I have a IFB washing machine and its under AMC with IFB for 2 years. I have raised a complaint about the problem a week ago. Till date there is no response from IFB. I have got the registered complaint number. but no one has visited since a week.
I have followed up with customer care for more than 5 times now. every time I call they claim, some one will visit soon.
unfortunately IFB has no customer grievance cell or email id to report this problem.

We set the machine at gentle mode along with 20 small clothes. Washed clothes were being taken out from the machine. But thick thread of one single cloth is stuck in the hole of washing machine. It is not even coming out by hard push. The incident happened today. The machine is 4 years old brought from Sonepat. We look forward to simple assistance from the company.

Team, As discussed 2 to 3 times already with your support and team that the engineer who came to address my issue did not really got my need, he is giving me a cover which does not fit, secondly the pipe which he gave is broken.
I asked him to get this fixed but he gave a similar cover which is not a fit and with pipe as well, he just cut the bad area and fixed. I need a new pipe.
for all these requests, I am paying him and this is not something which he does free?
I am really irate and pissed with all this and his attitude.
I logged the call and requested for ticket number also and got this note from customer care that I will get ticket on SMS. it has been 4-5 hours and nothing came to me.
this is how you provide service? I really do not think you will survive long in market with this attitude. I hope you do take corrective actions to fix issues.

I had purchased one AC on 14.04.2016 and company representative installed on 16.04.2016. I have taken only two free services but one was balance.After confirmation from the company's customer care dept. I have lodged a service request to get that free service & getting one token (No-[protected]) and the executive confirm me that as I put the request within the active period, no charge will be paid by customer side as a service charge. But, today the service engineer called me and claim of Rs 575/- as service charge, then only he will come, because the date is 17th as my one year completed.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful in my favour.

I have purchased microwave oven 30SC4 30 Ltr for my parents around 1 month ago but it is not working and I have registered complaint on customer care and even called on local service center but they are not ready to resolve the issue . I have called customer care multiple times, everytime they are giving fake commitments of call back and visit from technician but eveytime I get same response that local service is not responding on complaint and not giving any resolution.

With due respect here I have to say that after several times getting appointments to visit for solve my washing machine heating problem. They're are issued two tickets no. and it's [protected] dt. 14 Jan 17 & [protected] dt. 13 April 17. And the same were updated on 15 Apr and 16 Apr respectively. But till date no one visited. The problem is when wishing machine temperature we here fixing Power supply goes out.

I bought a dishwasher (Neptune model) in 2010 and have it under AMC currently. The AMC runs from July Last year till July 2017. The machine is mostly non functional and in-spite of our repeated complaints and calls to service personal, the machine is not fixed. Each time we make a call, a service person comes after a big delay, makes some checks and disappears after making a promise that he would bring a new board, motor, whatever but they are not able to bring up the machine to working condition.

Very very poor maintenance service though we pay a big amount for the service.

I have registered complaint with IFB on the customer care No.[protected] of air conditioner not working on 13.04.17 (Complaint No. [protected]). I think IFB are suppose to attend the complaint within 24 hours. On 14th i was assured that the technician will attend the call by afternoon but not attended. Since then i have contacted several times but on each time i have received false promise. Today after several follow up i was assured that the technician will attend the call without fail. But once again as earlier the promise was a false one. Since the air-conditioning is under warranty period i am helpless and under IFB mercy to get my problem solved. I regrate that i have chose to be IFB customer. Hope that on some day IFB will bother to find solution of your helpless customers.

Very much disappointed with your service. Totally i have wasted a month to resolve my issue. I have reported a problem on march 16. Still it is not resolved. You can check my complaint history. My contact no. Is [protected]. Totally 4 service persons visited my home and they did marketing about your product like stabilizer, cleaning powder etc., other than that they didn't check anything. Last person came and told that problem on board which i replaced on october. I have requested to change the same since i paid amc. He told me no spare now. Will change it tomorrow. But passed a week, there is no response. Please do the needful asap. We trusted, that's y we purchased your product. Please don't spoil the same.

Sir, i purchased elena front load washer in 2005 from your dealer in vile parle east m/s arihant electronics on[protected]. bill no 7305. till date it works undisturbly. so let me know life of ifb product i. e. elena washer. i feel proud to select such excellent brand. i congratulate ifb from bottom of my heart. best wishes ifb.

I am having Washing Machine and Dish Washer of IFB. Both machines are good.

From 1 month Dish Washer is not cleaning utensils as per FIB standard.

So through proper channel I had registered my grievances.

Technician visited twice. Inspected.Taken visiting fees.But Dish Washer is not repaired as per standard.

Technician told me that one part is not working properly. And FIB is not manufacturing that part. So this machin cannot be repaired.

I was surprised and shocked.

Yesterday
I again contacted FIB authority through Toll free number. They suggested me that an authority from Exchange Commodity side will contact you.So he contacted me.

He advised me tha same.
Additional to that he suggested me to give up my Dish Washer Neptune to company and get new updated vs Neptune at around Rs 34000/- .

He specifically pressed that in this dealing I am getting Rs 4500/- as an exchange value.

So,
Now I want to know that-
Is IFB has such policy to discontinue manufacturing of any part of any model after certain period.

Please let me know the as early as possible.

I ordered washing machine trolley from IFB web site. They send me defective piece. I am calling from last 6 days and didn't get any positive response. Frustrated by the service. there is no option to return also.

Captioned dish washer is under amc from 25/10/2016 to 24/10/2017. the machine was not working properly for which complain was given to them on 26 th nov. 2016. after repair the same problem occurred instantly and as per the advice of mr. laxmidhar sahoo, the machine was sent to their service center, m/s lokmata enterprisers, cuttack road, bhubaneswar on 5th jan.2017 for replacement of some parts. by this time more than 3 months have passed and the machine is yet to be attended. inspite of my several reminders, requests they are neither repairing nor returning the machine. i am suffering innumerable problems since the machine is out of order for more than 5 months.

I brought one new ifb microwave 20sc2 20ltrs convection on 30.03.2017.
I requested on 11.04.2017 for the installation cum demo session at my home by ifb engineer. On my request one tkt no [protected] is allotted to me.
Engineer came at my home on 12.04.2017. After the inspection of product, engineer confirmed that my new ifb microwave is having some un-repairable defect and it will be replaced by the company (Ifb). I asked to service engineer for the documentation & give my service copy receipt for further action. Service engineer confirmed that there is no documentation required and he will give feedback for this issue and in next 3 days company will give replacement for my product.

* please confirm the status of my complaint. Also confirm when i can get the replacement of my defected product with one new ifb microwave 20sc2 20ltrs convection.

i have IFB serena under AMC with local vendor suggested by IFB.
my parts are being replaced under AMC. machine is 4 years old.
do the parts get replaced with new or refurbished parts ?
there is no clarity on this anywhere. Call centre has responded saying that it should be new parts but the service vendor is disagreeing.

this has been going on for the last 2 months almost and the technicians are unable to figure out the actual problem and keep replacing parts on every visit and charging us for the same even though it is under AMC.

IFB as a brand is not something i would want to continue with if the after sales service is so horrible even in metro cities like Mumbai. we love the product but this mess for basic utility items like washing machines etc is not acceptable and we would prefer LG or someone with much better service.

I had purchased ac 1.5ton 11month before. My ac is not working properly (No cooling) i had complained 3 times. Still now no one had attended the complainti had 3 ticket number.
