When my ifb washing machine was not worked on august 2017, (Sensor problem and drum not rotated), i called service centre, (Sj power, kottivakkam, chennai, [protected]), they came and checked and told that sensor problem. They also told to change the drum. They took charges rs.6000 for drum change, sensor and service. They told that one year warranty is applicable.
Suddenly (After one or two days), again washing machine was not worked. I called service centre (Mentioned above) many times and they were not responded.
Now also, washing machine is under problem after service (Sensor problem and drum is not rotating). When i am calling the service center, they cut the phone.
I am having the loss of rs. 6000. They cheated me.

    My customer id2498539 washing machine out of order complaint registered on 22 11 2017. Called severely times yet to be solved. Machine is under amc. Ihave no receipt amc amount made by cheque on 03 03 2016 thru idbi bank west tambaram with out receipt they refused to service. Do the need full. Thinking u. Bankstatement attached

      Three month back after filing complaint (Ticket no.[protected]) a personnel from harinidhi franchisee, bangalore visited and suggested to change to drum.
      But, when technician visited for repair, he found the belt also damaged and to be replaced. He only replaced the drum and assured of changing the belt within 3-4 days.
      But since then no body is attending the problem and fixing it. Every time i call them they are not responding and rectifying the problem.

      Iam very upset with the kind of service provided by ifb. It is the worst possible service. Useless. The service people of so, irresponsible, misguiding, escaping from the job.
      For three months iam unable to use the machine. And you should answer for the inconvenience.

        A worst service from ifb customer care via shri kailash enterprises, valasarakkam, chennai 87. Washing machine ifb aw60 8062 is down for 20 days. Complaint from now 14th till date nov 28th is not even attended. Spin tub isnt working. I have taken an amc yet this is what i get. The say with in 24 hours it will be rectified. But it is not even attended. 2 reasons one should never buy an ifb.
        1. Your quality is a past glory term. Too faulty washing machines.
        2. You have no service assurance and your service engineers are our monthly guest. Your spares are poor quality like your engineers.
        (For readers of this comment: please do not ever chose ifb even if their past glory urges you.)

          No water supply go through to tap and pipe joining.. I think it needed to clean tha water filter. I don't know how to clean. Can you go to my house and solve my problem as fast as possible. My problem was started two days ago. I can't use my washing machine right now due to insufficient water supply. I need to fix my problem as fast as possible... Thank you

            My washing machine had been making a lot of noise. When we asked the service provider, he said the shock absorbers were gone and needed to be changed. He charged me 3670 rs for the parts and 450 rs for service. He then tried to sell me an amc saying the drum also needed to be changed, the bearings and the panel and was trying to make a bill of about 11000 rs. He said the without all the above the machine could work fine if he changed the shock absorbers but could not say for how long as there was some vibration in the machine. He said there was a guarantee of three months on the school absorbers. I paid him to change the school absorbers and his service charge and declined to take the amc. The machine did not work even once after he left. It is still jumping and in the exact same conditions it was before i called him. Now he says he already told me everything had to be changed and i only changed the school absorbers. I feel i have been cheated and fleeced because i would have never gone in for changing the shock absorbers worth 3670 rs f he had clarified to me truthfully before taking the money that the problem would not be solved by changing them. These people are cheats and always try to make a hefty bill every time we call them.

              I have brought a washing machine with the above model and serial no.23851 dated 05.05.2011. I have registered a complaint with your toll free no. And got the complaint no. As [protected] dated 11.11.2017. I have taken amc with your local dealer m/s. Karthiks india on 20.03.2017. Now the washing m/c is not at all working. The service person who visited my house on 20.03.2017 had informed me that the mother board has to be changed and this can be done free of cost if i take amc. Now the washing m/c is not at all working and hence i have registered this complaint on 10.11.2017. Till date nobody attended my complaint and also on telephonic talk, initially they responded to my calls. Later on, once i call them, they switch off the telephone and never responds. Thus i started calling your toll free no. And every time i call this no. They tells me that the service person will contact me. This is going on for the past two weeks. Now i would like to know whether this complaint can be solved immediately or i have to approach consumer protection forum.

                I had bought a ifb microwave oven in september 2015 and now just over 2 years time its capacitor, diode and high voltage fuse has gone corrupted. All these parts with the service charge would sum upto rs. 2000.

                This is all the characteristics of local brand selling junk product. Congratulation for making consumer a fool and earning profits out of it.

                  Our IFB Washing Machine of model Elina dx is out of order . I made a complaint on this issue on 22/11/2017 but there wasn't any response .So I made a call again to customer care on 23/11/2017 .They replied that they will send an official person for clarifying this issue by 24/11/2017.The next day (24/11/2017)they called me twice regarding our address details and enquired about the location .But they haven't came here.So I made a call today (25/11/2017) regarding this issue .But they replied that they won't come without our AMC receipt .But our AMC receipt was misplaced .So please give me some idea to handle this problem.Please read it and send me a reply giving solution to this problem .I have further attached a photo regarding cheque details.

                    My washing machine stopped working on friday 17 nov 2017. complaint was registered on the day itself.No information about the executive till tuesday 21 Nov 2017. One gentleman arrives in the evening at 4, no identity card was shown. He observes the machine and says control panel needs replacement. Leaves without even touching the machine. Machine is still out of order after a week. Customer care call center keeps promising correction in 24 hrs. Senior executive refuses to talk after promising to get back in 1 hour.

                    I have been in touch with the customer care executive every day since 21st November, as the person who changed part of washing machine left without checking whether the machine was working properly, he didnot give any receipt of the payment made to him . The customer care promise action within 24 hours, but nothing happens. My request to speak to senior executive is denied, i am being given numbers which do not exist.

                      I am using ifb senorita vx 6 kg front load washing machine. It's not working suddenly due to mother board problem and also valw issue. The repair cost will be around rs 7500. I bought 4 years ago but this is the first time i m facing this biggest issue. I'm now confused whether to go for new one or repair the old one. Kindly give your suggestions. Spending rs 7k+ for repairing senorita is worthy or not.

                        This is the second time im registering a complaint as it wasnt resolved earlier.i had bought an IFB 1.5T DC inverter AC and i was supposed to get 3 free services.only one free service i got despite people in IFB assuring us to give 2 more free services, and told they would come by themselves we neednt call them. But none of them came . later there was a minor block in ac outlet pipe.The person who came to do free service charged 590 rupees.We had told him we didnt get free service.He told we will get it refunded by company if we give a complaint.He went off without even giving a bill.Later we complained.The lady in the customer care enquired to him about this and she told company wont refund, he will give that money back to us.he called us and told he would give us back the money.after 2 weeks he came with the bill, which is dated the day he came earlier for service .He told the amount(590 rupees) has been cut from his salary and told us to complain once more, the company would refund.when we called the customer care in this area the lady told company wont refund, he will have to give us the money.Such a shame on the way the workers in IFB try to fool people..strict action must be taken against such frauds.
                        I require the amount i was charged for free service back ASAP, whether that person should give or company should give isnt my concern.

                            I'm user of ifb front loading washing machine since 1990. Customer code is 1953721. My present machine is under amc and complaint has been logged since 27th september 2017, ticket no. [protected], but still not resolved. First visit of technician was made after several follow up's that too after 1 month, that too empty handed. Still machine is not under working condition. Service of bareilly service centre is pathetic and that too they do no have even value of their own words. My last complaint around 5-6 month back was also rectified after almost 1-1.5 month.

                            Regret to inform you that the technician visited on 28th November & replaced old belt which got slipped on the same day. Again complaint logged on 29th November by ticket no. [protected].

                            Technician visited on 5th December and replaced belt. Without checking the cycle of the machine he went away. When machine was checked by myself, belt again slipped out. Immediately I informed to the technician & Service Franchisee. Same evening technician revisited and after checking he informed to the service franchisee that all four shockers, drum bearing, motor all need replacement & body of the machine has worn out and when I resisted of his report that body has worn out, as body of the machine has already got replaced almost 2-3 years back he said that it is not worn out but it got loose. Behavior of the technician was very rude.

                            My question is, that when body of the machine has already been replaced almost two-three years back and with the fault of technicians for not properly attending complaint (not replacing shockers in time, although machine is continuously not working since almost 3 months), too much of the vibration in the machine has resulted in the loosening of the body, is it my fault.

                            Machine is continuously not in working position since 27th September 2017.

                            May kindly check the no. of complaints lodged by myself during the past one year of AMC. Due to pathetic service by the technicians & service franchisee, I'm not in a position to use machine, despite of being in AMC.

                            Technician never brings service report with them, nor do they carry bill book with them. They simply take money without issuing receipts. Customer can not give their feedback in lack of service report. This is what Bareilly service franchisee is doing and no action is being taken by the company, against him, despite of several complaints.

                            Pathetic service by IFB...

                              Technician representing ifb (Ticket no.[protected]) came to my house located at adipur (Kutch) for repairing my washing machine (Make ifb). He did not resolved the problem pertaining same and was not decent in talk with members of my family. The repairs of washing machine are still pending, want a quick reply.

                                I trushal jain with registered mobile no [protected] had launched a complaint with ifb regarding my top load washing machine almost a month ago. The techniciam visited the next day identified the problem but the part replacement is still pending. If i am getting such a pathetic service under warranty circumstances i cannot expect your company would provide satisfactory service after warranty is elapsed. The service centre which the work is assigned to blames your company as you are not providing with the required part and your assigned employees who are above the service centre are not ready to pick up my calls and ignoring them. If your company cannot provide me with the machine's part atleast have the sense to replace the machine for a customer. Atleast a company should know and have a sense that a washing machine is a daily essential for many people, if your company does not know how to give good services i will provide you with locks to shut down your company as soon as possible.

                                Take a service from Ifb technician is horrible for me.
                                Technician from dist Ahmednagar Maharashtra
                                He behave like owner of Ifb and talk s arogandly when I complaint about his behaviour his senior she is listening single word of me.she shouted on me and say our technician is right.
                                How in future we buy Ifb products.

                                  The ifb washing machine (Diva aqua vx) we received is not working from day 1. Once we switch it on the light doesn’t show up and also the selection of type of wash is not being selected. We have asked one of best by customer care person to come and check. But the person is not turning up. The customer are person was very rude to us asking us to complain about his behaviour to higher officials and finally stopped attending our calls. Please consider this. It’s been one month we purchased the washing machine but till now we were not able to use it even once.

                                    Purchased microwave oven 23SC3 on 18.01.2016 and its switch panel is not working properly. It is a matter of great regret that in spite of repeated request representative of IFB is not attending to rectify the switch panel. Though assured last time by MS. Monika, yet not attended. really astonishing from a company of repute like IFB.

                                      My washing machine has been defunct from last 3 months. We have an annual maintenance contract taken for this machine. We had raised a complaint (Number, [protected]) and are waiting from last 3 months to get this resolved. The service has been pathetic and unprofessional. This is currently being handled by the area manager yathish and he doesn't have a control on the service and is least bothered about getting my machine repaired. We have been calling them everyday to follow up on this issue but they do not respond properly. Thus is really stressful.

                                      I am really not sure if they are going to do any good. If you are unable to provide service, why do you even seek your products and ask us to go for the annual maintenance contracts. Is this just another way for you to loot customers and cheat them on their helplessness!... It is disgusting.

                                        We weekly logged complaint with your customer care about our ifb machine evon.
                                        But now we are completely loss our patience as never we got response from your representative they are very casually taken our issues.. From last 4 month one part with proper size can't they carried with them. Give us proper solution otherwise we go to consumer forum.
                                        Only company product is not enough to customer rather than he want service which is on proper time you provide them are more impressed them to promote your product in market through mouth publicity which is more effective than any other marketing strategies...
