I have registered complaint on the 12 of aug, till this date no one has attended the complaint. It is a task to get in touch with the the call centre numbers. The concerned person at the head office in goa - mr. Kunal does not respond to calls or when call back after a message is left. Disgusting service... Hope this message reaches the right person and some help comes forward...

    I have been using senorita plus washiing machine for past nine plus years.in the month of april'17, due to damage, i got the front door rubber gasket replaced by placing request on ifb customer care. Around fifteen days back, the machine front door got stuck and the gasket got twisted while running a load. I called the service engineer who had changed the rubber gasket. He visited yesterday (20.8.17) and after inspecting the machine told that the machine tub is broken and shocker shoes are also worn out and need to be replaced. Today he came and replaced the same and charged rs.5090/- but did not give any bill/receipt for the same. Rather, he gave an acknowledgement copy of 'urban clap' without any mention of job done or cost.

      I had registered a complaint over breakdown of my washing machine with call center on 18th august 2017 morning and was allotted a ticket number [protected]. I was also assured that somebody would respond to my complaint within 24 hrs. However nobody called within the stipulated time. On contacting the call centre i was amazed to hear from the call center person that 24 hrs meant 24 working hours. So callled up yet again after 72 hrs ie on 21st august. I was asked to contact the local repair centre office on [protected]. On calling up on this number, i was assured that a technician would call me very soon. However much to my inconvenience no body called up. The concerned person in the office on [protected] was not picking up the phone despite my repeated calls. I am surprised how can the company be so unprofessional. I will definitely think twice before buying any appliance from ifb

        Service for my ifb microwave and washing machine is not done in a good manner. The gurgaon amc service center is worst, they did amc. But after that service is very worst.
        Washing machine doing noise as it was and microwave door lock broken by technician. From the past two months my problem is not solved, if you give service request in ifb customer care, they spoke nicely and raised a request for service by saying technician will visit soon within 48 hours, but problem is not resolve. So far they simply closing existing complaints and raise new complaints. Ifb is not care about the customer satisfaction, they just creating the record for their service and they are escape from the problem.

          I am a resident of delhi. My custmer id is [protected]. My washing machine is under amc. My machine is not working properly. I lodged a complaint with custmer care centre on 16/7/2017 morning vide company ticket no [protected]. Service engineer of the company came on 19/7/2017 and checked the washing machine. He told that motor of the machine may be defected. He also told that motors are not available at the service centre and repair will be done only on the availability of the motor. Sir i have taken amc for the peace of mind and whenever such problems occurs we face humiliation. Your are, therefore requested to please see into the matter and get the machine repaired on priority basis.

          Trc error shows as soon as the wash is done and the error stays. The drying spin doesn't function. Can you help me if this can be resolved with simple guidance or do I need to call an engineer from ifb. The wash goes on as normal. There is no other issue but as soon as drying is about to start this error comes in.

            I have purchased 7 years back 6 kg digital ifb washing machine. Company reply on complaint is that we have closed the model and no amc can be given. I have longed complaint on 25/07/17 vide ticket no. [protected], on our again & again follow up to indore authorities mr. Anurag who so many times reply that machine spares not available due to discontinuation of model. Ultimately on 7/8/17 personal came & charge rs. 590/- towards service charges vide receipt of company. Simultaneously charged rs. 3490/- for some power bord which not given to us on even demanding saying that this we have to send back & no proper gst bill provided which is an offence to provisions of gst act, that too looked by gst authorities, of some vijaya enterprises given tin bill in gst regime and not even supplied part to consumer. This is an harassment policy of company. Again i approached company officials mr anurag, for complaint, his reply is that your earlier complaint has been closed so again hence again registered complaint on 14/08/17 vide no. [protected], representative come on 18th on repeatedly phone reminder to mr anurag & vikas gupta and tell to return on 19th with spares of motor but still today no person turned up, this is highhanded ness & harassment to consumers like us by a company.

            Your kind attention is invited that i have made complaint for my washing machine on 25/07/2017 vide comp no. [protected] and after that i had again talked so many times to your officials on given no. I. E. [protected], krishna kumar verma who doesn't lift the no and even not reply to messeges. One more no. Given by your office is [protected] anurag & some vikas gupta [protected], but sorry to say all persons are not of any worth to reply. They don't want to understand the consumers difficulty. Ifb is suppose to be a brand image company but i personally think all process in vein.
            Guide me what recourse left to me to take apporpriate action for implimenting my work. Your staff reply that company has discontinued the model and parts are not available & even they doesn't take amc. Suggest is this a fair reply of a reputed company personals on your behalf & noone wants to reply now, this officers even doesn't lift the phone by seeing my no & even doesn't reply to my text messege.
            Reply me immidiately as already sufficient time passed after complaint to avoid any other forums.

            This is continuation to my earlier above mail forwarded which is still unreplied.

            In response to my earlier mail, your one representative mr dharmendra yadav came with some spares i. E. Power bord & replaced the part & charged rs.3490/- for the same vide bill no. 1497 of some vijaya enterprises, indore having tin bill showing tin no.in gst regime without gst no. With st code also. And also take away the power bord saying that we can't give this power bord to you as this has to replaced to company. Even no sl. No. Of power bord replaced has been mentioned there on bill and also charged rs. 590/- ifb receipt voucher through proper gst provisions.
            Again i had made telephony complaint to mr. Vikas gupta on 8/8/17 to send back representative as machine is not working properly, again mr. Yadav came & got machine started and same status again on 10/08/2017, then i again telephoned to mr. Anurag & mr. Vikas gupta for the same on 14/08/17, mr. Anurag told i will send representative today but told to lounge complaint again to company as earlier complaint was closed. I again complaint at ticket no. [protected] on 14/08/17. No one turned up on 14/08. Your further attention is also drawn that i explain all matter to company on lounging complaint, the personal suggested to call bhopal head mr. Krishna bundela, but as his routine he neither lift the mobile no. [protected] nor have courtesy to call back. This is an highhanded ness of companies personal making brand image of ifb company. Today i again ranged mr. Anurag around 4 o clock that no one turned even after your words for 14/08, then he replied that our representative will come. Representative deepak bhavsar came around 6.30 pm with one more companies representative and told that i will come tomorrow after discussing old representative dharmendra yadav. See how's companies working & highhanded ness of such respected company ifb and responsible representatives. Hope for proper reply to a consumer.
            It is also pertinent to state that some companies representative called me from head office on 9/8/17 for getting feedback of companies representative working & even i explained all the matter to her & she committed that sir give me 24 hours time, i will definitely give you response to your grievance but she also behaved like same of highhanded ness of not replying.
            Someone has rightly said "naam bade darshan khote" proper word for your company.
            Hope there will be some legitimate personal of company will reply.

              I bayyapu siva prasad, odissa, paradip. Regd. Mobile no.[protected]. I registered complaint regarding ifb top load washing machine (Tl-rdw 6.5 kg aqua) on 03/08/2017. My ticket no.[protected]. After many times calling one person came on 09/08/2017 and he told washing machine board complaint. He had taken details and send mail to service center odissa main branch. He told, "pcv will come after 2 days and i will solve your issue". But till now not came. I am calling every day no response. What can i do? Please solve the problem.

                I have registered a compliant of my dishwasher neptune dx for error f8, on 27.07.2017 no technician visited, but i received an sms on 31.07.2017 that my compliant no.[protected] has been resolved. As the problem is not solved i again registered a compliant on 02082017 ticket no.[protected], your technician visited but not able to solve the problem and as i called in the morning yesterday[protected] they informed they have informed that senior technician will visit on 20082017 at 2 pm, but no one visited nor i received any call from your techincians.
                Sir, i have also inform you that i have entered amc for the above product, but still the problem is not attended properly. Kindly look into the matter

                  I have a ifb 5.5 kg digital washing machine. The door interlock malfunctioning. Door letters blinking after closed the door. After complaint to customer service, a technician came from neyveli, his name is iyappan. He said, interlock and digital board is bad. But i asked him just change the interlock if problem still exist i can change the board also. But he refused to change the interlock. He wants rs 4500 to fix it. But i bought used switch for rs 200 and fixed my self. It is working now. I hate the ifb service and technicians.

                    My dishwasher stopped working and informed customer care vide ticket no.[protected]. The technician gave some directions over phone and started working. Again it failed and informed customer care vide ticket no.[protected] on 15-7-17. On 5.8.17 a part was replaced vide ticket no.[protected] dt 4-8-17. But it did not washed the dishes. It was again complained vide ticket no.[protected] on 11-8-17. But the technician did not attend and he closed the issue without attending. I again registered a complaint on 18.8.17 vide ticket no.[protected]. But nobody attended till date.
                    The machine is under amc kindly do the needful.

                      Technitian visited 3 times.
                      Even failed to repair it .
                      Either the device had manufacturing defects since purchase or Technitian
                      are not competent enough.
                      DEMAND Immediate replacement complying standard and good will of IFB.

                        I have a ifb washing machine bought 6 years back. When i got it i was promised 10 years spares part support guaranty and have it on the warranty booklet. It suddenly stopped working and when contacting the customer care they sent service person who told the board needs to be changed. He came at 8.30pm and tried something with the washing machine which blew the fuse of the whole building. The complaint number given on june 13 2017 is [protected]. It's been more than 2 months now. I haven't received any replies for the numerous mails that i sent to ifb. No reply to calls to customer care. The manager in mangalore mr. Ashraf mohammed and service person mr. Bhaskar are careless and have told me they can't fix the machine. When i told them about the 10 years guarantee on spare parts availability they told we can't do it you do whatever you want. I[censored] want complaint about us to customer care. I have tried calling customer care numerous times but mr ashraf and bhaskar keep closing my complaints without clearing the issue. I have registered number of times. Now when i call customer care they tell me complaint number older than 60 days is not valid

                          I've been using a senator dx model washing machine for the past 9 years.
                          In february 2017 owing to technical issues we've had to change parts to the tune of 5000 rs.
                          Ever since, the machine displays an error message e7. Repeated visits by the service engineer has failed to rectify this problem. The machine resumes its cycle if i power it off and then switch it back on again.
                          But recently even that failed to work. I had to eventually open the door, in the process my entire kitchen got flooded.
                          There seems to be no solution. I would humbly request someone to come up with an idea to put a stop to this inconvenience.

                          Today the technician had visited. He had changed the pump. I ran an empty cycle today and am glad to inform you that it ran its full cycle without any glitches. Tomorrow I'll run a loaded cycle and report back on the status.

                          Today when I ran a loaded cycle...the error message popped up...when there was 10 more minutes to finish the cycle...
                          So I guess the problem persists in spite of your efforts..
                          I have send Mr.Johny...the ASM a WhatsApp video showing the same.

                            A lot of noise during spinning . Complaint already registered on 7 august .Ticket no[protected]. No action taken so far . Spoken to toll free many times. Poor response.Today I spoke to the area manager, he assured to respond within 10 minutes, but no response even after 8 hours, the complaint is not resolved even after 11 days

                              There is no power going into machine. I lodged the complaint with toll free customer care. He gave me the ticket number and said complaint would be resolved with in 24 hrs a technician names sahoo rang up on 17.8.2017 at 3.30 pm and said i will attend to your complaint after rain stops but did not came, then again i called him, we negotiated that he would she trouble today at 9 am, as i was to leave for office 30 km away. I phoned him, he started doing me say between 9 to 9.30 am. Again after 9.30 called tolfree number and complained the toll free apologized, but none turned up after 1 hour, again i called toll free and complained asking any official of ifb can be spoken, toll free hung up. This is 12.08 noon. None gave turned up. I saw complaint of debasis nayak of chennai. Pl do something immediately, or else i have knock the door of consumer court.

                                I am using ifb appliances from last over 10 years now. Have covered them through amc regularly.

                                28th july, 17 have called up the call centre toll free to lodge a complaint. The complaint was raised against complaint no [protected]..

                                Visit 1 - the agent visited after reminders and did not carry sufficient tools etc, so promised to come next day. This was 6 in the evening.

                                No visit for next 2-3 days. This provoked me to call up the call centre during 1st week of aug.

                                Visit 2- this was again with multiple reminder and now a different person with no resolution.

                                Visit 3 - after reminders and when i called up the call centre. No resolution.

                                The micro wave is lying open since 28th jul.

                                Still it's open and no resolution. Yesterday called up the call centre and got to know that the complaint is resolved. Surprising!! And strange... As no resolution still.

                                  Useless zero service from ifb. My washing machine is not working since last 15 days. First of all they did not attend the complain for three days inspite of my calling them repeatedly. They didnt even care to contact me from their side. After once attending the complain, they were again irresponsible for the spare parts to be replaced, which they said would be done in 3-4 days. This took 8 days to be done after my calling them hundred times. They never cared to call me even once from their side. Its all our need as if they were giving free service. Now when they replaced the parts, they took the full payment on same day, i was told to use the machine next day due to some afhesive repairing. Next day, means today, when i used the machine, it was leaking from below. I am calling the service centre since 10am in morning. Its 2.00 pm now but no response. These service companies are total cheats and are mentally torturing the customers. They took full payment on hand, also took the replaced spare parts, and now they are ignoring the customer.

                                    I have bought a ifb washing machine was delivered on sunday 12th of august 2017. I booked the machine through flipkart and while delivering the machine they have not sent any labor to carry the machine to my house. Lastly i had to myself carry the machine to my house. I was not informed to raise a ticket for installation. On monday 13th august i raised a ticket with the customer care but since past four days i have logged in a ticket for its installation but till date no has called or enquired about it.

                                    I have been continuously calling the customer care but there has been no resolution. They also gave me some numbers to call directly but no one is responding on those numbers.

                                    Not sure what sort of customer service are they are providing.

                                    There needs to be some installation done for the machine for which a technician is required.
                                    Need help for getting this resolved.

                                      I have been facing water leakage problem in my washing machine (Ifb 7 kg fully automatic). I have raised my complaint three times, but still i am facing the same issue.

                                      When i contacted your service provider nilkant - [protected] and yogesh - [protected] regarding the same issue, they talk to us very rudely. Instead of solving the issue they behave very badly to me.

                                      I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter and replace washing machine

                                        Both items are under a maintenance contract.
                                        I am leaving for a short time and needed to know my appliances were working properly so the staff would not have any problems. The dryer worked on low heat. The dishwasher had both the salt and rinse lights on and did not seem to be washing well as i had to put it on twice to get the dishes clean. The dryer overheated and i was concerned if it was put on high heat for a long period it would go on fire.

                                        Today after many calls and unfulfilled promises to call back i am without a dryer completely and my dishwasher is exactly the same.

                                        I have a house full of ifb products. I am satisfied with all apart from your ac. That has many problems and i feel you need better ac technicians. Until now i would have recommended all your other appliances but this last complaint has startled me. If there is rivalry among your staff it should not be passed to the customer. Not one person has called me to explain why my dryer, which is waiting now for a new motor, was working and now is not.
                                        I have been lied to, dismissed and ignored. Had i been away and the dyer been put on i am in no doubt it would have caught fire.
