    Its been almost a week that i registered a complaint. No technician has come yet. This is the ticket number [protected]. Every time i call the service center, the only thing they say is your issue is prioritized and they have done it thrice but none came.
    This was not expected from ifb even when it covers the warranty period. I hope you would change my mind by taking the issue into consideration.

    I have purchased 2tons a/c on 28 Apr 17.
    No service and maintenance has been done so far .please send for service and maintenance at the earliest.
    31/7/2017 I complaint at customer care, Now 8/8/2017, now resolve my complaint. No technicians come at my home... Not solve my problem... Again and again 5 time I call customer care, but not solve my problem... It's a very very bad services...

    Got this machine delivery on 31st July 2017, since then I have only used it twice. Both the time I got error F5 and all the lights get lit up. The service engineer said its because of water pressure. Still the same issue error F5

      A piece of junk in the shape of ifb washing machine bearing model ifb wm top loader tl65rds aqua was bought on january 13, 2016 from kalpana digital world located at 1/10, 12, main vikas marg, lalita park, laxmi nagar, delhi - 110092.
      Since then, more than 15times we have made complaints. Till today, the problem exists. First of all, technician said we need stand which keeps the machine balanced. We bought the stand for inr1, 400, then other technician said we need to have filter. We bought the filter as well for inr1, 800. All the incompetent technicians have checked the machine, every technician says bad word about other technician.
      That's the kid of service ifb offers. This piece of junk has hardly worked so far and every now and then we have to make a complaint for the same. The regular problem has been with some wiring, choked drainage, spinner and so on... With the complaint tollfree[protected], first of all very difficult to reach any human being, then the operator gives one number and when we call at that number, that person gives someone else's number. Very poor customer service!
      With the machine under warranty of 2years, we have made more than 15 complaints, i wonder what will happen post warranty period. Sheer dissappointment! Will never buy and recommend anyone to buy this junkie product or brand ever!
      In the process have just stored numbers on my mobile, the list goes like:
      [protected], [protected] (Anjali), [protected] (Sonu),[protected]N s raghav), [protected] (Hari om), [protected] (Mohan), [protected] (Manoj),[protected]Shree vastav)... Others not stored.
      Now i am done with all my patience, the only resolution i see is either the company replaces the machine, or gives refund. Hope to receive a positive response!

        I own an IFB dishwasher which is troubling me with the wsh cycle interruption.Inspite of repeated complaints for the past 3 months there is no response from the service team.Once a technician visited, and said a certain part is to be replaced and left .he didnot turn up till now.I have an AMC more over which is an absolute waste of money.totally hopeless service. donot take AMC and waste ur money.

          I have been using ifb fully automatic washing machine and somehow the door glass of the washing machine got broken. I lodged a complaint with the ifb customer care and was assured that the part shall be replaced in maximum 7 days but it been more than 21 days and still they are not sure when the required spare will be received.
          I never expected such a bad service from one of the top manufacturers of washing machines. I today feel really guilty for choosing ifb over other brands in market.

            My self jayant ingole from nagpur maharashtra, i purhase the ifb machine 2yrs ago now it is in warranty, within 2 yrs i have face 2-3 problem and resolved by the service dept. Of ifb now there is problem of display pcb (Door open msg) and it is pending from last 20 days. There is no proper feedback from the any service dept. Of ifb and not even they pick the call when we call them. Please do the needful my complaint ticket is [protected].

              Hi,

              Here i give you my ifb complaint no - [protected]. These are ifb customer care numbers[protected], [protected].

              I have bought ifb washing machine from its local authorized centre saurashtra tv centre. As my washing machine having some fault and i have registered complaint on 28th july 2017 to ifb customer care for repair. Still they have not repaired my washing machine and i did not wash my clothes since 14 days. I call them and they they give service centre number. Here i give you the numbers they given me to contact them. (1). Chintan bhavsar - [protected], (2). Mehul -[protected], (3). Harcharan singh - [protected]. These all guys are from tonika services. I called many times to these all guys but all answering same that product part is not arrived and when it will arrive they do not know. Today it is been 16 days and they are all answering same. I request you help to resolve my washing machine repair issue. As my washing machine is having 4 year warranty and it is under warranty.

                Sir, i have lodged my washing machine complaint on 24 jul 17 and m/s apex care service provider at chennai attended the defect. But while dismantling the machine on 24 jul/02 aug 17, the service engr mr manikhandan lost the plastic knob of programmer and till date he has not turned back to change the knob which inturn made machine non ops. My machine is under amc since may 16 for two years. As per amc, the defect needs to be rectified with in 24 to 48 hours. But ifb franchie at chennai taking too long time to make it operational. I spoke to the apex care service partner mr saleem raja several times but not keeping his promises. My machine is down for almost three weeks from 24 jul 17. Request ifb take necessary action to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                  I bought a microwave oven (Model no:-mwo23bc4) from exult agency pvt. Ltd. (Joy electronics) burdwan, west bengal on 26 th december 2015. But after 1yr 6 months the circuit board of the microwave oven became defective according to ifb service center mechanics (Burdwan). The cost of replacement of the circuit board is rs.3200. I request you to look after this fact as the product become defective after warranty period of product i. E. 1 year is undesirable and unexpected for such a reputed company.

                    I had purchased washing machine tl-sdg 8. Kg aqua model on 9 july 2017 but its panel showing problem in operation after 3 days, i had file complain so many times but the service department not solving my problem properly, online complain ticket no.                     I had already talked with ifb service area manager ms. Karishma (Contact no.[protected]), mr. Rehan (Contact no.[protected]) mr. Arun parihan (Contact no. [protected]) and also the sahu sales agency manager mr. Ambujh ([protected]) respectively.
                    I want to change the machine with up-gradation of model by senorita sx 7kg front load model by paying diffrence amount, but the above mention person not providing solution.

                          My name is nilesh radadiya. I live in rajkot city. I have ifb washing machine for last 5 years. Before 45 days my machine started to make noise. So we complain it and one company officer came to check the machine and said us that the bearing and drum need to change. I will change it in a week. This will take a week because we have to bring parts from ahmedabad. Then after a week i call he said that parts has not been brought yet. I continuously started to complain after that. But my machine complain is not solved yet. I contac mr. Bharatbhai (M:[protected] who is head of rajkot ifb service centre. I contacted also a sales person (I dont know his name) m:[protected] but i got just promise with out any action.
                          I want you to solve my complain and take necessary action on above given persons. Your company is well reputed and trustworthy. These types of people are ruining your reputation.
                          I beg you pardon to say that my complain no. Was stored in my mobile and my mobile has been stolen so i can not provide you complain number.
                          I want to change the bearing and drum of my washing machine and repair it completely.

                            I am seriously fed up of the customer care service.
                            I have registered the complaint regarding not working of my microwave and its been 3 weeks... The repair services have not been given... The person regarding the product do not answer my phone and are not willing to take any action...
                            In future i wud never buy any ifb product n wud recommend the same to my relatives n friends..
                            They charge money for just checking the product without giving any service..

                              Every bad response from technical problem solving department.

                              I had raised a complaint with them (Complaint No. [protected]). I got a call from this technical person a that he is coming. Unfortunately, I was in office at that time, and suggested him to come home at 5PM on the same day. He mentioned that he will come by 5PM or 9AM next day. But, till now no response. I sent him SMS stating my details, how to reach and all. But there is no response at all from him, and the complaint continues. Then, I talked to their customer care executive again twice, and they assured that the technician will come the same day. But there is no answer at all. So, Over all response from this company on after-sale service is very bad according to my experience.
                              To be noted: My product was out-of-warranty. So, its a income for the company, still they didn't care about service.

                                I bought the above mentiond microwave oven in may 16. There was a defect reported in the samw on 30 Jul 17 that no heating was happening. I registered a complaint at ifb customer care against complaint no [protected]. The engineer visited on 31 Jul 17 but was not carrying any spares. The faulty components suspected were diode and capacitor. Without any solution provided he took a service charge of Rs 354, seemed like he came to take that only as was not carrying spare parts and most importantly was insisting not to take bill, but however i took a bill. The service engineer gave a time line for 01 day for availabilty of spares. Next day view non availabilty of spares a time line for 04 days was given follwed by next 02 days and then 03 days. Finally today again i got one more date after 02 days. My question is that is it so difficult to manage demands of spares and your inventory and is so much of time is required in provisioning of spare parts at service center. This kind of attitude of promptly taking service charge and delaying replacement of spares by a considerable time is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I need a solution in this regard at the earliest as i trust this company since past 20 years and i know that one ill-operated service center cannot define a company operating principles.

                                  My microwave stopped working since few days back. We lodged a complaint for which we got complaint no. [protected] and were told that somebody will attend within 24 hrs. Nobody visited since then and the cheat technicians of the cheat company showed that the door was locked as a reason for not showing up. These people think we are crazy? They didn't even visited. Really disgusting and disappointing service delay. If they can't handle their customers, they shouldn't thug them by selling their products. I will never suggest anyone to ever go for any ifb product. Ifb company is a cheater.

                                      My washing machine door's lock broke while removing clothes. We complained the ifb service person. I think that they took more money for just repairing a door lock.in the bill they wrote 480 for door lock and 575 for s/r/c. I'm attaching the bill also with the complaint. Kindly look into it and respond as soon as possible.

                                        I registered a complaint (Reference number : [protected]), with my registered mobile number xxxxxx4073 on 1st august 2017.

                                        It's been more than a week now and my complaint has not been resolved yet. I am tired of connecting to your customer care and service center, and even today (8 days after i first logged my complaint), i have not received an satisfactory answer neither from your customer care nor from your service partners.

                                        I am really frustrated now and suffering big time with your dysfunctional washing machine. If possible, please get my complaint resolved as soon as possible, or at least please let me know the exact date by which i can expect my complaint to be resolved, so that i can look out for other arrangements.

                                        Updating this forum just to update, that my complaint got resolved the very next day I posted my concern on this portal.

                                        Ref Invcoice no SLA[protected] dtd 15/08/2017

                                        With ref. to above subject I purchase IFB W/M TL 7 KG TL-SDG AQUA S SILVER 53/63 on 15/08/2017 with request to Deliver on 17/08/17 and for Installation and Demo on 18/08/17. I recd delivary on 17/08/17 After number of calls to Customer care IFB and Chroma Store and personal visit to Croma Store at Goregaon for demo and installation, they forgot to take initiative for demo and installation. But Demo and Installed on 19/08/17 by evening at 06.50 pm without prior intimation by technician. We found difficulty to operate the machine and installation work is also incomplete. At 7.15 pm, I inform to IFB Customer Care for the same . They informed that they will arrange expert technician to resend for redemo and installation.

                                        On Monday 23.08.2017 remind to IFB Customer Care for the same. They give Ticket No. [protected], but they have not registered my complaint on 19.08.2017. Thereafter on number of I called to Croma Store, & Customer Care and IFB Customer Support, so far no response received by me from them.

                                        Under such circumstances, I am not interested in your product, so you please take back the same and credit my payment to my account.
