Very much disappointed with your service. Totally i have wasted a month to resolve my issue. I have reported a problem on march 16. Still it is not resolved. You can check my complaint history. My contact no. Is [protected]. Totally 4 service persons visited my home and they did marketing about your product like stabilizer, cleaning powder etc., other than that they didn't check anything. Last person came and told that problem on board which i replaced on october. I have requested to change the same since i paid amc. He told me no spare now. Will change it tomorrow. But passed a week, there is no response. Please do the needful asap. We trusted, that's y we purchased your product. Please don't spoil the same.

Sir, i purchased elena front load washer in 2005 from your dealer in vile parle east m/s arihant electronics on[protected]. bill no 7305. till date it works undisturbly. so let me know life of ifb product i. e. elena washer. i feel proud to select such excellent brand. i congratulate ifb from bottom of my heart. best wishes ifb.

I am having Washing Machine and Dish Washer of IFB. Both machines are good.

From 1 month Dish Washer is not cleaning utensils as per FIB standard.

So through proper channel I had registered my grievances.

Technician visited twice. Inspected.Taken visiting fees.But Dish Washer is not repaired as per standard.

Technician told me that one part is not working properly. And FIB is not manufacturing that part. So this machin cannot be repaired.

I was surprised and shocked.

Yesterday
I again contacted FIB authority through Toll free number. They suggested me that an authority from Exchange Commodity side will contact you.So he contacted me.

He advised me tha same.
Additional to that he suggested me to give up my Dish Washer Neptune to company and get new updated vs Neptune at around Rs 34000/- .

He specifically pressed that in this dealing I am getting Rs 4500/- as an exchange value.

So,
Now I want to know that-
Is IFB has such policy to discontinue manufacturing of any part of any model after certain period.

Please let me know the as early as possible.

I ordered washing machine trolley from IFB web site. They send me defective piece. I am calling from last 6 days and didn't get any positive response. Frustrated by the service. there is no option to return also.

Captioned dish washer is under amc from 25/10/2016 to 24/10/2017. the machine was not working properly for which complain was given to them on 26 th nov. 2016. after repair the same problem occurred instantly and as per the advice of mr. laxmidhar sahoo, the machine was sent to their service center, m/s lokmata enterprisers, cuttack road, bhubaneswar on 5th jan.2017 for replacement of some parts. by this time more than 3 months have passed and the machine is yet to be attended. inspite of my several reminders, requests they are neither repairing nor returning the machine. i am suffering innumerable problems since the machine is out of order for more than 5 months.

I brought one new ifb microwave 20sc2 20ltrs convection on 30.03.2017.
I requested on 11.04.2017 for the installation cum demo session at my home by ifb engineer. On my request one tkt no [protected] is allotted to me.
Engineer came at my home on 12.04.2017. After the inspection of product, engineer confirmed that my new ifb microwave is having some un-repairable defect and it will be replaced by the company (Ifb). I asked to service engineer for the documentation & give my service copy receipt for further action. Service engineer confirmed that there is no documentation required and he will give feedback for this issue and in next 3 days company will give replacement for my product.

* please confirm the status of my complaint. Also confirm when i can get the replacement of my defected product with one new ifb microwave 20sc2 20ltrs convection.

i have IFB serena under AMC with local vendor suggested by IFB.
my parts are being replaced under AMC. machine is 4 years old.
do the parts get replaced with new or refurbished parts ?
there is no clarity on this anywhere. Call centre has responded saying that it should be new parts but the service vendor is disagreeing.

this has been going on for the last 2 months almost and the technicians are unable to figure out the actual problem and keep replacing parts on every visit and charging us for the same even though it is under AMC.

IFB as a brand is not something i would want to continue with if the after sales service is so horrible even in metro cities like Mumbai. we love the product but this mess for basic utility items like washing machines etc is not acceptable and we would prefer LG or someone with much better service.

I had purchased ac 1.5ton 11month before. My ac is not working properly (No cooling) i had complained 3 times. Still now no one had attended the complainti had 3 ticket number. Dear Team

We have 2 washing machines installed at our two different address.Yesterday a executive from your company visited our house & recommended a cleaning powder for 160/- rs for cleaning of the machine & 1 soap for 350/- for washing of clothes.(E-11 Gk enclave 2).According to him the cleaning powder helps in removing the scaling on the bottom of the machine, and he said it will be clean in the first time only, but when we tried it it didn't work & we thought to call IFB complaint centre but the way they spoke to my father it was absolutely pathetic & rude.It is not a matter of 160/- or 350/- rs but these guys are cheating there customers & then not been apologetic about it.I request you to kindly take the necessary action against these 2 gentlemen(Mahesh & avdesh), cannot attach the call recording on this platform, If you can forward me a mail id will do so.

I have an IFB washing machine, model Senorita Deluxe with an annual maintenance contract. The machine is not working since 04.03.17.
Despite lodging a complaint (No.[protected] on 06.03.17 and another complaint (No.[protected] on 11.03.17 and repeated phone calls to IFB service centre, my washing machine is still not working. Nobody from the company has bothered to visit and rectify the problem

I have paid AMC of Rs. 4800. I have been calling for a service for past 3 months, since January, they promise to send someone, but nobody turns up for the service. I have also spoken to the Manager of this branch but no progress. We can't be paying just like that and wait here for months without using the machine. Pls see to that in another few days time a person is sent for the service or we will have to take this further to worst extent. Then how do we believe in your brand name?! We would not further recommend to anyone. We pay AMC with a trust that your people come at regular intervals but it doesn't happen. Pls take this seriously and see to that it doesn't happen again. I hope some action is taken soon.

this is Udaya kumar from Pondicherry my washing machine creates lot of sound while running so we called IFB center(Krishna Agiencies) in pondicherry they inspected the machine and they said they have to change bearing in the machine and they took the machine and told that they have replaced that and fixed it and applied some glue on that and said to test the machine after 24 hours and collected money 4000 from us and went off. After we tried it in next day the machine was not running.We called the technician again but no response from him and we called to the IFB agencies the said they will refund the money back but not received yet.Kindly take a proper action on them. tech no: Senthil ([protected]) one month rolled off kindly solve the issue.

My washing machine is out of order since 30.03.2017. My customer ID is 3559543 & complaint No. [protected] dtd. 30.03.2017. Mr. Amritlal has visited so many time but machine is not repaired. Please send one senior technician who can diagnose the fault and repair the machine.
You can imagine what problem and mental harassment I am facing. Today you had assured to send some some senior technician, but no body turned up. As owner of the firm, please see my washing machine is working by tomorrow.

I took an AMC with IFB for my washing machine. I have raised a complaint on 18 march 2017 and ticket no. is [protected]. No response from any service guy and i kept on calling the help desk for fixing the issue.Every time i get a response saying they will inform the supervisor. Untill now no one has come to fix the issue. Today (10 April 2017) i got an sms saying the issue is resolved. Without even the service guy coming how you can fix the issue. Are you having a magic wand or what? If this is the way you give service in Bangalore then what kind of service you will be giving in Tier2, Tier3 cities. Pathetic, you guys are looting people by making customers join AMC and then not responding to customer complaints.

IFB dishwasher given for repair to "global services" (somiya billd 2nd floor gali no 12, chand musjid shastri park new delhi) on 2/02/17 . Since then, no call is being answered from our registered number. Mr. sikander - the concerned person has blocked our number. Dont know how to get the dishwasher back.

Internal team is inolved. When I called IFB coustomer care number, the executive said that our server is down so we cant give you a complaint number, but our service team will contact you in half an hour. So later when we got a call we thought its genuine, because we got this call through IFB.
The person said he needs to pick the dishwasher as it will get repaired in the IFB center. So we handed it over. But its been 2 months and no call is getting answered.
IFB customer care is saying they cant handle it we have to talk to the service center guys.
