Registered a complaint about the leakage in ifb dishwasher neptune vx model (Purchased two years ago) on[protected]with ifb industries limited (Home appliances division), vadapalani, chennai-600 026 vide regn no.[protected]. Technician visited on[protected]and told that the valve had to be replaced which will cost around rs.3500 including all charges. He suggested to take a amc for two years which will cost rs.7328/- and no charges need be paid for the above replacement since the amc will cover the above charges. I agreed for the proposal and paid the amc amount to the technician on 12-10-17 itself vide ifb industries limited (Home appliances division) vadapalani, chennai-600026 receipt voucher no.2217/038762. He promised to replace the valve and reectify the leakage within two days time. Regret to state that neither the technician turned up since then nor the company took any steps to follow up the complaint so far. This is more so despite repeated calls to the technician and to the company. The repair remains unattended even after taking amc and after a delay of 25 days so far. Such a callous attitude from a reputed company like ifb is really shocking and leaves a bad taste as regards its maintenance of customer relations. Hope the matter will be resolved without any further delay.

    My washing machine broke down on 18th september 2017. I have registered complain at ifb[protected]. (Dear customer, your ticket no. Is [protected]. Ifb representative will visit shortly. For assistance please call[protected]/ [protected].).

    Service within 48hrs was promised but nobody contacted till 23rd september 2017. Service representative appeared on 23rd september and figured out problem with some parts. Since my amc was lapsed he took a cheque of rs. 2926/- and asked to register complain after 3 weeks. Meanwbile it took 2 weeks to clear my cheque but i didn't get any notification about amc.

    I registered my next complain on 27th october. (Dear customer, your ticket no. Is [protected]. Ifb representative will visit shortly. For assistance please call[protected]/ [protected].) again no body turned up for a week.in between i made several calls to customer care but didn't get anything more than promises.

    No one from ifb bothered to inform when my complain will be attended. Finally i got got number of ifb service manager and called him on 30th october. He connected me to the service representative who attended my complaint. He said he will attend my complain on 4th october but he didn't turn up. Upon calling him he promised to come on 6th october and no show again.

    I have completely lost trust on ifb the company once upon a time once i was proud of.

    It's huge inconvenience to my family to be without washing machine for more than a month.
    It's pure mental tourcher by ifb.

    Hope ifb management is sensitive enough to their customers and give some attention to my complaint.

      I have washing machine of model sanoritax. I was complain on july month and there is some part change require. After so many followup person was come and change parts. But after changing parts. There is water leakage from bottom, and noice issue is not solve as it is.

          My ELINA machine while switching on it jumps and discharging the water through the detergent spot Matter I informed your Kerala KATTAPPANA service people and they attended several times and found no results but collected service charges Now they are not giving any response on call So what shall I do? and where shall I get proper service?

              Facing problem with my washing machine showing "acc lo" after used for 6months... Service attendent guy responded 14 days after launching compliant... He advised need stabilizer, we assured that too but same issue. # service and ifb too they don't have minimum knowledge about what they are advising.                 Hi,

                I made a service request for re-installation of the ifb washing machine. Service person came to my house. He gave full details of payment for installation and was more interested in selling things to me than looking into the issue.
                After installation, there was a leakage in the front door. He told me to pay for the installation and he will look into the issue some other time. He didn't create any service report and just took money and didn't come back.
                Ifb people take money for half work and leave work which come under warranty. There customer service agent were arrogant and didn't wrote a complaint again there agent.

                  ifb neptune dx dishwasher displaying f5 error with all lights blinking blue

                  As mentioned, the ifb neptune dx dishwasher has been malfunctioning since a few days. The lcd display's the error f5, while all the lights blink blue. It has, therefore become impossible for us to operate it to clean the utensils, and now requires to be done manually. Such works requires a lot of precious time and energy and i would rather put it to use on something more productive. I hope i do not regret investing my money, time and trust...

                    1. The ifb toll free number:[protected] is permanently on automated 'all lines are busy at the moment'.
                    2. Despite having paid over inr 5000.00 for annual maintenance service, for the past one year my waking machine has not been repaired.
                    3. I live in aizawl, mizoram. The service centre cannot resolve the problem because parts from goa take a long, long time to arrive.
                    4. As a result, the washing machine has not been functioning for nearly one year.

                      Hi,
                      I am sai and my complaint number is [protected] (25th oct).
                      I have given a complaint for ifb washing machine on.
                      Service guy checked and said it costs 5500 rs. Washing machine is 4 years old.

                      Then he asked me to raise a new complaint for replace pcb board on my senorita 6kg washing machine.. I raised for same on 25th oct

                      Till now nobody is attended for replacing. Everyday for me, this is one job that, give a call to customer care and they will say we are escalating.
                      I dont knwo how many times you will escalate. My washing machine is not yet attempted to fix.

                      I dont know whats happening. Its very pathetic service.
                      I will not recommend this company to any one.

                        Dear mr. Or ms. Manager:
                        1 i am writing this letter because i couldn’t get anywhere by talking to the manager of your store here at jammu. Apparently, he never heard of the old saying, “the customer is always right.”
                        2 it all started on aug 18th when i lodged complaint realted to my washing machine (Ifb digital) which is still under warranty (Find the bill enclosed) to your “customer service” department under ticket number :[[protected]] because of its fault a part as. (I don’t suppose that you especially area manager ifb jammu (Contact number :[protected]) have ever tried to resolve the problem effectively.) this guy in customer service was not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he spent about almost months on his computer and eventually told me that the faulty parts are not available with the company store initially. Later he told me he will we solving the issue on moday 2nd of cotober 2017.
                        3 here it is nov, and the thing still hasn’t shown up. The summer is half over, and i still haven’t had a chance to use my wasing machine. I’ve been down to your “customer service” department about a million times over the past two months, and every time somebody taps on the computer and smiles and says the missing part are unable in warehouse.” the availability/unavailabity of parts is resposiblity of the company especially when the product under warranty.
                        4 this is insane! I am going to reported you to the govt grievience cell apart from taking other legal means in case my complaint is not resolved at the earliets.

                          On 25th oct i made a complaint that my dish washer is not functioning properly. Specifically it is not pumping warm water into the rotating arms. After 3 days a technician has come and told me that the pcb needs a change. I paid 3300 for a new pcb. After installing new pcb the defect remained. He told me that he had to take the machine to his workshop. @ days later it was transported by ifb to their workshop. It is still to be set right and delivered to me. Inspite of several reminders to ifb centralised service i did not get any information as to when the repair will be completed and delivered to me. As the defect is not the pcb i hope you will adjust the amount paid to other items/ services..

                            I have purchased a washing machine from ikon electronics jagadhri road ambala cantt. I wanted to purchase the same through csd and it was told to me that you just provide us the copy of your smart card and everything will be done. As the product was purchased and the copy of smart card was provided to him but when i checked the prices of the same washing machine online there was lot of difference in the prices. Again i visited to the dealer and asked about this sort of mis selling then he gave me the offer of one vacuum cleaner with the machine or a discount of rs. 1500/- firstly as i know that the rates of the items are fixed through csd and it can not be modified secondly the bill provided to me is also does not seems to be a proper bill because no proper details of the washing machine is mentioned in the bill like the model no. Moreover the gst no. Is stamped on the bill but the amount of the gst is not mentioned at all which is also against the law as i think so. After four days the installation could happen for the washing machine, this type of services does not seems to be fair on the part of the dealer. The matter of the bill amount and the procedure of the product through csd will be brought in front of the consumer court so that it should not happen with another individual. The copy of the bill can be provided if required otherwise it will be presented to the court, that is sure.

                            I don't think the issue is resolved because no solution has been given for the copy of smart card submitted by me with your dealer which he has obtained by providing false information. Moreover nice to see that the bills can be originated backdated. Shame on the behavior of your dealer. Hope fro the best for your products.

                              Sir we have bought new ifb oven from next showroom opp himalaya mall. The man are harrasing us and coming to our house from still 15 days to show demo of oven so can we do now. Sir please help us.
                              Sir they receive our calls and saying us that our company man will come tommorow or after two day and many more but the showroom man cannot replay us also
                              So it is hardly request to teach them a lesson

                                I have purchased ifb washing machine vide invoice no.1225/17g/s-6035 dt.28-10-17 at baaj electronics nagole, hyderabad. Yesterday ms. Ramya called me and said that technician will be coming today. But no one has come. I have talked approximately 20 times with ms. Ramya over phone wasting my half day time. Today i have received a phone call from ma. Supriya from lb nager and said that the technician is coming today. The same story repeated today also. There is no relation to your words and your actions. I have never seen like this irresponsible company staff in my life since 40 years. These kind of actions are very disgraceful to your company. I have only two ways either returning my washing machine or approach to consumer forum. I expect you to settle this as soon as possible by sending technician to give a demo.

                                  I have purshed ifb elite plus sx washing machine 15 days back .17 of October 2017
                                  But ifb technician not give demo and not install machine properly. my machine is too much vibrate on spin mode. ifb service technician not talking properly on phone call i want proper solution on my problems

                                    My colleagues gifted the oven purchased through flipkart to me on 2nd sept 2017.

                                    9th oct 2017
                                    I was outstation for half month and was not able to attend the demo service.
                                    Register the product under my name on 9th oct 2017 with ticket no. [protected] for demo service.

                                    10th oct 2017
                                    The ifb service engineer arrived on this day for the demo.
                                    The engineer confirmed the machine is defective.
                                    He was ready to replace the part.
                                    We asked for full exchange under warranty.
                                    The engineer agreed and placed the machine for exchange on 10th oct 2017 due to further complications if the machine doesn't after replacement.

                                    12th oct 2017
                                    I have tried communicating with the margao service centre to provide the complaint registration no.
                                    However the detail was not provided

                                    25th oct 2017
                                    Due to diwali and other hoildays during the week no action was taken.
                                    I felt something fishy when the new machine was not delivered.
                                    I raised another ticket on 25th oct 2017 with no. [protected].

                                    26th oct 2017
                                    The same ifb service engineer called and inquired about the complaint.
                                    I repeated the whole ordeal again.
                                    He said, he check with the service station and reply.
                                    I have again called the ifb customer care no. Stating my plea.
                                    The gave another contact no. Of the service station
                                    Contacted the no. And they asked for another one day to respond.

                                    27th oct 2017
                                    The reply comes that since the product is order from flipkart website, the serial no. Is not traceable and hence they will not able to provide the exchange the product under warranty.
                                    The flipkart customer care was unavailable over the phone.
                                    The flipkart query was raised through mail.
                                    Again the used the same ticket no. Of ifb and sent a mail to them.

                                    28th oct 2017
                                    The flipkart and ifb appliances responded to the mails and their further queries was answered.
                                    It was resolved that the matter will be sorted by flipkart on 30th oct 2017.
                                    However no such response came from ifb industries for the same.

                                    I have received a mail from the flipkart that the matter will be resolved by 31st oct 2017.
                                    On this, i also received a call from the ifb service engineer that the new product will not be provided under warranty and he is ready to replace the part. I said to him no thank you.
                                    I will raise the matter in consumer redressal forum.
                                    He calls me after five minutes and states that the product is put under exchange, but he cannot confirm when it will be replaced. I said that i will address the matter under consumer dressal forum if the matter is not resolved by 3rd nov.

                                    In this modern era of information, i have observed that the ifb appliances are still in the stone age when providing reply to the customer mails.
                                    As the customer of ifb appliances, i feel they have turned a deaf ear against customer complaints.
                                    I think they should change their vision from "ifb will excel in quality & nepservices to be in consonance with global standards." to ifb will not excel...

                                    I would be obliged if this forum will help me in resolving the issue.

                                    I had inquired about the reason for non-compliance. The service center states since the product is purchased from Bangalore unit. they cannot help. I want recall the valuable information that if i had purchased from Bangalore unit, then, how come the service engineer from my place came for demo. The person also should be from Bangalore. How come a service center will be linked to nearby unit only.

                                      My washing machine customer id is 2370830. I booked a complaint on 17/10/2017. Till now no action taken about it. I asked customer care again about the problem. They answer me that they need time to rectify the problem. This answer repeating me always by customer care and the service center. Plese help me to rectify my problem earlier.
