A complaint registered against ifb washing machine with ticket no [protected] on[protected] about water leakage. A technician came after two days and said that a spare (Rubber which is located near the door) is required to resolve the problem and it will take 2 or 3 days.

But after 11 days the problem is not resolved.in these days i've called costumer care twice. But they have given another no. And i called that no. Also they are telling it will take 3 more days. Oh! What a bad service.

after this complaint on 30th april, 17 a technician came with that spare and tried to resolve but that spare was not accurate to fit the machine and he made an alteration which was completely against to the company manufacture. even though i objected to do like that but he told that it is temporary sir i will come with correct spare. the next day when i started the machine the water came out from the liquid tray like fountain. then i called to hyderabad person, karimnagar person, area sales manager and the technician about this. what a headache to me to do all this. how can a technician do alteration against the company manufacture? today 3rd May, 2017 see sir how long time it has taken even now also the problem raised instead of resolve. MY SUGGESTION TO THE COMPANY TO RETHINK ABOUT THE SERVICE CENTRE. SORRY! I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.

    I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from your company on april 24, 2017. One of your representative have come to my home to repair the washing machine.
    There is a basic normal complaint. He have removed the new part of the machine and replaced with an old working part and he have taken the new part with him and also he have insisted us to pay an amount of 1870 we have paid according to his forceful instructions.

    I repeatedly tried to ask your representative about this, but he refused to deal with my questions and had raised his voice against us and he had left by unfixing the bolts of our washing machine. We have called and put a complaint regarding this issue. But the people of customer care was been saying that we will solve the issue. But it was been 3 long days since they told that they will solve the issue with in 12 hours

    I trust this is not the way that ifb company wishes to deal with valued customers, and i have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the further matter of refunding our valuable amount or replacing with a new part.

      Complaint for my ifb washing machine (Front loading) was booked under ticket no.[protected] dtd 23.04.2017and simulteneously the same has been changed by ifb as [protected] for the machine which is under warranty period till 05/11/2018.
      On 1st visit, one technician came and told for keeping the warranty card ready and it will be repaired with free of cost as it is under warranty period. On 25.04.2017 another technician came and checked the warranty card which is valid, but did nit repair with spares.
      Other than putting stabiliser (Which was put initially as per instruction of ifb technician) ifb had not informed for any entry point for rats into washing machine and cutting/damaging some wires. Even 1st technician told if it is damaged by cockroaches/rats, the warranty is ensured. Now the machine is not repaired, ifb personnel demand huge amount of rs.[protected]/-.

      Requested to ifb to replace the spares as it is under warranty period. It may benoted that i am also using other ifb products.

        This is regarding my IFB washing machine which ive been using for 2 years. Ive been facing the problem right since the time of installation. The ifb rep who came for installation charged 3000 rs from me in the name of accessories. He also told me to contact him directly for any kind of problems and not to contact toll free number Withing two days of his leaving i started having this problem with the tap adapter falling off again and again during wash. I asked him to replace it then since it was not even a month of installation. However he refused and stopped picking up my calls. Later i spoke to customer executive umpteen number of times but have got very nad response the latest complaint number is [protected] for which I was supposed to get a call back and i haven't got any so far.. Very bad customer service from ifb.

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          Kindly note I own a IFB washing machine for the last 3.5 years and the machine has been working fine without any problem for the last 3.5 years.
          Suddenly the machine has started giving problems now, it is a electronic equipment so I can understand that it can give problems. It is pausing in between and not starting again on its own (Its a automatic washing machine). So we have to again reset and restart it. This happens quite a few times.
          After this thing happening 4 to 5 times, I understood that there is some problem with the machine, hence called customer care.

          Hence I raised a complaint in customer care for arranging a technician on 21-April, for which a ticket number - [protected] was generated.
          the technician visited on 22-April and cleared the drain, and said now the problem is solved.

          He advised us to but DE-SCALE powder for the machine. I purchased 2 packets of DESCALE powder from him.
          Of which one he said he will use now and he put the powder in teh machine and started the cycle and left.

          The same problem of the machine which existed earlier again occured and the machine paused with some error, having water still in it. As it was happenening earlier.
          Hence I called up the technician again to find out the root case of the problem. I had called up on Saturday itself the same day that the technicain had visited. To Customer care, who intern provided me with the local service center managers numbers, whom i contacted. As still no one came on monday also, I again called up there office.

          After all these calls and inconvinence for these many days, the technician came on 24th April, ie. today only after calls after numerous calls.

          The technician just started a quick wash cycle of 30 mins, and the cycle completed problem, so he assumed that all is in order, and didnot try to even find out the problem.

          As per the technician as the machine cycle of quick wash completed successfully hence all is in order.

          I had asked him then and there, that there is some problem thats why the machine is not working.

          Now again the same problem is reoccuring in the machine.
          I need a technician who would come and try to find out the problem first and them solve it.

          Plz dont send such technicuiand who just come to close the tciekst raised and sell the products for incentives.
          The technician who cam eboth teh times, seems to be like that.

          hence I am raising this compalint againt the IFB technician, very poor service on behalf of the IFB to hire such technicians with them.

          And plz arrange to send a Good skilled technciand to my place to resolve the issue with my washing machine.

          The isssue has not yet been resolved.

          I have a IFB washing Machine. Model - ELENA .
          Which was purchased 3.5 years back. It is still under warranty, as the warranty is for 4 years.
          My machine is giving error since 21st April, to which I have called many times to IFB customer care. But till now nothing is happening and my machine has not yet been repaired.

          Even after so much communication, machine is still not working.
          What is IFB doing about it. The service center in Navi Mumbai are not responding at all. The Technicians of IFB Navi Mumbai are not picking up the call even.

            I have purchased new IFB dishwasher in exchange with my old IFB dishwasher. As per the manual provided with the machine, outlet pipe should not be more than 4 mtrs. I have to attach the extension to the outlet pipe and the total length of the pipe is less than 3 mtrs. From the day 1 the machine is not working properly. It sometimes completes the washing cycle sometimes gives error in between. I called the customer care for the same and informed about the error but the technician is not able to fix the error yet. According to him I should not attach the extension pipe. It the length of the pipe is within the prescribed limits why it should create the problem? 3 weeks are over but I'm not getting satisfied answer about the error. This kind of service is not expected from a huge and well known company like IFB.

            My problem is not resolved yet. Just received a call to ask my problem and no response after that. I am planning to buy washing machine but after seeing the after sales service I'll not prefer to buy any IFB product henceforth.

              I have a contract of for my ifb washing machine. I am from surat, gujarat. I have made complaint on 14/4/17 name ramanbhai patel. Contact number [protected]. Complaint number is [protected].

              Technician was arrived on 15/4/17 and told me that tub of machine need to be repalced. The same problem was occurred before a month and than after 15 days they fit the tub. They dont fit the tub in proper way so again tub is creating a problem.

              Now tub of machine need to be replaced as said by technician. After it, we are constantly trying to contact for replacement of tub but still no action is taken from ifb. It has been 10 days.

              I called to customer care of ifb washing machine from last 10days, they are saying that tub will be replaced after 2-3 days because they dont have tub in stock and tube will come from ahmedabad. Than again after 3 -4 days i called to customer service and they said the same thing that tub is still not arrived from ahmedabad. Than they told me that tub will arrive on monday.

              Now its monday, i called for the same thing in morning and they were saying that today your tub will be replaced. And at noon when nobody was here for replacement, i called again and now they ate saying that tub will arrive after 4 days from ahmedabad.

              Aaj 10 days se mera machine shut down hey. Kab tak mujhe yeh problem face karna padega from ifb side? Company's service is worst.

              This is the 2nd time i am facing the same situation and problem from ifb side. I wrote to them by mail also when 1st time this problem was occurred. Now again 2nd time, the same problem is occurring.

              When i contact head of the surat name brijesh, he talk to me very rudely. When i ask him about resolution of my complaint, he told that do whatever you want to do.

              This is not a way of customer services and support from ifb. I would like to request you to take strictest action against this.

              When i get my complaint resolved? When technician replace tub of washing machine?

                Elite VX 7kg/1000 rpm machine we brought and complained to several time to person who came for installation. After warrantee period we understood that person is not with IFB and paid a service charges whopping 6000 rs replacement and amc for next one year at 3800 rs. PCB replaced second time is of different programs machine is not working satisfactorily. Service person is having under capacity knowledge about the product, past 10 days we are unable to use machine.

                  I am one of ifb customer. I have ifb elite aqua washing machine.
                  I have registered my complaint on 19th april. Ticket no. ([protected]). They said that i will get services in next 24 hrs. Again i talked to ur customer care executives on 20th and 21st april. I am writing this on 22nd april after talking to ur customer care executives. I talked to ur local ifb service guy. He also assured to get it repaired but nobody came.
                  I request you to kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible. Its still in warranty period. I am really disappointed with ur after sale services. And in future i dont want to recommend any o[censored]r products. Just because of very poor after sale services.

                      Warranty of elena steam 6 kg expired on february 2017. Took amc on first week of march 2017 immediately. Machine not working on 4th april 2017. Complaint logged on 05/04/2017. Technician came on 7th april and said panel is burnt hence needs to be replaced. As expected spare not in stock in our small guwahati city (Population of 20 lacs). So having to wait and call toll free number and local office number of times without receiving any positive answer.
                      Your product is excellent but your after sales service is lagging and certainly not
                      At all complementary. (After sales sevice is actualy opposite of your product quality). Kindly pls have our product up and running at the earliest. Latest ticket number [protected]. Sometimes we doubt if this had been a paid sevice instead of being under amc things might had gone faster.

                        To, Whome so ever is responsible.

                        I bought an Air conditioner & Washing machine from IFB & really feeling the pain everyday!

                        Multiple complaints has been made for the repair of My IFB Airconditioner & haven't got a solution. Each time executive comes, puts the blame on the previous executive, and nothing being done for the actual repair. All the visiting executives had been recommending a replacement of some part attaching the bills. It runs whole night but doesnt cool the room at whatever least temperature we keep. It is leaking inside my bedroom. THE WORST Service from IFB. Last service person who came told it is not even installed properly.

                        I have paid a AMC of 5187 on 16/11/2015 for 2 years. No one ever turned up till date. What for is this 5187 paid for ???

                        Is this the kind of service you give to customers. I have waited enough. I lost patience now. Is someone going to fix this or I am suing IFB ???

                          I am dr. Justin masih, resident of 38a/20a, muir road, allahabad, up. I am the owner of ifb washing machine in warranty. I am forced to make a written complain against your allahabad office because of their non professional behavior. It's been about a week since i made the first complain on the toll free number and then a second complain again on the toll free number on sunday 16th april but to no effect.

                          On repeated complain in the local office, i have been told today that they are not sure when that part is going to come from the warehouse. They are counting 7 working days from today although they are not sure whether it'll come or not, it can any amount of time. Please be reminded that i lodged my first complain on 13th or 14th april, you can verify the same from customer service.

                          Please look into this matter as i need to get my washing machine repaired and working as soon as possible. We are professionals and have bought ifb washing machine with the hope to get fair customer service however your claim of providing good customer service seems to be hypothetical and far from reality.

                            My name is Madhur Bansal and my IFB ID No. is 12288539. This complaint is regarding the complaint no. [protected].

                            It's been less than a year since I bought a new top loading fully automatic IFB washing machine and I am facing some technical issues with my product. I am juggling with the same issue since last 3-4 months and tried to lodge the complaint by calling at IFB customer care, calling the service center in Bathinda and calling the technical executive so many times.

                            Every time I call at Bathinda service center to follow up on my complaint the stupid lady sitting over there tells me that a technician left 15 minutes ago to visit my house (in Bhagta Mandi, Punjab) today and after that nobody comes.

                            If you check the records, I have lodged the complaint so many times during the last 3 months but my issue is still unresolved. Over and above that the last IFB executive who came from Bathinda service center after I called them at least 100 times, was a complete novice and he installed the shockers incorrectly which caused the machine to completely stop working.

                            Now, after being fed up by the post-sale service of IFB and continuous follow-ups to resolve my issue, I am writing this email in hope that my issue will be addressed this time and escalated to the higher authorities at IFB.

                            It's a complete harassment of the customers and I have never regretted a decision to buy a new product as it's the case with IFB.

                            Hope someone will respect my time and give me a fixed deadline to resolve my issue asap.

                              We had purchased purchased a executive vx 8kg 1000rpm serial no[protected] from next store in delhi on 27/2/2013. After an year of buying the diplay panel started blinking and an ifb executive said this is due voltage fluctuations. Hence we got the stabiliser installed by him and he fitted another display panel.in 2016 again the same problem and again the disply panel was changed by ifb executive. Just 2 days back my machine stopped working and the panel says"door". An ifb executive checked and said the display panel and the door lock both needs to be changed which would cost panel - rs 9500 and door lock rs 1500. I really dont understand why the display panel gets repeatedly faulty. I didnt expect this from a reputed brand like ifb.in 4 years time the the diaplay panel malfunctioned thrice. This really makes me think whether this is an "defective piece". Moreover the executive tells us on petsonal level he can do it for a lesser amount. How do i trust him? A big question mark on ifb. I hope someone looks into the matter.

                              i am not at all satisfied with your reply. there is no reply asto why does the PCB gets faulty so frequently, every year literally. if i get the pcb replaced how long will it last. 6 months warranty is too short a period when i am spendind 10000.

                                Multiple complaints had been made for the repair of washing machine vide Ticket no. [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] for the same complaints. Each time executive comes, puts the blame on the previous executive, and nothing being done for the actual repair. All the visiting executives had been recommending a replacement of some part.
                                It seems that since the machine is in AMC, so probably the company does not want to spend, therefore just doing some timepass.
                                The worst part is that the customer care had also stopped responding and disconnecting as soon as the address is told to them.

                                Rating : 0/10 to IFB company for not resolving the complaints and fleecing money in the name of AMC

                                  I have Ifb elina dx washing machine & it's under AMC with Ifb. I raised complent in service center on 13/04/2017 they give me complent no [protected] .but till date there is no response from service center I called them 8 to 10 time Only

                                    The dryer in our front load washing machine is not working for long time (2 years) and the response from service person is some machine part not available in market. Please take this complaint on priority and close soon. Also there is water leakage from the machine directly when it is washing clothes. There is no proper response from the service person in our locality and so the complaints are not getting resolved soon. It's been pending for very long time and am in the stage of planning to change our washing machine itself.
