I had booked a complaint about water not getting heated to your TOLL FREE no[protected] on 27.10.2017. one person called on that asking when to come. He was informed to come in the afternoon. But he did not come nor contacted me till now. Tried calling to his number, it was switched off . I have been renewing AMC till now, last renewakl was on 19.09.2017, AMC NO. D[protected] dated 19.09.2017 . for one year.
There is one of your franchise near my house, called Karthiks India, at TC 16/51, kochar road, jagathy, trivandrum, kerala 695014. I contacted them the next day thinking it was the person from there who had contacted me . He sent technician who came and said that they have not taken the AMC and wanted to see who had taken it. I showed the AMC paper. He immediately tried to contact the AMC provider, but was unable to get it.. He said he will contact the person who has taken the AMC and inform. He did not even bother to see the machine.
He asked at what temperature we were using the machine, we told that sometime for washing bedsheets we were using it at 60 to 80 C. Then he s started shouting and said that we are not supposed to use the mmachine beyond 40 C. As per your manual of instruction " only use the cottons at 90C or 60 C programe for heavily soiled laundry". Kindly inform whether your manual is right or your technician.
Again i contacted the TOLL FREE number on 31.10.2017 informing what happened . The person whom attended the call said somebody will come within 24 hours. Now it has been days, leave alone 24 hours.
Again i called the TOLL FREE number today [06.11.2017] at 9.30 am, informing them the situation, i was informed that my call complaint was attended on 01.11.2017 . I asked him who had attended my complaint on 01.11.2017. He said he cannot confirm from there and somebody will attend in 24 hours.
It is really pathetic that an established and prominent company like yours has such poor quality after sales service. If i dont hear from you, i will be forced to go to consumer forum with the complaint.
It is a shame that you are employing such poor technicians who misguide your clients.
Expecting an immediate response.
It pains me right to your company regarding this. The matter should not have come to such an extant.
