I purchased the washing machine on 17/08/2014 from khosla elect. Pvtltd, kolkata.
The machine is not functioning since 21/07/2017 and it is under 4years warranty from the date of purchase.
I lodged a complaint to you on 21/07/2017, your technician visited my house on the same day and discovered the door lock is out of order. After two days he came with the door lock but could not repair and told me that front panel and door lock both should be change at a time and as early as possible he will repair the same as and when hr will get the front panel. But very sorry to say that till date the machine has not been repaired.

I have given a complaint on 15th july 2017 regarding Board problem in my washing machine after 4 days a person from service center came and told me that board need to change But till now no one visit and my problem was not solved.many times have given compliant to customer but no use .

It is a front tilted drum machine. It gives an error code "e01" and stops. I have to press the "start" button to resume the washing.
Ifb technician visited but said this model has stopped whereas my 3 year warranty period has ended just 5 months back.
You can't stop providing service to a model which was under warranty till 5 months back.

Hi readers/company plz take a note of this... All ppl using ifb dish washer products... The company is provideg bad and low quality product. Last week i brought ifb dish washer salt prices at 135rs. Before the salt was like large crystals of stones and now there are very few stones n more like powder. Before one box of salt used to come to use for a month now i require 2 box a month because of low quality and quantity product sold by the company. This way i'm sure lot of ppl must be faceg this problem... My complain is the company should take a note and should improve the quality of their product...

We hàve a service contract - amc (D[protected] and as what happens always, we had complications with our washing machines senorita sx and complained on friday with assurance that the machine would be attended within 24 hours, it's 48 hours. (Complain/ticket no.[protected].)

After repeated interactions with your call executive in last two, today at 1900 hour we spoke to mr ashok patange - floor supervisor who could only provide just hollow assurances once again, what kind of service do you esteemed organisation run?

This is not a one of instances, but a perpetual feature. Last year during the tenure not once did we get your quarterly service. Until we complain and call no courtesy visit or maintenance calls are forthcoming from your end???

Hi team,
We have a model ifb serena sx s. No:076533 at home. Amc is active from 5/5/2017 to 04/05/2019 with sri saravana enterprises, arcot. We logged a complaint regarding ifb washing machine is not working at home and the complaint was registered with complaint no:[protected] and ifb customer code:2936701. The complaint was made 15 days before and nobody called back to resolve the issue. When i checked today i was told the job card was with gowtham and the issue was resolved (Without attempting the problem, the case was closed) already. Kindly check at your end and do the needful at the earliest. I can't believe that ifb is doing such a worst service.

Bought three days back IFB front load. (27.07.2017). Installation not done till date even though registration done by dealer on 27.07.2017. Some guy called from IFB installation team and told he will come for demo and not came from last 48 hours. His name is Abdul Malik. [protected].
Switched off his mobile when I tried to call him many times.

I purchased ifb top loading fully-automatic washing machine model no. Aw 60-205s on 13/3/2015,.

To my surprise the above error lu has started coming just after 4 months of warranty expiry of my machine, which was working perfectly..

The guy from company told that the error may be due to defect in pcb and the cost of replacement shall be rs. 6000/-, which is very unrealistic. The guy from the company was amazed...

Called up ifb service center for repairing my washing machine, they turn up after 2 days... After investigation they suggested to change some parts, surprisingly they dont even have price list or mrp mentioned on the part, how can they sell anything without mrp...

I tried calling your manager's ([protected], [protected] etc) they are so rude, they didnt even talked to me, just disconnected the phone...

Very un-professional behavior... I would like to complaint to consume forum, since they sold parts without any price/mrp or any other details...

AMC serice is very poor lot of time we complaind to the customer care but no proper anserwer and result.

Complaint system also very poor.

I have purchased ibf fuully automatic machine two years ago. Now due to some fault it is not working. I have comp. At rajkot (Gujarat) service station named universal. Comp. No.[protected] on[protected]. But nobody is attending com comp.

I consistently maintained my washing machine amc but last year it was expired and while i was between amc no one was visiting from service center and after that one person came and fix the problem temporary. Then again problem arouse and they are asking for money again. They are just looking for money only not providing the service.

I have taken the ifb top load washing machine and after 8 months it is giving noise while spinning. The washing machine is under warranty and i called the customer care to repair the same as it is under warranty,

The technician came and checked, told that one of the part needs to be replaced and hence ordered for the spare from his end as it is under warranty.
After one week got call that he is coming to replace the part and came spent 1 hour, left told that he will come on next day.

After that i have been calling from then everyday and escalated to the concerned persons but no use.
The technician did not come even after 5 days.

I totalllu wexed and its the worst and poor response from the ifb

I am using ifb washing machine elena vx. One fine day the machine stopped turning on, we tried several time but of no use. We called up ifb service center as it was within the warranty period and we expected good service (As was told to us by the dealer). The service guy came after much haggling on the 5th day. He told us that the whole plastic front board will be changed. When asked about how it suddenly stopped working, we were enlightened by the service guy that the switch must have been used indiscriminately (???). He told us that the panel will be of rs. 700, but when we asked him how we are supposed to pay as it is still under warranty, we were told that the warranty is not for plastic parts. Is it so??? We are kind of confused!!! People are supposed to switch on and off their washing machine and when it is company fault why should we be paying???
Well, well the same company another service person has told us that it should be replaced free on cost. So i would like to ask ifb people about there warranty policy for on and off switch and if nothing is done then i will have to go to consumer court as no where it is written that plastic parts which will be used day yo day are not covered under warranty, and will make sure the service guy will be there to answer all my questions about warranty.

The service representative from ifb-new alipore branch, kolkata visited our flat (Address : flat 10b, tower-3, diamond city south, 58 mg road, kolkata-700041 on 24th july and after inspecting the ifb dryer stated that he will visit and replace the "belt". We told him to replace the worn out belt at our cost
Since then, despite blocking our time never visited us for replacing the belt. They are also not responding with a definite time schedule.

We need a qualified ifb representative to visit and replace the dryer belt on urgent basis.

With reference to the above matter we have purchased a dishwasher from above sited shop having following details:

Your aforesaid authorised dealer (Pai electronics-kukatpally-hyd and your customer care area manager also assured that the dishwasher will be will be installed on thursday (26.7.17) but even after repeated calls&followups become in vain to our request. Till today 27.07.17 no corrective action initiated.

Since from morning we trying & pursuing continuously regarding installation of machine with ifb customer care as well as the m/spai electronics-kukatpally-hyd. What every body assured that "defifinitely installation will be done to day." after 5:0 pm so many irresponsible and complex replies we got from your above cited pai electronics dealer-hyd. And counter productive foul plays with customer.

Still installation not done, so in this context as a customer right we are its highly objecting about failure systems and non-ownership of your above reputed dealer's foulplay.

So we don't need this kind worst services and ehic less supporting systems. Please advise your dealer-pai electronics-hyd-kukatpally 1823- to take it back & refund our amount as we made the payment. Because of the utter failure & services of your authorized dealer.
Please look into matter immediately.

We have been complianing for over 15 days for non functioning of our washing machine however to no avail. Ticket number is [protected].
Request urgent attention be given to resolve the issue.in case we don't hear will take it up with the consumer court.
Despite having received a call from the customer service to say someone will come and attend the problem by evening yesterday, no one came or even bothered to call. I actually took off from work to be at home for his arrival. It astonishes me how customer service of a well known brand as ifb known all over the world treats and caters to its customers and their issues/complaints.

Hello my name is vinod and have a registered compliant # [protected] with your service center on the 18th july 2017. Today im writing this in very deep regrets and anger that being almost 10 days i have never received a call or been attended to help resolve my issue.
The bearing of my elite vx 7 kg washing machine is worn out and needs replacement.
The customer support gave me the nos of the service center name prabu @[protected], [protected], i called him on the 24th he said i will attended the next day but still nobody came or called me and guess what!!! He dosent pick the call now.

This is really a very bad after service brand and i really repent for have taken this brand.
A giant manufacturer world wide is having troubles to just replace a small bearing problem haizzzzttttt to ur company.

A manager who speaks with no courtesy, has no communication skills whatso ever and language nothing other than kannada (Good god im a localite to manage the language issue) and the best part is... Guess what!!! Lol still of no use and the yet.
