Dear sir/madam,
I recently purchased fully automatic top load 8 kg ifb washing from the store vijay sales, shop no. K5-k6, near atta market, noida, uttar pradesh 201301.
Unfortunately, the item does not function properly. I had lodged complaint on 2nd april on the customer complaint toll free number[protected]Ref no.[protected], a technician (Mr. Amir cell - [protected]) visited my place next day to fix the drum noise problem but suggested to go for the product replacement. He also gave me his supervisor contact (Mr. Arun kumar cell - [protected]) to follow up on the replacement.
Mr arun gave me another contact. I called customer care toll free number[protected] again today to check, the agent told me that they have already escalated this and by today evening i would definitely get a service call, but nothing came.
I am hoping that you may be able to send me a replacement product or direct me to a store where i may return the faulty item for a new replacement asap.

i bought fully automatic machine 9.5 kg on 22Jan 2017, After demo, next day when we use it, we were surprised that water was continuously draining, we lodge the complaint, after three days technician inspected the machine and resolve the issue, Afterwards we face same issue again, but somehow it gets corrected itself, we do not know how some time drain works and some times starts malfunctioning, and now machine is not able to drain, Also machine is producing excessive sounds at the time of spinning, We have lodged the complaint on customer care but in vain, even after 24 hours no one has contacted,
We have used whirlpool fully automatic for 6 years, and we never called whirlpool for any complaint, haats off to whirlpool,
We request you to pl take some extra care on quality and Pl resolve the issue,
