We have purchased a washing machine way back------and we have not started rather installed then, because already an old IFB top loading machine was in use.
Today, i.e. 08.10.2022 we tried to install it an contacted you and got an sms ( " Dear Customer, Your ticket no is [protected] . IFB representative will contact shortly."). Till evening nobody turned-out, then we tried to contact once again and got the answer that whatever ticket number I got is for repair/service. And they have raised another ticket number ( Dear Customer, Your ticket no is [protected] . IFB representative will contact shortly.) and said with in 24 to 48 hrs, service person shall contact.
Now the main point is, "it seems he is going to charge me Rs.550/-, for which I am against and said the same. Since this is only installation how can you charge me? If you are going to charge me, for the new machine for installation, "I don't want any service person". And I will get deeply hurt in that case.

Every time you replied same in case of customer call, email to support team.
I know some part of my dishwasher is damage but you need to understand how it gets damage.
Due to your un proficient technician my machine gets damage.
Don't explain me every time that what is problem in my machine.
I expect proper approach to solve my problem. Your technician damage the things and why customer should pay for this?
Don't rotate the things. Your team did it multiple times. I came in this forum for satisfactory solution.
Discuss following things to your manager and come up with solution:
1) Why should customer pay in case of technician mistake. I am suffering from last 9 months. No solution from your team.
2) I am ready to pay partial. How company should expect full payment from customer?
3) Still your technicians are not confident on changing part will work or not. They said if we change the part and something goes wrong you need to pay again in case of other body part damage.
FYI: THey run machine by adding water manually and it worked fine till the last stage.
Its big question for me, Do i need to trust on your technician team. No one is taking responsibility.
