I raised the above complaint yesterday (4th may 2017) and your executive came & opened the machine and said parts needs to be replaced and he'll get back with the parts on saturday (6th may 2017)

He took the amount of rupees 575 as service charge and when i insisted on receipt he said he will give on saturday after replacing the part & there will not be any service charge on saturday

Now i received a message today that the complaint is resolved

What does this mean?

Moreover the guy who came in not even in bothered to close the machine back, what kind of technical assitance this is?

Don't ifb got basic moral ethics that receipt should be given when you collect the money from customer?
& and being in the customer service industry for so many years don't you teach your representative to ensure the machine should be kept as it is before leaving the site?

I am still not getting on what basis the complaint was closed
What kind of service provider you have?

Hope this is taken into serious consideration and the problem is resolved as committed

I have a ifb washing machine. Model - elena.
Which was purchased 3.5 years back. It is still under warranty, as the warranty is for 4 years.
My machine is giving error since 21st april, to which i have called many times to ifb customer care. But till now nothing is happening and my machine has not yet been repaired.

Even after so much communication, machine is still not working.
What is ifb doing about it. The service center in navi mumbai are not responding at all. The technicians of ifb navi mumbai are not picking up the call even.

During installation of an IFB washing machine we were forced to buy a filter as accessory which costed around Rs. 3800/-. The information about the same was not mentioned or brought down to our knowledge in any means at the time of purchase.

The elder people in the home were not able to understand the technical details detailed by the representative. If the same accessory is mandatory for the smooth functioning of the machine, why it was not sold during the time of purchase.

I request everyone to enquire in detail about the demo procedures and costs incurred while purchasing any appliances.

I have purchased washing machine on 29\04\2017 and its delivered on 30\04\2017.
When person come for installation i have found that physical damage to washing machine. When i called to vijay sales branch on[protected] they are not responding properly.

I am totally disappointed with vijay sales service and planning to register police complaint if the defect product is not replaced

Complaint no.[protected] dn at 12.32 pm today about my washing machine door tht cant open after a wash cycle. I requested for an urgent visit since the wet clothes are inside the machine and i need a technician sos. The customer care did mk a note of my urgency.
No one contacted me. I called the customer care again a few minutes before 5pm and they assured me that a technician will attend to my complaint and thy gv me the no of the service centre that looks after my area complaints... Andheri west. Thy also gv me the number of ms. Priti singh who looks after the complaints in my area.
So i called the service centre on [protected] at 5pm and i am told that its too late in the day (Imagine in a city like mumbai) and that the technicians hv left for the day.. Mind u its not a saturday where i could understand that thy work half day.
So i called ms. Priti singh who first asked me rudely hw i gt her no. And thn connected me on a conference call with the serv cent guy who refused to attend my complaint.
Ms. Priti singh, instead of solving my problem kept on telling me that its not possible to attend my complaint... With excuses in the background from the serv cent guy.
Ifb... I will not recommend u to any1 only bcz u hv the worst service. The moment it is known that one has an annual maintainance contract the serv centre guys dont bother attending the complaints.
It isnt our job to follow up the complaints. And in a city like mumbai ur technicians are shameless in giving excuses. You hv the worst people working for you.
My clothes lie wet in my washing machine and will hv to be there until the technician decides to cm.
I cn only pray that he cms. But definitly no more ifb

We bought IFB-senorita sx 6kg front loader fully automatic washing machine before 4 years.Its serial number is[protected].Suddenly when we switch on the machine display is not working and its not starting too..Please help us in this.Spokem with customer care.Its very urgent.please resolve it asap

I have purchased IFB washing machine in Dwarka Sector 7 Ramphal Chowk on November, 2016 while using on[protected] I found smells like wire got infected then air dryer is not working. I made complaint IFB care on[protected] ticket no [protected] but no response from your team so I am making complaint daily and getting ticket nos as usual. But till date nobody has come and rectified problem till today.

I have raised the complaint bearing complaint number [protected] and so far neither i have received any call nor any technician visited my house. Hope some one will intervene in this issue and arrange for some technician.

If you track my recent complaints, i have been raising my complaints from march 22 2017 onwards (Complaint no. [protected]), april 23 2017 (Complaint no. [protected]) and again recent complaint yesterday (Complaint no. [protected]), ofcourse for which no one turned out till now nor called me. Iam having this problem with the washing machine where water is not cutting off automatically and is overflowing from washing powder tray and from the door. Water is completely filled in the washing drum and also making huge noise

There is a serious problems with your technicians. One guy (Ramesh - [protected]) says, may be you are using excess washing powder, where we have been using the same machine for past 8 years and still he feels we are not educated or matured enough to know how much powder is required.. Another technician (Mobile no. [protected]) turnsup on april 24 2017 and says its the problem of some part which controls the water flow and while fixing he takes out a hand written paper showing drawing about how to fit and consults another technician again and again for fixing (Means he being a technician is not having knowledge on how to install that spare part). Guys like these technicians attend our calls

My problem is not yet resolved and he has taken signature on three cards where as i have seen only two spares are changed. He says only by signing three cards i will be allowed to change the spare.

Washing machine is not the only thing in our life for which we have been calling again and again to ifb service and we have to wait for some technician to turnup.

My compliant ID:[protected], N.Devarajan, Phone no:[protected], two months before i booked a service with IFB for my Neptune DX, received a call from service center that guy informed me that to fix this issue it will cost around 4500 instead ican pay 7000 rupees for extended warranty and after 15 days they will fix current issue for free of cost, So i agreed and paid for extended warranty, after receiving the amount service center guy told me they will fix it in 30 days, so i waited for 30days and booked a complaint again with IFB on April 3rd, till now No one called me and provided any update about this, whenever i call they are keep seeing they will fix it in 2 days, 1week and sooo on. one month completed now, but this issue not solved yet. Spoke to service center manager(Thiruvallur), Area manager, useless No one cares on fixing the issue. they even did not call me and provided any update sofar. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My complaint is pending from last December 2016.My ticket no is [protected], [protected]. but not yet fault rectifies due to instrument not yet received from the company. pls rectify fault.Already so many times call the concern Area customer care

Raised a complaint for rectification on 22nd April 2017. Till date Technician vistied the location on 29th April 2017. Asking to buy some chemcial and gone. Till today never comeback or rectification done.
Trying to call his supervisor / manager never answers phone call.
Fed up with customer care of IFB.
Trying to contact customer care number they were helpless.
When contacted technician who ever visited spot, his response in rude manner.
His response is You can call customer care and lodge a complaint in "taunting tone"
What type customer service IFB is doing?
IFB is only selling. Not for service?

My ifb washing machine not working from three weeks. Within in three weeks i call ifb customer care[protected] three time. Every time they reply tomorrow company technician will come and solve your problem. But till now no one come to see my machine. My machine is under warranty. Ifb is provide worst customer service to his customer.
Main problem of my washing machine is that machine take water one time and drain one time. After that not take water. Stop.
O please send any one to check my machine and solve my machine problem.

I bought it new neptune vx on 19apr. Delivered 20apr. Unpacking completed by company rep. Product not working from first day. Error f9 came. Rectified. Error f5 came. Nothing done. Rep behaves like consumer, opens m/c, restart and leaves. Same error repeats and m/c stops. No response. Ultimately raised complaint ticket no [protected]. Consumer code 4945112. Very unprofessional approach. Consumer is left to fend for himself. I am fed up calling up the company. Planning to refer the issue to my lawyers. Disgusted. Did a big mistake choosing ifb over samsung. Samsung is perfect as far as resolution is conserned. Ifb is delivering defective product. This product was bought to get some peace but all it has delivered is stress, more stress and only stress.

My IFB executive Elite washing machine is under AMC.
Its timer is not working properly from today, 30th April, 2017. It is not starting from point B, but from tub sign after the symbol DC.

The washing machine is just 5 months old and it is giving lot of noise. Today, it wouldn't start at first and once it did, the motor keeps on running even after we unplugged the machine. Strange and. Why disppointed with the product. My first experience with IFB and turning out to be bad. To top it, they don't have service engineers on Sunday. I am worried about the safety as it

There is problem in my washing machine so i want to call the service provider but there is no reply from the service provider and no one had came to resolve my problem. So i want to give complaint online i wish so problem may resolve. And wish so my problem can be taken into consideration and take some action.

Main problem of my washing machine is that the display on the screen has been not working properly. Please send the technician to resolve it.

We purchased IFB Washing machine in Aug 2016 and after calling time and again to local service center of Kota Rajasthan, nobody has come to attend the complaint of routine service which assured by dealer that within no time it will be provided, My house number is 180, pratap nagar-1, Borkhera, kota, rajasthan Kindly take necessary action i[censored] can do.

Firstly visited twice at if b point hambran roadroad ludhiana to buy 2 air-conditioned. After visiting twice the person recommended me to visit their exhibition at friends Regency. At the 3 Rd visit from my office just to book 2 air conditioners I visited exhibition and booked 2 of dem with promised deliver on Monday as I booked them on Friday. On Wednesday I contacted them to get it financed as they promised they will help me with everything. I got a case passed by Bajaj finance on the name of rajan Kumar.on Thursday morning after visiting 5 th time at the ifb point I was badly treated with the Ill behavior of the employees at ifb point was insulted and no one was ready to coperate . I have both the receipts of the air conditioners with me. I am an existing costumer of the ifb and hope of getting a help from the higher staff. As I was badly treated at the ifb point and was told that we the costumers are the brand ambassadors of the organization

I had purchased washin machine in nov 2016. And getting issues in that. I called up mr varun from jamshedpur regarding lodgement of service request. I was assured that he will come and resolved, he dint turn up, after 2 days he called and said that he will send some one else. But no one turned up till date.
Theachine ia in waranty for 4 years.

Kindly send someone so that the same can be resolved.
