I have given a complaint for ifb washing machine on.
Service guy checked and said it costs 5500 rs. Washing machine is 4 years old.

Then he asked me to raise a new complaint for replace pcb board on my senorita 6kg washing machine.. I raised for same on 25th oct

Till now nobody is attended for replacing. Everyday for me, this...

On 25th oct i made a complaint that my dish washer is not functioning properly. Specifically it is not pumping warm water into the rotating arms. After 3 days a technician has come and told me that the pcb needs a change. I paid 3300 for a new pcb. After installing new pcb the defect remained. I have purchased a washing machine from ikon electronics jagadhri road ambala cantt. I wanted to purchase the same through csd and it was told to me that you just provide us the copy of your smart card and everything will be done. My washing machine customer id is 2370830. I booked a complaint on 17/10/2017. Till now no action taken about it. I asked customer care again about the problem. They answer me that they need time to rectify the problem. This answer repeating me always by customer care and the service center. Plese help me to rectify my problem earlier. We had a problem with the ifb washing machine that the water is not getting drained properly as it was not used for 6 months hence we registered a complaint by dialing [protected]. Service engineer was so quick at my door step, just opened the machine and said pcp board need to be changed (Rs.2800) if there is problem with the drum, it would cost around (Rs2500) so he advised us to upgrade to amc (Rs.5605) for 2 years....

I own a IFB MD 550 dryer which has a regular service record done by Ace Ent ever since in Mumbai. The long belt has been replaced earlier and I hv bills to prove the same.
