I purchased ifb ac on 05 june 16, team installed ac but, i rased the complaint regarding cooling issue after few days but it was not attended & closed.
Now summer has started i am continuosly trying customer care no. But no response regarding its service & pending cooling problem.

    I have purchased an IFB washing machine on 30.05.2014, having a warranty of 4 years.
    After 1 year from the date of purchase, my machine shows several problem and was informed to the customer care, they have send some technician for repair and did several repairs for the last 8 months, still the problems are un resolved and now they are not willing to attend our calls and no further response from their end.

    Kindly do the needful.

      We had purchased 2 split AC last year on 25/03/2016. We had registered a request for servicing of AC. first of all no request number was given and were told verbally that it will be done on 26th march. No one turned up. we called again and were told that someone will visit soon . Again no one turned up. we called again yesterday and were told that someone will come today. today we called repeatedly as i had taken leave waiting for the serviceman to come. finally he came at 6.40 pm and told us that free service can't be done as One year is over. Is it my mistake if
      1)the serviceman has not come on time ?
      2) I am not given request number ?

      I do not expect such behavior from a reputed company like yours. Outsourcing maintenance does not mean you are not responsible for after sale service. We buy a product from IFB and not from the service vendor.

      Need to look carefully into your policies.

          I am one of the IFB customer from last 6 years.
          But IFB service peoples are not supported any of the service requested with in warranty period.
          I have called customer care for general service at many of time.
          But they have not solved in my problem. But they have interest only out of warranty machine.
          Particularly our area IFB service center (Vishaka Enterprise, Selaiyur, East Tambaram, chennai) are not attended the any phone call at any time. (Available mobile number for area service center is [protected], [protected], [protected])
          Then I Have applied AMC on last year with two year warranty period.
          After AMC, they have not come to my home and not conducted free general service / other problem.
          Now my machine Heater is not worked.
          I have requested customer care dated on 16.03.2017 (Request Number [protected]).
          But there is no response.
          But I have received one SMS (date 20.03.2017) regarding my request are solved.
          This is very clearly fraud of IFB service center / Vishaka Enterprise, Selaiyur.
          After that I have another requested to customer care dated on 21.03.2017 (Request number [protected]).
          Still now (04.04.2017) they have not solved in my problem.
          Main reason is my area IFB service center people are not interested within AMC machine.
          All the service people only for money maid / Fraud

            Have raised installation and demo request several times with flipkart but no response till date.

              This is to inform you that someone in your call centre has closed this complaint as ‘Resolved’ without attending even once to the complaint.
              The metal cabinet lies unattended as it is.
              This is most unprofessional behaviour & not expected of a reputed organisation.

              Please refer attachment. Took AMC(INR 5k) on February 5, 2017 & along with it bought cabinet & trolley (Further INR 5K).
              Despite 2 months having lapsed & wasted of the AMC & despite numerous calls to your dealer & call centre, not one person has bothered to even call, replacing the cabinet is a far cry.

              Seems AMC was issued by IFB to siphon money out o[censored]s & not to render service.
              I have spent INR 10, 000/- on both these products which are lying waste
              Service Manager Babita at [protected] refuses to answer her phone.

                Our IFB microwave oven started malfunctioning. It was within the warranty period so we called customer care. Their technician came and said that he would come the next day with the necessary parts. But it has been two days and he hasn't come yet. We called them again and again but they are indifferent to our problem. A few times they even disconnected our phone during the conversation.

                  I have a 9/7 washing machine front load. It is incurring problems and is not starting. It was purchased on 31st march 2012. I had called on toll free number which is[protected]. They registered my complaint and the ticket number given to me yesterday(31st march 2017) was [protected]. I haven't received any call from the concerned technician as was promised to me. I called back again and was given the number of the agency to which my complaint was forwarded. Number is [protected](Surekha). I tried calling twice on the given number but nobody seemed to be answering. Is this the way IFB treats its customer's service queries? I had gone with IFB considering I will get swift service and good quality. But I regret that the quality of IFB has not only degraded but you'll have also become lax in the post sales service. Totally unhappy.

                    Is this the way to work i was thinking that ifb is good but i think your service is too bad i also have a lg ac their service is too good.
                    Time is important so please dont waste anyone time .
                    when i call customer support after some they disconnect the call after saying no voice...

                      I have a fully automatic washing machine, elena dx 5.5kg. Which has been regularly serviced. Just a day ago, it made a huge bang, and started jumping off the ground at it's position, because of which it had to be switched off. A repairman came over, and said the entire drum needs to be changed, costing around 6k. How can a quality product like ifb last for such a short span. This is not why customers spend more money buying trusted brands. I will prefer buying some brand other than ifb in the future for such a quality that too at a higher price.

                        Our machine owner name is suganya narthagi, but i am her sister using the machine. My father paid for AMC through cheque. yet they didn't give original AMC paper. Our Customer ID is 1644678, Problem is drum must be changed. Date of AMC is 25.03.2016 Expiry 24.03.2018. Initailly I Complained about problem a month in January, they closed the call without our knowledge. we are not receiving any complaint details to our phone. [protected] - Complaint No.2 actually, [protected] - Complaint No.3, Token No. missed - complaint no.4. After third complaint, once they called i explained route. Later i am unable to pick up his call on 25.03.2017. Then I reminded the service man on 28.03.2017 Later i came to know complaint no.3 is closed. again i made complaint No.4 on 30.03.2017. Service man cell No.[protected]. Very worst customer service that i have ever met in my life.

                          On 29 Mar 17 I had purchased air conditioner from Mahalaximi Agencies, Vasco Goa ..Dealer told me IFB representative will call u but till date no one has contacted me so far..Now after 4 days the product haven't rec'd by me ..distance ifb industries z 30 kms time since purchased is 4 days ..Again I called dealer he gave one number that he can't to anything only a Business Manger Prateek will deliver the product but use less no response I called on his mobile no respond ...careless in dealing with customer ...Customer care of IFB ..Joke of the day Customer called me today to install AC but AC havnt rec'd by me yet ..

                              I am an Ifb customer for 15 years, having two washing machines. I had registered an complaint from Pondicherry two days ago for for my elite machine, for which the response is so poor that I am thinking of switching over to a bet ter brand. Now with no washing happening for two day's, could you pls do the needful.

                              No one attend demo still now... I m asking more thaan 10times... one person came his name nandhakumar... he told me put water tap for fully automatic washing machine.. I provide it but still he didn't attend the demo...

                                [protected] is my complaint no. Mr basha came to attend a complaint He first said it's a high voltage problem and suggested us to buy a stabiliser we bought and later he opened the machine and fixed something in machine finally its working but my compliant is my machine is even working without stabiliser.so he unnecessarily made us to buy a expensive stabiliser

                                  I have been using ifb washing machine for the past 3 years and i am facing same issue for the past 3 months.

                                  local ifb agency is very keen on changing spares and looting money from the customer. They are not ready to hear anything from the customer.

                                  I agree, every business is to making profits but IFB Thiruvotriyur branch is very poor in service. If this situation continues, IFB will lost customers and their goodwill will go to well.

                                  There is no proper remedy from Customer care and the local agency, consumer don't have choice to choose other brand

                                    Hello,

                                    We bought a IFB washing machine 6.5 KG SDR Aqua on 26th March 2017 from a dealer name - Subhash Chand Ashok Kumar Ambala Cantt.

                                    The dealer delivered a brand new piece with full of scratches & without lamination, User Manual & warranty card. The engineer who visited he house for the demo took the photograph of the washing machine & checked with their senior name Mr. Davinder, Mobile No - +91 [protected] to check if they can replace the piece but Mr. Davinder responded stating that they will not replace the piece and asked us to use the same piece.

                                    When we tried to reach Mr. Davinder he didn’t pick up the call.

                                    The dealer who took the cash Money because he is doing fraud by charging 2% on the Credit or debit card and forcing the customer to pay by cash so that he can evade the government taxes. When asked the dealer to change the piece, he behaved very badly and clearly denied to take the piece back. He also threaten us that do whatever you can do we shall see to it.

                                    It looks like that IFB Management & dealer are hand in glove and harass the customers by doing this.

                                    We are looking forward for the resolution by replacing the piece else we have to lodge the complaint in the consumer court against IFB & the dealer..

                                        Purhcased above machine on 19.3.2016 from vijay sales, vikas marg, delhi.
                                        Filter was changed on 25.1.2017 after a minor issue as suggested by qantum care (Authorized service provideer).
                                        Recently registered complaint (No; [protected]) about "dl error" showing at display panel and washing machine not working.
                                        Technician visited and cleaned the filter and asked us to purchase cleaning power which we did. But issue was not solved.. The same "dl error" continues.
                                        Again a technician visits and tells us filter has to be replaced which was replaced recently.
                                        I am sorry to say that technician"s behaviour was unruly and seems they are not qulified for the job...
                                        We are into media and our time is very uncertain at times for reporting news in various channels... We feel paralysed if some of our technical machines do not work...
                                        Five days have passed and we are feeling helpless to resolve the issue...
                                        " we request you to remove the license of quantum care to maintain your credibility in the market"
