Hello Team

We are not receiving proper support for Our Washing Machine Digital 5.5 KG
Last year (26/1/16 ) we have raised a request regarding a issue with IFB Washing machine to

Grand Electronics
Thana, Kannur, Kerala

As per the previous engineer he fixed the issue that time and Wahing machine was working properly
One year down the line again the Wahing Machine is not working and we raised a new request Request number : [protected]
and the new engineer found that the capacitor was never connected during 2016 incident . Now it is 2 weeks and the washing machine is never fixed.

Today i called IFB Customercare and i found that Request number : [protected] is cancelled without informing us or fixing the issue .
I have logged a new request Number : [protected] .

We would like to know why the request was cancelled without fixing the issue and why the engineer who attended last year
did not fix the issue properly which propably caused continous issue with our mobile.

Now IFB is charging 5000 Rs for repairing the machine for the same mistake their engineer have done one year back.

        By mistake we have bought a airconditioner for which we have submitted the installation request on 01 july 2017 vide reference no [protected], in which it was confirmed that it will be installed within 24 to 48 hours, an unskilled person was sent for installation with due follow up with the service franchisee, who have spoiled the wall on which it was to be fitted and left without completion of work and we are still awaiting for the same.

        We have requested to service person called mr. Shalender who seems to be from the organization did not reverted hence we can think how ifb can grow.

        Please arrange to get back the air conditioner and refund our money to avoid further exercise by us by complaining to the respective departments.

          As I bought washing machine on oct 2015... as I got minute problem due to mice in wiring area near main board. But main board was working properly..i have filed a complaint 2 months back but I did not get any proper response at service center.. I prefered ifb washing machine with good quality but later I realized it was very worst in both sales and services kindly solve thus issue as soon as possible.

            Respected sir/madam,

            On thursday, 29th june i requested for a repair of my ifb washing machine. The complaint number is [protected].in my service request i clearly mentioned that belt has to be replaced. The service person named mr. Puneet (Mobile number [protected]) arrived on 30th june in the afternoon. However, he didn't bring the belt to be replaced. Instead he collected rs550 in cash with a promise that he'll return on 1st july. For the receipt of cash he didn't provide us any receipt either. Since then, i tried to remind at least twice through service center and through direct phone call, but the service person doesn't turn up.

            I believe, this is one of way avoiding tax payment and black money generation too. I sincerely hope that you fix the washing machine and punish the service person, who is indulging in unethical practices.

            Thanks a lot for responding quick, in particular when I felt that you'll not respond at all.

            Today, your technician came and fixed the issue. Though he was not so courteous, I'm still very thankful to that.

            Unfortunately, he still doesn't carry the bill book (receipt). So his manager agreed to collect the cost of the replaced belt once he provides the receipt.

            I really appreciate your help. I've no intention to hold back the cost of repair. Hence, I request you to send the receipt as soon as possible, even by email/whatsapp would do well and please collect the money.

              I am owner of Maxidry 550 still under warranty period. It developed problem on 01 JULY 2017 and I registered a complaint vide ticket no[protected]. You may please note the following-

                I have Purchased new Front Load Automatic 6.5Kg Washing Machine from Flipkart. Ticket No. [protected].

                The service engineer Mr. Santhosh (Mob No. [protected]) had came for Installation & Demo and asking for Rs. 850 for first time cleaning and Rs. 700 for 2 bottles of liquid and no bills for him.

                He was very roude & scolding on us and not done the complete installation. Took the bar code sticker and went.

                Then I called customer care No and Highlighted this to Mr. Senthil ([protected]) and he had committed to send different engineer and take some action on Mr. Santhosh. But so far no feedback and no other technician had come.

                Being a professional company like IFB, is this behavior of Mr. Santosh & Mr. Senthil is acceptable. Now I am afraid to buy any other products from IFB and I wont recommend the IFB products to any of my friends or relatives. I am really felt bad because of these 2 people behavior. Its spoiling the image of IFB in society. Please take some serious actions on these 2 unprofessional guys anful.d do the need

                  IFB should seriously work on the their customer care and escalation matrix.
                  I don;t have client number. All the time, I provide my mobile number to customer care executive for inventory. I don't keep the record of all complain made in last 34 months.

                  With lot of hope, I purchased new front loading washing machine... But I have faced the problem with its operation in every quarter after 6 months of its smooth operation.

                  Everytime, technician comes to tries to sell of DESCALE power worth of 320 Rs
                  One technician told to purchase IFB filter so that you don't need to use DESCALE power often. I installed that too worth of 2500 Rs.
                  Also, I spend 350 Rs for belt which was loosen and had to replace.

                  In last 15 days, I launched complained twice,
                  Both time 24 Hrs TAT is violated. Technician attended us on 4th day after registering complain.
                  Both time, technician offered to use DESCALE power worth of 320 Rs
                  Last time, I was asked to replace belt which is stepping down from rotating spindle.

                  25K worth of appliance and I spend 5K for its maintenance in last 34 months. Is this a good deal?

                    I have bought this IFB washing machine in year of 2015 (IFB aqua - energie (TL65RDS) from 2016 onwards i started facing lot of issues with this machine in 2016 itself a CP (button part of machine ) stopped working on complaining same the technician arrived within 2 days & just checked & charged rs .500 only for touching the machine .when asked for replacement he said parts are not available it will take 1 week or more to get the same after replacing the CP part of machine which arrived after 10 days of complaining again stopped working in 6 months such a bad quality of machine parts are been provided By IFB. on talking with company they keep on giving different numbers to call on talk also in washing machine which needs to have water proof screws are all placed with metal screws letting them to rust & spoil the machine & at the second time of replacement where the technician is unable to remove the screw due to rusting issue he is suggesting to break a certain part of machine on arguing he is confirming machine will still after breaking a part but not ready to take any responsibility on the same
                    i have never Ever dealed with such problem with any of the electronic supplying company
                    i clearly suggest IFB to improve their quality of product & service to retain their name in the market which is badly spoiled bcoz of it
                    also i want to make a point customer care & Technician of IFB doesn't have a manner to speak they are rude

                        Ifb is the worst company i have come across in terms of their poor customer service and slow response to service request or better put non existant service. I used to own a IFB washing machine and dealt with this company for about 7 years, every time i made a request for a repair nothing happened it took them days sometimes weeks to comply. The only way i could get an engineer to come was to go to the top and speak to the head man Mr Silas then i would get an engineer and the complaint would be resolved. Their customer service and attitude of staff is rubbish, like robots, seem to be reading of a script with very little common sense or experience of dealing with customers. I got so fed up that in the end i got rid of the washing machine and bought a different brand and dont have these problems.

                        Unfortunately i still have a IFB dryer, and have made a complaint and been waiting for service since 19th June 2017. Must have made at least 20 phone calls but no joy even after speaking to supervisor and managers. Same parrot fashion response "im so sorry" but nothing happens. 1st July finally rang Mr Silas but this tim he was also very unhelpful telling me to use the dryer anyway although i explained the problem and saying he would send some one Monday. Thats the whole weekend, complaint made 19th june 2017 now 2nd July 2017, how long does it take for service. My advice to all potential customers - DONT BUY IFB PRODUCTS. PRODDUTS ARE NOT THE BEST AND SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE ARE NON EXISTANT. If i had the money to change my dryer to another brand i would and never have to deal with IFB again.

                          I purchased a grill microwave owen of this company as i had a small function in my house so i had to make grilled chicken and paneer so i needed for that. After purchasing i called up their customer service for demonstration so i can learn how to make dishes on that party and i am absolutely unsatisfied with their worst service till now its been 5 days and none of their engineers came to demonstrate. After calling the customer care again you will hearing the same thing that he will visit in 24 hours. Now coz of their poor service i couldn't enjoy my party and i am returning their **** product to the e commerce website where i purchased from. I advise everyone not to buy any products of this company and should go for bajaj, samsung etc which. are reputed companies. Also i want to get an strict action taken against them by consumer court.

                          Still none of their customer support has contacted me how irresponsible they are towards their customers. The worst company i have ever seen, it should be shut down as soon as possible.

                            I have raised a complain [protected] on 27th june for my ifb washing machine not functional. Till date no one bothered to visit and check the problem. The machine is under warranty (4 years). Getting fed up of calling customer care, they give one or the other excuses like your mobile was not reachable or will come surely by today.in the name of free service till date these ifb just looted us by selling unwanted products and when it comes to the actual need (Machine is not working) no one is visiting the site yet.in a nuclear family with 9 months kid the essential item (Washing machine) is not functional for almost a week, are not ifb responsible for his liabilities and product warranty contract. Please take some serious steps and escalate the matter to higher authority.

                              I have purchased a Washing machine vide product name IFB F.A. SDG 7.0 K.G. AQUA Sr. No.[protected] from your authorized dealer M/s. Shivam, 2, Red Cross Bhavan, Station Road, Navsari on 14/6/2017. The machine is working satisfactorily. However, there is a leakage from the bootm of the machine. Hence, send your service engineer for detail check up.

                                Hi,
                                Today is worst day that I got the Damaged Washing Machine of IFB 7KG Elite Aqua SX from Vivek's showroom.

                                The product delivered without any seal and we were shocked to see that the top of the machine is cracked.

                                Please register this as high priority complaint and replace the machine as soon as possible.

                                  We have one IFB washing machine and its warranty is completed. But when it is in warranty no executive told to us that we can extend the warranty. now the machine is under complaint and executive asked us to pay rs.6000 for renewal of warranty and for repair. As this is not our mistake. we don't know that there is a system of warranty extension. If we know we used to extend the warranty. After raising complaints also the Kakinada team were not responding and they wantedly closing the complaints that customer is not available. MAIN THING HERE IS THAT the executive Mr. Chandu argued with my wife when he came to rectify the complaint and said that I will see how your people will do the repair without paying rs.6000. This shows how the IFB EXECUTIVE behaves with ladies.

                                    I had bought IFB washing machine and water is leaking from the bottom of the machine. Their technician visited and said that a pipe has to be installed and it has been almost a month and they keep on saying the spare part will arrive tomorrow and tomorrow but their tomorrow never came. They said that they discontinued the model but also they discontinued the service? They have the worst service than any other company I had ever seen.

                                      I have complaint the technician came and said that circuit is gone, next day he came installed the machine part worth 1045 and took service charges of 580. After he went we tried to start machine it dint start. The problem is not resolved. And he charged i think simple replaced the part the problem is different. My ticket no is [protected].

                                        I have been complaining regarding the same problem in the washing machine since 12th of this month june. Till date today the 28th.

                                        I have an amc with you for 2 years.
                                        Now every time it so happens that your people take nothing less than a y and practically begging them to send a knowledgeable technician to repair it
                                        But
                                        All i get to listen from your customer care is that they are sorry for the trouble and are escalating the issue but no one comes to attend and rectify the problem.
                                        It makes me feel sad and somewhat cheated to think that why i purchased this product and worse why i always take the amc.
                                        Sir, can this problem be resolved or i need to take some other channel to escalate the issue.
                                        Please if this can be resolved kindly get in touch and do the needfull..
