Very bad experience with ifb service center. I have ifb microwave, which i bought in 2013. Since starting, its rotating plate has not been working, we raised a service request in ifb in warranty, but technician told that it is ok and working properly. As i was not a frequent user of it so i forgot about it but the problem was there. Now, on 15th or 16th september, 2017 i again raised a complaint regarding the same issue. After following up 2-3 times after some days, a technician visited, he checked the product and said there is some problem with motor and he does not have the spare part with him, so he promised to replace it as soon as he gets the spare parts whatever motor or any thing else most probably tomorrow. But he never came back since one month, i kept on calling on the service desk of ifb and every time they say we are raising the request again, we are raising he request again. Customer care also provided the phone numbers of the service centre but they are also taking it seriously and telling that it will take 2-3 days to resolve my issue since last one month. Such bad service was never expected from brand like ifb. I am very afraid to say that in future i am not going to buy any kind of product of ifb. If possible please look into the matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible as i am very much upset and fed up of the service of ifb.
