Respected sir/madam,
On thursday, 29th june i requested for a repair of my ifb washing machine. The complaint number is [protected].in my service request i clearly mentioned that belt has to be replaced. The service person named mr. Puneet (Mobile number [protected]) arrived on 30th june in the afternoon. However, he didn't bring the belt to be replaced. Instead he collected rs550 in cash with a promise that he'll return on 1st july. For the receipt of cash he didn't provide us any receipt either. Since then, i tried to remind at least twice through service center and through direct phone call, but the service person doesn't turn up.
I believe, this is one of way avoiding tax payment and black money generation too. I sincerely hope that you fix the washing machine and punish the service person, who is indulging in unethical practices.

Thanks a lot for responding quick, in particular when I felt that you'll not respond at all.
Today, your technician came and fixed the issue. Though he was not so courteous, I'm still very thankful to that.
Unfortunately, he still doesn't carry the bill book (receipt). So his manager agreed to collect the cost of the replaced belt once he provides the receipt.
I really appreciate your help. I've no intention to hold back the cost of repair. Hence, I request you to send the receipt as soon as possible, even by email/whatsapp would do well and please collect the money.
