Had worst experience with IFB service, we had issue with our front load 6.5kg Senorita Aqua model washing machine, we are getting huge noise from machine so we have raised a complaint #[protected] Dated : 25th Feb 2021. Next day technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace drum which will be very expensive and asked us to go for AMC and wait for 50 days to avail free replacement. After paying Rs. 4366 for AMC and waiting for 50 days, we raised the complaint again
#[protected] and then new technician came and said there is no issue with Drum but shocker need to be changed. After changing shocker also the issue was not fully resolved and we registered multiple complaints to fix same. (#[protected], [protected]). After 5th time noise issue has been resolved when I asked to arrange visit of senior technician. While fixing the problem, technician observed flicker in display and asked us to get controller changed free of cost under AMC mentioning that it may get faulty in near future. We agreed and told them to replace same. They arranged the refurbished part for which I raised my concern, but they mentioned in AMC only refurbished part will be there. We agreed after they gave assurance that part has been fully tested. Same controller got faulty in 1.5 months and I again registered complaint. By the time AMC expired and they started asking for AMC else visiting charged+ part cost to fix the problem. i escalated issue to higher level in service team to avail free of cost replacement as replaced controller board must be having some warranty. Till date I did not get any support from any of the service member. My machine is in breakdown condition and now they are asking me to go for AMC and wait ffor another 50 days to fix that. We (customer) are calling IFB customer care daily and they are conveying that they we will forward the complaint to higher authorities. Even, we have called local in charge, franchise and but none of them responded back with solution to this problem. We are very much disappointed with level of service and specifically quality of the part being served while equipment in under AMC. Technicians are misguiding and exaggerating problem and asking to go for AMC.
I am not going to pay single rupee for the part which has been replaced recently and went faulty. Original controller there in machine was working perfectly fine except very rare flicker which we did not notice too.
I need help on this else i will go for another brand. i have never experienced such poor support for any company till date.

This is to complaint about the Chennai based dealer smart care services, i raised a complaint to change the magic tap adapter which got damaged, the person came here and operated the machine without load and mentioned few others issues like drum to be change, front rubber to be changed etc etc, i told them only there is absoluting no other problem we are facing and the only issue was water leaking from tap end i.e magic tap adaptor to be changed. He did some thing and removed all connections and told me to take the AMC, i agreed and paid the AMC charges also 2 weeks back. He mentioned that he will change the drum which had no issues and also the front rubber and took cash for AMC and he also told he will be additionaly charging 3500 for the front rubber, till date no one has turned up even after several followup.
I am surprised on this rubber cost as well.
I request you to evaluate the dealer whether he is doing justice to your company otherwise the name of IFB will be get spoiled. I am cc this mail to your CEO as well as he is my customer at my Hotel where I am working.
Now we are without any services and waiting for the mercy of the Chennai dealer smart care services and the name does not suit them for sure.
