My complain num is [protected] & my complain are door not lock. When program was start and door error are showing in display.

& my 2nd complain is my duplicate body in my new machine.
Dear sir, my machine is 3year old and this problem are showing in 1.5 year i told your executive customer care & service provider... He told me... I am inform from company but not reply for this.

Dear sir,
I registered complain in 26th july 2017. And service boy are come this day and refer for replacement parts. & he told me... Further details in call back from customer service. But not any call in 7days... &
I am call from customer service he/she give me other other exicutive & manager & service providers other other numbers. And all customer service provider are told me in all day remaine for this complain for service provider last 4 day and 15-20 calls i am calling in ifb customer service center but he/she is not possitive reply. And not solve my problems and he/she is take late time for my machine repair.
And calls are recieving in customer care 5 to 10 minutes.
And main customer exicutives are recieving after 22-25 minutes.
More time require for recieving customer's call.
& day to day not true answer for repiring time & he/she told me... I am reminder & fast reply for this complain.
I have 6 numbers
Mehul patel/ chintan bhavsar/ shyamprasad... All sir are not receiving my call... Or not reachable numbers.
Very very bad service for this in ifb service center.
So i am requesting minimum time for my machine's repaire.

IFB washing Machine are not Buy please Guiess bcoz its service are not Satisfied for all customers some Customers are satisfied completely i m agree but My problems are still Avail...😭😭😭

Sir or Mem abhi tak machine repaire karne k liye aaye nahi hai ...so please karna ho to kardo verna na bol do customer ka time roj roj mat bigado ...Roj roj call me esa juth mat bolo kal ho jayega 100% sir ek mauka do esa bola jata hai ... roj me vahi sun raha hu ...lekin aaj tak koi aaya nahi hai ... so my request ki please aapka kam thoda jaldi karavao ... aapki company international laghi nahi rahi ... mem esa juth nahi chalega ...mere ko jitne din machine bandh raha hai utne sab din mere ko Warranty me extend ker do ...or mera problem solve krdo...thank you very very much.

Dear sir Abhi tak body ka koi reply nahi aaya hai mene meri zindgi me aesa machine kabhi nahi dekha hai ... ki uska Company name or logo nikal jaye ... is pic me dekho or abhi to pura nikal ne aaya hai ... so operators are said Body warranty me nahi aati but aap jo programme hame de te ho wo ab hum kese select kare ...so please try to understand ... and please give me possitive reply ... mene aaj tak 50 se bhi jyada complain ki hai iske regarding but koi answer aaya nahi aaya hai or complain direct close ker dete hai or ab to warranty bhi khatam hone me hai 2_4 month me ... mere ko ye Mat karke do but kisi dusre garib ko esa machine mat dena ... varna vo or garib ho jayega ...     I lodged a complaint for my 6kg senator washing machine 8days ago at the authorised number. After previous bad experiences with the service centre at kota, rajasthan, i called them up after 2days requesting them to have a look at the machine. Their standard excuse is that they have too many places to look after. The technician visited on 29th july (Saturday) and i was informed that 4 parts needed to be replaced and that they would do the needful by monday, 31st july. Monday went by and on calling them on tuesday, i was told that they had their closing the previous days and don't do any billing. The order would be sent to jaipur that day;i. E the 01st august and on 02nd, they would replace the parts. However, on 02nd afternoon when i called them to find out the time at which they would arrive, i was told by mr anil to speak jaipur as the parts had not been dispatched yet. On calling jaipur, i was told by the person incharge, mr vikram that they had been dispatched the previous day. The phone was disconnected by him and neither sides answered the phone despite calling various times. Mr anil at kota and mr vikram have been passing the buck and did not bother calling back. It is extreme mental harassment being meted out to the customer and they seem to find it very amusing.

      My ifb machine is giving error msg e1 in multiple times during a wash. It resumes washing again just open & close the upper lidof the machine. I am facing this problem sincei pur hased the machine... Technician visited number of times but he only suggested to use descale powder for clensing of machine but never tried to diagnose if there is any technical problem. I seriously lost faith from ifb as machine is just 14 months old and now i presume technician will diagnose some technical fault as machine is out of warrantly... These companies are so big time cheat. They just know how to misguide customer and earn money.

      If anybody from ifb reading this compliment... Please respond

        My washing machine model elena dx was repaired. The cost of amc is 4050 something but they billed 6000. But i paid only correct amc amount 4050 this was happend in 31.10.2016. Till date no one come to home for service i call but they tell to pay 6000 after we complaint to ifb customer care through call they tell we care about this issue but till now not repair my washing machine

        Check this problem and solve it quickly as soon as possible
        And one more request is tell the original rate of amc to customers some people are cheating by mac price

          I have entered an amc contract with ss enterprises arcot for two years for ifb washing m/c. From 03.03.2017 copy enclosed.
          While putting the contract the service engineer spoken very good sugar coated words and took away the cheque for payment. After that when we rang up to his mobile somebody will attend and tell mr sakthivel is in meeting. Every day i would call the same reply. They never bothered to reply.
          Finally after two months, i somehow booked a call on line for bearing noise in the machine. Vide ticket no: [protected]. After two days the same service centre called they will attend the fault.
          On hearing the complaint they demanded rs 3300/= for replacing the damaged bearing in the machine towards the replacing the seal. So, this is the way a complaint can be attended without seeing the fault physically on the machine.
          This is my first service call after amc come into force, so, i am not prepared to suffer like this for another two years. Kindly terminate my amc contract and return my amount immediately

          Latest 10 days back service centre called & told they have attended my complaint and i have not signed the call completion form. How come they leave the customer after doing all service with out signature of customer. This another drama and try to fool the customer.
          Customer complaint they themselves close and project this complaint is resolved.
          I repeat i want my amc amount back.

            Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the level of service ifb is offering to customers.

            I have a ifb microwave 30src2 - bought directly from ifb. The machine stopped working and i raised a customer service complaint no. [protected] on 18/7/2017.

            I was told by the the service center lady that someone would be attending within 24 hours - after following up twice, a technician came after 3 days and told that the touchpad needs to be replaced and it will be done within 24 hours.

            Since then 12 days have passed and i have called the service center thrice and send an email to the customer service id - the answer always has been that we will revert back within 1 hour and will get the requisite parts to rectify the problem immediately. Apparently my complaint has been escalated as well.

            Obvious to say no one has turned up and i have received no calls from the service center as well.

            I can guarantee you that i will not recommend any one to buy ifb products and i will be posting this in social media to let general folks know of the appalling level of service you have.

              I got a phone call regarding my washing machine amc renewal, telling that my machines last free service is pending.

              From june 1st week i used to get calls regarding the renewal, till now i daily called to those numbers, but they didnt send any service person.

              How many free services do ifb provide to a single washing machine because i did not even get any free service till now.

              I got few messages also to contact [protected]/[protected]- hadhwika associates, madhapur, hyderabad

              If i call to this no.
              She gave me a service person no. 9xxxxx8.

              I asked him to bring ifb stand (Rs 1450 /) and liquid detergent (Rs 300/).

              From past 15 days i m calling him daily. One day he will say stands are not available, next time he said will engage some other person. They are charging almost 1700 rs for both the items. It is not for free.

              Almost from 2 months i got call from this hadhwika associates, madhapur, hyderabad. But finally of no use. I have to call to all these numbers daily, even when i m out of station also, i have to spare my office hours for this work. I wasted my time and money for telephoning them daily.
              Finally after 2 months they gave me a no.[protected]

              See i provided all those number with whom i spoke.

              This is a complaint to regarding the issues what customers are facing. I just want to know what is the action can be taken against such centers like hadhwika associates, madhapur, hyderabad.

                Hi,
                I have purchased the product in aug 2016. It suddenly stopped working and i have registered the complaint for resolving the issue with customer care on 13th july 2017. Ticket number is [protected]. One service engineer has come and said pcb has to be replaced and said we do not have stock and we will update you once the pcb is available. But till now i have not received any update when the issue will be resolved or when the service engineer will come or nobody ever come and fixed the issue even though i am keep on contacting the customer care so many times. But no response. Customer care people gave me a number to escalate the issue but even i tried calling to that number but still nobody has come to resolve the issue or nobody has called me when the service engineer will come for fixing the issue. This is the very very worst service by ifb. Nobody will care for the customer.

                  Its been almost a month i have given my first complaint regarding my ifb digital washing machine, service engineer came and said the spare parts are no longer available for the model and they stopped supporting the model since 2015. He asked me to get in touch with customer service for the same, after too many follow up and escalation i got the contact details of area service manager in bangalore. I have been chasing her for almost 3 weeks from now initially i was told there will be buy back of 30% if i selected a new ifb washing machine, after selecting the new machine they said this exchange offer valid only for the old washing machines which are under amc. For my current washing model they stopped amc support from 2015 and asking me for amc now. I didn't get any solution from anyone and i keep on calling area service manager for some sort of answers, and my calls are being not picked up for quite long time. I have never seen such a worst customer service which none able to sort out the issue.

                    My ifb washing machine model senator smart 7 kg 1200rpm developed a problem on 14th july and did not start the wash cycle, giving the message:'close detergent drawer to start', inspite of the drawer being closed. We put a complaint the next day (Complaint no[protected] and meanwhile contacted the executive who had supervised installation, one mr tiwari. This person came on 15th july and after checking, said that a sensor has to be replaced that indicates that the drawer has closed. Otherwise the machine was fine. He said he would place the order. The technician came after a few days to attend to the complaint and said the same thing. He also promised to order the part.
                    After that, there have been no updates from either tiwari or the technician. It is now 18 days and we have made over 25 to 30 calls to both. They do not pick up the phone except once or twice and the answer was only, "part is not available." we have no updates at all.
                    How long do we have to wait to use our washing machine??
                    Please help. Urgent.

                      Sir ye body k complain ka kya hua ... abhi tak nahi kiya hai kuch or ab batate ho ki body ka isme nahi aata ye sab kya hai sir...
                      Very Bad or poor service...for Repair & replace parts of Washing machine. & not a Proper Original machine's body because all names & alphabates are hide from body in 1.5 year. So program was not proper View. [ as shown in picture].
                      Mem / Sir ab kab tak hoga mera machine... Please try to understand ... please give me right answer.

                          I purchased the washing machine on 17/08/2014 from khosla elect. Pvtltd, kolkata.
                          The machine is not functioning since 21/07/2017 and it is under 4years warranty from the date of purchase.
                          I lodged a complaint to you on 21/07/2017, your technician visited my house on the same day and discovered the door lock is out of order. After two days he came with the door lock but could not repair and told me that front panel and door lock both should be change at a time and as early as possible he will repair the same as and when hr will get the front panel. But very sorry to say that till date the machine has not been repaired.

                              It is a front tilted drum machine. It gives an error code "e01" and stops. I have to press the "start" button to resume the washing.
                              Ifb technician visited but said this model has stopped whereas my 3 year warranty period has ended just 5 months back.
                              You can't stop providing service to a model which was under warranty till 5 months back.

                                Hi readers/company plz take a note of this... All ppl using ifb dish washer products... The company is provideg bad and low quality product. Last week i brought ifb dish washer salt prices at 135rs. Before the salt was like large crystals of stones and now there are very few stones n more like powder. Before one box of salt used to come to use for a month now i require 2 box a month because of low quality and quantity product sold by the company. This way i'm sure lot of ppl must be faceg this problem... My complain is the company should take a note and should improve the quality of their product...

                                    We hàve a service contract - amc (D[protected] and as what happens always, we had complications with our washing machines senorita sx and complained on friday with assurance that the machine would be attended within 24 hours, it's 48 hours.                                     After repeated interactions with your call executive in last two, today at 1900 hour we spoke to mr ashok patange - floor supervisor who could only provide just hollow assurances once again, what kind of service do you esteemed organisation run?

                                    This is not a one of instances, but a perpetual feature. Last year during the tenure not once did we get your quarterly service. Until we complain and call no courtesy visit or maintenance calls are forthcoming from your end???

                                      We have a model ifb serena sx s. No:076533 at home. Amc is active from 5/5/2017 to 04/05/2019 with sri saravana enterprises, arcot. We logged a complaint regarding ifb washing machine is not working at home and the complaint was registered with complaint no:[protected] and ifb customer code:2936701. The complaint was made 15 days before and nobody called back to resolve the issue. When i checked today i was told the job card was with gowtham and the issue was resolved (Without attempting the problem, the case was closed) already. Kindly check at your end and do the needful at the earliest. I can't believe that ifb is doing such a worst service.
