I purchased the above model oven from unilet bangalore on 15-10 96. A month back i rang up your bangalore service centerregarding sound coming when switched on. I was promised that service engineer will come next day but no result. I again complaine to yourtoll free number and second time made a complaint. I was promised that it will be attended to next day. But of no avail. When i asked for complaint number i was told that system is down and i will receive a message yet waitng. I am sure atleast this etter will produce result and my complaint attended to. Ramabhadran.

Dear Sirs, At the outset let me express my frustration and disappointment with the extremely poor service from your service centre at Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. The background is...

1. Your Chittoor Technician Mr Guru took an AMC for 3750 sometime in early April 2017. He then changed some minor parts in the middle of the month. But after that, water started leaking all
over the floor. Getting Mr Guru on the line was very difficult as he was away in Srikalahasti on personal work for a week.

2. In first week May, your local service centre person wanted to know if the repair had been done. She was probably referring to the first repair in mid April. There was a communication gap here.

3, . In the meantime your Pananji representatiave wanted to know the status, and I informed that spare part was yet to be delivered, for stopping the leakage from the bottom of the machine.

4. Then your other technician from Chittor Mr Nanda rang up and said that order for part was placed around 10 days ago with Vijayawada, and part not recd yet.

5. Today I rang up your service centre at Chittoor, but she says that part not recd, and both Nanda and Guru are unavailable.

6. Finally I rang [protected] at 14:12 pm today, and told your lady rep the whole story... She replied something about ticket being cancelled ...could not make out what she meant.

7. Now finally, can I expect any decent service from your people, in line with IFB brand image.

Pl reply earliest so that I can decide on my further course of action.

I bought an AC from Thukral Time center, kalkaji, New Delhi on 13/5/17 at about 12 noon. The salesman immediately called the IFB and told me that IFB installation team will contact me in an hour or so for installation of AC. I have not received any call from IFB. I contacted the call center of IFB(on [protected]) in the afternoon and I was told that there system is not working and advised me to make call after an hour or so. I again made a call to call center but there system was still not working and the call attendant noted all my details and assured me that he would forward my details to the concerned service center immediately for installation of AC and I will receive a call soon. Next morning on 14/5/17, I again made a call to call center. Mr. Raj at the call center gave me a phone number of Mr. Kailash (Manager of service center) and advised me to contact him at [protected] after 10:30 a.m. but his phone was switched-off throughout the day. I contacted the call center as well as shopkeeper several times but in vain. In the evening, I called up Mr. Narayan at [protected] who was very rude and told me to contact the shopkeeper. I had bought IFB product keeping in my the reputation of the company. I never knew that IFB is so careless and unresponsive towards their customer with such a poor service. IFB was not able to install AC in two days. Now I want IFB to take back the product and return my hard-earned money

My IFB front load senorita vx washing machine got repaired in regard to the timing (instead of 33 mins its taking 1 and half an hr) and i raised a complaint by calling the IFB call centre. She took the message and sent some srinivas to get the instrument repaired. This was on 9 of May 17. For some reason he didnt do it well and had to once again raise a complaint on Friday 12 May 2017. Since then no one is attending the work. Received a call from this no.[protected] this morning 15 may 2017 stating that the technician will come by 12 pm. I am writin this mail at 5.30 pm and have been continously callin on the mentioned no from 12 pm. but no one is receiving the call

Secondly, I have an AMC for this starting from Jan 17 to 18 and paid an amount of 2900. Agency is Surya agency and engineer is Vinod. Now one one is coming live in this regard.

Can I have suggestion from the Sr. Mgmt in the Customer complaints dept about what to do now ?

Now some words about IFB, one of the most pathetic after sales service. Its being 5 days now, i havent got any reply from their side. I am constantly calling customer care service, everytime they say that we have escalated this issue and one more new reason they give that our application is working. This is how they treat their customers??

I'm Magesh. I ordered a IFB microwave oven 30L in flipkart and got it delivered on 23rd april 2017, then a demo person came and found that the product is defective so i made a replacement option in flipkart, since then i got calls from IFB regarding the issue and they asked me to send the bill copy, machine photos, damaged area photos etc.. i have sent them those photos. Till now i didnt get any response from their side, whenever i call them they are saying that the process is approved and i will get the replacement in 2 days, after 2 days when i call them again complaining about the same, they are making some more excuses.. Worst service from IFB..really disappointed

I have top load washing machine. One day when i used a error dE comes. Then i see manual and check the drain hose. I see some fiber parts are coming into the drain hose pipe, which is parts of a broken parts inside the washing machine. My washing machine is under warranty, so i want to check the machine interior by ifb technician. And parts broken has to be replaced.

It is not colling and water is flowing through its idu, lodged complaint on call but no action taken yet, it is not even a month old yet .Kindly take some action or replace this unit or i will have to take some legal actions .

I bought a 2 ton IFB Air Conditioner from Sham Lal Krishan Lal, Sadar Bazar Delhi Cantt on the 10th of May which was duly delivered to my Residence and I was assured that the Service call had been logged and the AC would be installed within 24 hrs as is the Company policy.
I called the customer care on #[protected] on the 12 th of May and was assured that the service request had been forwarded to the technician and the needful would be done.On the 13th of May I have called up the same no thrice, been told that our application is down and we will arrange a call back from the service station in 10 minutes I am still awaiting that call!!!I requested them to expedite the matter as I am working and am not available during the week .I told them I have a commitment today and am not available post 5 o'clock and I have my aged parents staying with me but it seems to have had absolutely no effect on the host of XYZ's I seem to have been interacting with on from the call centre!!!
What absolutely shoddy work ethics from a so called reputed company.After my experience I would never recommend IFB to any potential customer and I just wish I could return this AC and go buy a Godrej one which I did last year.Within hrs of the AC being delivered the GODREJ technicians had my AC installed and working.God knows what made me go in for IFB.
I called innumerable times on the 13th of May and I was told the Application is down.I have just made a call ie on the morning of 15th May and have been informed by a call centre executive by the name of Monica that the application is still down and I will get a call back within 48 hrs.
I have been mentally harassed and the service protocol of the company of installing an AC within 24 hrs of purchase is a fraud aimed at misleading clients.I request for an immediate resolution so that I am not further harassed.

We have senorita plus washing machine. We made complaint to their call centre. One technician by name vijayakumar. He did some repairs and charged us rs. 2500.00. He advised us to take annual maintenance contact and charged us rs.3126.00. The machine is still not functioning. Burning smell is coming and water leakage is there. We have made calls on the service centre locally at bangalore. We have made not less than ten calls on the call centre and talked to their superior ms. Pooja also. There is no response and problem is not sorted out. We are aggrieved that company and their service providers have collected sum as mentioned above and not provided service and resolved the problem. It is opined that company and its service providers did not have intention of resolving customer problem but only intended to collect money from its customers and cheat them.

Sir with due respect i need to tell u tht ur washing is most expensive pice of # which is always in maintenance ever.. We hav paid the double of the cost of machine over maintenance yet.
Plz kindly favour to tak away the scrap frm our home.

Ref to AMC no 1508 dated 20/05/2016 for my washing machine till date no free service received. IFB service person called up on 12 May 2017 to give free service on 13 May 2017 and do the renewal of AMC. We do not see any merit of the AMC thus declined the proposal to renew. However to our surprise no body turned up for even servicing our machine.

The complaint is while doing the AMC we were assured of getting free service in 6 months time. In actual not a single free service provided during the AMC period. Hope the matter will be taken up at your level with seriousness.

Fully automatic ifb elena model amc done. Heater is not working please help. I have complained many times on customer care but everytime i am given an assurance. But no one machanic has come. Heater has not been working since last month. Kindly resolve my problem otherwise i will have to move for legal action in the consumer court. I hope you people will understand my problem and solve it as early as possible.

We bought the washing machine from vijay sales on 08th april 2016. Since the beginning it has broken more than 5-6 times & the service center has claimed to fix it 5-6 times.
V are still facing a prob ifb has been the worst brand we ever chose. We still get current shocks & the control panel keeps on breaking. Do not buy ifb. Ifb should be banned.

Today morning my IFB washing suddenly caught fire. I immediately contacted the Customer care & they took my request on an urgent basis but no one came to visit the damaged machine. I waited for 3-4 hours and called the customer service again & they the request for the second time on an urgent visit & promised for a technician visit as it is an urgent matter but to my surprise no one came to visit my house nor any bothered to give me call.
If any thing bad would have happened due to the fire then who would have taken the responsibility..

This is regarding the poor customer service from IFB.
We have been repeating our complaint for the last one week and every time they promise that within one hour, IFB technician will attend your problem that never happens.

On 4-May 2017 we have lodged the complain with the below issues.
1. Front door lock is not working .
2. Timer is not working, hence the timer actions are not working properly.
3. Heavy water flow in to the drum (Which is recurring).

Upon many calls from 4 May 2017, a technician visited the home on 8 May 2017.
He checked the machine and said need to get the parts to rectify the above mentioned issues.
He said that, they will receive the stock on Tuesday 5 May 2017 and will comeback on Wednesday 6 May 2017 to repair the machine.
But this didn't happen.

Since 6 May 2017, I have been calling the customer care center and [protected] (Vikas Kukatpally Service Center Manager), [protected] .

And all were saying that a technician will visit in next few hours and this never happen so far.

And today also they promised to attend but in vain.

Please look into the issue as soon as possible as we are suffering as our machine is not working.

Please note that we have AMC-13775 and valid till 27 Mar 2018.

Please forward this mail to concerned departments who will take immediate action.

We are facing many problems with ifb top loading washing machine. We are calling Ifb customer care from last 5 days, but customer care executive is telling us there system is down and they would not be able to take complaint. Worst service and worst product. Water is leaking and wash quality is not good. I would recommend everyone not to buy Ifb product. Sub standard service and product.

I bought IFB washing machine on 11/03/2017 through the Flipkart, after two month on 11/05/2017 I faced one problem in machine, I found heavy water leakage from the body of machine during washing cycle. For that I complaint in IFB customer care, My ticket ID is [protected].
After 1 day on 13/05/2017 the person from the IFB care (Vapi) take visit but without solving the problem he just left the site and talk very rudely with my wife. I am not tolerate this type of behavior.
My wife called to IFB care (Vapi) regarding this issue, but from there also they are not answer to us satisfactory. (The phone No. of Vapi care Office given by who is coming for service.)
My simple advise to IFB, if you are not able provide satisfactory service to your customer then closed your company. So Customer are not bought your product and they are not upset like me.

Servicing of machine is not done properly because service men are not coming for visit on time.They were only give the dates that i am coming on that date but never coming for service last 7 to 8 month.Please take action asap towards service center of Muzaffarpur otherwise i will mail to higher authority regarding this.
