Thanks for your reply, and hope you have already gone through my complaint in detail.
I have already mentioned in my complaint that No customer is buying the machine for use of 5-7 years only and from that is BRAND LIKE IFB.
I used to face a fault in your PCB every time. In my machine, 3 times the PCB has been replaced. and this is the 4th time requirement.
with the above submission, I have already mentioned that First please arrange to repair the same at the earliest so that I will get less pain. Secondly, If IFB is providing a new machine on FOC, it will be ok to me which, I, am not expecting also. OR I am OK, if IFB can exchange my machine with a new one, within the cost of the spare part (PCB).
why should I invest additional amount and mental harassment because of your faulty Products only?
with my email dated 11.04.2019, with which I mentioned that I have applied for AMC Request form in IFB website, and I got a call from IFB representative that, this model has been old, and IFB is unable to renew the AMC OR I can exchange this machine with purchase of new one with additional cost.
I also mentioned that, if this machine became obsolete from your products, then while going to renew the AMC in your website, how this machine model no, AMC Rate with/without Rubber and Plastic parts showing there? I have attached the screenshot also for the same and re-iterating the email on 16.04.2019 also, but could not received any response from IFB.
So I would like to know, as I purchased this product in 2014, and in 2019 itself, you refused to provide me the AMC, saying product has been obsolete In this situation how you are selling such major appliances to the customers for 3-4 years o[censored]se only?? then what the customer will do after this?
Hence I would like to inform that I am firm on my decision and IFB needs to look how to close the issue suitably at the same time at the earliest also, which will give comfort to a customer.
