Dear Sir
I would like to inform you that I, Md Imtiaz Uddin, a customer of product of IFB washing machine having model no. AW60-205 MT, sl no.[protected] purchased on 23.11.14.

I have made a complaint on 27.05.22 having ticket no-[protected] regarding non-working of my washing machine and explained the issue that my washing machine electronic panel (PCB) is not working properly. But I would like to say that It is very disappointing that without resolution IFB has close the ticket.

Then I have written a mail on 07.06.22 on [protected]@ifbglobal.com saying this is not at all acceptable. No customer is buying the machine for use of 5-7 years only and from that is BRAND LIKE IFB. I used to face a fault in your PCB every time. In my machine, 3 times the PCB has been replaced. Investigating all the probable reasons by IFB, but couldn't find any possible answer for its faulty equipment. This is the 4th time I am facing the issue. After so much of follow ups with IFB customer care, the reply received from IFB that this machine got obsolete, so they can't replace the parts and we need to take the new washing machine. This is not at all the acceptable answer. After so much of follow ups IFB customer care has given the phone no. of their authorized Franchise dealer of IFB of Pune, name Ms Ashmita ([protected]), but it is sorry to say that the Franchisee dealer partners didn't respond to the phone calls.

For their reply, I have mentioned in my email that If IFB is providing a new machine on FOC, it will be ok, which, I, am not expecting also. Hence please arrange to repair the same at the earliest, OR I am OK, if IFB can exchange my machine with a new one, within the cost of the spare part (PCB).

And if a person will replace Such costly items which cost may approx rs 3000, 4-5 times, which will cross the cost of a new machine. Then how we can believe on IFB BRAND Performance?

Expecting the needful action from IFB at the earliest since customer is not purchasing the machine for keeping the waste item in storage room but to use for their Comfort. And which I am suffering from last few days.

I would also like to inform that I have written a mail on 11.04.2019 that I have applied for AMC Request form in IFB website, and I got a call from IFB representative that, this model has been old, and IFB is unable to renew the AMC OR I can exchange this machine with purchase of new one with additional cost.
I also mentioned that, if this machine became obsolete from your products, then while going to renew the AMC in your website, how this machine model no, AMC Rate with/without Rubber and Plastic parts showing there? I have attached the screenshot also for the same and re-iterating the email on 16.04.2019 also, but could not received any response from IFB.

In this situation how a customer will purchase a such appliances for 3-4 years o[censored]se only by 2019 and somehow I have managed this machine till now, but what after this.

Finally they have responded on 11.06.22 that they have received feedback from their concern team that they can not provide the service for my machine.
Hope you can understand that, how we are facing difficulties in our day to day life, when we could not able to use the essential appliances for last so many days.
Hope you will understand the issue and will do the needful at the earliest.

Thanks for your reply, and hope you have already gone through my complaint in detail.
I have already mentioned in my complaint that No customer is buying the machine for use of 5-7 years only and from that is BRAND LIKE IFB.
I used to face a fault in your PCB every time. In my machine, 3 times the PCB has been replaced. and this is the 4th time requirement.

with the above submission, I have already mentioned that First please arrange to repair the same at the earliest so that I will get less pain. Secondly, If IFB is providing a new machine on FOC, it will be ok to me which, I, am not expecting also. OR I am OK, if IFB can exchange my machine with a new one, within the cost of the spare part (PCB).

why should I invest additional amount and mental harassment because of your faulty Products only?

with my email dated 11.04.2019, with which I mentioned that I have applied for AMC Request form in IFB website, and I got a call from IFB representative that, this model has been old, and IFB is unable to renew the AMC OR I can exchange this machine with purchase of new one with additional cost.
I also mentioned that, if this machine became obsolete from your products, then while going to renew the AMC in your website, how this machine model no, AMC Rate with/without Rubber and Plastic parts showing there? I have attached the screenshot also for the same and re-iterating the email on 16.04.2019 also, but could not received any response from IFB.

So I would like to know, as I purchased this product in 2014, and in 2019 itself, you refused to provide me the AMC, saying product has been obsolete In this situation how you are selling such major appliances to the customers for 3-4 years o[censored]se only?? then what the customer will do after this?

Hence I would like to inform that I am firm on my decision and IFB needs to look how to close the issue suitably at the same time at the earliest also, which will give comfort to a customer.

    AC cooling is worst I have ever use any AC in my whole life. I have bought a 1.5-ton IFB AC, it runs good one year very good then it's starting lots of issues of cooling & compressor working, I have complained much time they send their engineers but he did only cleaning and says that now it will start cooling now, but still, the problem has remained same. i purchased ac from new point refrigeration on 09.04.2019 in the name of mr.       This is to complaint about the Chennai based dealer smart care services, i raised a complaint to change the magic tap adapter which got damaged, the person came here and operated the machine without load and mentioned few others issues like drum to be change, front rubber to be changed etc etc, i told them only there is absoluting no other problem we are facing and the only issue was water leaking from tap end i.e magic tap adaptor to be changed. He did some thing and removed all connections and told me to take the AMC, i agreed and paid the AMC charges also 2 weeks back. He mentioned that he will change the drum which had no issues and also the front rubber and took cash for AMC and he also told he will be additionaly charging 3500 for the front rubber, till date no one has turned up even after several followup.
      I am surprised on this rubber cost as well.

      I request you to evaluate the dealer whether he is doing justice to your company otherwise the name of IFB will be get spoiled. I am cc this mail to your CEO as well as he is my customer at my Hotel where I am working.

      Now we are without any services and waiting for the mercy of the Chennai dealer smart care services and the name does not suit them for sure.

        The IFB product is good but there partners are putting them down, the Chennai based smart care services is a money minded dealer with cheating people

          We have purchased 2 washing machines from IFB store Nellore.
          Both delivered machines are defective pieces. The company executives want to replace the spare part, which I'm not intrested in. Buying a product to get repaired twice in a year is not justification from the company. I want the product to be replaced with new one or take back the product and refund my money.

            I purchased ac on 21 may 22 and it delivered on 24 may 22 after installation guy visit on 25 may 22 and when we ask for ifb id card, gst number, pipe extension rate, etc then he said it did not have ifb id card and give the gst number of ifb industries and extention pipe rate per feet 300 + 18% gst 354 rs but when cross check with ifb customer care it said 300rs only.so we said guy we want ifb guy with ifb card.

            Till now(4-june-22) we register 6 Tickets for installation but no one listening.

            Please take your product back and refund my money so we can purchase other brand ac.

                In July 2021 I purchased IFB 1.5 ton split ac from Amazon. During my 1st free service the technician informed me that we get 3 free service out of which one is wet service. So during my 2nd service I asked the technician for the wet service (not the same person who visited 1st time), he refused for the wet service. His boss told me that I you ask for wet service from our company then it will be chargeable. We won't do it free of cost. The person who was responsible for installation also not responding for wet service. IFB changes the technician and appointed office every ime for my services. This way they are refusing to give me a one and only free wet ac service and my warranty purchase warranty will expire next month. What should I do only 1 free service is left, now they are asking money for wet service

                  Dear sir - i have been using IFB top load washing machine 2014 model - which was running perfect till 15 days back when suddenly it wont start - the IFB Technician says PCB needs repair - after taking it for past 7 days they say its not repaired/ no replacement available

                  Why IFB is not supporting its own model atleast for 10 yrs - why am I being asked to buy a new machine ( definitely wont go for IFB with such poor service records)

                      My senator wxs 8kg washing machine is under warranty, the door rubber gasket got a cut and the water leaks from door. The service engineer said the new gasket would cost rs. 2900 + filter rs 1800. The online price for similar models showing around rs 900. Then why IFB charging huge for their customers, If I need to pay rs ~ 5000 every year then what is point in purchasing such a expensive item.
                      I just want to know the real cost of the rubber sleeve and whether it will be covered under warranty or not?

                          I have purchased IFB dishwasher from Bajaj Electronics Madinaguda, Hyderabad about a week back and during installation the IFB support technician realised and told us that there is a leak in the bottom part of the machine, from where the water was spilling over the floor. So he said ordered for a replacement and it will be delivered in 3-5 days. It's been 5 days now and neither I received a call or any communication that when I will receive it. Please look into this issue. I live in Miyapur, Hyderabad.

                            I raised the complain multiple times with IFB and everytime they closed the tickets without any attempt or contact with me.
                            I bought AC from IFB, which is now working like a fan blower, its not cooling anymore and its only a month old.
                            Submitted complain multiple times but everytime I raise the complain, it gets closed by its own, now one calls me or no other means of contact.
                            Please help me resolving this and dont buy anything from IFB, its the worst servvice I have ever seen.

                                Had worst experience with IFB service, we had issue with our front load 6.5kg Senorita Aqua model washing machine, we are getting huge noise from machine so we have raised a complaint #[protected] Dated : 25th Feb 2021. Next day technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace drum which will be very expensive and asked us to go for AMC and wait for 50 days to avail free replacement. After paying Rs. 4366 for AMC and waiting for 50 days, we raised the complaint again
                                #[protected] and then new technician came and said there is no issue with Drum but shocker need to be changed. After changing shocker also the issue was not fully resolved and we registered multiple complaints to fix same. (#[protected], [protected]). After 5th time noise issue has been resolved when I asked to arrange visit of senior technician. While fixing the problem, technician observed flicker in display and asked us to get controller changed free of cost under AMC mentioning that it may get faulty in near future. We agreed and told them to replace same. They arranged the refurbished part for which I raised my concern, but they mentioned in AMC only refurbished part will be there. We agreed after they gave assurance that part has been fully tested. Same controller got faulty in 1.5 months and I again registered complaint. By the time AMC expired and they started asking for AMC else visiting charged+ part cost to fix the problem. i escalated issue to higher level in service team to avail free of cost replacement as replaced controller board must be having some warranty. Till date I did not get any support from any of the service member. My machine is in breakdown condition and now they are asking me to go for AMC and wait ffor another 50 days to fix that. We (customer) are calling IFB customer care daily and they are conveying that they we will forward the complaint to higher authorities. Even, we have called local in charge, franchise and but none of them responded back with solution to this problem. We are very much disappointed with level of service and specifically quality of the part being served while equipment in under AMC. Technicians are misguiding and exaggerating problem and asking to go for AMC.

                                I am not going to pay single rupee for the part which has been replaced recently and went faulty. Original controller there in machine was working perfectly fine except very rare flicker which we did not notice too.

                                I need help on this else i will go for another brand. i have never experienced such poor support for any company till date.

                                  It’s been more than a month with regular follow ups on the poor service provided by IFB service centre in Haldwani. The complaint initially registered was for drainage problem in my washing machine and required a service from a long time. It was in a completely working condition and was looking for a service to clean the drain pump for smooth flow of water.

                                  A junior technician was appointed for the visit to resolve the problem. The technician directly came and de-assembled the whole washing machine from the front to clean the drain pump. But he wasn't able to re-assemble the machine properly, which led to my machine not working at all and the door could not open. The request was now transferred to a senior technician due to fault by the junior technician from the same service center.

                                  My machine is working now but still showing a 'Door error' that the senior technician did not resolve. And they claimed their Service Charge as well which was paid to them. The fault was by Junior Technician in the beginning.

                                  I have tried to call the customer care and even talked to the escalation department on same who promised us to send the technician from Branch Office. Now they say that the senior technician that came the other day and connected the machine to direct that has affected the mother board and I will have to get the mother board changed at my cost. But why? Wasn’t it the technician fault to not recognise the problem, making the machine direct? Why should I be paying the charges. The service area head of Kumaon region is trying to back up the technician. I have no support from whosoever and just trying to follow up to get my machine restored in a working condition like before.

                                    On 18-May-2022 I raised a complaint [protected].
                                    -My IFB Sonority Aqua VX 6.5 had an issue with the door lock.
                                    -Contacted IFB customer care and raised a created a complaint to fix it.
                                    -It was assigned to a technician named Bala Koti Reddy Vegise who works at Siva Sai Enterprises (IFB Franchise) in Hyderabad.
                                    -He told that he will make a work around that would work fine for some time and asked me to purchase AMC.
                                    -He then took some electric wire and connected the sockets 1 and 2 in the power plug inside the door lock.
                                    -Then he took a payment of 3845 against AMC.
                                    -The reason why I took AMC was that he promised me the issue is resolved for time being and he would fix the real component once the AMC is activated after 70 days.
                                    -He started the machine and it was filling water in soap tray. Then he told its fixed and left.
                                    -After he left what I found was that the drum was not actually rotating. It was working totally fine till the day before.
                                    -Now I am not sure if the short circuit he created caused this new issue.
                                    -As expected he is not responding over phone.
                                    -I feel cheated. I would have bought a new washing machine. The only thing I did wrong was trusting this IFB technician Bala Koti Reddy Vegise.

                                    It was a lot of mental agony for me as the machine is not working and someone robbed me off my hard earned money.

                                    Please help me in getting my AMC payment back from this fraudulant franchise Siva Sai Enterprises or get the issue fixed.

                                    The issue is very similar to mine. How the service centre technician from Haldwani service centre Mr. Monu tried to make a fool out of me. Claimed the service charge and asked me to get the AMC and made the machine to direct with those wires in the door lock. And now they say my PCB has been defaulted. The technicians fault is costing me a lot. I have registered my complaint and still waiting to hear back from them. It’s been more than a month I’ve been facing this issue sadly. I’m even bearing the expenses to get my washing done from external entity.

                                        We have ifb senorita aqua 6.5 kg it is showing taco error from 2days technician says bearing and bracket needs to be replaced and says it doesn't comes under 10 years spare support and is costing around 7.5k, can you please help it with company support. We recently got pcb changed which costed around 7.5 k even then they said it will not come under 10 years spare support, what will come under 10years spare support if nothing comes under it why do they out such a big cheating tag stating 4 years warranty and 10 years spare support and cheat people like this with a big brand name ifb it is a clear cheating under the brand name.
