We have purchased ifb washing machine (Tl-rcg 6.5 kg aqua; sr no[protected] installed on 15.06.2017 at km-47, kavinagar, ghaziabad, up. We have faced following defects in a short period of 3.5 months:

1. On 16.10.2017 machine tub stopped rotating i. E after 3.5 months, we have made complaint on toll free ticket number [protected] on 16th october itself however the defect was attended on 24th october (After 8 days). As per technician the condenser component was replaced within small period of 3.5 months.

2. On 29th october again the tub stopped rotating. Once again complained is lodged on toll free, ticket number [protected]. However, keeping in view the time taken last time we do not know how ifb representative will respond.

You are requested to take-up the matter at suitable forum so that a new piece is provided by ifb instead of facing recurring problem. This will help in resolving the problem as well as help in building-up the confidence in the product. An early action will be highly appreciated.

    I ordered this machine online on 16.10.2017 from paytm. I received the product on 27.10.2017 and booked an installation demo on the same day. On 28.10.2017, i. E., today, the technician came for the demo but was unable to do so as the machine wouldnt work properly. He tried fixing it and restarted it but the same problem prevailled. He suggested that i register a complaint for a replacement as it is still new and unused and i did the samw twice at the ifb care. But still no message from ifb care came acknowledging anything. I tried contacting the seller but he onlg accepts returns and no replacement. Kindly help.

      My microwave is not working from 2nd october, 17, i call ifb customers care on 5th october. Ifb technician come on my home on 10th oct. He said me that i come tomorrow and repair microwave. But since 28th oct, technician not repair my microwave. I call many time to customer care, but no satisfied answer from customer care. So i think that 2nd time i not sold ifb appliances.

        I am kishore from hyderabad, purchased senorita vx machine. Your executive williams call’d me many times and asked me to take amc and while taking amc he clearly confirmed that there will be no charges for any services and replacement of the parts either it may be a small part or big part or anything, and all the services are absolutely free and took money and made amc.
        Now there is a problem in my machine, there is an huge sound while spinning the drum, it is literally touching side walls and making more noise and while normal rotating also there is an huge noise. I have call’d customer care and lodged complaint with no:[protected] on 21-oct-2017 and on 23-oct-2017 a technician named ramu came to check the machine and confirmed that there is a problem in drum and bearings which need to be changed.
        I said that we have an amc already maintaining then he said it will be charged around 600 to 900rs. I have asked him why you are charging 600 and why you are charging 900 even though i have already paid for amc, the person is saying that if we bring the and fit the drum and bearing in your home it will be charged 600 or if we take the machine to office which is not more than 2 to 3 kms for that 900rs. Fortunately he did not added gst on this 600/900.
        I have made call’s to other 7 to 8 technicians who visited for service earlier in 4 years and even they have confirmed the same, there will not be any charges if you have amc for the parts bring to you your home and fitted and they said that 99% of the parts now fitting at the home not taking to the service center.
        When i asked why you people are charging this much amount, he said that these charges are for transportation, i am not sure that to bring a drum & bearings on byke from his branch office to our home which is just 3 kms will it charge 600?. Next day i got a call from a lady from the service center and asking that did mechanic came and said about the charges, even that time also i asked why you people are charging money even if we have amc, she is saying that its company charges we don’t charge anything. I just said that i will think and get back to you and hanged up the call. I checked with one of my cousin who is having serena sx model, even he had a same issue with machine and drum got changed in amc and no charges were taken a year back.
        While taking the amc williams clearly said there will be no charges for any service and for any part replacement whether it might be a small or a big part and took amc 3.5-4k and provided with re receipt on 30-mar-2017.
        Now one of your associate said there will not be any charges and another is saying there will be a charge which is from company. If charges implies then that should be informed initially before taking amc not while having an issue, this is not there for other appliances. Not sure this brought to your notice by other people that after taking amc also we are getting charged with some or other amount which is not appropriate which is degrading ifb value and standards in after sales services.
        My concern is that is ifb charging extra cost from customers even though after taking amc or these franchise people are charging the money. Please return back my amc money and cost of the machine and take back the ifb machine.

          My washing machine elena sx 6kg 800rpm is creating a noise and not draining the water. My ifb id is 3635610. Very recently there was some problem with the drum so the shock ups had been replaced. Now i switched on the machine in the morning but it created some noise but was working so i changed the washing cycle and left for school hoping that things would be alright but till evening the water remains in the machine.

            I am ifb 7 kg fully-automatic top loading washing machine user. And i have been facing issue with the machine as it is giving error ac lo. I have logged a complaint with the customer care on 20/10/2017 regarding the issue and i was been told that the engineer will attend the issue within 24 hr. But the engineer visited my place after 2 days and that to after following up with the customer care and speaking to the supervisor ms. Sunitha from goa branch. After the engineer visit he said that is issue with the motherboard of the washing machine. And as the part was not available he said that the part will be delivered with 3 days but its has been more than 5 days and nobody is been turn to resolve the issue. It is always me who have to call the customer care and ask for the update of the issue. Mostly the service in hyderabad is pathetic and now i regrade o[censored]sing ifm product.

              Sir,
              I HAVE BOUGHT A IFB WASHING MACHINE TL65RDW &RDS 6.5kg.
              Within 1 week from the date of its purchase the drain system did not work properly Later it was rectified temporarily by the service engineer.
              After that, Very often there is repair (with drain, drum movement, belt problem, gear problem ) and had to be serviced, the reasons stated for the same problems are different every time.
              Every service engineer gives different explanations for the faults and blames the engineer who attended the previous servicing.
              We are really fed up, every time we are getting it serviced through a authorized service center but it is of no use.
              We are really frustrated. Only because of the brand name of IFB, I purchased this washing machine other wise I would have purchased washing machine of some other company.
              At present the washing machine have same problem (ie drain out) again made complaint nearest service center, service engineer came and found panel problem it cost around rupees 4500/-(which was already attended and changed 4 to 5 times) which was attended by the service engineer. really I was shocked and my BP raised. Because How can I spend that huge amount .
              And also this creates a serious doubt as to how huge the spending would be towards service costs after the warranty period.
              I feel really cheated and taken for granted on the poor quality of washing machine sold to me.
              I am completely unhappy with the product results and I demand a complete replacement of this washing machine.
              The date of purchase is 11/10/2015 and is now the warranty period lapsed . Hope your prestigious company will satisfy your valuable customer. Kindly rectify the product or replace it with another machine.

                I am an ifb elina washing machine customer registered a complaint [protected] on 3rd october. However, to my surprise the ticket was closed without any resolution. I contacted the service desk and got some unconvincing reasons. I registered a new complaint [protected] on 6th oct. From then on, the ifb service centre being my neighbor, the service technicians comes and goes without any resolution giving stupid reasons. They even changed some parts in the machine without fixing the core issue.

                It's more than 22 days and my machine problem still left unfixed. Meanwhile i have escalated this issue multiple times at service desk, manager (Sarvade rajesh), preetam ([protected]) but in vain.

                I don't have any option but to complain at this forum. The ifb washing machine service technicians who attended are pathetic, unskilled and unprofessional. I requested someone at higher level to intervene and get my machine problem fixed with a skilled professional technicians.

                  For my ifb microwave oven 30sc4, i had to contact service centre three times in less then two years. Earlier on 22 march 2017 i raised a request for microwave not working. Pune service centre took more then a month to fix it. They said pcb is defective replaced a wrong pcb of a different model which did not work again replaced it with another one. I was asked 2500 for pcb replacement. Again i raised a complain again 6 oct 2017 as microwave stopped working i am following since then with ifb with no resolution. Technician again wants to replace pcb also i am trying to get an official quote for pcb cost for my microwave with not answer yet.

                  Issue still persists, After paying services charges and AMC done over 2000 paid till date. IFB service rep not picking my phone on top of it not responding to IFB customer care calls too. Worst product and pathetic customer service in pune.

                    Ifb customer care sucks!!! Its the worst ever service i am getting after my 526l fridge stopped cooling. The deep-fridge is working ok, but the other part does not work.
                    Often the customer care number does not work, when it did we could raise the compliant on 16 oct and complaint number is [protected]. There is no call/ visit from ifb support till date (26 oct) and there is no other way to contact their support managers either (Both their numbers do not work[protected] &[protected].
                    I have been an ifb loyal customer for years and had my fridge, washing machine and microwave oven from them, while the product itself is not an issue, the customer care is very poor, especially in bangalore.

                    Do not buy any ifb product as there is no after sale support from ifb in bangalore!

                          I have an ifb washing machine that needed repairs and i had booked a complaint yesterday (24.10.17) at 2:40pm and was told by the person who lodged my complaint that it would be looked into within 24 hours. Now it is 7:30 pm (25.10) and i am still waiting for a technician. After repeated calls i was very very rudely informed that the complaint would be looked into tomorrow only (I. E. 26.10.17) even though i have a sms message that tells me that the ticket had been assigned to a technician at 7:10 pm on 25th itself. The technician who is detailed to attend to me is called biplab and his phone no. Is [protected].
                          I am extremely upset with this incident because this is the third time that such a thing has happened. I have decided that i will not buy any ifb product in the future and will also deter my family and friends too from buying. The products may be world class but the after sales service leaves a lot to be desired. I hope my complaint will be looked into seriously and some positive steps will be taken to solve it speedily.

                          I have written the date wrong for when the technician was detailed to my problem. The phrase should read:

                          "even though I have a sms message that tells me that the ticket had been assigned to a technician at 7:10 pm on 24th itself" (and not 25th itself). Sorry.

                            I have purchased IFB Senator Aqua SX 8.0 KG on October 18 and none bothered to come and install it till today. They have taken back old Washing machine (which is working) and thus left with no option to wash. In Bangalore, Mahadevpura where the IFB have office and stores don't have required support engineer. When contacted Help Desk given contact number of Head of support (said to be so) but that number never worked.

                            I have used IFB Washing Machine for last 9 years and thus replacing the old one with a bigger one. I like the product but now scared on their capability to provide the support. Strongly recommend not to allow them to sell products if they don't have capability to support the customer after selling it.

                              On 19th oct 2017, gave complaint against the fault in the washing machine. Today is 25th oct 2017 and no technician has visited to see the fault in washing machine.
                              We have called customer care almost 8 -9 times and they always said that they said i solve the issue in 24 hours in each but till date no technician has visited us.

                                This complaint is regarding my ifb washing machine model number tl65sdr, which is still under warranty period. It's a top loading ifb washing machine. From the time i have got this machine, in total 8 times different ifb service executives have come and visited my machine due to several problems. During their initial visit they used to attend, do certain checking and then that particular moment the machine looks fine, after 1-2 day again the problem arises. First of all the service executive comes to attend the problem after waiting for several days. I got this machine from kings electronics, nerul and the latest service of my machine was done yesterday in which three person from ifb including the senior executive himself attended the problem with ticket number so-[protected]. Now we are three working individuals in a home and everytime this problem arises, we have to sacrifice our work and attend the issue. We can't spare any more time, yesterday also after attending the issue the officials said, it will be fine and during their presence it was working fine. But now again into non working condition. Check your record how many times, i have registered complaint against this model and till date we are unable to use. We have barely used this machine, as it has only created trouble to us. I want this machine to be replaced and i'm not gonna entertain any ifb officials unless they replace the machine for me.

                                  Invoice no.[protected], ticket no.[protected]. What a pathetic service u guys have. I have this machine sitting idle for almost a week now. Nobody turns up for the installation, every time i call customer care u guys promise to attend the compaint at the earliest and thats it, this is happening for the third day now. Take back the new one and refund me the money also get the old machine back did not expect such pathetic service fro you guys.

                                    My name is d vijaya prakash

                                    And i bought a ifg 8kg washing machine recently on 2 oct 2017 at croma and the machine was installed by your mumbai agent called 'ifb dolphin services', 8 hanuman nagar, iit powai, mumbai agent.

                                    The agent took rs 1, 600 for a trolley / stand which can be fixed for the washing machine about 3 weeks back, the engineer name was prashanth and his mobile number is [protected], and until now i did not got the trolley/ stand neither i got the invoice. I have called up the agency multiple times at their number[protected] and they promised me to send the stand until now they have not delivered.

                                    I thought ifb is an trust worthy product and their team won't cheat their customers but my trust has been shaken can you please help address the query and deliver my stand or refund rs 1, 600 took from us

                                      I lodged one complaint for my washing machine on 23.10.17 with no-[protected] which has not been attended by your good organusation upto 4:10pm of 24.10.17. On calling your customer care again on 24.10.17 at 4:10 pm, one ms. Priti attended my call behaved very badly with utmost arrogance which i could not believe from a staff of such a huge organusation like ifb. It hurted me deeply. But i am sorry to mention that my complaint has not been attended till today in spite of i called thrice for the same. I lodged my grivance online with the hope that my problem to be sorted out at the earliest and corrective action to be taken for rude behaviour by your staff member. Otherwise i will go ti consumer forum to protect my right as redponsible customer.
