We have purchased a washing machine way back------and we have not started rather installed then, because already an old IFB top loading machine was in use.
Today, i.e. 08.10.2022 we tried to install it an contacted you and got an sms ( " Dear Customer, Your ticket no is [protected] . IFB representative will contact shortly."). Till evening nobody turned-out, then we tried to contact once again and got the answer that whatever ticket number I got is for repair/service. And they have raised another ticket number ( Dear Customer, Your ticket no is [protected] . IFB representative will contact shortly.) and said with in 24 to 48 hrs, service person shall contact.

Now the main point is, "it seems he is going to charge me Rs.550/-, for which I am against and said the same. Since this is only installation how can you charge me? If you are going to charge me, for the new machine for installation, "I don't want any service person". And I will get deeply hurt in that case.

    Hi Team,

    I register one request in Jan2022/Feb 2022 for normal service of my dishwasher.
    One technician came and he checked every thing is working fine. He said let me clean the water supply pipe and then he damage that pipe.
    He has gone from my home without informing me when i was busy with my work.
    i thought things are done and at the night when i try to start, it give me error and not started.
    Second day morning i called him and he said your machine's pipe is not working properly and damage. So you need to pay money for that.
    My machine is already in working fine when i registered my complain. ITs normal servicing request only.
    I tried to connect with your customer support team ( multiple times )to resolved my issue but no proper response.
    One day another technician came and he said circuit is damage and you need to pay 7000 to10000 Rs.
    I don't know for my working machine how can i pay this much of amt?
    I even provided approx date and my mobile no to your customer care to check recording. But they are not at all agree with it and force me to pay.
    I don't know how your treat your customer? but i was having worst experience with your technician team and customer support team.

    HI Team,
    Every time you replied same in case of customer call, email to support team.
    I know some part of my dishwasher is damage but you need to understand how it gets damage.
    Due to your un proficient technician my machine gets damage.
    Don't explain me every time that what is problem in my machine.
    I expect proper approach to solve my problem. Your technician damage the things and why customer should pay for this?
    Don't rotate the things. Your team did it multiple times. I came in this forum for satisfactory solution.
    Discuss following things to your manager and come up with solution:
    1) Why should customer pay in case of technician mistake. I am suffering from last 9 months. No solution from your team.
    2) I am ready to pay partial. How company should expect full payment from customer?
    3) Still your technicians are not confident on changing part will work or not. They said if we change the part and something goes wrong you need to pay again in case of other body part damage.
    FYI: THey run machine by adding water manually and it worked fine till the last stage.
    Its big question for me, Do i need to trust on your technician team. No one is taking responsibility.

      Bought a washing machine in 2018. A broken machine was delivered. Upon several complaints, company sent another machine which is a faulty machine. Makes noise like tractor and our neighbours complain a lot and dont allow to use. Raised several complaints and issue not resolved till now. I am now getting mental harassment for raising this matter again and again. I have raised several complaints on this. The technicians visit and do formality, nothing works. It was also sent to their service centre 2-3 times but the issue remains same. The recent ticket number [protected] was closed by a technician named Manjit without any resolution. They just want to meet their own TAT. Pathetic product and pathetic services. My number is [protected].

          Dear Team,

          I am very much disappointed with the IFB AIR conditioner.
          Nobody responded to my mail dated Sep 8, 2022 at 11:09 PM TO [protected]@IFBGLOBAL.COM

          This is with reference to Tkt no [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
          This AC has not worked since installed, multiple complaints raised but not been resolved.
          All the time the technician visits and adds GAS to the unit, but is of no use. Currently the service calls are handled by a third party of IFB which is not in position to resolve the current cooling issue. No cooling at all.
          I want my AC to be replaced as soon as possible.
          I would like to know what is the deadline mentioned in the quality procedure of IFB to resolve the customer complaint??

          Problem statement:- No cooling.


          Please take necessary action on priority, I want that defective unit to be replaced and should get compensation for the same.

            I have a front load washing machine. We were having problem with the dryer as the clothes were not drying.
            Complaint was lodged through the toll free number.
            Service representative from Induja Home solutions Pvt Limited, behala, Kolkata34, visited us on 7th Sep'22 and changed one spare part - Billed us 988/-
            The problem was not solved - another visit was made on 12th Sep, and this time the motor was changed and billed us Rs.4223/-
            The problem persisted and on 16th Sep the service person says the mother board needs to be changed costing about Rs3500+
            Concern - If it was informed to us at the 1st instance then we could have taken decision whether to spend Rs.10K on this machine or to change the machine.
            We are not sure if the motor was defective at all or was just changed on adhoc. I need your intervention to return the money for the motor as the machine is still not in working condition and we do not wish to spend Rs10K for this machine which is 7 years old.

                Purchased a TOP Loan IFB Washing Machine (Model: TL-RDSS 6.5 KG AUQA, SL NO[protected] on 26/10/2022 and warranty expired on 26/10/2022.

                During these period we faces lot of problem with this device and currently we have issue with Vibration and Noise Issue and for that we logged the call on 29th of Aug and engineer visited the site and assuring us to replace some spare and it may work but after 13 days crossed still no response from IFB Customer Care and we are calling IFB Customer Care daily and no one are attending the compliant till date.

                          I have purchased IFB washing Machine in Dec 21 after 2 months noise and vibration issues starts. Problem not resolved after 2-3 visit of engineer after that Mr. Himanshu Singh Service Manager appointed and he assured that problem will be resolved i asked him to replace my Machine. Major part changed of machine. Again after 4 months same problem started. This time(Aug) i complained and its about to 1 Months same manager appointed but nothing is happening. Now he is not responding, customer care has no any idea what is going on . Please suggest. I want my machine replacement.

                              Stabilizer never repaired or returned over 3 months

                              I bought a stabilizer for my IFB washing machine in the month of January 2022 on the advice of your service engineer with a 3-year warranty. By the end of April, the stabilizer had stopped working, and in accordance with the warranty, the unit was taken by the IFB-authorised service engineers in Kanchipuram Shakshine Enterprises.                               This is really unacceptable, i have raised around 5 complains but no action has been taken from your side. You always ignoring the service request.

                              What kind of service you company providing us?

                              After raising complain only two service centre people visited us and they always demanding the money and providing excuses. Her name is Khushboo and her number mentioned below in the complaint screen shot.

                              The Service guys visited from begusarai was demanding money and even though he mentioned the not working part is under warranty.

                              Please find the below attached bill and all complaint request details. Fix this issue asap if not then i will raise an complain against consumers forum. This is now go over head.

                                Service representative replaced the mother board and from then it's been a week and the washing machine is no more working. I am talking everyday to customer care and they are mentioning that it will be escalated and even their escalations are not addressed. I am not sure if IFB knows what escalation means. We have a baby at home at it is necessary to use washing machine every day. Service is horrible, service technician are the worst. I can may be run a campaign for people to stop buying the product

                                  Dear Customer service team.,

                                  I am writing this after really getting unimaginable answers from your team.
                                  I am a customer of IFB front load washing machine VXID 8.5 kg. Which is bought in dec 2021 . Recently machine stopped working so I asked a local dealer (Srikanth —Sree electronics, Zaheerabad Telangana 502220) to please clear the issue on 7 aug 2022 to which he just said he will clear and was postponing for almost 15 days ( on 23-aug-22) and being frustrated I called customer care to raise complaint regarding the issue. Subjected ticket number ([protected]) was assigned to my complaint and said that it would be closed in 24 hrs. Service engineer visited the next day to my location and found that panel was faulty and went away saying we need to order the equipment which will take 3 days to get delivered. I said it’s ok but please resolve this soon. I spoke to local area manager mr. Yakoob regarding the same and he said it will be cleared on Monday 1st hour which didn’t happen. So I had to call him again and he simply kept saying that equipment is not yet received because of transport delay and said that he will send team on Tuesday. Today I called him all the day and he didn’t answer my calls till evening and after answering he assured that he will close the complaint by eod at any cost. I kept on calling him but he didn’t answer my calls I was forced to call the engineer (Sravan, who visited after raising ticket ) and asked the number of engineer who was assigned to do the job today. He is mr Hussain after speaking to him he is very casually saying that we had there is a problem with 2 equipment ( which was only 1 they said to me when raised the ticket) he said one equipment has delivered on Monday night and another equipment has delivered today after 3 pm and before that he has moved to field. He is saying now that he will solve the issue tomorrow.

                                  Now I have few doubts here
                                  1. why didn’t the engineer (mr. Sravan) visited clearly inform us about the problem which is having 2 equipment required

                                  2. Why didn’t the manager mr.Yakoob say about this after speaking so many times on the call. Why did he kept on saying the timelines which could achieve

                                  2a. How did mr.Yakoob close the complaint saying that customer not available or so? Is this the way IFB closes long pending complaints. Also mr. Yakoob doesn’t answer the calls from same number, we have to call him with different numbers to reach him.

                                  3. Is IFB team asked to tell ( smooth) lies to customer to just convince that they will solve problems sooner rather than saying the truth which customer is required

                                  4. I again called the customer care and spoke to mr. Sudheer who don’t know to reopen the ticket which wasn’t closed and he raised a new ticket again.

                                  After seeing this mail whoever is reading just try to understand how much time it would have taken to type this mail and I am writing such a mail informing each and everything so that you can take an action and also clearly understand the difficulty a customer is facing

                                    Hi team,

                                    I own a IFB microwave and it stopped working, so i have raised a complaint on 29 th july and after 4 days techician arrived and told HV capacitor is damaged and needs to be replaced, so checked with reliance digital( Guntakal) from where i purchased the microwave they told it cannot be included in warranty and told it would cost 4000 INR, i told them i will not be able to afford that much asked to share 50% from their side and both the parties agreed and Now today the technician has come with part ie after 31 days many calls and saying showed me the part to my surprise the part details below

                                    BiCai HV capacitor is 1700 INR online asking me to pay 4000 ie 2000 from reliance side and 2000 from my side.

                                    below question needs to be clarified
                                    1.is IFB outsourcing HV capacitor for Bicai company?

                                    2. what is the charge of IFB capacitor?

                                    3. Why is 3rd party bill given for me instead of IFB invoice for part purchased?

                                    4. why is the technician demanding the damaged part to taken with him?

                                    5. Is Ekananda reddy from anantapur is your employee from IFB?

                                    below are bill details and damaged part picture attached for reference.

                                    I want a reply ASAP as the executives are threatening to dismantle the product.

                                      Got a call from IFB Service saying sir Need to do the Service as your machine is in under warranty. Allowed them for the service. My Machine was working perfectly fine. Once the guy visited who had n experience he unnecessary opened machine and unplugged/Plugged many items in side machine and he left. Next day when we tried using machine its not working. Now when I am calling Person who called me for service and the technician who cam e for service both are not picking my calls. Pathetic service.
