This complaint is regarding my ifb washing machine model number tl65sdr, which is still under warranty period. It's a top loading ifb washing machine. From the time i have got this machine, in total 8 times different ifb service executives have come and visited my machine due to several problems. During their initial visit they used to attend, do certain checking and then that particular moment the machine looks fine, after 1-2 day again the problem arises. First of all the service executive comes to attend the problem after waiting for several days. I got this machine from kings electronics, nerul and the latest service of my machine was done yesterday in which three person from ifb including the senior executive himself attended the problem with ticket number so-[protected]. Now we are three working individuals in a home and everytime this problem arises, we have to sacrifice our work and attend the issue. We can't spare any more time, yesterday also after attending the issue the officials said, it will be fine and during their presence it was working fine. But now again into non working condition. Check your record how many times, i have registered complaint against this model and till date we are unable to use. We have barely used this machine, as it has only created trouble to us. I want this machine to be replaced and i'm not gonna entertain any ifb officials unless they replace the machine for me.
