Jo last 22/07/2017 se as on today bandh pada hai aur pata nahi kitne din band pada rahega, koi proper helpline no nahi koi proper guide nahi complain no [protected] uske 6 days baad again complain no. [protected] than koi banda visit kar ke bolta hai aapka pannel main water gaya hai aap ka warranty nahi chalega aapko naya pannel lena pade ga jis ka cost 3500 approx hoga???
Agree to change panner today 09/08/2017 abhi tak company ke paas pannel available nahi hai

I am custumer of ifb washing machine i used this from last 8 months we have problem in washing machine from last 20days. We complaint in service center in himatnagar the name is mr gandhi my sister called him for washing machine problem for lookeup what happen... But that mr gandhi is talking very badly with my sisiter... Have lodged the complaint on29/7/17 with a complaint no [protected]. No body reverted after this for 4-5 days and when we checked with customer care, we were told that this complaint is already addressed and closed from there side with even without somebody visited us. Even after that also first person visited on 5/8/17 and told that motor is need to be changed. He again came back on saturday with a faulty motor. Since than he is not visited and even no one is bother to update on this. Call centre nos are coming busy and no body is bother to update us. It is more than 10 days not able to get the solution. Pathetic services. Sales person who came to us even sold some powder and filters and charged us but now he is vanished.

My ifb washing machine diva aqua vx 6kg 800 rpm. Called customer care on june 19th 2017 ticket no.[protected]. Technician checked machine and said mother board needs to be replaced. Came 2 days later with spare but it was not working because not suitable for this model. Ever since then no one has come with the right spare part to repair. On july 29th 2017 i cancelled the ticket and raised a fresh complaint hoping somebody would turnup. Ticket no.[protected]. No one has come till date. Please help...

Don't buy if washing machines, service centre ppl are not bothering any service of customer... Lodged complaint on july 18 the till now... No response from there office... There office ppl are very busy & there call centre ppl are giving others numbers to know the status of service... Excellent service... So my advice purchase any other company... Don't choose blindly in future you will be facing lot of service problems.

The complaint against this ticket number has been pending since 17 days today.. Every time a person from the service centre comes checks rhe machibe and tells a problem.

The person from thane service centre is not picking up our calls.

When we call ifb care your representative's say the sine person named yogesh or dinesh is not responding.

Why should we suffer for your company's internal issues...!!!

My machine is giving electric shock when touched since yesterday.
We also booked anow emergency complaint. But that also has no response from ifb.

There are 5 people who operate the machine. What of someone gets a shock a gets a medical condition. Who should be held responsible for negligence...!!!

Purchased ifb senator aqua, still in warranty. Complained about water leak in front at customer complaint no,[protected] on 25/07/2017. No body came. Reminded again on 29/07/2017. Was assured of attending within 24 hrs. Nobody has come till now, 3:00 pm 07/08/2017.
Company provides no e-mail nor escalation information. The only gateway to the company is the tel, no, mentioned above, which only befools, it appears.

I have a senator 6 kg washing machine under amc for two years. During the past one year its drum had been making noise and had been repaired by your technician time and again, however, the probem erupts again and again please look into this and get the machine repaired at the earliest.

It is further submitted that last time the technician who came, he did not fixed outer body as per requirement of the machine. Please direct the technician, who visits henceforth, to fix the body properly.

I raised complaint for spin noise due to diaphragm rubbing with drum - 2 months ago but still now problem not solved.
Even though i called your customer care more than 10 times toll free number.

Sir, the problem in my washing machine was attended by your technician. He changed some parts on return after few days and demanded rs.3000 and he did not give a bill. Now he is not attending phone calls and fixes timing to re-attend randomly but again he never came.
Requesting you to take immediate action. The machine is still not working.

The machine is troubling me since day 1 as i got a faulty machine and when i requested for a replacement, manager here at ifb service centre denied

I have purchased dish washer and microwave oven from devi international jayanager bangalore on[protected].
Once one person called me and fixed the time for demo.
On that day i took leave and was waiting for him on that day he did not turn up by giving silly reasons.
His name is pavan.
Till date 6-8-2017, he is not giving convenient time for demo.

So far ifb demo person has not come to give demo.
Still dish washer and oven are in packed condition only and the have become show piece..

If it is the condition for demo, i do not what about quality of service.
Now i am repenting why i have purchased ifb

Sir i ramesh kisanrao pote had complaint for noise of ifb washing elena dx, 5.5 kg which was purchased before six year on dated 18.07.2017 vide ticket no. [protected], after 2 days continious persuation one technician came to house and suggested for replacement of bearing and commited it will repairs within two day and approximate estimate of rs. 1500. But latter on there is conyinious no reply from technician and whenever call will recieved he promise i will come tommorrow. After this i again complaint launched complaint on toll free on dated 04/08/2017 vide ticket no [protected] and again called to customer center but nothing happened. This is the fact of customer care of amravati ifb centre (Bogus) centre. I contacted no [protected], [protected]. Now there is no response from care.
Sir i am facing lots of problem due to non working of washing machine, being a faith on ifb i purchased this model but customer care is very bad responded. So pl. Do the needful for action urgently.

I booked compliant about my washing machine because it is creating noise while spinning on 3 jul 2017, on 7 jul 2017 a technician came examined the machine and said to replace balancing rods and on 13 jul 2017 in response to the compliant another technician came and said to replace springs and they will come on 17 jul 2017 but till now there is no response from them and they cancelled the call when we contacted them they told to book another complaint

I have equipments such as oven, dish washer and washing machine from ifb. I need to carry out service of those equipments. Have raised it through helpline number.

Complaint submitted : almost 10 days.

Response : zero.

I was given contact details of mr. Bhavsar. Have called him many a time. No response at all.

Contacted helpline number more than 4 - 5 times.

Overall experience : hopeless.

This is rajesh kumar from repalle guntur (Dist), truely trusted your product so i buyed ifb elina aqua washing machein worth of 27000, booked demo yestreday, today morning your service agent call me for demo, i 'll said come but they are demanding buy accessories from us then only we come to give demo other wise we won't and that service man talking with coustmer very harsh and rudly, this is not the correct way to deal with coustomer, it was very bad from ifb prestigious leading company, but your agent are not professional and they talking unparlamentary language, if he like this way your products gonna have very bad impression to the coustmers.
I[censored] could't take action on him, i'll go through further action in sevear. Thanks in advance

I have a 7-year-old, ifb front load washing machine. Some 15 days back it stopped working automatically. I had to manually change the button to get it from one function to another. I registered a complaint with ifb customer care who sent in an engineer.

The engineer informed me that there was some problem in the timer of the machine and has to be changed and it would cost me inr 2100 plus 400 service charge. I agreed to get it changed but as the part was not available he said he would get it and replace in a day or two.

He did not return for another week, neither picked my calls nor called back. Finally when he picked my call and he informed that as he was on leave he has transferred my complaint to some other person and he would remind him but no one turned up. Therefore, i complained again. This time i was told that service would be provided within 48 hours but i finally got a call after76 hours and the engineer promised to come but neither came nor picked my phone. When my husband called from his number he agreed to come but told the charges to be inr 4000 for hinge and timer and inr 590 for service charge. When i asked to speak to his manager, he told will call back again. He called me after 15-20 minutes and told that the charges for the product are 2800 and service charges 350.

I registered complain in 26th july 2017. And service boy are come this day and refer for replacement parts. & he told me... Further details in call back from customer service. But not any call in 7days... &
I am call from customer service he/she give me other other exicutive & manager & service providers other other numbers. And all customer service provider are told me in all day remaine for this complain for service provider last 4 day and 15-20 calls i am calling in ifb customer service center but he/she is not possitive reply. And not solve my problems and he/she is take late time for my machine repair.
And calls are recieving in customer care 5 to 10 minutes.
And main customer exicutives are recieving after 22-25 minutes.
More time require for recieving customer's call.
& day to day not true answer for repiring time & he/she told me... I am reminder & fast reply for this complain.

Very very bad service for this in ifb service center.
So i am requesting minimum time for my machine's repaire.

I lodged a complaint for my 6kg senator washing machine 8days ago at the authorised number. After previous bad experiences with the service centre at kota, rajasthan, i called them up after 2days requesting them to have a look at the machine. Their standard excuse is that they have too many places to look after. The technician visited on 29th july (Saturday) and i was informed that 4 parts needed to be replaced and that they would do the needful by monday, 31st july. Monday went by and on calling them on tuesday, i was told that they had their closing the previous days and don't do any billing. The order would be sent to jaipur that day;i. E the 01st august and on 02nd, they would replace the parts. However, on 02nd afternoon when i called them to find out the time at which they would arrive, i was told by mr anil to speak jaipur as the parts had not been dispatched yet. On calling jaipur, i was told by the person incharge, mr vikram that they had been dispatched the previous day. The phone was disconnected by him and neither sides answered the phone despite calling various times. Mr anil at kota and mr vikram have been passing the buck and did not bother calling back. It is extreme mental harassment being meted out to the customer and they seem to find it very amusing.

My ifb machine is giving error msg e1 in multiple times during a wash. It resumes washing again just open & close the upper lidof the machine. I am facing this problem sincei pur hased the machine... Technician visited number of times but he only suggested to use descale powder for clensing of machine but never tried to diagnose if there is any technical problem. I seriously lost faith from ifb as machine is just 14 months old and now i presume...
