On 29 Mar 17 I had purchased air conditioner from Mahalaximi Agencies, Vasco Goa ..Dealer told me IFB representative will call u but till date no one has contacted me so far..Now after 4 days the product haven't rec'd by me ..distance ifb industries z 30 kms time since purchased is 4 days ..Again I called dealer he gave one number that he can't to anything only a Business Manger Prateek will deliver the product but use less no response I called on his mobile no respond ...careless in dealing with customer ...Customer care of IFB ..Joke of the day Customer called me today to install AC but AC havnt rec'd by me yet ..

      I am an Ifb customer for 15 years, having two washing machines. I had registered an complaint from Pondicherry two days ago for for my elite machine, for which the response is so poor that I am thinking of switching over to a bet ter brand. My ticket no is [protected]. The service centre at Lawspet so called MSK associates response is so awful. No proper response. I am personally a fan of IFB products. I have an microwave oven too. Now with no washing happening for two day's, could you pls do the needful.

      No one attend demo still now... I m asking more thaan 10times... one person came his name nandhakumar... he told me put water tap for fully automatic washing machine.. I provide it but still he didn't attend the demo...

Mr basha came to attend a complaint He first said it's a high voltage problem and suggested us to buy a stabiliser we bought and later he opened the machine and fixed something in machine finally its working but my compliant is my machine is even working without stabiliser.so he unnecessarily made us to buy a expensive stabiliser

          I have been using ifb washing machine for the past 3 years and i am facing same issue for the past 3 months.

          local ifb agency is very keen on changing spares and looting money from the customer. They are not ready to hear anything from the customer.

          I agree, every business is to making profits but IFB Thiruvotriyur branch is very poor in service. If this situation continues, IFB will lost customers and their goodwill will go to well.

          There is no proper remedy from Customer care and the local agency, consumer don't have choice to choose other brand

            Hello,

            We bought a IFB washing machine 6.5 KG SDR Aqua on 26th March 2017 from a dealer name - Subhash Chand Ashok Kumar Ambala Cantt.

            The dealer delivered a brand new piece with full of scratches & without lamination, User Manual & warranty card. The engineer who visited he house for the demo took the photograph of the washing machine & checked with their senior name Mr. Davinder, Mobile No - +91 [protected] to check if they can replace the piece but Mr. Davinder responded stating that they will not replace the piece and asked us to use the same piece.

            When we tried to reach Mr. Davinder he didn’t pick up the call.

            The dealer who took the cash Money because he is doing fraud by charging 2% on the Credit or debit card and forcing the customer to pay by cash so that he can evade the government taxes. When asked the dealer to change the piece, he behaved very badly and clearly denied to take the piece back. He also threaten us that do whatever you can do we shall see to it.

            It looks like that IFB Management & dealer are hand in glove and harass the customers by doing this.

            We are looking forward for the resolution by replacing the piece else we have to lodge the complaint in the consumer court against IFB & the dealer..

                Purhcased above machine on 19.3.2016 from vijay sales, vikas marg, delhi.
                Filter was changed on 25.1.2017 after a minor issue as suggested by qantum care (Authorized service provideer).
                Recently registered complaint (No; [protected]) about "dl error" showing at display panel and washing machine not working.
                Technician visited and cleaned the filter and asked us to purchase cleaning power which we did. But issue was not solved.. The same "dl error" continues.
                Again a technician visits and tells us filter has to be replaced which was replaced recently.
                I am sorry to say that technician"s behaviour was unruly and seems they are not qulified for the job...
                We are into media and our time is very uncertain at times for reporting news in various channels... We feel paralysed if some of our technical machines do not work...
                Five days have passed and we are feeling helpless to resolve the issue...
                " we request you to remove the license of quantum care to maintain your credibility in the market"

                  The mode selector is not functioning properly and is faulty. Your representative visited in our home but due required parts is not available in your representative. I request you to please solve the above problem.
                  Dear person responsible, I am an owner of ifb washing machine, which has been malfunctioning for a long time.                       Nearly 2 years i have worked In “IFB Industries Limited ” in GOA, 2016 march i resigned from my job and i have applied for my PF in the month of April'2016, from 11 months i'm following with Mr.Subhankar (HR General Manager) to withdraw my pf balance, i have made several calls & i had given reminder emails but the response is Zero.

                        I had registered pcomplaints for my Washing Machine and Dishwasher as mentioned above..My Washing Machine issue has been resolved and took back the spares by himself saying he will give it for scrap and offered us ₹100 for taking those parts.. Assuming that spares unrepairable we accepted his offer and gave him the spares .. The same executive without checking or even without scrutinising my dishwasher suggested to sell away in scrap for ₹500/- which has been purchased in October 2012 and said there's no point in repairing it..
                        Also the call centre executive from Kochi called up and complaint resolved as u want to sell the Dishwasher and I clarified to the person also that I want to know what's the cost of servicing but no response .. I had to Register complaint for my Dishwasher

Even after the 2nd complaint at IFB Call centre the Executive did not turn up to check the issue and I got a call to close complaint from this mentioned number.. I explained to them that I cannot sell a costly Dishwasher within a short span of 4 years and requested them to send me an Executive who could tell me what has to be repaired and how much would it costs..
                        The Executive turned up on 22.03.2017 and just took down his worksheet with charges and approximately wrote down a cost of ₹18k plus with all the costly parts saying the machine has been fully spoiled by mice .. He even went to the extent of saying us to sell machine again and not to trouble him for the same issue again and again..

                        We Again got a call from the kochi number to close the complaint and I told the Executive to arrange for a visit by a senior executive in the company as I was not able to trust this person..

                        Today 25.03.2017 at around 2.50 pm I got a call from an executive named Dhanesh or Dinesh not sure from the number +[protected] and he has been laughing and giggling and making fun while talking .. If this the way an IFB international company's Executive is talking to a lady customer, it would not be tolerated

                        If a customer cannot request a company to send a Senior Executive to serve the customer then what's the point using IFB products ??? If no action is taken against this I will take this case to the consumer forum .. I want an immediate action on this and also a confirmation letter from the company in writing that my IFB dishwasher cannot be serviced and has to be sold off in scrap

                        Also the Executive +[protected] has been talking about the video of the dishwasher at my place.. the same has been done without our permission and customers call up the company only when they have a problem with the products purchased and don't just do for time pass

                          A complaint was registered long back through the same forum regarding non-functioning of my washing machine [ IFB - 'Senator' Model ]. On my repeated and continuous approach, different technician's from IFB attended the complaint on different occasions, but no one could succeed in making it to working order. In the last, they told me that it's motor is to be changed, but they couldn't arrange it till now. So, machine is still out of order. I am tired of constant efforts and have no hope to get it repaired by the company staff.

                            The compliant regarding non operation of washing machine was filed and ticket no. [protected] was alloted. Till date none of your representative has attended the complaint nor resolved the complaint.                               The air conditioner purchased Is in warranty. No free servicing was done for the past whole year. I called up on 3rd march, 2017 on [protected] and registered the complaint. They assured that the service will be done in the 48 working hours. But the complaint wasn't resolved and on 9th March, 2017, the complaint was closed without the complaint getting resolved and without any information. I got a message From The company asking for the feedback. After this, I got a call from IFB asking about the details and assured that the complaint would be resolved within a day. But the complaint hasn't been resolved yet.
                              I registered the complaint again on 21st March, 2017, complaint no: [protected]. They assured the same that it would be done within the next 48 hours. But haven't received any call or text or the service yet.

                                Worst services by Ifb. My ticket now are [protected] DT 20 Feb 2017, [protected] DT 02 Mar 2017, [protected] DT 14 Mar 2017. Machine is not working since 20 Feb. Today is 23 Mar. It's more than one month, but problem is as it is, I don't understand what is the time limit to solve a problem. I will suggest everyone do not buy Ifb products, no one has that much time and patience for getting repaired one washing machine.

                                  This is pravin suryawanshi from Hadgaon Dist Nanded. I have IFB SERENA AQUA 6 KG washing machine. In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine.I have given complains 3 times, first is on 16-feb second is on 28 feb and third is on 7 march-17.but no sevice provided by customer care at all.In c.no[protected] they send msg of complain resolved without even visiting or solving problem . But with poor service provided by IFB I lost my patience I had contacted Mr.sing and Miss.Nidhi many times but they only assured abt solution but there is no out put. So I request to resolve problem as early as possible or replace the same with new one.

                                    I have top loaded red colour washing machine the same is making too much noise during spine of cloth. I contacted to the expert machine of ifb washing machine he told that clutch plate of machine has been damaged wants to be replace at an earliest having app. cost Rs, 3500.00. Will you like to tell me the actual rate of the same and the same can be available at your company store.
                                    As I want to used the original parts I did not lodged the complaint at your service centre because your services are very poor. Your engineer/technician never come in time . The reason is well known to you

                                      It is with despair that I write this email. We've been an IFB Customer
                                      for the last 15 year with most of our appliances from IFB. In a recent
                                      complaint we had registered for our microwave(Complaint Numbers:[protected]
                                      and [protected]), the complaint was first closed
                                      without any response. Then when I had to escalate to the customer care
                                      supervisor we were asked to speak to the Service Manager Mr. Praveen (+91
                                      [protected]. After three days of follow up with him he had arranged for a
                                      conference call with the Service Center and Ms Priya had initiated and
                                      sent a representative to be at our home in an Hour. However the
                                      representative (+91 [protected]) had called us to say
                                      he cannot come and will come the next day. I had insisted he comes
                                      immediately. I guess this frustrated him!! He had come in with all anger
                                      and when shown the Microwave he removed the cover and in the process broke
                                      the door latch. Now that the latch was broken, he claims we had broken it
                                      and his language and behavior was so threatening that I had to politely
                                      ask him to leave. With aged parents I was
                                      fortunate that I was at home when your irate representative visited.

                                      Hope this mail gives you an idea of how IFB customers are being treated
                                      and you'd take appropriate action and keep me posted. I shall await to
                                      hear from you!!

                                        Service for my washing machine is not done in a good manner. The Vadapalani AMC service center is worst, they renewal the AMC. But after that service is very worst. For the past one and half month my problem is not solved, If you give service request in IFB Customer care, they spoke nicely and raised a request for service, but problem is not resolve. So far they simply closing the 8 compliants and raise new compliants. IFB is not care about the Customer satisfaction, they just creating the record for their service and they are escape from the problem. AMC invoice NO. [protected]
