Dear sir,

I bought a ifb senorita sx 6.5 kg washing machine recently. It was working properly for 5 months. After that it has stopped spinning and i am getting "taco" error code. The ifb technician who attended the complaint also does not know the meaning of this error. Can you please explain what does this error code mean and what is the repair action required.

Respected sir/madam, i purchased ifb washing machine (7 kg) from nidhi sales, visnagar (Dist: mehsana, state: gujarat) on[protected]. Before few days (Date:[protected], my washing machine started to show one error named e8 on display panel. I contacted dealer about this. He sent one person from showroom but the problem did not resolved. Again one service engineer from ifb visited my home after 7 days but the problem still not resolved. From ahmedabad, service engineer visited then also still my problem continues. Now i am frustrated from ifb. Initially, my family members denied buying any product of ifb but i convinced them to buy ifb. Today, i cannot stay in my home because i am unable to resolve their problem from last 15 days. I want to get the money back not the replacement of the machine. If the ifb will not listen within 3 days, i will put the machine on road just in front of showroom. I have been following up for a complaint which has been raised couple of months back. The customer care representatives are not answering properly. I have been calling them daily to check the status. Its bad on their part when a customer call you daily for an issue. I have never been treated like before. I am frustrated with their service. It is better to shutdown this company rather than creating chaos among customers. Please don't go for ifb products then you will face the same problem like how i am facing now. This is my third complaint raised in this forum but no one has responded for this.

Very unprofessional service for demo. Since 4 days assurance is given to provide demo, executive calls me will reach in evening after 6pm. Daily either me or my wife hurriedly reach home compromising office hours. But no one turns up. Fed up of calling ur service provider call center. They say will revert to in 24 hours.. Again no communication. Worst service ever encountered

We gave a complaint for the ifb dishwasher, a few months ago. They said, the front panel needed to be changed and there was a valve problem that caused that blocked water from draining out. We spent rs. 4500 and the problem was never resolved.

Now, despite registering complaints and talking to their managers and maintenance people, they have not attended to the problem. I regret buying an ifb dishwasher. After sales service is miserable!

Since 8th july 2017 till today ifb washing machine spin issue is not cleared but each time complaint closed by the in experienced technicians. Complaint nos [protected], [protected], [protected].. Highly frustrated...

Complaints are closed without resolving... They wait to finish warranty so that they can charge... Will need to approach via consumer court if this persists.

About two months back we had raised a complaint online about the leakage in our washing machine and had requested the ifb customer care in hyderabad to route a representative to take a look at it and repair the machine. One month after the complaint was registered, two people who introduced themselves as ifb service personnel from anu techno enterprises, hyderabad, came to check the machine and informed that the outer drum of the machine has got damaged in transit (We had shifted from delhi to hyderabad) and needs to be replaced. The cost of the drum was told to be around rs 5500 and we were told to pay the advance. We paid rs 2575 for the drum as advance and rs 575 as visiting charges. It has been about a month and the concerned person has not returned till date. He does not attend our calls. His name is inzamam and his mobile no. Is [protected]. Please resolve the issue.

I have purchased top load fully automatic washing machine from naresh trading company sector 1 bhilai (Cg) on 16jul17, the delear promised me that ifb technician will be visting home for demo purpose very nex day but till date no body has come. Though i have talk to customer care and dealer several time but its still pending. Very disappointing with the service from ifb, once you pay hansome amount, they forget even for demo & installation.

I had purchased ifb washing machine # model number tl65rdw dated[protected]. Since the date of purchase, the machine not working good and during spinning mode"se" error is displaying on panel. We registered complaint at local ifb service center. But they did not resolved the problem. Technician accepted the faulty part and promised to replace. But problem still as such. We need quick response from ifb head office to resolve the matter.

I am an ifb user from past 20 + years. I have 3 ifb washing machines and all are in perfect condition and i use to recommend ifb machines to my friends and relatives. Recently few weeks back i bought a chimney for my home and found it is giving extraordinary nice soon after installation onwards. The reasons explained by your technitian was 1. This is the normal sound coming from a chimney. 2. Chimney can't suck the complete smell, it is commonly used as a show piece in high class kitchen and wl not serve the purpose of fixing a exhaust fan. 3. If i still need to reduce the sound then he can think of reducing the motor capacity. 4. He charged inr 2650 for installation and connecting a pipe line.
Twice i went to the dealer and reminded on this issue but any of them are ready to solve this matter.
I understand that this product is not up to the standard of other products introduced by ifb. If you are not confident on chimney, kindly let me know so that i can replace it with some other make.
If i am not getting a proper response from you i may be forced to take up this matter legally through a consumer forum.

Ifb service center refuses to sell replacement spare parts such as drive belt /drain pipe and water inlet pipe without adding the service centers service charge
Irrespective of the fact that small and trivial repairs can be done wuthout the help of their trained service personnel.
So now yoy end up paying the

Mrp of the spare + unutilized servicing cost
So pay up the ransome as service charge or you do not get the spare
Repent for buying an ifb product

I have raised an issue on june 29th, technician visisted and said that he will place an order for led panel board for my washing machine and will get back to me in a week. Soon after a week closed the ticket when i contacted to customer care they have informed that there is no reponse from myside (As per their records the technician has not visited to my house). Again rasied new ticket and contacted service centre on this and also contacted areal service manager requested and promised will be fixed this issue in 4 days. But on the top 4 days 4 more days gone. No response even we call. I realised now i will never recommend and will not take from anyone to buy this ifb product. The worst servicing in india. I have never faced this kind of issue with other companies.

I purchased a washing machine in ifb website on 10th of july and supposed to be delivered in 5 to 7 days. But it's not delivered and don't have any updates.

I called 6 times to customer support team and every time i have to tell my problem. When i call to support team they say that we don't have any product details registered with us based on phone number this is the number i provided while purchasing and will forward to separate team after giving my purchased details. They promised me to get a call from separate team every time when i call, but there is no call. The customer guy gave me below phone numbers and mail id based on deliver address. But no one is picking up call and no response for email.

First of all why should i call to these local numbers and follow up.

This is so frustrating and very unsatisfied with customer service. Delivering the product itself they are doing all these things and i can assume for service also.

In spite of several calls to the toll-free no and contacted service manager mr. Sailendra also no technician has attended it.

I had to take leave also as i was assured after every calls to the service manager mr sailendra about the technician visit.

It is a harassment for me.
I really do not know how to fix up this issue.

The service of the ifb was simply super because i have bought my new washing machine on from that day the machine has worked ex termly superb but from the next month the complaints has been started to my knowledge with in six months i have used my machine for not more than 20-30 time (For six months duration) because there is something or the other complaints. The technician will come to our home and tell the most un-understandable reason and walk out from my home this had happened for more than 10 times and plz mention i have gave the complaint on all parts of my machine. So now my patience was zero as a customer with in the warranty period i would req the team of ifb to replace my washing machine with the new one.

The technician came & attended the service request as above on july 12th itself and mentioned that there is a plastic pipe which needs to be replaced to stop the leakage in the washing machine. He has promised that it will be done the next day early hours i. E. 13th july by 12 noon.

He did not turn up at that time & when we had called him up at around 1.45pm on 13th, he said that he is on his way to delhi & therefore, we should contact his colleague for attending our service request.

Then we had called him up also but he had mentioned that ifb had provided him a defective part & he has rejected the same.

Since then we had called up the call centre umpteen number of times but without any success & nobody turned up from ifb as well.

Strangely, we have received a message on our mobile [protected] on july 15th 4.54 pm as follows:

"dear customer, tkt [protected] was requested for cancellation owing to
Customer will call back/inform"

This is to confirm that i have never ever cancelled any servixe request to anybody in ifb since the complain is not resolved. I have also called up the customer care many times and told them that the problem is existing. They and assured me that the supervisor mr. Ali will call back within a very short time but we never received any call back either from the service centre or mr. Ali so far.

We have a 2-year contract for the good-service of our ifb senorita washing m/c. If this is the quality of your service after so many follow ups & phone calls, i am afraid that what will you attend when we have a much bigger problem with the machine than just replacing a plastic pipe!

We have give so many complains for our machine regarding machine is not working but from last three months your service center is not doing work the same problem is there and no one to listen us, and your service center behave so bad-mannered so now we request you kindly look the mater other wise we have no option to go to consumer forum and make complain against company.

I am ifb dishwasher customer. Dishwasher is a machine that is not relevant to indian market, but still i made a mistake of buying it and that too from company like ifb. Ifb products are good only till they don't ask for servicing, once your product calls for service, ifb people will put you in loop.

When a service person came to repair my dishwasher, he said that pcb is having problem. I paid him rs.5100 for pcb replacement and was happy to have my dishwasher running. The service person at that time didn't utter a word regarding the amc or other complications waiting to be treated. Within a week of pcb replacement, the machine stopped again with f9 error. I had no choice but to register a complaint again.

Now, a person called amol comes to my house and without even checking the dishwasher, he says that divisor valve is to be changed and you will be charged rs.5800. When i complained to mr. Kishore from vishwakarma agency about amol that he didn't even try to repair the machine then he came personally and concluded that i will have to pay for the part and amc to avoid future problems. The charge for part he said was rs.5800 and amc rs.4000. This means within a week's time, they want me to pay rs.15000 to keep my machine running for one year (Amc is maintenance contract for one year). My problem is that why didn't the person talk about amc at the time of pcb replacement? If each part costs rs.6000 then is this machine a use and throw option as after few years o[censored]sing the machine, you will have to spend a sum equivalent to the machine price.

I am trying to reach some harshali ma'am on phone as advised by their customer care executives, but even she is not picking the phone and i think this forum will help me solve this issue.

Whether you are ifb washing machine, microwave, or dishwasher customer, understand one thing that the products are use and throw, as you won't be able to afford repairs for sure.

On 06 feb 2014 i purchased one ifb front load washing machine senorita aqua sx through ifb dealer in delhi cantt area.

But within a month the machine started behaving abnormal. On repeated complaint the technician visited and said that the motor is faulty and same he replaced twice. But that also could resolve the problem. Finally we had to approach to area manager and the complete machine was replaced. This process took more than one month. It was a long suffer with the new machine.

Again within a year the machine started behaving abnormally and this time the technician said that the main circuit board i. E. Motherboard of the machine is unserviceable and needs to be replaced. This time also it took more than 10 days to resolve the problem completely. This time also we had to contact service coordinator. It's very painful for struggling so much for each snags.

Recently, on 02 jul 17 again i had a problem of "door not locking" with and registered a complaint vide number [protected]. Technician visits after 02 days and said that the door lock is unserviceable and needs replacement. It took one week for same. Even after the replacement of door lock mechanism the machine still not working. Then again he said that motherboard needs replacement (It was already replaced once). Everyday on calling to technician he says either parts are not available due to gst or if parts available then he says that today only he will come and rectify the problem. Time passing away and its half month finish no one attending to my problem.

I am suffering a lot because of worst customer service of ifb (One of the leading washing machine manufracture). On this regard i need your help and guidance for initiating suitable action against ifb.

Iam writing this mail with deep regret, that i have made a mistake in purchasing ifb top loading fully automatic washing machine. The machine was purchased on[protected], but till date installation of the washing machine is not done, dealer has not registered on ifb for demo till[protected]. After my call to dealer registered for demo on[protected]Ticket no. [protected]) and iam following it up with your customer care since then, and everyday i call they promise today our person will visit for demo which is the case till[protected], if this is the case for demo then i have to imagine for any service on the machine will take months/years for your service person to visit and rectify the problem. Also your dealers service is pathetic and insane. I request all the people reading this not purchase any of ifb products because they are unfit to be in the market.
