I regret to say that i never seen this type of irresponsible customer service from any product in my life.     I have made a complaint and raised a support ticket on 10th nov 2017 in respect of replacement of front door lock. The door lock is damaged and is not working. My registered complaint no. [protected] and requested to change the front door lock. Till today i did not receive any service nor any call from ifb company.

    Kindly look into the matter and take my matter on priority.

      I have purchased one ifb senorita sx aqua washing machine from ifb point m/s kuldeep mandi hp in 2015. Immediately after 2 months machine started giving trouble. I lodged complaint with the dealer. He checked it and made minor adjustment but there was not much improvement. After that the washing machine is continuously giving some or the other problem. Company can check the record and see the number of complaints lodged and the parts replaced. Almost whole of the machine has been opened and assembled may times. I have been repeatedely telling the service engineer to replace this defective machine but everytime they come and replace one or the other part. Now again one compalint is pending and i was told by the engineer that now drum and 2-3 more parts are to be replaced. I am highly dissatisfied with this third rated product of the company having some manufacturing defect or with most of the defective parts. This is worst than a second hand assembled machine. So, i request that in stead of replacing major parts kindly replace my machine and provide me a new machine in proper working condition, otherwise i will be compelled to approach consumer redressal forum for redressal of my grievance.         I had registered a complaint ([protected]) and was seen but not rectified it. The service was horrible and they came twice but couldn't solve it. They even don't answer me. When i inquired at toll free no they told me that my complaint has been cancelled. Till date i visited service centre twice and was assured that next day problem will be solved.           We purchased one ifb washing machine that’s spoiled before 3 months.. We called the ifb customer care and made complaints. But no response. Then we called the dealer in our area and informed to them. It’s almost 3 months over. But we didn’t get any response. I don’t understand what’s the purpose of ifb customer care india. Why your selling your product in india. If you don’t have proper customer care. Then what’s the use of customer care. What you will do your customer. Once your product sold you don’t care. Unfortunately i got a gift of ifb microwave also. I don’t know what’s going to happen. Please take care your customer if you cannot... Betters you don’t sell!

          Really, you all be shameful. Don’t you feel shame. You are sitting in customer desk and asking give me details. Why you don’t have customer records? What’s the purpose of customer care IFB? Why your collected the money from customer to spare parts? In every company give the spare parts cost and service charge. After the changed, if the product doesn’t have any problem then they will move the payment. In your company that’s totally different. We are all idiots to buy your product and you all smart people. Already I mentioned the mail to contact.!why to don’t have cuts to contact me. I will never and ever recommend IFB product!

          Till now you didn’t take against the Madurai IFB division head Madhan? In which way he collected the money to buy spare parts? It’s almost 3 months ready! You don’t spare parts why did you sell the product to us?

          Don’t you feel shame on IFB! To all India’s don’t buy IFB product! If you want buy, just look at the complaints!

            I have a problem
            With my washing machines drain system from my time of purchase, during the initial day they did come for service on my request, but the problem still persists, and my machine is under warranty.. I complained back again during diwali and there was a service person who came checked and told me that the drain motor is not functioning properly and they will replace it for free because it’s under warranty, but injus gotta pay 1800 for the drum cleaning process!!! He did not have the motor in hand, soo said hel come replace it.. Since diwali till date i keep calling him he will tell hel come, but will not turn up.. I kinda lost hope cos for every single complaint i make to the customer care, del tell they will elevate the case and soon it will be resolved, but till date not a single person has come.. And when i check back the customer care executive will tel me that the status of my complaint s closed!! I am really really frustrated with the response and service.. Soo after a point they have given me the nos of my service centre and the particular executive, but wen i cal him he said ur replacing part is with me, and il come change t.. I’ve been calling him every single day.. He gives me a guarantee tat hel come, il cancel my appointments nd wait, but never he has turned up.. I feel really let down by the type of service response from ur side which discourages me to buy more products from ur end.. I’ve attached a screen shot of the call timing that i had with him yesterday

                I lodged a complaint no [protected] in june and visiting technician replaced pcb for 2000+ ₹. Although he did mention that these parts do not have warranty, i could not imagine an internationally reputed company buys/ makes parts that can last for only four months. I imagined that since the initial warranty of the new machine was for 2 years, this should also last at least for two years if not longer. The technician did not even mention about amc that time. Now after 4 months, when i am complaining (Lodged new complaint no [protected]) and questioning their honesty and reputation, they are insisting me to take an amc, and offering a paltry 10% discount. Their amc is quite expensive, and it is very evident that they deliberately bring shoddy parts to customers who do not take amc.

                This is cheating. Because the parts that has been replcaed only 4 months back is gone again and I am told to pay for it again. I paid 2200 rupees 4 months ago. This time, I was not actually given any estimate as claimed here, but I was told that I will be charged again. How come a reputed company claim that they have no warranty over parts.

                    1. I col rs bhanwala had bought ifb, ac in middle of 2016. The ac has not been installed correctly (Not horizontal and due to slope there is water retention leading to foul smell), and 2nd and 3rd free service has also not been done.
                    2. I have complained three times in last 3 months but no progress but only assurances. Pl refer following:

                      Dear mr. Negi

                      This refers to my above complaint with your customer service which was placed on 6th of november, 2017. Subsequently your technician visited on 7th of november, 2017 and advised me that the motor needs replacement.

                      Today it is 17th of november, 2017 and i have not heard anything from your service centre. I tried frantically to call up mr. Vijay das; mobile-[protected]; mr. Pradeep sharma-mobile-[protected] for several days now. To my utter surprise i noticed that they don’t have any courtesy to pick up the phone and reply to my query. I tried to reach them on what’s app and sms but all in vein.

                      This type of attitude is neither acceptable nor expected from your office. Your office must inform me what’s going on. Why it is taking so long to get the part replaced. This is highly disgraceful and not accepted by any stretch of imagination.

                      Could you please advice me what is going on and when can i expect the service to take place.

                      I do hope sincerely good sense prevails and immediate action would be taken by your office to get the part replaced immediately.

                      Pl revert back on this asap.

                        I had purchased ifb 8 kg fully automatic machine on 03.11.2017 by flipkart but till date no body has visited for installation and demo. We have been calling in customer care but nobody is paying head to our requests.
                        I have lodged complain to ifb customer care number:[protected] on 13th november 2017. Till now, they have not contacted us. When i called them again and again, everytime they say sorry and do not act on that complain.

                        Please kindly look into this urgently, otherwise, i will go to consumer court regarding this poor customer service.
                        This is quite lacklusture approach by a multinational company by not sending their representative for installation and demo of a washing machine...

                          We have purchased ifb elina acqa washing machine (6 kg) in 2012. We have valid amc till september 2018. I have submitted complain to ifb customer care number:[protected] on 11th november 2017 bearing complain request number [protected]. Till now, they have not contacted us. When i called them again and again, everytime they say sorry and do not act on that complain.

                          Please kindly look into this urgently, otherwise, i will go to consumer court regarding this poor customer service. Really very frustrating after sales service.

                            I raised a complaint for washing machine on 8 nov 2017
                            Perumal the technician visited and said that your electronic board will be replaced, took the original with him, daily i called him for board replacement, one week passed, when i called customer care on 15 nov 2017 i found they have closed the ticket, i did not receive any message, again i opened a new ticket fo the same issue, not sure why they can not open the same ticket as the problem has not been fixed, before closing the ticket ifb customer care should give a call to the customer to make sure the issue is resolved

                            On 16 nov 2017 another technician came and said he can not replaced the board as he want the old board. This is how ifb service center is fooling with the customers, i hope perumal must have given the feedback. Not sure how long i have to wait for this to be resolved. I have heard from my friends ifb service centers drag customers for atleast 2 to 3 months for any issues.

                            I would recommend my family and friends not to purchase any ifb appliance in future because of very poor after sale service

                              I bought this oven about 2 years back. The turn plate glass broke in dec 2016 and i filed a complaint with them and they immediately replaced it with charges. It again broke in sep 2017 and i complained the same way. They said they are having system issues and could not give me complaint number but still they said they will take care. Nothing happened. So i called again and got complaint number this time but the local service center called the registered mobile and said they will give the value for us to confirm. That never happened. So i called the local guys and they told me that we never confirmed but asked us the full details again and asked me to send the picture of my oven which i did immediately. Nothing happened for more than 15 days. I called the local guys and they said they have ordered the glass and asked me the full details again.
                              I filed another complaint in nov and i am yet to get any response.

                                Bought a machine. Last year and fed up. With its service as it stops working every week a technician had to be called and used to. Make fake promises too us.. It needed constant attention. And have been an. Irritating job to. Keep. Calling the in customer care... Sheee waste of money.. Behaviour of the service provider miss niharika is also bad... She banged the phone after listeneing to our conplain. And there was no respond from their side..
                                Worst. Companybworst service. Ifb horrible.

                                  To whomever this may concern,

                                  This information is to highlight the negligence, inability and failed service to customer so far. It has been almost four months since my washing machine stopped functioning and ‘no service’ is returned from your end since your last response to the ticket. The current situation has created a massive doubt on your teams ability to provide any sort of service at all and i’m deeply disappointed with the way this has been taken up so far.

                                  I walked through and called the local ifb point support but they use say will send the person but till now no one reach us to check.

                                  Kindly treat this as an escalation and ensure an absolute resolve is given as soon as possible. Indeed, the current fiasco will only have a second thought before i choose any ifb products in the future should this email goes over looked yet again.

                                  Note:the local vendor (From arakonam) never comes to check the issue.

                                    I have a washing machine which is not functional since last two month. Repeated call to customer care and email to ifbcare yielded no result. My complaint no[protected]was closed but my machine was not repaired. My machine is under annual maintenance. Despite it machine is not repaired. I have contacted local service centre at patna and ifb branch office at patna but to no avail. My repeated email to mr borker ifb marketing in charge could not help me. My washing machine is front loading type model issxelite 5.5 kg.

                                      I am using ifb elena steam washing meshing for the last 4 years.
                                      Unfortunately my machine’s detergent dispenser drawers broken. I register a complaint regarding my complaint. After 2 weeks i got a call from trivandrum customer service centre did any technician attended your complaint..? Again after 1 week i got another call from the same service centre
                                      When i asked for the detergent dispenser to be replaced the trivandrum ifb service centre, the service manager refused to sell the spare part and said that they would replace if i pay rs 600 as service charge plus 200 being the cost of spare part namely (Detergent dispenser). The reason for the complaint is i talked to the area sales manager then he said that other service centres like bosh siemens are charging more than 1000 rs for technician attending complaints and one technician will come with this spare parts that’s why they are charging the amount. Again how can a company refuse to supply spares if we can fix it by ourselves
                                      Ur after sales service is very poor. This is not my new experience.in past i suffer with the same condition

                                        I purchased ifb washing machine on 6th novemeber and demo-installation request was raised for 7th nov. I have not received any call from ifb and when i called customer care, they said my door was locked, i re-initiated the request multiple times on 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th nov and i have called ifb multiple times but still no response. None of the contact numbers of service center or branch are working. They are not picking calls. My pincode is 201009. Please tell me who is going to install the product. This is not the kind of service i expected from ifb. Its a pathetic service provider. I think i may have made a mistake opting for ifb washing machine instead of so many other brands. Please help me with this. Its already a lot of pain for me.
