We are getting "door" error on starting of the ifb senorita washing machine. We followed the solution provided in the user manual page no.33 but the problem remained as is. We badly needed the washing machine as the schools are opened. We have bought the machine 4 years ago. Kindly resolve asap.

    Worst service experience ever!! We been following up since a month regarding the repair of ifb washing machine. No proper training provided to the service people, no one responds to the calls.. The motherboard of the ifb washing machine was removed for repair n haven't been replaced till date.
    Never ever gonna buy or recommend ifb brand to any one.. Ive been following up with multiple service men to get the problem resolved however no response.

      Within one year the ifb washing machine top load has stopped working. Takes 3 hours and uses way too much water. Technician comes after 7 days and repeated follow up, but is not aware of anything. Every question he answers replace filter and disinfectant. Replaced it, charged 2k, machine is still not working.       The issue is still not resolved and the technicians are unable to find the issue. The worst part is the complaint was closed by the area in charge (Indresh - Horamavu, Bangalore) without even intimating me or fixing the issue. Looking for a replacement of the machine as its below one year from the date of purchase and the to top it, the service is horrible. I feel the machine is a defective piece and unnecessary charges are being charged in the name of filter and disinfectant.

      One of the worst experience with ifb washing machine..every 3months its breaks down and everytime the repair personnel asks us to replace the parts. The cost of each parts are more than 1000 Rs. We dont know whether those parts are genuine and whether he is charging the right price. I will never recommend anyone to buy this product.

        Ifb is the worst service provider. They do not rectify the problem but only take their charges. I made a complaint regarding my ifb washing machine in january. The technician came and told to change the part named shock absorbent. He took the service charges saying that he will replace it soon. Even after taking the service charges they provide the service free of cost for one month but he did not turn up. I kept calling call center. Nothing happened. Then again i called the service centre in the last week of may. The technician came, saw the machine saying that shock absorbent has to be replaced. He came after 2 days and replaced it. I paid the amount for shock absorbent and was charged the service fee again. The problem which was to be solved in january itself was solved in may for which i gave the services charges again for the same fault. I paid services charges again which i shouldn't have paid because it was delay from the ifb side. After replacing the shock absorbent the problem was not solved. Again i called on 2nd of june to the customer care for the same problem. The technician visited again after 2 days saying that the stand has to be replaced. I asked him to replace it. He said he will come the next day and replace it. But after 4 days also he did not turn up. From 2nd june i called customer care number innumerable
        Times. I mailed to [protected]@ifbglobal.com several times.in return i get a call again from service provider that soon it will be done. This is the process going on from may last week.
        To be precise from january.
        I think they will drag it for 1 month again because till 1 month the complaint is open. And then after 1 month they will come and change the part and take the service charges again. They never sent me ticket number via sms but this time they have sent ticket number [protected] in 13th of june for the first time.

          The 1st two tickets were closed without any information. (Confirmed by your service executive)
          Third ticket i don't know the status.

          More than 100 calls made to your service center and your so called authorized agency but all in vain.

          Customer relation people's response is very lethargic and it shows what you are highlighting as your advantages while selling the products are after all marketing purpose.

          There is no pleasure felt by buying ifb washing machine as advertised by you instead of its only pressure is the gift from your brand.

          I want a replacement for this machine or else refund my money which is more preferred if i think of future fire fighting for services if any fault occurs.

          Hope the complaint will be viewed seriously and solved.

          It's been a month that IFB is dragging to replace the faulty part while the machine is in AMC. Since they are not able to replace, they are forcing me to buy new one.

          Few minutes back got a call from the number[protected] and after some initial discussions the guy on the call asked for debit card details, while questioned he said IFB decided to refund the amount as they are not able get spare parts for service.
          I asked them to call back after 1 hr and verified with IFB service center 39004321 and they confirmed the call is not from IFB and they advised not to provide any details over phone.

          Dear all please be alert and for any refund purpose. Pls proceed through IFB's official mail ID's or service centers.

              Hello,

              I had filed my first complaint under ticket number - [protected] and was promised help via a technician. But, no one has arrived till date leaving me highly disappointed.

              Every day i call you folks and you say that technician is coming, but no one comes to check the ac. Moreover, a few months back the ac showed similar issues and then too, the technician arrived really late. And again, the ac has stopped cooling.

              Why the hell am i being exploited like this??? Where is your technician??? You canceled my complaint on your own. I am going to reach out to the highest authority and file a complaint with consumer court no matter how much i have to spend for it. Better solve this issue or face consequences.

                I bought a microwave from ifb and called customer care several times for demo and installation. Executive says that complaint is registered and you will get confirmation message and get call from engineer. But we dint received any confirmation message. We call customer care service again and he said call is not registered and i will register your call. Again happened the same. This happened around 5 times. Finally call was registered but no one came for demo as promised that they will provide demo in 48 hrs.
                I want to return this product and want my money back.

                  Complaint ticket no - [protected]. Feeling very much torturous and inhuman attitude extended to me by ifb. Complaint has not been resolved till date despite my repeated request made to customer care and service centre and sent my feedback as "no" upon [protected]. Ms. Prachi is not picking my phone. Wondering why people should buy ifb products if their services are so poor. Washing machine is an household item and being used everyday. Moreover earlier complain ticket number was [protected] and it was abruptly closed and new ticket number issued to me as [protected]. Please resolve my complaint immediately. This is sincere request to ifb people to look into the matter and help me to get relieved from mental agony being faced due to not resolving my complain. The technician visited my house could not diagnose the actual fault. Please send some appropriate technician who can gauge the fault and repair the machine.

                  TICKET NUMBER - [protected] DATED 17.06 2017.Please refer my mail dated 12.06.2017 regarding the complaint not resolved. First ticket number issued to me was [protected] dated 24.05.2017 (status complaint not resolved) and then next ticket number [protected] dated 26.05.2017 (status complaint not resolved) and current ticket number issued to me is [protected] dated 17.06.2017. My contention is why IFB KEPT ON CHANGING THE TICKET NUMBER ABRUPTLY FOR THE PROBLEMS NOT RESOLVED. RUNNING FROM PILLAR TO POSTS FOR THE REPAIR OF MY WASHING MACHINE SINCE ALMOST A MONTH TO IFB CUSTOMER CARE, SPEAKING TO MR. ASHOK, GETTING IN TOUCH WITH MR. BIJOY DAS AND PRADEEP SHARMA, ALL WENT IN VAIN.
                  despite my repeated call since last one month and your assurance to fix the problem today itself goes futile. I am suffering from last 24th May with different ticket numbers for the same complaint. You people have the tendency to harass the customer. Stop all these nonsense. Now you have stopped taking my call. Till now no technician visited my house. How long you people will harass me. What action you could have taken if you happen at my place. Don't you think the mental torture we are facing. If machine can't be rectified, why don't you people informing IFB for replacement. It is very much ridiculous. Above all please check my complaint history during last three and half years, you will find almost 25 to 30 complaints, It is very much unfortunate and strange behind the several complaint. This means the the washing machine I purchased had initial problems from IFB factory itself. We didn't bothered because everytime the problems were fixed for few months and again the machines started malfunctions. If such type of sales and after sale service shall be continued by IFB INDUSTRIES then the time is not far from ruining of IFB. If the behaviour of service centre isn't checked, then you people are forcing me to take drastic steps against IFB.

                    Since the washing machine was purchased from pai international indranagar, i called them for repair,. Technicians came opened everything and left it telling they will get some spare parts. It is being two weeks that they didn't turn up inspire of calling daily. All the machine parts are opened and scattered all over the room in a very pathetic condition. Please take it yo seriously and do the needful.

                      Heavy vibration is coming during running time.
                      more time was taking for washing and time not working properly.
                      More water consumption during running the machine and vibrating more.

                        While spinning, drum is producing big sound and machine vibrates a lot. At start it goes well, but when it completes the cycle, at the end drum produces sound and machine vibrates.

                          Dear ifb,

                          This is ‘now frustrated dejected pissed off and past happy customer’ from visakhapatnam using ifb washing machine elena dx since last 5-6 years. I have registered a complaint (Compliant no: [protected]) on 22nd may 2017 that my washing machine is not working. They have sent a technician on 23rd may, the technician inspected the machine and informed me that ‘pump motor’ needs to be replaced. Later during the conversation, he suggested me to take amc for two years. I agreed for the same and paid a total of 4780/- (4255/- for amc charges + 525/- as service fee). He said he will replace the pump motor within a week. On 24th may, i received a text message from ifb saying that my complaint was closed. Without replacing the pump motor, how can the ticket be closed?
                          After that, 2 weeks passed and the technician did not turn up to replace the pump motor. I again called ifb call centre on monday i. E., 5th june 2017 to inquire about the status of my complaint. They generated another complaint number [protected]. Another technician (Not the one who visited earlier) came to replace the pump motor and while he was inspecting the machine, he said the rubber is faulty and it needs to be replaced. He did not replace the pump motor and said he will come back on tuesday to replace both pump motor and rubber. I waited for him on tuesday, he did not turn up. I called ifb call center again on wednesday i. E., 7th june to inquire about the status. They said they will escalate the issue and will send the technician by wednesday evening, which did not happen. During this conversation, the ifb customer executive said that the amc charge is only 3700/-. On thursday i. E., 8th june 2017, the technician came along with pump motor and rubber. During this inspection, he said the clamps are faulty and the cabinet needs to be changed which is not covered in amc. Do i look like a fool to you? Can’t you identify all the problems during your first visit? It’s been almost 18 days and my problem is not yet rectified. Some manager named jyoti babu called me and the solution that he provided was to return back the 4255/- amc charges to me. Is that a proper solution? Now, i have the following questions/ points for you
                          1) why dint you identify all the problems during first visit itself?

                          2) why wasted 18 days of my time without resolving the issue?

                          3) when the amc charge is only 3700/-, why was i charged 4255/-? This is direct cheating of customer.

                          4) what is the service charge of 500/- paid for? To identify the problem with the machine, right? Which means ifb technicians have not done their job sincerely and troubling customers.

                          5) ifb doesn’t respect customers as they do not want to provide a solution; instead they simply want to return 4255/- amc charges.

                          I have referred more than 50 of my friends to ifb in the past 5-6 years. I have lost all the good will that i had on ifb. If ifb continues the same service centre in visakhapatnam, ifb will end up shutting the sales in this territory in next 1-2 years. Earlier, i gave good reviews on social media about ifb.

                          Since the machine is not working for more than 20 days, my mother started washing which caused a back ache problem and i ended up spending 25000/- for diagnosis tests, consultation and medicines. She is suffering from it which has caused a severe mental agony. After all this, the solution they gave me was, they returned back 4255/- amc charges and offered 20% discount on new ifb washing machine if i purchase. But, i believe i deserve 40% discount (Same as amc customers) as you guys troubled me so much for more than 20 days.

                            I bought ifb washing machine ifb tl-rdw 6.5kg, a couple of weeks before. From the day of demo, the machine has complaint of water overflowing - water keeps filling up to the drum level and keeps flowing via outlet. This is seriously an unacceptable fault. The service contact manager is not attending the issue properly. He sent a technician who attended the machine and said he has cleaned the sensor and it will function properly and left. After few mins, on loading the clothes machine started to overflow. On reaching the manager again he says that he will send the technician again for service. A new machine being serviced hundred times and not considering the customers position is not acceptable. I am totally unhappy with the customer service. I need a proper contact person whom i can reach out to for replacement of machine.

                              I bought this ac model number iach18kd5tp last year, but it is continually giving us problem we rfacing low cooling issueswe have lodged a number of complaints with u as complaint no. [protected],[protected],[protected], [protected]. But they did not resolve our problems. Only the compensations on the phone calls were given but not a solid solution of our main problem. Moreover we didnot even got a single free service of ac in a satisfying way as 3 free services were given with this ac. This is the last reminder to u otherwise we will move to consumer court.

                                        I purchased a grill microwave oven (Ifb brand) from amazon. I have been calling ifb care for a demo but nothing has moved so far. Its already been 4-5 days and i am still going in circles. I called amazon they said i have to call ifb care. I called ifb care and they gave me a local hyderabad number to call. That local number is [protected]. I have tried this number 100 times at different time for days but no response. Ifb care is of no help. I called them again venting out my frustation and see their audacity, they disconnected the call saying customer not behaving properly. I mean guys, come on, you first pay a hefty amount from your hard earned money for a product and then get a ruthless treatment and you expect your customer to present a garland or what???

                                        Has the common sense died in ifb or are the trainers so cheap that they are not effectively training these contact center guys. I think i am dealing with monkeys here.

                                        Please take your # microwave back and return my money. I dont want to see this # brand in my home anymore. Thanks
