issue in 24 hours. It has been more than 48 hours no action has been taken yet.

                                From Riya Electronics from Mahesana district Gujarat...
                                I have give the down payment on date 10Dec 2017 Rs 7620.00 by cheque
                                and Rs. 1809.00 to HDB for EMI by cheque..but Riya Electronic not able to deliver the washing machine since 10Dec2017,
                                Riya Electronics said to me on 10 Dec2017 stock is available but Riya Electronics send me demo pcs and this pcs was defeated and I returned to on same time to Riya electronics

                                If this is out of stock then why amount debit from my account...

                                    I purshased a range hood (Ifb-gl-14t 90cm) from an ifb dealer last year. The range hood has never really worked well, i made probably 10-15 complaints before a man from the servicing agency of ifb showed up. He said he wants to replace the upper pipe for no reason whatsoever (There is nothing wrong with the pipe, all he cares about is getting rs. 1400). When pushed about why he wanted to replace the pipe he had no answer.
                                    I have had similar problems with other ifb devices where the servicing guys only cared about making money rather than clearing up the actual problem with regards to the multiple ac’s in my house.
                                    There is a concerning problem with the way the servicing team deals with the issues. I think this servicing is provided by some 3rd party workers who have no connection with ifb and so all they care about is how can they make some cash for their own small workshop.
                                    I hope there is some help provided regarding this. I don’t think it would happen though.

                                      My pcb unit for ifb bc25 has not been replaced. Service center people took the faulty panel and promised replacement in 2 to 3 days; but even though 30 days have passed there is no replacement nor repair. They returned the faulty panel board back saying they don't have the part. Why it took month? And what about my microwave? How will it work again? What use is service center for?

                                        I had purchased this washing machine back in october 2016 and didn't receive quality service from the service provider. When the service provider "amit" visited us for the first time he forced us to buy the ifb trolley. But didn't adjust the machine and the trolley properly and hence, every single time we use the machine it seems that it would jump out from the trolley at any moment. The service provider didn't visit us on the first call. After calling him numerous no. Of times only then he (Amit) showed up. Whenever i use the washing machine the trolley moves from the place from where it is placed before using the machine. This is happening always, i had never overloaded my clothes for the wash, but each time it moves abruptly. Do try to help me out. And i am enclosing the purchase bill for the product below. And after completion of the ist year of the annual service period, i had received a message from your service station that a service provider is going to visit me shortly but still no guy has visited here. Please do adhere my complaint in 7-10 days, otherwise, i have to lodge a complaint at consumer forum.

                                        My machine was under warranty but was diverted by call centre to a third party call centre. The mechanic from there can and spoiled the PCB. On complaining again engineer from company came and repaired it but I had to pay Rs 4900 for the repair. Why should I pay for no fault of mine.
