I purchased a grill microwave oven (Ifb brand) from amazon. I have been calling ifb care for a demo but nothing has moved so far. Its already been 4-5 days and i am still going in circles. I called amazon they said i have to call ifb care. I called ifb care and they gave me a local hyderabad number to call. That local number is [protected]. I have tried this number 100 times at different time for days but no response. Ifb care is of no help. I called them again venting out my frustation and see their audacity, they disconnected the call saying customer not behaving properly. I mean guys, come on, you first pay a hefty amount from your hard earned money for a product and then get a ruthless treatment and you expect your customer to present a garland or what???

Has the common sense died in ifb or are the trainers so cheap that they are not effectively training these contact center guys. I think i am dealing with monkeys here.

Please take your # microwave back and return my money. I dont want to see this # brand in my home anymore. Thanks

    Complaint no.[protected] dt 6th june 2017 and an incidence e190754 generated in your escalation channel system.

    Washing machine is under amc.

    Of-late, the machine is giving lot of problems and whenever complaint is raised, your representative will visit our home and suggest us to replace some few parts, although the machine is under amc. With the intention of machine running, we used to replace the parts as per his suggestion and still it is giving one or other problem.

    Against the above complaint raised for general servicing and in particular the drum making noise, one of your representative visited and without even checking the machine properly and thoroughly, he immediately suggested us to change the rubber pad which costs around rs.2000/-. Then only, he can change the drum, which as per him, is covered under amc.

    Today, once again the same problem of big noise is started arising and causing lot of inconvenience.

    Request you to kindly depute a competent technician to attend to the problem immediately and awaiting feedback.

      I have an ifb senator 6 kg washing machine on amc since last few yrs paying 5000 rs annually. Yesterday machine was not spinning at high speed. So complained with and rep from enigma enterprise pune tele no.[protected] gave a bill of rs 7980.. Bill no. 4595 charged for harness, timer n blamed everything on rat damage. Harness understood but timer also charged. The machine are to be rat proofed as ifb selling machines in india which are not rat proof while competitors r selling machine which are pest proof
      . N blaming rats n charging while machine on full amc not understood.

        Purchased 8kg ifb washing machine from flip kart and it got delivered on 3rd june 2017 and have given a call to customer care to arrange a technician for installation and demo[reference number – 5013812], but the next day i got a call from a technician - really, he was a seller than a technician he wants to sell stand and cover, when i refused then he said at least you buy a filter or detergent.

        When i told him customer care people have not informed me anything about this, then he informed me i have purchased from flip-kart [online] so you don't know anything either customer care people don't know anything about the product.

        Then i told him i just need installation and demo nothing else, then he just dropped call, today i got a message as an installation and demo for washing machine bought from flip-kart is cancelled.

        Afterwards i talked to customer care executive then they have given executive contact number[protected] raghavendra, when i call then number is temporarily suspended.

        Please let me know what i should do now, the product is still not yet opened.

          I have an ifb senorita vx which stopped working in april. I raised a service request on april 23rd, 2017 (At mudigere, chikmagalur, karnataka) where the service center responded but was not able to fix the problem.

          However the technician closed the service request in the system.

          I subsequently raised another service request (Number [protected]) which has still not been attended to.

          It has been more than one month since i have been requesting ifb to repair my washing machine, to no avail. I keep following up with the service center, but they are not resolving the issue.

            I had made a complaint on the customer care for non functioing of my dishwasher on the 30th of may and was told that the systems are down and they cannot give me a complaint no but they will send someone and send me a complaint no once systems were up.
            When none came i made the complaint again on the 3rd of june - complaint no [protected] and have been following up since but no response.
            I have also been given some technical incharges no mr neeraj - [protected]/31 but there is no response on this no.
            Its been a nightmare getting this service - how long am i suppose to wait?

            Oh god ifb service is not good ...I would rate it 1 star..I am facing the problem too with these people...I called for servicing they came and called up several times to check when they can come to pick the machine.I called back asked them for a pick up, they said they will return in 3 days today is 6th day .I am feeling as if my machine will not return.I call up on the numbers given, but they do not answer .

              I live in bangalore,
              I have a senorita front loading washing machine.
              Recently had a problem, when diagonised the drum bracket on the back side was cut.
              The service guy instead of offering to change the bracket, replaced the entire drum and made a huge bill of 12000.

              This definetly cheating, no ifb company service representative is reachable, the entire service is left to mercy of some service dealer.

              I am totally disasppointed with ifb service.

                The problem still continue, I think that all the parts were good the technician did not able to find out the problem. Please replace all changed parts and return entire money taken and find out actual fault and get it repaired.

                When the Machine is in running the smell and fire is coming between drum and rubber. when complained about the problem your service dealers are not respapnding from shimoga.kindly get it solve at the earliest. Thanking you.

                    I logged a complaint ([protected]) about AC not cooling on 28th May 2017 but no technician visited the site in spite of daily follow-ups and booking appointments with the customer care team. Finally I escalated the matter to Mr. Chintan Bhavsar ([protected]), who promised a resolution by 5th June 2017, however the IFB team closed the complaint without visiting and giving a resolution. I would suggest not to purchase IFB products due to appalling service of the company.

                    No resolution was provided nor their technician visited the site. I had to seek help from UrbanClap to resolve the problem. There was no voltage or stabilizer issue was falsely claimed in the resolution and it is working after private repairing without stabilizer or voltage issue. The fact is that service is crap. I don't suggest going with this company.

                      I purchased the machine 3 and half years back on 20th of may i had complaint with the machine (Huge sound) the complaint number is[protected] and customer id is 3846399. 2 days later a service person came and verified it and said drum complaint and it has to be changed. But till this time no response on it. When i call the service centre that is in kerala trivandrum the number [protected] the response is very poor. They are telling it will be cleared soon. I purchased the machine of its quality but service is very poor. I wont be able to reconmend a person of your product

                        I purchased a cooker hood ifbgs90tpl (Serial number 002410) from m/s maruti homeappliances 38/243 madhyam marg, near rajat path, mansarovar, jaipur on december 20, 2016 against the invoice number 359 dated december 20, 216. When this appliance was installed in the third week of january 2017, the touch pad of it did not work properly (It was very erratic, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not). The mechanic mr trilok singh, who attended the installation job, tried several times but he failed to make the touch pad of the appliance effective. He told that there was some problem in the part itself and left. He also added that sometimes the appliance gets damaged in transit and in this case, he added that machine had got damaged during the transportation. Next day he again came and tried but the same story. Moreover, he opened the device several times and because of that the screw became loose and after putting a cotton thread around it (Just jugad), he closed the device and left. But he could not make the device in perfect condition. Third time he came, again tried and failed. Naturally, i became furious and asked him to leave my house. He then called his senior fellows from local ifb. Some person named mr alok came and they again tried. Mr alok agreed that there was some problem with the part and left. Fourth time the mechanic again came and did something but the issue remained at the same position.

                        Next time i contacted the local dealer m/s maruti homeappliances, who supplied this appliance to me and he came to my house. He checked the appliance and told that yes there was a problem in the same and they could replace the defective part.

                        Since the appliance did not work at the time of its installation, i requested them to replace it. Had it worked perfectly even for a single day, i could have asked them to replace the defective part. If an appliance, which was defective right from the beginning, nobody would accept it.

                              Hi,

                              I got the delivery of ifb - washing machine on 15th april 2017. Next day after demo/installation, when i used to product first time, it gave some weird sound. So i powered off the washing machine and call the customer care for technical support.

                              Exact issue - during the spinning process (Last stage of washing), something is hitting inside the washing machine and making loud noise and i feel that vibration...

                              I am an army officer and i own a ifb senator 6 kg front loading washing machine (Customer id 3163286). I have been robbed of my hard earned money by fraudulent agents who were sent by your employees under what seems to be an organised racket. I have been posted in punjab, rajasthan and haryana but never did i face this type of rip off from ifb employees.
                              The washing machine was working fine in my previous residence here in pune. When i shifted to the new residence i tried calling ifb for installation since the machine was not taking in water. The toll free number given in my booklet was not working. We called on the new number from your website (#[protected] on 3 may 2017. The customer care executive assured we will get a call from technical team within 24 hours. We received a call from technician (His mob# [protected]) who took our address and said he would come within 24 hours. He called up two days later saying he cannot come himself but will be sending another member from their maintenance partner. We received a call that day from mr anwar (Mob # [protected]) who confirmed he will be coming to our place. Mr anwar and his assistance came and checked the machine saying the inlet water panel had to be changed.., that he will have to get it from company and it costs rs4000/-.
                              When we said how come a small part for rs4000/- for a machine with total cost of 25-30k he said he will get some discount from the company.
                              He came back after two days with the spare part when my wife and aged parents were alone and replaced the part with some other part. He filled the drum and switched on and told my wife to let it run full cycle to drain the dirty water and it will function. They left with the original part with them with the machine running. As soon as the wash cycle ended the machine stopped and did not start again. Anwar stopped taking calls and the actual maintenance technician also avoids taking calls but whenever he does pick up he says he had been out he is coming back and will check. Till today he has neither been able to come back to pune (It seems) nor has he been able to check.
                              In the meantime repeated calls to the customer care made them send another technician (Complaint no [protected]) who demanded another set of rs4000/- for changing the same part saying it is not original and he does not know about the earlier visit. Customer care also says they will check but has not been able to do so in 10 days time. Their inability or unwillingness to act makes me believe the tacit understanding of this fraudulent arrangement is institutionalised and being supported by employees within your call centres.
                              I have been robbed by persons with assistance from your people. More than the money it is the faith in ifb as an international serious brand (Which had made me choose it's products) which has been shaken. The idea of getting ripped off sitting at home is unnerving.

                              I had asked my wife to take a proper bill and the fraudulent bill which they gave to my wife is attached for reference.

                              I have sent similar posts to IFB through a number of consumer portals as IFB does not seem to have a direct complaint id ( I did not find it) thinking maybe they have not received it since Ai have still not received a reply.
                              Since this message now had been acknowledged finally. I hope to get some response now

                              Status wrong. .. the complaint was never resolved😦😠
                              I have bought a IFB maxidry dryer with warranty of 4 years, in siliguri. and on transfer to manipur, i got my things shifted. However, the dryer was working fine initially and finally was not working. i raised a customer complaint ticket no: [protected] on dated 16/06/2017.
                              However after repeated try with service provider guy he everytime says out of station and will attend ur case tomo. i dont know when his tomo might actually come.
                              Very poor response.

                                  I called customer service for my washing machine repair in hyderabad. The peraon from IFB team came and he's seen the machine and didn't check it. He said that timer has spoiled. And you wont get timer if available i will be back and the timer cost is rs.3000. For this information he has taken rs 400 has service charge even if repaired or not repaired. I demand expalnation how can one take money without proper invistigation and without service. And also demand why there is no receipt against the charge of rs 400.

                                    I bought a washing machine a week before. It is repaired as soon as i buy. After one week a service man came and repaired. When he holding the wire it will work it was done for two times then the third time it was work automatically. But after forty mts when i wash my clothes machine was under same problem.
