I have a ifb washing machine. Model - elena.
Which was purchased 3.5 years back. It is still under warranty, as the warranty is for 4 years.
My machine is giving error since 21st april, to which i have called many times to ifb customer care. But till now nothing is happening and my machine has not yet been repaired.

During installation of an IFB washing machine we were forced to buy a filter as accessory which costed around Rs. 3800/-. The information about the same was not mentioned or brought down to our knowledge in any means at the time of purchase.

I have purchased washing machine on 29\04\2017 and its delivered on 30\04\2017.
When person come for installation i have found that physical damage to washing machine. When i called to vijay sales branch on[protected] they are not responding properly.

Firstly visited twice at if b point hambran roadroad ludhiana to buy 2 air-conditioned. After visiting twice the person recommended me to visit their exhibition at friends Regency. I was assured that he will come and resolved, he dint turn up, after 2 days he called and said that he will send some one else. But no one turned up till date.
