Moreover my request is getting closed without my concern and unattended...

Worst customer service by ifb. Don't go for this product.

    I had bought one microwave oven last year. It stops working two month before. I had put up complain to customer care but till date no one visited my place.
    I contacted customercare again and was asked to submit complain again. I did it with complain no [protected] on 11 sep, but till date i did not receive any call from that side.

    This is totally irresponsible behaviour of company

      This is regarding my "ifb w/m flt senorita plus vx" which we purchased on 20th nov 2016 and is under warranty. I'm chasing for it since last two and half months.

      The machine is not working with current leakage in it's touch panel. For which we have raised different tickets: [protected], [protected] and [protected].

      There are around 4 visits of your technicians to address this issue but it is not yet fixed, they even changed the panel with the new one but the current leakage is still there and we are not able to operate the machine. This is well known to your technicians as well but they put the ticket in resolved status each time without resolving it.

      The last request ([protected]) was raised on 13th september which was put on resolved status on the same day without even visiting us.
      Today again i called them and the have raised a new ticket ([protected]). But we dont hope to get this resolved.

      This is really not an acceptable behavior of such a huge brand. We opted for ifb thinking that your services will be very good as your brand value.

      I request you to please handle it asap as we are really struggling with the machine and if it is not repairable please get the washing machine replaced with the new one. We would like to take the analog washing machine of 8kgs and will pay the difference of cost.

        Hi,

        The washing machine motor is in good condition but my machine is not spinning the ifb service person came and just put one meter below and told it's motor has gone. I asked how can you say that... Can you explain me. He told you call any technician they will tell you same. He told apply amc for 2 years and will replace all parts in next 45 days. Otherwise pay 7k and will replace now. I was surprised without any checks or any repair he just told like that, i was not having any option only pay him 590 for visit as i cannot pay any more for such pathetic service. I know there could be chances of changing motor carbon and with that my motor would have worked, but these ifb service persons don't want to do that. I am really unhappy.. And planning to put a case on consumer forum.
        After raising complain on this website, one more executive visited from ifb and he again told the same thing that motor has gone, please apply amc for 2 years and will replace all parts in next 45 days. Otherwise pay 7k and will replace now. I was surprised and thought since both is saying same thing i should go for amc. I have give the cheque to that guy and in same day i called one local servicing guy, who checked the motor and told me no issue on motor sir.

        He told motor is fine, then he checked the board and he found issue on board which he corrected on very less amount and now my motor and washing machine is working fine.
        Hence i have made stop payment for amc.
        Now i want the compensation of what ifb people did with me:
        First of all when ifb people don't know any thing to rectify why the hell they are called as technician. Why you people are cheating. You are only interested on amc please...
        Please work for people too don't just go behind money and stop cheating.

        I am not going to tolerate this behavior, very first, i have paid 590 on first visits and your technician did nothing, i need the refund of the same, no one pay money for doing some crap job.
        2nd as i face lot of trouble i need the compensation of the same from ifb this should be in any ways, either give me next 2 years amc free... Or whatever way, i won't leave like that i will lodge a fraud case against this if your ifb people have not taken the appropriate action asap.

        Guys whoever is reading this please be aware that the ifb people hardly bother to look into the issue, they just want you to take amc.

          V have purchased neptune vx dishwasher from ifb point viman nagar, pune on 7/8/2017 serial number fnpt21skvc33212. When the package of dishwasher opened for d demo it was found damaged at d right side bottom. Very next day d dealer n coustomer care at pune was intimated.. With d pics n details. Though d dealer and customer care people are saying that d same shall b replaced but till date no information been give on d issue from their side. Kindly look into d matter n respond.           In the past also after giving consumer notice things have moved. the franchisee in vijayawada gives least priority to the customers who are on warrenty.
          My tkt. no.is[protected] booked on10/09.2017.onlyphones and norectification.IT IS NOT FIRST TIME . PL DO THE NEEDFUL.

            Very bad experience with IFB Service Center. I have IFB Microwave 23sc3, which I bought last year. Suddenly one day in August it stopped working, we raised a service request in IFB ( [protected]). After following up 2-3 times after some days, a technician visited, he checked the product and said there is some PCB problem and he does not have the spare part with him, so he promised to replace it as soon as he gets the spare parts most probably tomorrow . But he never came back, I kept on calling on the Service Desk of IFB and every time they say we are raising the request again. Now Today (15 Sep) when again I called, service desk told your old request in closed, we need to raise a new request and I felt very bad about it and felt cheated (new ticket # [protected]). Now this will mean that I raised the complain only on 15 Sep and if they will take another month to address it, then warranty will be lapsed.
            ( warranty period till October end). Such bad service was never expected from brand like IFB. IFB, you make customer only through your After Sales Service, you believe it or not but this is true :(

            After registering the complain here in consumercomplaints.in. Just with in 24 hours a technician visited with the spare part and replaced not working PCB. Now Microwave is working fine. Hope no more problem ... Thanks IFB and consumercomplaints Team. Vakil Singh Update: Today again (23 Sep 2017), it stopped working, tried to reach to customer care on the phone but IVR is not letting it through. raised a complain again on consumecomplaints.in. Last time it took one month for IFB team to resolve the issue, lets see how long does it take. Putting two and two together, it seems buying IFB microwave was not a good decision :(. Will update this if this gets resolved. Thanks

            My Microwave is again not working, this time, timer etc are working but nothing is getting heated inside.

                  I have ifb machine and not recd the proper service from delight service center, sanpada. Replaced the motor 2 times from may-17- till. Now once again motor not working. How it will happens? New machine motor capacity 8 years and another like this.? They also charged me rs.350/- transportation charges.

                    Please don't buy ifb products in this region (Bhadrachalam) khammam district. The service for this product is worst, i never faced before when compared to other products. I raised a complaint that my ifb washing machine is not working, they are not at all responding it has been 25 to 30 days for today (14/09/2017).                       We have a digitial washing machine of ifb. Same is not working since last 3 months. It is showing error er-03.
                      A complaint was logged with customer [protected]@ifbglobal and ticket no was issued promptly. We were assured that issue will be addressed within 24 hrs.
                      This has never happend till this date for the reasons best known to ifb. Technicians from their authorised dealers did visit us and are always bothered to collect their service charges of visit rather showing their interest to address the matter. We would like to know from company like ifb that:-

                      1. Is that we made a blunder to have ifb brand??

                      2. Are the technicians through their dealer are competent enough to diagnose the problem and set it right??

                      3. Is not it for so called customer service of ifb global services to track the complaint whether those have been addressed or closed??

                      4. Or is it is a case to make customer fool for the collection of service charges for which technicians/dealer/ifb donot have competency to provide true service.

                      As a customer we never objected/refused to pay any service charges. We are ready to pay charges for parts which needs replacement. But as a customer we are certain that we can definately demand the services from company like ifb.

                        I had complained regarding the heating problem of my new microwave oven on 8th sep. The complaint number is [protected]. Agent had confirmed me that the technician will visit within 24 hours as this is the maximum tat that ifb works within. Today i am sitting on 13th sep and no technician has visited. Moreover i asked for the area manager number, the am keeps saying that it will be visited today/tomorrow and 5 days have passed. This was my first ifb product and now i know which company i should not choose any electronics for.

                            Hi team,

                            I have ifb washing machine, we have purchased a extended warranty for the washing machine on[protected] and we had a issue with washing machine on[protected], we raised a complaint and technician was assigned from ultimate solutions ifb service centre.

                            Please find the attached bill they have done the service after that we face a different problem we have informed them now they are saying u warranty period has expired and we will not do it free of cost.

                            I am sure that technician did something which brought up this problem and it was done to make us extend the warranty and the manager (Sridevi) o[censored]ltimate solutions was speaking very rudely i have phone recording of the same this not the way speak to customer

                            I did expect a better service after paying 3000 bucks for service which they have denied and made our machine too worse to make us pay for the worst service again.

                            I need this to get sorted out.

                              My name is rajubhai l rupareliya. My customer code is[protected]. I had parched tl#sdg9.5kg aqua sr. No.[protected] on 3-jul-2017.in this two month i had launched three time complaints for not proper work of m/c.
                              The dealer is also not given suttified answer.
                              I got suffered from the m/c.
                              The m/c is till not repaired that means m/c is stop. So the m/c is in warrenty period, i want to replaced the m/c as early as possible.
                              So that my work is not disturbed. I had also applied in consumer complaints in bhavnagar district.

                                This is approx 5 years old machine after repitededly follow up no action is being taken all the time it was told this machine is out dated no spare is available so you have to replace.                                   I raised a ticket for my ifb front load washing machine for water leaking issue. The ticket number is [protected].

                                  After raising this ticket some technician called to check my address, after that no response from them. And they closed previous request for silly reason saying that my address didnt found. If they really want to know my address they have my contact number too, i can help him to find my address. Today i called customer care again after raising ticket, as always i got a response i got a reply that it will be attended by technician in 24 hours.

                                    Had bought a new washing machine last august (16) and has stopped working since 4th august 17. Have called the customer care and raised multiple complaints but machine is still in dead condition. First visit was after 10 days of the complaint and said there is a fault in pcb and need to be replaced. After 4 days, pcb was replaced and then stated that detector has to be replaced. Post that there have been multiple calls and 2 visits but both the reps had come just to take pictures of the detector. Today, 12 sept after me raising complaints on multiple forums, the rep visited and changed the detector and tried diagnosing the problem. He spent 2 hours and concluded that the pcb that was replaced was faulty and that power supply is not passing through.
                                    If ifb service reps are not able to diagnose the problem and ifb is not able to provide quality parts and service, request you to please stop making false promises.
                                    Request you to please replace the machine if you are unable to find working parts for machines under warranty,.

                                      I had filed a complaint with the customer care on 16th of august regarding the power supply problem in my washing machine, which is still in warranty period. I was given a customer id[protected] and a representative came to my house and took away the control panel saying that it will be replaced within a week. However till now it has not yet been done. When contacted, they say that the part has not yet arrived. Please suggest me where shall i go to get my problem resolved.

                                        I have lodged a complaint with ifb helpline no on 28th of august regarding my ifb washing machine which is on amc for more than a decade now. My complaint no is [protected]. It is next to impossible to reach ifb customer helpline no the next time. It took about 45 minutes to even register the call..
                                        The amount that is paid for maintenance is not a small amount that even the helpline connections are limited for ifb service team.
                                        The call flow is as below
                                        Complaint no : [protected] registered on 28th august

                                        Engineer visited on 2nd september. Attended by antek services (Authorised engr). The service response of the customer support of antek services is extremely poor. Even while renewing the amc i informed that it the amc is provided by antek i do not wish to renew the same but we customers are helpless. We have no choice. Antek is the only authorised service dealer in our area.

                                        Spare part replacement commitment date given 4th september

                                        Followup call made by me to antek on 9th september

                                        Revised commitment date for spare replacement 11th september.
                                        Even today i followup i get a revised date of 12th september.

                                        I was given a ifb incharge contact no from the call center team which was switched for more than 5 days. When i enquire the same with the coordinator i am told that it is just one instance.

                                        I do not get revert from the complaint posted to ifb helpline mail id [protected]@ifbglobal.com

                                        I got in touch with the IFB branch coordinator Ms.Preeti of Malad branch yesterday(12/09/17) who assured me after speaking to the local authorised service agency Antek Services that the issue will be resolved on 13/09/17. Today when I called to check on the timing when the service engineer will be sent home I am being told that the material is expected to reach them and the same will be sorted out tomorrrow (14/09/17). How long do you expect customers to have patience. Its been 15-16 days I have been waiting patiently and the level of support and the attitude of the customer support team is highly poor rather annoying.
                                        I need my AMC amount to be returned immediately as there is no point paying you guys for this pathetic service level. Please return my amount immediately without fail. I will never ever recommend IFB to anyone not because of the product but only on only on account of yours/your authorised service partners service level. There is absolutely no escalation matrix and no one is bothered to solve the problem

                                        nobody has solved the issue. Your followup system is pathetic . I got 2 calls from IFB to confirm that my problem is sorted out. Horrible is the word to be used for your service mechanism.

                                        Please return my AMC amount that I have paid for no service.
