I raised a complaint for washing machine on 8 nov 2017
Perumal the technician visited and said that your electronic board will be replaced, took the original with him, daily i called him for board replacement, one week passed, when i called customer care on 15 nov 2017 i found they have closed the ticket, i did not receive any message, again i opened a new ticket fo the same issue, not sure why they can not open the same ticket as the problem has not been fixed, before closing the ticket ifb customer care should give a call to the customer to make sure the issue is resolved
On 16 nov 2017 another technician came and said he can not replaced the board as he want the old board. This is how ifb service center is fooling with the customers, i hope perumal must have given the feedback. Not sure how long i have to wait for this to be resolved. I have heard from my friends ifb service centers drag customers for atleast 2 to 3 months for any issues.
I would recommend my family and friends not to purchase any ifb appliance in future because of very poor after sale service
