My senator wxs 8kg washing machine is under warranty, the door rubber gasket got a cut and the water leaks from door. The service engineer said the new gasket would cost rs. 2900 + filter rs 1800. The online price for similar models showing around rs 900. Then why IFB charging huge for their customers, If I need to pay rs ~ 5000 every year then what is point in purchasing such a expensive item.
I just want to know the real cost of the rubber sleeve and whether it will be covered under warranty or not?

      I have purchased IFB dishwasher from Bajaj Electronics Madinaguda, Hyderabad about a week back and during installation the IFB support technician realised and told us that there is a leak in the bottom part of the machine, from where the water was spilling over the floor. So he said ordered for a replacement and it will be delivered in 3-5 days. It's been 5 days now and neither I received a call or any communication that when I will receive it. Please look into this issue. I live in Miyapur, Hyderabad.

        I raised the complain multiple times with IFB and everytime they closed the tickets without any attempt or contact with me.
        I bought AC from IFB, which is now working like a fan blower, its not cooling anymore and its only a month old.
        Submitted complain multiple times but everytime I raise the complain, it gets closed by its own, now one calls me or no other means of contact.
        Please help me resolving this and dont buy anything from IFB, its the worst servvice I have ever seen.

            Had worst experience with IFB service, we had issue with our front load 6.5kg Senorita Aqua model washing machine, we are getting huge noise from machine so we have raised a complaint #[protected] Dated : 25th Feb 2021. Next day technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace drum which will be very expensive and asked us to go for AMC and wait for 50 days to avail free replacement. After paying Rs. 4366 for AMC and waiting for 50 days, we raised the complaint again
            #[protected] and then new technician came and said there is no issue with Drum but shocker need to be changed. After changing shocker also the issue was not fully resolved and we registered multiple complaints to fix same. (#[protected], [protected]). After 5th time noise issue has been resolved when I asked to arrange visit of senior technician. While fixing the problem, technician observed flicker in display and asked us to get controller changed free of cost under AMC mentioning that it may get faulty in near future. We agreed and told them to replace same. They arranged the refurbished part for which I raised my concern, but they mentioned in AMC only refurbished part will be there. We agreed after they gave assurance that part has been fully tested. Same controller got faulty in 1.5 months and I again registered complaint. By the time AMC expired and they started asking for AMC else visiting charged+ part cost to fix the problem. i escalated issue to higher level in service team to avail free of cost replacement as replaced controller board must be having some warranty. Till date I did not get any support from any of the service member. My machine is in breakdown condition and now they are asking me to go for AMC and wait ffor another 50 days to fix that. We (customer) are calling IFB customer care daily and they are conveying that they we will forward the complaint to higher authorities. Even, we have called local in charge, franchise and but none of them responded back with solution to this problem. We are very much disappointed with level of service and specifically quality of the part being served while equipment in under AMC. Technicians are misguiding and exaggerating problem and asking to go for AMC.

            I am not going to pay single rupee for the part which has been replaced recently and went faulty. Original controller there in machine was working perfectly fine except very rare flicker which we did not notice too.

            I need help on this else i will go for another brand. i have never experienced such poor support for any company till date.

              It’s been more than a month with regular follow ups on the poor service provided by IFB service centre in Haldwani. The complaint initially registered was for drainage problem in my washing machine and required a service from a long time. It was in a completely working condition and was looking for a service to clean the drain pump for smooth flow of water.

              A junior technician was appointed for the visit to resolve the problem. The technician directly came and de-assembled the whole washing machine from the front to clean the drain pump. But he wasn't able to re-assemble the machine properly, which led to my machine not working at all and the door could not open. The request was now transferred to a senior technician due to fault by the junior technician from the same service center.

              My machine is working now but still showing a 'Door error' that the senior technician did not resolve. And they claimed their Service Charge as well which was paid to them. The fault was by Junior Technician in the beginning.

              I have tried to call the customer care and even talked to the escalation department on same who promised us to send the technician from Branch Office. Now they say that the senior technician that came the other day and connected the machine to direct that has affected the mother board and I will have to get the mother board changed at my cost. But why? Wasn’t it the technician fault to not recognise the problem, making the machine direct? Why should I be paying the charges. The service area head of Kumaon region is trying to back up the technician. I have no support from whosoever and just trying to follow up to get my machine restored in a working condition like before.

                On 18-May-2022 I raised a complaint [protected].
                -My IFB Sonority Aqua VX 6.5 had an issue with the door lock.
                -Contacted IFB customer care and raised a created a complaint to fix it.
                -It was assigned to a technician named Bala Koti Reddy Vegise who works at Siva Sai Enterprises (IFB Franchise) in Hyderabad.
                -He told that he will make a work around that would work fine for some time and asked me to purchase AMC.
                -He then took some electric wire and connected the sockets 1 and 2 in the power plug inside the door lock.
                -Then he took a payment of 3845 against AMC.
                -The reason why I took AMC was that he promised me the issue is resolved for time being and he would fix the real component once the AMC is activated after 70 days.
                -He started the machine and it was filling water in soap tray. Then he told its fixed and left.
                -After he left what I found was that the drum was not actually rotating. It was working totally fine till the day before.
                -Now I am not sure if the short circuit he created caused this new issue.
                -As expected he is not responding over phone.
                -I feel cheated. I would have bought a new washing machine. The only thing I did wrong was trusting this IFB technician Bala Koti Reddy Vegise.

                It was a lot of mental agony for me as the machine is not working and someone robbed me off my hard earned money.

                Please help me in getting my AMC payment back from this fraudulant franchise Siva Sai Enterprises or get the issue fixed.

                The issue is very similar to mine. How the service centre technician from Haldwani service centre Mr. Monu tried to make a fool out of me. Claimed the service charge and asked me to get the AMC and made the machine to direct with those wires in the door lock. And now they say my PCB has been defaulted. The technicians fault is costing me a lot. I have registered my complaint and still waiting to hear back from them. It’s been more than a month I’ve been facing this issue sadly. I’m even bearing the expenses to get my washing done from external entity.

                    We have ifb senorita aqua 6.5 kg it is showing taco error from 2days technician says bearing and bracket needs to be replaced and says it doesn't comes under 10 years spare support and is costing around 7.5k, can you please help it with company support. We recently got pcb changed which costed around 7.5 k even then they said it will not come under 10 years spare support, what will come under 10years spare support if nothing comes under it why do they out such a big cheating tag stating 4 years warranty and 10 years spare support and cheat people like this with a big brand name ifb it is a clear cheating under the brand name.

                        Purchased ifb washing machine - june 2019.

                        Installation got delayed and not upto standards

                        noticed water leaking from bottom of the drum.

                        Technician advised buying an ifb stand for the wm. Got that, he adjusted the levels, problem resolved but started again after 6 months.

                        Complained again - technician blamed the flooring. Then adjusted the stand. This went on for over 6 times.

                        Issue continues with intermittent shocks. Quality of wash is average too.

Next day technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace one of the part, which he said he will do next day. But, till now no one turned up to replace the part. We (customer) were tracking the complaint daily and no one are attending the complaint till date . We are calling IFB customer care daily and they are conveying that they we will forward the complaint to higher authorities. We were tracking the complaint daily and no one is attending the complaint till date . We are calling IFB Even local in charge, franchise and but none of them responded back.                                 I filed a complaint against IFB AC. complaint Number CB[protected], Initially technician came Next day, checked ODU but issue not resolved and he not confirmed what is the exact issue, I requested that technician what is the issue in AC ? and he answers like it may be PCB issue or FAN issue or AC Compressor Failure, he charged 590 rupees for visiting charges, my issue not resolved and without any intimation Ticket CB[protected] closed.

                                After I enquired about my complaint, CC people told me that the complaint has been closed. Post which, I re launched the complaint and now it’s been over 10 days and no action is been taken. Each day, new story, new commitments. I have escalated (Escalation TT [protected]) the issue multiple times but it seems there is no professionalism in IFB hired employees.

                                I am now sick of calling every day to these unprofessional guys and getting frustrated each time.
                                My IFB AC purchased @ 14/01/2018, Under warranty. please resolve my complain immediately.

                                  Good evening sir/madam,
                                  I had registered a complaint regarding my IFB top load washing machine .
                                  A person had come for service but could not do anything. He said he couldn't open the spin tub. Further said that his senior technician will visit us, but it has not happened yet.
                                  It's has been a week since the washing machine is out o[censored]se .
                                  When we r trying to contact there is no positive response from the other end.
                                  We are having serious issues with your service.
                                  Everytime we r being diverted to some other number and still there is no response.
                                  Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                                    This washing machine is creating troubles since the day1.

                                    I bought this bloody waste machine in 2017

                                    With the troubles it created, we have changed most parts (luckily was under warranty till 2021). We have changed the drum, board, rubber (rubber was not covered under warranty and was changed only in 2021).

                                    Recently, the machine started spitting smoke out and when it was diagnosed I was told that it was due to the rubber. They said it will be under warranty and had to change it by paying ~2.5k+590rs as Service Charge.

                                    Now again, exactly after a year, the same issue of smoke is repeating and we are asked to change the same part again. I am not sure what is the quality of the spare material makes me wonder is IFB really a good brand.

                                    Adding cherry to the top, the technician threw another bomb (this time nuclear), saying the bearing needs to be replaced along with the drum as well. Particularly to say the drum was replaced under warranty ~1.5years back.

                                    I am seriously fed with this company and definitely this company has to be kicked out India for providing such substandard quality of products.

                                    When I raise this to customer care, they are pushing to buy AMC stating machines will create problems and buying AMC could bring peace.

                                    We have paid the 590rs to the technician, they said they will come back with rubber part spars in two days and fit it in the machine. It is been almost 10days and their company's number is not active to reach out - +91 [protected]/[protected].

                                    Now I am feeling bad of spending 33k of my hard earned money over this waste machine that creates a maintenance of min. 5k a year.

                                    I want IFB to interfere and Get this sorted out ASAP

                                    Hello IFB,

                                    This case was logged before 20 days approx.

                                    There has 4 service technicians visits. They diagnosed and reported that the quality of the rubber sleeve changed before (last year) was not of that good quality and the replacement has be made last Friday only.
                                    I have paid 1800/- for this in this current year and the last year I have paid Rs. ~2000+.

                                    Ironically, the problem has not been resolved yet. The machine still continues to produce smoke after the spin.

                                    I am seriously surprised because of the quality of spares & service IFB offers to Indian consumers.
                                    Is IFB really thinking Indian customers are fools here to be managed with the way they can make huge profits?????

                                    If yes, please pack your bags. May be customers could atleast choose other brands.

                                    I am awaiting to hear from you.

                                    Wondering what is the next step IFB is planning to do right now.

                                    May be I should have asked for a machine replacement in the second year itself.

                                    After the recent visit, the machine has started giving an error Pr5.
                                    Not sure what your team, brand, service and entire IFB population is doing here in this INDIA.

                                    When I reach out to your service centers, customer cares, AMC is being pushed. Is that all the quality of product IFB maintains???

                                    4 new problems in 3months. I am completely dissatisfied with your product and your company+service.

                                      I purchased two AC of your company and at the time it was assured to me the company would provide three free services but after the purchase nobody comes for the same and ultimately I call to your customer care and lodge the complaint regarding service and also one of the AC was having issue of cooling, on 12.04.2022 vide aforesaid vide ticket numbers [protected] and [protected] the your technician came to my house at 7 PM on 14.04.2022 and and after getting copies of the invoices of AC's, said he will come tomorrow and will attend complaint and service but thereafter nobody comes to attend the same. After that dealer from whom I had purchased these AC given me mobile no [protected] of one Sunil, I also call him he said I will check up with the office but till today I get no response, therefore after waiting for long time I am lodging this complaint and my aforesaid complaint is well within time.
