Hi Team, I am facing difficulty with IFB service at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, from 3 months I am waiting to get display of senorite SX washing machine model under AMC,
The service is not responsible and daily they give some dates. I have contacted them in person mant time but no use ..

The below is my ticket which was closed without any resolution

Its almost 3 to 4 months, I am rising the same compliant repeatedly but no proper response from customer support. After raising the compliant they have visited and said for board change, for that they said it will take 30 days. In between without any information ticket is getting closed. I purchased a Senator WSS 8KG 1400 RPM washing Machine on 15/04/2022. The day i started using it in June 22, it started giving trouble. The clothes are not gettng spined and dried. I raised complaint on 9th June, 12th June and 4th July 22. The technicians visited on 10th June, 13th June, 14 june, 15th June and 4th July 22 respectively. Several days ago, IFB service center, nanak nagar, jammu was approached to provide a spare part to a IFB washing machine. Despite several visits and subsequent failure to provide the same, later it was promise by service center officials to directly & timely provide it to the home address given to them even after repeated calls, they have repeatedly failed to do the same. Hence, please look into the matter and ensure availability of the spare...

I bought AC from local vendor in Banda. After day of installation, ac stopped cooling . I lodged complaint many times and some engineers visited at home to resolve the issues but I couldn't resolve the issue. I spoke to regional manager too. This product should be replaced. I'm wondering how company can give bad quality of product to the customer. It's worst if giant company doesn't maintain the quality of product. No body believe to brand....

IFB center cheating with more part cost and no warranty.

Patron service came and replaced door switch and charged 2400 rupees. no warranty and unprofessional behavior

the door switch cost only 300 rupees. cheating and not recommended....

I have raised a complaint to costomer support of IFB for my front load washing mechine. Authurised Technisions came changed DC presor sensor, they cherged 4500 rupees for that.. i have a question here why don't you people maintain price tags and barcodes for mechine parts.. total cost of mecgine was 18000 rupees. But taking the 4500 rupees to Presor sensor is really too cost.. which is no price tag and none of the barcode provided in that.....

Worst service by IFB. No one picks up the phone at customer care. Technicians do false promises and sell AMC. There is no point buying AMC. In fact I will never buy any product from IFB. Frustrating experience....

We recently bought a IFB serena aqua sx Ldt washing machine, when the technician came for the service, he said that the rubber sleeve gasket has become harder and needed a replacement. He said that it would cost ₹3300, but when I checked the internet it was only around ₹1000.I need to know the real price and whether it would be covered under warranty or not...

Im from Guntur and I Registered complaint on my Oven on 23rd may and today is june 13 still today the technician from service centre not visited my home. I've called Online Customer Service and there are connecting me with service centre owner and he'll say today I'll send the technician for sure sir. Literally my house is just 3 kms away from my house. They are not responding at all....

My washing machine is not working from last 1 month. I raised a ticket on 22nd May with ticket number [protected]. Next day one technician visited my place and asked me to go for AMC and within a day or 2 it will be resolved. I bought the washing machine 4 years back. A couple years ago, the plastic material back of the drum was melted and holes were formed. When shown to the IFB customer care, they asked us to change drum, but we ended up with plastic welding because the asked drum price was very high.
