I have a problem
With my washing machines drain system from my time of purchase, during the initial day they did come for service on my request, but the problem still persists, and my machine is under warranty.. I complained back again during diwali and there was a service person who came checked and told me that the drain motor is not functioning properly and they will replace it for free because it’s under warranty, but injus gotta pay 1800 for the drum cleaning process!!! He did not have the motor in hand, soo said hel come replace it.. Since diwali till date i keep calling him he will tell hel come, but will not turn up.. I kinda lost hope cos for every single complaint i make to the customer care, del tell they will elevate the case and soon it will be resolved, but till date not a single person has come.. And when i check back the customer care executive will tel me that the status of my complaint s closed!! I am really really frustrated with the response and service.. Soo after a point they have given me the nos of my service centre and the particular executive, but wen i cal him he said ur replacing part is with me, and il come change t.. I’ve been calling him every single day.. He gives me a guarantee tat hel come, il cancel my appointments nd wait, but never he has turned up.. I feel really let down by the type of service response from ur side which discourages me to buy more products from ur end.. Technician visited on 5th December and replaced belt. Without checking the cycle of the machine he went away. When machine was checked by myself, belt again slipped out. Immediately I informed to the technician & Service Franchisee. Same evening technician revisited and after checking he informed to the service franchisee that all four shockers, drum bearing, motor all need replacement & body of the machine has worn out and when I resisted of his report that body has worn out, as body of the machine has already got replaced almost 2-3 years back he said that it is not worn out but it got loose. Behavior of the technician was very rude.
My question is, that when body of the machine has already been replaced almost two-three years back and with the fault of technicians for not properly attending complaint (not replacing shockers in time, although machine is continuously not working since almost 3 months), too much of the vibration in the machine has resulted in the loosening of the body, is it my fault.
Machine is continuously not in working position since 27th September 2017.
May kindly check the no. of complaints lodged by myself during the past one year of AMC. Due to pathetic service by the technicians & service franchisee, I'm not in a position to use machine, despite of being in AMC.
Technician never brings service report with them, nor do they carry bill book with them. They simply take money without issuing receipts. Customer can not give their feedback in lack of service report. This is what Bareilly service franchisee is doing and no action is being taken by the company, against him, despite of several complaints.
Pathetic service by IFB...
