When my ifb washing machine was not worked on august 2017, (Sensor problem and drum not rotated), i called service centre, (Sj power, kottivakkam, chennai, [protected]), they came and checked and told that sensor problem. They also told to change the drum. They took charges rs.6000 for drum change, sensor and service. They told that one year warranty is applicable.
Suddenly (After one or two days), again washing machine was not worked. I called service centre (Mentioned above) many times and they were not responded.
Now also, washing machine is under problem after service (Sensor problem and drum is not rotating). When i am calling the service center, they cut the phone.
I am having the loss of rs. 6000. They cheated me.
