No credibility of service centre or the technicians. I have been following up on the complaint for last 3 days. Keep on getting different contact numbers and every time I have to explain the problem but no one is bothering to fix the problem.

    We bought 5 IFB Inverter Split A/Cs in the month of April 2022 and have been facing issues since Day-1.
    1. First A/C had a crack in the indoor unit at the time of installation and its swing mechanism has NOT EVER worked fine, even after IFB technicians changed the cover panel. They tried to fix the swing with Tape at the ends but nothing worked.
    2. Second A/C had water leakage issues twice in first two months of installation and was repaired by IFB technicians, however they broke the wall twice which I had to get repaired at my own expenses.
    3. Now, Third A/C has cooling issues. It does not cool even if operating at 16 Degrees.
    The problem is that IFB Technicians do not seem to be trained/skilled in the job as they work in Hit & Trial method.
    IFB Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    On calling the Customer Care, Technician did call and confirmed his visit at 6:30 pm but did not come and later messaged at 7:00 pm that he will not be able to come and asked me to remind him to come the next day. Surprising that they need to be reminded of their duty.

    The product may not be that bad but the Local Technical team here is completely unprofessional and untrained.

      No response after repeated calls. Technician visited once but did not do anything. He said someone else will come but no one came. Pathetic service.
      I already faced this kind of service in past and it is happening again.
      I will never buy anything from IFB

        My 8 year old IFB Senator washing machine not working since 1 year even after repeated complaints to nearest IFB service centre. The drum is stuck. The service personnel shows no interest to check and just says spares are not available. It had been a perfectly performing machine and I want it repaired somehow.

              I had bought ifb washing machine senorita wxs but now burning smell after using the washing machine smoke is coming out of it and it's making alot of noice. I've complained alot about it but still the problem isn't been solved... The service is not responsible and not giving a proper date for repairing it... Its been more than 45 days but still nothing has been done.
              So many ticket numbers were closed without any resolution.
              On 01/07/2022 one technician had came to check the washing machine and told he is going to change the rubber sleeve. But on 23/7/2022 another technician came with the rubber sleeve and told it's still not going to work and we have to change both the rubber sleeve and the tub... But today it's 14 august 2022 and it's still not repaired and nobody came to repair it.

                Dear Team,

                We are using IFB washing machine since 4 and half years. There is a trouble in washing machine board. When power is on, there is no indication in washing machine board.

                We have raised a complaint on this issue around 2 weeks back, technician has checked it and told that it is not working because rain water has entered in board, .

                Washing machine is covered with IFB cover which was sold by IFB agent recently. Then we are not sure how rain water enters inside board.
                As it is covered with polythene cover, board has insulation coating how can rain water enter the board.
                As water keeps rotating inside washing machine, there can be some moisture on board. Washing machine design water should not enter into the board. Buttons are also not in good condition, which are part of warranty.
                As per AMC, under warranty all washing machine parts including rubber and plastic are covered

                We have raised complaint twice on call with IFB customer care. Technician is repeating the same thing to buy the washing machine board worth 4.5 K rupees

                Please replace the board as washing machine is under warranty.
                It seems washing machine board buttons are delicate. We request you to provide good service to continue using the IFB washing machine.

                  We have purchased IFB washing machine 2years ago and from the day one we are facing issues like heavy vibration and noise also after wash liquid is not taken properly.

                  Regarding vibration issue service person recommended to get the stand so that vibration will not be there but after purchasing stand also vibration was there. Then the service person recommended to remove the stand and put anti vibrant mat to arrest vibration but still it was there.

                  During next service complaint, the service person mentioned that your suspension is weak on one side and if noise is more book service complaint like that.

                  Still noise was there and we raised complaint but the technician mentioned that need to change the suspension and it's out of stock and agreed that he will change within 2days and then they closed that call.

                  After 2 months again we raised complaint and now they are saying bearings are damaged. We didn't use washing machine not more than 20 washes.

                  No response from IFB side and we are looking for replacement of new machine.

                  we are still facing the problem with our washing machine. We almost spend more than half of the price of the product but one or the other issue pop up frequently. We are fed-up with the machine and the service technicians. So, we don't want to spend anymore for fixing the machine, we request you to take back the machine. We will buy some other good brand washing machine.

                    My IFB washing machine model number TL 65 RDS power button PCB got damaged. I have registered complaint with toll free number after which service engineer visited and told that he will order new PCB for replacement which will take 5 working days but two weeks have already passed and customer care people making only excuses, telling PCB will be transported from goa and your machine is too old so parts are not available, you do not have invoice ( who keeps 7 yr old machine invoice in locker)...these are silly excuses customer care people are making ...their service is pathetic..Iooking ahead to go to consumer forum

                        The issue started when the machine started making hitting noises while spinning. Complaint was raised and the technician raised a problem of faulty suspensions and changed the same.

                        After which the machine started running really noisy right in front of the technician himself, questioning about which the technician raised a new issue that the machine's gear box is damaged and has to be changed as well.

                        When questioned about this to the technician's manager, Mr. Senthil Kumar, he replied with such rude tone blaming back at us. Inspite of which, we sent the drum with the technician to be repaired. After repair on fitting the drum, it had obvious visual dissimilarities in the height of the drum and that the technician himself agreed that the suspension installed in not a compatible part of the machine. From the begining whenever the manager is spoken to, he always seems to take a rude tone and blame us that we are raising issues that doesn't exist.

                        No just a day after installing the drum, the machine now has all the issues back- there is a loud noise while rinsing cycles and the drum also hits the sides and make noise, thereby the service has only caused more problems to the machine without solving the issue that was there in the first place.

                        I am deeply unsatisfied- one for the issue not solved inspite of spending Rs.6200/-, but also for such rude customer handling by manager in this issue.

                        PS: The technician did not give proper bill for all the repairs and wrote it on the back of the previous bill and signed it.

                          It is submit that, i have raise complaint regarding not getting water from tap to washing machine on 25.07.2022.later after two days technician came checked and he was told that no issues except some clogging in the pipe and removed he also suggested to us to use softener and tub cleaning liquids and told us to use the machine next day i.e.28.07.2022.we have paid all together including service charge Rs.3180/- from next day when we tried to use the washing machine the water again not came into the machine from tap. immediately informed technician i.e.on 28.07.2022 and he was told that he will come by evening on same day . from the same day till now he is not picking the calls and even the service centre here called so many times no one is picking the phone even after the lapse of 12 days. elderly people are staying with us they cant was clothes by hand .this people are not responding.deeply regretting for buying such irresponsible service company.the following are the persons contacting daily

                            Machine was making sound during washing. Arranged service and service person said suspension part will be changed and before that tub needs to be descaled and said it will cost 2000 for the descale powder as 10 packs need to be put.I denied becoz 1 pakt is put in 3 months but he didn't agreed and left. I ordered descale powder and again called for service. The same person came and said the powder that I have purchased is local and fake and refused to put the Powder and insisted that I have to buy the Powder from him only and he made me speak to his supervisor and he also said the same thing. I need help bcoz IFB is forcing me to pay 2000 for descaling powder and not repairing my machine which is in warranty.

                              Sir,
                              It is herein acquainted that i had purchased IFB fully automatic washing machine, Model Senator VXS0812, Front Load on 04.12.2021 form authorized dealer i.e. M/s Maya Sales, Hisar and considered myself fortunate to be IFB customer The said machine was installed on 06.12.2021 by authorized technician of IFB deputed by dealer at my location.
                              Sir, It is regretted to point out that repetitive faults/errors are coming in this machine since installation. I have registered many complaints through My IFB App as well as through IFB customer care helpline. In addition to this, i have also arranged 3 no. visit of IFB technicians at my own. The detailed history of faults/errors is as under:-
                              1. First machine overflow error, in march 2022, Complaint attended but no fault was diagnosed.
                              2. Again machine overflow error on 13.05.2022.Complaint attended but no fault was diagnosed
                              3. Dp Er appeared 02 03 times in between. Complaint attended but no fault was diagnosed
                              3. Door Error ( DL Er) on 01.07.2022., Complaint attended but no fault was diagnosed
                              4.On 04.07.2022, complaint closed without attending. Again i have to request on customer care portal, technician visited on 09.07.2022 and confirmed that overflow sensor is not working properly. He confirmed that some parts needs to be replaced. He replaced the Display PCB. On this day the matter was also communicated to Mr. Kulwant Ji IFB Franchise head, Hisar and Mr. Anil Ji (M-[protected], Haryana IFB service in charge ) regarding ongoing repetitive errors/faults. They both have assured that they will deeply check the machine and assured that in future you will not face any problem.
                              5. On 22.07.2022 again Dp ER error appeared and technician visited and attended.
                              6. On 28.07.2022 again DL Er error appeared and he replaced Main PCB, Water intake control coil, Overflow sensor and Door lock relay.
                              7. On 28.07.2022, Again DL Er appeared and door was not opening. The matter was communicated to local IFB Franchise immediately and and they confirmed that they are also unable to diagnose my machine. I have registered complaint on My IFB app as well as through customer care portal. I also requested to customer care representative to escalate my concern to senior authority but they refused.
                              The matter was again communicated to Mr. Anil Ji, (M-[protected], Haryana IFB service in charge ) and he again confirmed that they are looking into it and soon the problem will be fixed.

                              But is regretted to point out that in total 07-08 months span, all important parts have been replaced and still the problem is persisting on same repetitive errors. It is also painful to say that no communication is made to me neither by IFB customer care nor by local franchise .
                              It is very strange to point out that your customer care and my IFB helpline is working separately and on both no record of my complaints as well as what was diagnosed and what parts are replaced is not maintained.

                              Today on 29.07.2022, technician visited and opened the door after rigorous workmanship.

                              Indeed, the antecedents substantiate that there is some inherent or manufacturing defect in the said washing machine. The series of events happened heretofore, has necessitated the replacement of complete washing machine so as to preclude any further difficulty. The ambiguity was acquainted to the dealer but he repudiated that the machine has any manufacturing defect or inherent deficiency.

                              It is imperative that IFB has emerged as the foremost prestigious organizationin the Fully Automatic Washing Machine world and preserving a reputation for unmatched consumer gratification is highly demanding now a days. It is therefore, once again reiterated that prompt action to refund is utmost needed to uphold & adhere to the standards established, implemented & maintained by your company. Needless to say, your organization'sdue diligence will eventually result into complete replacement of the inherently faulty system.
                              In view of above, I request you to please arrange pick up of my machine immediately and it is my humble request to please refund my whole amount as i can not bear this faulty IFB product any more.
                              Your early response shall highly be appreciated failing which no other options will be left for me to escalate my complaint to consumer grievances redressal or any other suitable complaint platform alongwith social media so that i can aware other consumers about the problems being faced by me due to poor performance of IFB products.

                                I had raised a complaint through IFB customer care since my washing machine (Diva Aqua sx/vx) was not working. The service engineer visited on Mon 8th Aug 2022 and reported a motherboard issue. He asked 13000 to replace the PCB and to repair the same he asking 7800. Please want to know the exact cost of this.

                                    I have bought a high end washing machine of IFB - Laundrimagic, worth more than 60k. However, within 6 months, the machine started giving a strange problem of water getting filled in the washing tank. Clothes are not getting dried or washed. The cycle goes for more than 6+ hours while the clothes are deeply wet.
                                    The machine is under warranty.

                                    Complaint number: [protected] - this ticket was closed without our confirmation, as the problem never got resolved. The technician visited and more than fixing him has made the machine even worse. He promised to talk to seniors but none the surprise it was a false promise as usually these people make. Neither he arranged any senior nor he bothered our problem.

                                        Hi Team, sorry to say this, but I have received damaged products for the second time. Bajaj electronic team said that the 2nd product replacement has been initiated before 10days ago but till now we didn't get a replacement. Why there is a delay in replacing the product from IFB?

                                        Bajaj Electronic employee is not at all responding to me. because of this issue, I have personally taken the time and visited the store and requested them for a replacement but still there is no further action is done, at least they didn't even make a phone call. A very Very irresponsible employee from the most popular Bajaj electronic store.

                                        And also the IFB company is delaying the replacement of the product, if that is the case then why would you deliver a damaged product and why would customers prefer IFB products? This is very disgraceful and I am not at all happy with the IFB product as I have received damaged products two times.

                                        The delivery boy is not at all unloading the products safely. I watched it live. what kind of safety measures are taken by IFB company for delivering the costly products? instead, IFB would have taken the amount once the product is delivered safely.
