I will buy washing mascine in 5 year later, every year is stop working, and when i call company maccanic. So maccanic come after one week, and every time tell me this part wanna change this part wanna change. So every year i spend[protected] rs without bill and i don't n how much prize the part and i don't understand y people buy this costly ithem if every year spend so much money

My ticket number is [protected]. Even after 48 hours of registration of my complaint no technician attended my washing machine defect.
I am having washing machine of front load type, fully automatic, Elena Steam, capacity 6 kg. So far I have spent almost 10000 Rupees for repair only.
Washing machine start button got stuck in start position, triggering ' error' signal. I am unable to operate my washing machine.
Very poor design, poor customer service..

This complaint pertains to ticket no.[protected] dated.16 th may 2017 as confirmed by you through an sms on my mobile.
It was assured that the complaint shall be attended within 24 hours, as usual.
The nightmare started there when we started calling the technical staff to attend the repair. On 17th one technician came and varified the amc voucher and returned without attending the repair stating that the said amc was not covered by the [protected]@ nch to which he is attached. However he assured to allert the pertinent technician so that he will come and attend immediately.
There after i have left no stone unturned to get a technician to repair my machine but all my efforts are futile.
These are the mob. Nos. I called for help

The pattern of responses were as under,
1) our technician is on the way to your home and may reach in an hour.
2) spares not readily available and looking for supply.
3) talk disconnected half way and switch to busy mode so further conversation is cut mercilessly, a slap on the face of a valud customer which no modern marketing guru appreciates.
4) shirking own responsibility, and finally
5) deleberately not answering the phone.
What can any body call such absurd responses as... Irresponsible? Short of customer care? Bullying the valued customer? So on.
Me and my wife both senior citizens are living together and helping each other and imagine our plight without washing cloths for such long time and no help coming from outside.
Hence i am forced to send this letter which may be treated as notice to attend the servicing/repairs within 24hours from now failing which i may have to seek the help of customer redressal cell to bail me out of this sitiation.

The service provided for IFB air condition in bhubaneswar is very poor. As per the commitments provided while purchasing is not followed and also careless in attending the complains. Once came for service if current supply is not available for the instance then the turn for service is over. I had purchased an AC in Jan 2016 but did not get the service properly till date. Presently my IFB AC is not working properly as compared to other AC I have installed in my home, but service center is not responding.

While running the "Daily use" at 60 degree temperature the machine starts blinking showing F5 . It does not work in spite of following the instructions given in the manual and restarting the machine.

Please rectify asap and also suggest an alternate programme till the problem is resolved.

Complaint was registered on april 6th and till date the issue is not solved. We called ifb customer care several times and its of no use,
In the month of april, service reprensative visited our house and had taken a spare part and promissed to repair the product in 2-3days.
We tried to reach the reprensative several times and they are not responding to our calls now.
I regreat to take ifb microwave oven and the hirache is worst.

We have ifb washing machine elena model. We have submitted the complaint and the guy who visited us charged us 400 rs. He hasnt given any receipt? Is it really 400? Also the washing drum is making noise and he told me to replace it completely and told me that the total cost for changing the drum and one more sensor will cost me 9500? Is it real? I am now worried about the same as i can see the part is costing 600 rs and ifb service guy told me 9500.
Please clarify.

IFB - Set yourself free is what they say but exactly what they have done is set themselves free after looting our money. Two years ago we had bought a IFB Washing Machine Top Load AW6501 for a whooping price of 20, 100 INR but since day one it has only been a mess. We had spent around 10000 just for the problems which had arised in the past two years . And two months ago the washing machine stopped working completely and water started leaking out of the machine all over the floors . We lodged a complaint with IFB and the service executive from VCare Services visited us . He complained that some motor was not working and he has to change it in order to solve the problem.He gave us two options saying that you can either change the motor for 2480 INR or you can put AMC with our company for an amount of INR 4485 with two years warranty.He told that whatever the problem is will be taken care of without any charge and he took the money.Now as soon as he left, We checked the washing machine and even though he changed the motor the water is coming out..So we feel that it was useless to change the motor.We again lodged a complaint with IFB two weeks ago..and no reply from the service person .Again I have made a complaint two days ago and still no reply . So this is what they provide you as a gift for trusting their brand.

Really i am very happy to inform you that i have purchased a front loading washing machine from ifb a well known company among house holders all over india. But when a complaint is lodged no doubt about there quick response... As soon as they reached the spot.. They are very eager to check whether it is under warranty or not.. If it is not under warranty the customer is so lucky that the complaint will be sorted out withi no time... But it is under warranty then the drama starts.. That item is complaint and it is out of stock.. As soon as the item comes complaint wiil be cleared.. After some days again approaching they tell if it is emergency we will fit a used item and whenever the item comes it will be replaced... Thats the end of the show...in turn they will close the complaint. Actually i dont know how many months it will take to make a double valve or something like that... So i humbly request you to take a note of this servicing centres if you want to keep the customer satisfaction.. If it means..

Sir. I S.L.Narasimha Rao purchased washing machine of your company at Reliance Stores Patamata and it comes to repair, I called a technician from your customer service at vijayawada, the technician visited my house collected Rs.3600 including his attendance fee and one year repair maintenance fee and given receipt for Rs.3015 with date[protected] and not given any receipt for the remaining amount. Its clearly a cheating case.. I have contacted ll the responsible persons of your customer care service center.nobody has taken any care on the subject.Co-ordinator Anusha cell.No.[protected], not helped so far.Next responsible person dodge the issue and cut the mobile calls of me They are Srinidhi and Azaraiah, .his cell no.[protected].[The money who has collected from me].They are spoiling your company's reputation. I have a ifb washing machine.its not working.l reported a complaint​ to franchise working in perumbavoor in kerala.many times I called them, but the people working there very irresponsible.2weeks we are waiting .till now no response

My compressor of ac was sent to company for replacement and its a one week now that there is no process done against it and i am not getting a satisfactory response from company, service center and branch office. Now i am feeling that i have made a big mistake in buying ac of ifb. Is it so?

My self Raju from Vijayawada sorry to inform this to you i purchased ifb washing machine 3years ago till know i Dn't get minimum service from your company service...when i contact them they will say definitely tomorrow will be done but till know nothing happened..please do something.thank you...!

I purchased a ifb washing machine in chennai on 16th may 2017 and it was delivered on the next day. Immediately after the delivery i booked a request for installation (Ticket no : [protected]) at 12:15 pm on 17th may 2017 i was told that within 24 hours the installation will be done but till now (2:45 pm on 18th may 2017) no one from ifb called me. I called ifs customer care couple times but i'm getting only standard answer saying that they will escalate. I heard that ifb service is poor but i bought this washing machine as it was mentioned on the box that installation will be done with-in 24 hours. Ifb customer service is bad i request them to focus on customer service than focusing on selling washing liquids or wash machine covers. If i don't get the machine installed by end of the today then i'll be returning the ifb washing machine and buy some other brand as i have good relationship with the dealer.

I have purchased IFB SENORATA SX2 WASHING MACHINE ON[protected], and the Power board complaint arises on[protected] and u r company represenative cattend to complaint and he said replace ment of Power board by them within one day on[protected]. But till today nobody not rectify the problem, hence I request you to replace the product immediately bcoz it's too late to rectify the problem.

There is electric shock in the water coming from drain hose and water which is filled in drum. I have purchased IFB-RCG 6.5 KG AQUA FROM MAYA SALES, HISAR, INVOICE NO. 852 on 28/04/2017. Model TL-RCG 6.5KG AQUA and serial no.[protected].

From last four months our IFB make cloth dryer machine is out oforder. So many time IFB service persons has tried to rectify the same, every time they find some new fault and unable to put the machine in operation. So many time I have called IFB Helpline number & geting the same answer that they will transfer the complaint to service center & tecnician will visit the site.

I purchased split ac of ifb company on[protected]. On date of 7 may 2017 ac didn't work, so i call customer care but after registering complain they said technician will come with in 24 hours but, no one came for repairing ac. I call so many times.. But no one is hearing me.. And proper action is not taken regarding this...10 days wasted in complain now what i do...

I bought ifb washing machine (Ifb 6.5 kg fully-automatic top loading washing machine) on 20/04/2017. On the first use itself i faced one problem in machine, i found heavy water leakage from the body of machine during washing cycle. For that i complaint in ifb customer care,
After 6 days the person from the ifb care take visit but without solving the problem properly he left the site. He remove the original factory joint sealing and applied glue and told to use after 3 hrs. But still having same problem. All to the cloths are not properly getting washed.
I have called multiple times and complained by no one came to fix the issue. [protected] opened on 11/05/2017. I gain called again ticket id given for that [protected].
We never expected to have this kind of bad service for ifb, delivering a faulty washing machine and bad response for the service request.
