I complained about my washing machine for door not locking, with ticket number [protected] dated 05 th june 2017. A technician attended and took a cheque from me for an amount of rs 3105 for annual maintenance contact, and said a part to be changed for my complaint. After waiting for one more week i called back and the technician said, he received the part from the company and he will replace it within 24 hours. Again i waited for ten days more, but no response from the technician and phone is switched off. Then again i complained with ticket number [protected] dated 21 st june 2017. Till date no response for the above ticket, no person contacted either. It is causing very inconvenient for me

I am regret to say very poor customer care from ifb. It was happened previously also for me. Why it was happening with ifb? Is it the problem with the local authorized service center or with the company?
Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

    We have booked an amc with srivarshini enterprises, surampatti nall road, marappa gounder 3rd street, erode. Mob:[protected], [protected].

    Amc serial no:[protected]. Date of bill:26.10.2015. Amc validity from 26.10.2015 to 26.10.2017. Payment made for 2 years amc rs3591.

    But when contacted amc service, my machine, they said my machine is out of warranty. No proper response from customer care. Machine is good but service & response is very bad.

    Again i made amc (S. No [protected]) with another ifb dealer on[protected] for two years amc by paying rs 4025/. This amc is updated in ifb database.

    Now my machine faulty. Please let me know who will attend this service.

    We made new amc even though previous amc is still in service. We have attached both amc papers for your reference.

    Customer care is telling that my machine is out of warranty eventhough my previous amc validity is upto 26.10.2017 which is very bad experience with ifb.

      I have purchased one washing machine through flipkart vide inv no-foysfo[protected] dt june 19, 2017 (Mobile no [protected]). The engineer installed the machinery after 3 days. Now the machine is leaking the bottom. I complain the same on friday and the ticket no is [protected] but till no engineer has come. The machine model is washing mi/p6858. The service of ifb is highly dis satisfactory. Even in the numbers provided by customer care [protected] and [protected] are not picking up the phone and the reply is satisfactory. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue asap and i also suggest to improve you service a lot. I first experience with ifb is not good.

        This is not the first time i m facing same problem. Everytime when my washing machine gives me a trouble (It happens 8-12 times a year) the crew of the service centre show me the hight of their carelessness towards their duties. Now i'm up with the ifb products and the poor quality of the service centres. I'd suggest everyone not too purchase the products​ of ifb.

          Hi all,

          I was purchased executive plus 8.5 kg washing machine on[protected] at ifb point gachibowli, i was informed like their will be delievery and demo with in 24 hours once i pay the amount.

          Its almost[protected] till technician dint call me or reach me out for any demo. All these days i was trying to reach customer care, franchise, dealer response was like will send in couple hours thats it. Its so frustated these people atleast dont have proper communication among them and troubling customers and irritating them.

          After regorus followup with dealer, franchise and customer care finally technican visited around 10pm dated[protected] and didnt bring stand and cover with him which was again communication among them. They informed like they will bring on next day early hours[protected]. Should wait and see what these people going to torture me for this cover and stand.

          Its very bad customer services ifb provide to their customers.

            Please note that i had raised a complaint (No : [protected]) on 14th june 17 with the toll free number for my dryer which switches off as soon as it is started and also trips the circuit. The service center called and said that they could service only between 12 and 6pm. Being working people we requested if it can happen any earlier than 12 pm or later than 7pm, they refused stating paperwork. They also promised to come on saturday, which we readily agreed.
            However, neither did anyone call nor come to our house. They did not even take our calls all through till 21st june 17.
            Dejected with the way we were treated we filed another complaint (No: [protected]) on 22nd june 17. The same service center called and said that now they would come at 7 pm on 22nd june. However again they did not turn up nor call back. I dont know what to do

              I have a registered a complaint regarding my senator 6 kg washing machine on 15jun2017.
              Complaint no.-[protected].
              A technician came the next day and said machine is not able to take water and some pat (Valve/coil) needs to be replaced and the same would be done maximum by 19jun2017.
              But till today no one has turned up. Everytime i call the customer care or even the service centre i am just given a new time as to when the service will be done. Morning they say technician will come in afternoon, if i call in afternoon they say he will come in evening.
              No proper answer is given neither is service... Only excuses and a new date and time.

                I am frequently calling on your customer care number but i am not getting any response. After 3 - 4 complaint i have got a call from your technician. He has come at my place without tools. So he has gone. Then again i have logged complaint after 15 days he has come and change a part of washing machine but still it was not working. He had got a payment of 1800/-. Now again after 1 month he comes with motor and change it and charged 6700/- but machine was not working so my wife has not given any amount while machine was working smoothly before the service. There was issue with dryer only so there should not be any problem by motor but as per technician motor is not working.

                Now i have been much puzzled with your product. We are struggling from june 2016 but till today we have not got the solution./ response.
                If company need any legal notice from the customer then we shall follow the legal formalities. Because we are facing many issues just due to this machine.

                Technician has visited 3 time but he was not up to the mark because he could not do any job . Even he had change the parts but still machine is lying as useless scrap.

                Now he has not replaced the motor even any parts while before today this technician had told us for replacing the motor.
                Why was he misguiding us ?
                But sorry to say about your services you are making fool all innocent customer in name of services.
                While you know very well that each and every consumer don't have a couple of days for repairing their instrument like washing machine etc.
                So please suggest me how can be recover my time which I have spent for this issue.

                  Ticket number - [protected] dated 17.06 2017. Please refer my mail dated 12.06.2017 regarding the complaint not resolved. First ticket number issued to me was [protected] dated 24.05.2017 (Status complaint not resolved) and then next ticket number [protected] dated 26.05.2017 (Status complaint not resolved) and current ticket number issued to me is [protected] dated 17.06.2017. My contention is why ifb kept on changing the ticket number abruptly for the problems not resolved. Running from pillar to posts for the repair of my washing machine since almost a month to ifb customer care, speaking to mr. Ashok, getting in touch with mr. Bijoy das and pradeep sharma, all went in vain.
                  Despite my repeated call since last one month and your assurance to fix the problem today itself goes futile. I am suffering from last 24th may with different ticket numbers for the same complaint. You people have the tendency to harass the customer. Stop all these nonsense. Now you have stopped taking my call. Till now no technician visited my house. How long you people will harass me. What action you could have taken if you happen at my place. Don't you think the mental torture we are facing. If machine can't be rectified, why don't you people informing ifb for replacement. It is very much ridiculous. Above all please check my complaint history during last three and half years, you will find almost 25 to 30 complaints, it is very much unfortunate and strange behind the several complaint. This means the the washing machine i purchased had initial problems from ifb factory itself. We didn't bothered because everytime the problems were fixed for few months and again the machines started malfunctions. If such type of sales and after sale service shall be continued by ifb industries then the time is not far from ruining of ifb. If the behaviour of service centre isn't checked, then you people are forcing me to take drastic steps against ifb.

                    I was purchased ifb senorita aqua 6.5kg washing machine on[protected] at sonovision, nellore, a. P. On[protected], i was booked 1st service for my washing machine vide complaint no.[protected], then on[protected] the service person came, simply run the machine, cleaned the drain pump line bottom filter and he told that service is completed.
                    Is it servicing? If it the servicing it is not at all useful for the customers. After 2 1/2 years first time your person came here and not done service properly, this is very bad on your products. I was fully unsatisfied.

                    My question is what is servicing?
                    What are the parts to be cleaned during servicing?

                      Complaint no[protected] dated 8th may 2017. The technitian attended the complain on 12th may after nearly four days. After checking the machine he said the machine requires some part replacement and he'll be back with the same, today its more than a month and no one has turned up. On 14thjune i called the customer care and revived the complaint. Today it's 7 days and so far i have not even received a call from the service centre to attend the same. Despite of calling the customer care every second day.

                      The issue is still not sorted . Technitian visited the place and said the washing machine needs to be taken to service centre as he could not rectify the error . It's been nearly two weeks and the machine still lies at my place . Horrible service support. Will never invest in IFB product nor will suggest anyone to buy IFB products.

                      Received this msg yesterday from the IFBCRM . How can the complaint get closed without resolving .

                        Not sure how did you called that this problem is resolved
                        Below is the sequence of events that happened
                        1. After the complaint in consumer forum engineer came in. The complaint raised with ifb was closed without even visiting
                        2. He said shock absorber is the problem and need to be replaced
                        3. After 3 days, he came up with shock absorber and replaced it. But the issue still presist
                        4. After 4 days he came in with someone, checked and said the drum is gone and need to be replaced
                        5. After a week he came in and replaced the drum.
                        6. Now the new problem started off with water leakage
                        7. Every time i need to do multiple follow-up to have him attend the problem
                        8. Here again after multiple follow-up he came and resolved the water leakage issue and created a new issue
                        9. Machine started throwing errors
                        10. After almost more 15 days follow-up one engineer visited and said the processor board is gone & there is no spare available for this product
                        I already spend almost 9000 rupees on replacing the parts that ifb engineer now ending up with having a dump machine that is of no use
                        Its been more than 45 days, i am struggling
                        Now tell me what basis this complaint is closed, who have given the consent of resolution??

                          I have purchased washer 9 kg and dryer 7 kg from bajaj electronics, hyderabad on[protected] and the same was installed on[protected].

                          I purchased this machine for rs. 61, 180 as it was the latest then and had huge capacity.

                          Within days of purchasing and less than a month one of the leg of the washing machine was broken and made a complaint to the customer care. Upon several calls by me, one of your customer executive visited my house after resolving their jurisdictional issues, came to me and informed me that the machine was sold to me with a loose leg and that it had broken. For the time being he had put a stone under the machine and informed me to continue usage like this as the washing machine i had was a new model and spare parts were difficult to get.

                          After, some months the machine started to wobble a lot and make a lot of noise. I again filed a complaint and after a lapse of almost 20 days and my continuous phone calls one of your executive visited my house and said that the mother board was spoilt and that the machine was in warranty and that he would replace it. He also informed me that he would place the order and get it at the earliest. There was no response from your executive and then i again filed another complaint and another executive turned and he said it is electrical malfunction and he fixed it. But, he informed me that the leg for this machine was not available and to continue using the machine on the stone.

                          I had thereafter made several complaints regarding the noise from the machine, your customer care executive turned up with great difficulty and was only able to say that this model of the machine is a flop model and it is very difficult to find spare parts and to continue using it as it was.

                          I again made a complaint stating that the machine was wobbling and moving its place in my balcony. The machine was moving more than 5 feet and hitting the wall in front of it. But these complaints did not bother your customer executives and they only had to say we cannot repair this machine as it is a flop model and that they did not have spare parts. I was asking for the stand so that the machine does not move, but the all your customer executives had to say that this machines does not have spare parts and it is a flop model.

                          Recently, on[protected], i had made a complain and then finally after 96 hours a customer executive turned up and said that the mother board is spoilt and that i had to spend 16, 000/- for a new one.

                          Can you please replace my flop model machine and give me some respite from this torture after having spent rs. 61, 000/-. Please suggest the best way out.

                            Hi, i have ifb front loading fully automatic washing machine. - elite dx model. The same was making unusual sound while spinning on 02/06/2017 and immediately i switched off the machine and registered a complaint on ifb customer care[protected]. The sr#[protected]. A representative visited my place on 03/06/2017 and confirmed that the drum needs replacement. He asked if i have the amc (Annual maintenance contract costing ~5k /2 yrs. I showed him the same. He said another manager should come in 3-4 days. Since then i have been following up on the customer care, the service manager (Velu#[protected]), area manger (#[protected]). They all confirm that service engineer is on the way and should visit in hour. This continued till 16/06/2017 and suddenly the sr was closed. I sent feedback "n" (Means not yet resolved) to [protected]. But no update from ifb. I wrote a mail to the ifb customer care, but no response.

                            I called up again all these numbers and they continued with the same false commitments. Also the customer care mentioned that the sr has been resolved with no reason or comments.

                            I again raised a new sr# [protected] on 19/06/2017.

                            Please help me to overcome this cheating.

                              Our machine was in warranty till 27/1/17. No one from the company reminded us to renew the contract so it remained out of contract. On 9/6/17 the machine had a problem and we called the call center. They issued us the complaint no. [protected]. On 10th june mechanic came and informed us that some pcb (Msu card) is defective and need to be replaced. He also directed us to have an amc with the company. We paid him rs. 1250/- for pcb and rs. 2950/- for the amc. Next day i. E. On 11/6/17 when we started the machine we found the problem is not resolved. We tried to book the complaint but they told us complaint is still open and some one will come by evening. We also responded in negative to the sms recieved from the company. Till next day when nobody turned up we lodged the complaint. This time i. E. On 12/6/17 they took the complaint and gave us the complaint no. [protected]. On 15/6 mechanic came and told us same card is defective and he will get an another one and replace. Today it is 19/6/17 there is no response to our problem. The worst thing is the telephone of the agency given to us. Either these phones are not working or bell is ringing and no one responding. From call center we got the no. Of one mr. Anil kumar and mrs. Prachi. Both the seniors are worst than the employees. They are also not picking up the phones. Today i rang up from another number and got mr. Anil on line. He said the part is not in stock and only be available tomorrow evening i. E. On 20/6/17. From 12 to 20, eight days have been passed and we are still struggling to get our problem resolved.
                              1. This means that company has cheated us by providing defective pcb at the cost of rs. 1250/-
                              2. Lethargic approach towards customer"s demand
                              3. Faulty telephone nos or poor response from attendants.

                                I had purchase a refrigerator of 400ltrs from ifb point belgaum karnataka in dec 2016. But, from intially stage the refrigerator is giving problem in display setting and also the vegetable keept inside are getting dry and spollied. So please i request you to see into the matter. However, i have called the the technician mr sameer he also visited and had a look through it but he is also unable to rectify the problem. Please i once again request you to do benevolent towards the matter or else replace the refrigerator

                                    We are using ifb washing machine (Executive plus) for last so many years, in oct 2016 we made complaint for non working of the machine and called yourtoll free no: when we were directed to inform r s enterprises, near siddha pudur, coimbatore, who came and repaired by changing some parts with a bill of rs 6082/- (Icrno:3198). However the machine after working for 4 — 5 months again stopped and again we called and they again repaired this time by changing some parts with a bill of rs2020/-{oct no:17378}on 26.04.17. After 15 days again the machine stopped working, we complained but till date no one has attended but only assurances. Sir, how many times should we complain and how much should we spend. Perhaps the cost of new machine. Please look into the matter and do the needful for rectification... Regards.

                                      I bought a washing machine on 12th june via amazon online. It was delivered on 13th. Installation done on the 17th. On the same day it started leaking the water from two different places. The installation guy did not help at all. Is it because we bought through online?
