    I have a ifb washing machine bought 6 years back. When i got it i was promised 10 years spares part support guaranty and have it on the warranty booklet. It suddenly stopped working and when contacting the customer care they sent service person who told the board needs to be changed. He came at 8.30pm and tried something with the washing machine which blew the fuse of the whole building. The complaint number given on june 13 2017 is [protected]. It's been more than 2 months now. I haven't received any replies for the numerous mails that i sent to ifb. No reply to calls to customer care. The manager in mangalore mr. Ashraf mohammed and service person mr. Bhaskar are careless and have told me they can't fix the machine. When i told them about the 10 years guarantee on spare parts availability they told we can't do it you do whatever you want. I[censored] want complaint about us to customer care. I have tried calling customer care numerous times but mr ashraf and bhaskar keep closing my complaints without clearing the issue. I have registered number of times. Now when i call customer care they tell me complaint number older than 60 days is not valid

      I've been using a senator dx model washing machine for the past 9 years.
      In february 2017 owing to technical issues we've had to change parts to the tune of 5000 rs.
      Ever since, the machine displays an error message e7. Repeated visits by the service engineer has failed to rectify this problem. The machine resumes its cycle if i power it off and then switch it back on again.
      But recently even that failed to work. I had to eventually open the door, in the process my entire kitchen got flooded.
      There seems to be no solution. I would humbly request someone to come up with an idea to put a stop to this inconvenience.

      Today the technician had visited. He had changed the pump. I ran an empty cycle today and am glad to inform you that it ran its full cycle without any glitches. Tomorrow I'll run a loaded cycle and report back on the status.

      Today when I ran a loaded cycle...the error message popped up...when there was 10 more minutes to finish the cycle...
      So I guess the problem persists in spite of your efforts..
      I have send Mr.Johny...the ASM a WhatsApp video showing the same.

        A lot of noise during spinning . Complaint already registered on 7 august .Ticket no[protected]. No action taken so far . Spoken to toll free many times. Poor response.Today I spoke to the area manager, he assured to respond within 10 minutes, but no response even after 8 hours, the complaint is not resolved even after 11 days

          There is no power going into machine. I lodged the complaint with toll free customer care. He gave me the ticket number and said complaint would be resolved with in 24 hrs a technician names sahoo rang up on 17.8.2017 at 3.30 pm and said i will attend to your complaint after rain stops but did not came, then again i called him, we negotiated that he would she trouble today at 9 am, as i was to leave for office 30 km away. I phoned him, he started doing me say between 9 to 9.30 am. Again after 9.30 called tolfree number and complained the toll free apologized, but none turned up after 1 hour, again i called toll free and complained asking any official of ifb can be spoken, toll free hung up. This is 12.08 noon. None gave turned up. I saw complaint of debasis nayak of chennai. Pl do something immediately, or else i have knock the door of consumer court.

            I am using ifb appliances from last over 10 years now. Have covered them through amc regularly.

            28th july, 17 have called up the call centre toll free to lodge a complaint. The complaint was raised against complaint no [protected]..

            Visit 1 - the agent visited after reminders and did not carry sufficient tools etc, so promised to come next day. This was 6 in the evening.

            No visit for next 2-3 days. This provoked me to call up the call centre during 1st week of aug.

            Visit 2- this was again with multiple reminder and now a different person with no resolution.

            Visit 3 - after reminders and when i called up the call centre. No resolution.

            The micro wave is lying open since 28th jul.

            Still it's open and no resolution. Yesterday called up the call centre and got to know that the complaint is resolved. Surprising!! And strange... As no resolution still.

              Useless zero service from ifb. My washing machine is not working since last 15 days. First of all they did not attend the complain for three days inspite of my calling them repeatedly. They didnt even care to contact me from their side. After once attending the complain, they were again irresponsible for the spare parts to be replaced, which they said would be done in 3-4 days. This took 8 days to be done after my calling them hundred times. They never cared to call me even once from their side. Its all our need as if they were giving free service. Now when they replaced the parts, they took the full payment on same day, i was told to use the machine next day due to some afhesive repairing. Next day, means today, when i used the machine, it was leaking from below. I am calling the service centre since 10am in morning. Its 2.00 pm now but no response. These service companies are total cheats and are mentally torturing the customers. They took full payment on hand, also took the replaced spare parts, and now they are ignoring the customer.

                I have bought a ifb washing machine was delivered on sunday 12th of august 2017. I booked the machine through flipkart and while delivering the machine they have not sent any labor to carry the machine to my house. Lastly i had to myself carry the machine to my house. I was not informed to raise a ticket for installation. On monday 13th august i raised a ticket with the customer care but since past four days i have logged in a ticket for its installation but till date no has called or enquired about it.

                I have been continuously calling the customer care but there has been no resolution. They also gave me some numbers to call directly but no one is responding on those numbers.

                Not sure what sort of customer service are they are providing.

                There needs to be some installation done for the machine for which a technician is required.
                Need help for getting this resolved.

                  I have been facing water leakage problem in my washing machine (Ifb 7 kg fully automatic). I have raised my complaint three times, but still i am facing the same issue.

                  When i contacted your service provider nilkant - [protected] and yogesh - [protected] regarding the same issue, they talk to us very rudely. Instead of solving the issue they behave very badly to me.

                    My complaint number is [protected] 07/08/2017.
                    Both items are under a maintenance contract.
                    I am leaving for a short time and needed to know my appliances were working properly so the staff would not have any problems. The dryer worked on low heat. The dishwasher had both the salt and rinse lights on and did not seem to be washing well as i had to put it on twice to get the dishes clean. The dryer overheated and i was concerned if it was put on high heat for a long period it would go on fire.

                    Today after many calls and unfulfilled promises to call back i am without a dryer completely and my dishwasher is exactly the same.

                    I have a house full of ifb products. I am satisfied with all apart from your ac. That has many problems and i feel you need better ac technicians. Until now i would have recommended all your other appliances but this last complaint has startled me. If there is rivalry among your staff it should not be passed to the customer. Not one person has called me to explain why my dryer, which is waiting now for a new motor, was working and now is not.
                    I have been lied to, dismissed and ignored. Had i been away and the dyer been put on i am in no doubt it would have caught fire.

                      Sir, i have purchased ifb washing machine elina aqua 6 kg and it is under warranty period. Machine became unserviceable on 06 july 17, and was attended by ur representative on 19 july. It again stopped working on 21 jul and was attended on 08 aug. On 09 again it becomes unserviceable. First time program selector was not working, after that they found electronic panel faulty and was replaced. Now door is not getting locked since 09 aug.in short machine is down since 06 jul 17. Ur maintenance team (Mr. Mayuresh thakre, mr. Mehul patel, mr. Chintan bhavsar at ahmedabad) not responding to my phone. Sir i[censored] r not able to get my washing machine repaired, pl permit me to get it repaired locally. Hope u may realise my problem and do needful on priority. Pending ticket no.                         Had purchased a new washing machine 3 months back and it has been malfunctioning every second day..

                        First it started overflowing from all sides and made a flood out if it in he full house.. And later started working on its own..

                        Now recently it just stopped working and givibg error called taco.. Placed a complaint with the your call centre with service request [protected] on 12th august. Your person visits me on 14th and instead of checking the product wants to sell items.. Besides finally said that the motor to be replaced.. The same was due for replacement today and now he says it will take 2-3 days to get the motor etc..

                        I called the call center and the lady there dosent understand anything to do with it and just wanted to out me on hold.. I ask for the customer care email id and she says the email id is www.ifbappliances.com..!!!

                        Pathetic service..!! Need immediate resolution on this..
                        Kindly replace the machine immediately..

                          I have a 6 kg senator front load washing machine, rmn-[protected] year of purchase - 2008
                          My washing machine is not completing the wash cycle. Lodged several complaints on toll free number. The service engineer attended the complaint after 7 days that to after several reminders to the local ifb rep at visakhapatnam, gajuwaka centre.
                          As i was told the problem is with the machine timer. The service engineer and service centre incharge at visakhapatnam told me that the machine is no more under the maintenance load of ifb. The spare parts are no more available. To the extend, the service engineer suggested to sell of the machine and buy a new one.
                          This is absolutely disgusting, how a reputed company like ifb can say that they no more repair their on products.
                          Please take appropriate action.

                              I have been complaining about the faulty refrigerator for almost 5 months. After few calls to manager Jeffrey [protected], he promised me refund because problem cannot be fixed.
                              Now its been over a month since he promised me refund. Everytime i call he has lame excuses like my manager is on vacation.
                              I dealt things with lot of patience. Come on its been 5 months. If they can't fix the problem or refund my money, they should notify me about it.

                                Dear team,
                                Engineer mr manoj from reliable service, bhiringi durgapur have attend the service call on 13/07/2017. The microwave oven was not functioning properly i. E issue in board and warming of the food was not happening. Mr. Manoj said issue in fuse and board. He take out the fuse and said he will implement it and check the board on the next day with fuse and he connect the two wire for temporary functioning. He take the service charge of rs.354/-
                                We have call him hundred of times for do the necessary but he didn't turn up. Now, he said that it is 1 month you have to pay again the service charge and it is missed be happen from our side.
                                Resultant is that we have pay the service charge and work is not done.
                                Kindly do the necessary for value of your commitment toward customer.

                                  I have a five year old ifb washing machine. The machine was running perfectly when we noticed water leaking from the bottom of thei machine. There was no other problem and the electronic panel did not give any error message.
                                  I lodged a request for service from ifb customer care who registered my request[protected] and sent a technician (Form a franchisee and not company). The technician was in such a great hurry that he did not even listen to the complaint but checked the cycling and said there was problem with the mother board and removed it and said they will have to replace a chip. He kept repeating that the wash cycle programme was not functioning and immediately rolled out the estimate. When we told him about the leakage he said he will fix everything once the mother board was fixed and he will come back the next day.
                                  I suspected something fishy when he asked me to keep the board outside the house. When i asked him why, he replied that there will be gas in the panel! He was gassing! He returned on monday[protected] to fix the panel. He again resorted to gimmickry and asked us to switch off the refrigerator since compressor gas will interfere with mother board fixing!
                                  I confronted him and asked him where and which chip they had replaced. First he said the entire panel had been replaced and showed me an old panel he had brought along to convince me! I had to then tell him that i had the sl no. And date of manufacture on the panel which was june 2012! He immediately said only the chip had been replaced, i told him which chip since there was no indication of removal and replacement of any part on the panel which can easily be detected with y the crude finish of manual soldering. When i confronted him on what repair was undertaken he got so unnerved that he finished his task and left in a hurry collecting his service charges. I asked him to get me in touch with his electronics person, which he tried but neither he nor i could talk to the person who is supposed to have repaired the board. He left saying we will receive a call from the company. Despite our request to stop the leakage at both the inlet and at the tap connection he rushed back and said that drain pump needs replacement and showed me the part asked me to take a picture and arrange for the spare! After he left i had to fix the hose connection and stop water leakage.
                                  He did not even give me a receipt and i do not know which service franchisee he was from.
                                  Great service ifb! Please do let us know something about this gas business!

                                      I have an AMC for Maxidry 550. AMC ref - D[protected]. It stopped drying clothes and the noise from the dryer was a bit louder. Complaint lodged on 9th AUG. It was half recorded as 'machine making noise' !! No resolution till date - 14th AUG - despite repeated reminders to the company customer care numbers and the dealer. Standard response each time.. will check and revert; will get it done as soon as possible !!

                                      Companies which do not publish their customer grievances number do appear to have HORRIBLE customer care - FOR SURE !!

                                      IFB has a service Agent by the name Antek Services... first they don't answer their phones / mobiles.. and if they do, they lie to the core.
                                      Since, that I started escalating the issue of not resolving the problem - they had to come on the line and whats their standard reply - 'spare part is not available' .. so funny .. I called them 20 times since morning and twice they answered and the response was - will be done as soon as possible today, latest by 3pm.
                                      And now at 5:45 pm - new story emerges that spare part is not available.
                                      AVOID this agency - ANTEK SERVICES if you see them as the service agent !!!

                                      Finally after umpteen follow ups ANTEK SERVICES sent two mechanics to attend to the dryer. And the problem was just a wire burnt inside - nothing else !!!
                                      This could have been easily checked and resolved the first time a mechanic came on 12th. What was all that story of spare parts not available..and all that nonsense..
                                      Overall a BIG ZERO on the IFB for not ensuring that the complaint gets attended promptly and even a BIGGER ZERO on this service agent - ANTEK SERVICES - what a bunch of jokers they hire.

                                      Can someone please advise how to take this deficiency in services to the Consumer Court for inconvenience and mental stress caused.. So much of Jago Grahak Jago !!

                                      Recently in April we had the drum & bearing problem and we have got them replaced by new drum, bearing & other accessories, now again drum is not rotating, some frictioning sounding inside .

                                      Keeping mine Dialects straight, our oven is around 3 years old and recently its sustainance is with inefficient heating capabilities, the oven has been used less frequent we haven't registered for warranty purposes, so how do i claim my faults.
