I had registered pcomplaints for my Washing Machine and Dishwasher as mentioned above..My Washing Machine issue has been resolved and took back the spares by himself saying he will give it for scrap and offered us ₹100 for taking those parts.. Assuming that spares unrepairable we accepted his offer and gave him the spares .. The same executive without checking or even without scrutinising my dishwasher suggested to sell away in scrap for ₹500/- which has been purchased in October 2012 and said there's no point in repairing it..
Also the call centre executive from Kochi called up and complaint resolved as u want to sell the Dishwasher and I clarified to the person also that I want to know what's the cost of servicing but no response .. I had to Register complaint for my Dishwasher

+[protected].. Even after the 2nd complaint at IFB Call centre the Executive did not turn up to check the issue and I got a call to close complaint from this mentioned number.. I explained to them that I cannot sell a costly Dishwasher within a short span of 4 years and requested them to send me an Executive who could tell me what has to be repaired and how much would it costs..
The Executive turned up on 22.03.2017 and just took down his worksheet with charges and approximately wrote down a cost of ₹18k plus with all the costly parts saying the machine has been fully spoiled by mice .. He even went to the extent of saying us to sell machine again and not to trouble him for the same issue again and again..

We Again got a call from the kochi number to close the complaint and I told the Executive to arrange for a visit by a senior executive in the company as I was not able to trust this person..

Today 25.03.2017 at around 2.50 pm I got a call from an executive named Dhanesh or Dinesh not sure from the number +[protected] and he has been laughing and giggling and making fun while talking .. If this the way an IFB international company's Executive is talking to a lady customer, it would not be tolerated

If a customer cannot request a company to send a Senior Executive to serve the customer then what's the point using IFB products ??? If no action is taken against this I will take this case to the consumer forum .. I want an immediate action on this and also a confirmation letter from the company in writing that my IFB dishwasher cannot be serviced and has to be sold off in scrap

Also the Executive +[protected] has been talking about the video of the dishwasher at my place.. the same has been done without our permission and customers call up the company only when they have a problem with the products purchased and don't just do for time pass

    A complaint was registered long back through the same forum regarding non-functioning of my washing machine [ IFB - 'Senator' Model ]. On my repeated and continuous approach, different technician's from IFB attended the complaint on different occasions, but no one could succeed in making it to working order. In the last, they told me that it's motor is to be changed, but they couldn't arrange it till now. So, machine is still out of order. I am tired of constant efforts and have no hope to get it repaired by the company staff.

        The air conditioner purchased Is in warranty. No free servicing was done for the past whole year. I called up on 3rd march, 2017 on [protected] and registered the complaint. They assured that the service will be done in the 48 working hours. But the complaint wasn't resolved and on 9th March, 2017, the complaint was closed without the complaint getting resolved and without any information. I got a message From The company asking for the feedback. After this, I got a call from IFB asking about the details and assured that the complaint would be resolved within a day. But the complaint hasn't been resolved yet.
        I registered the complaint again on 21st March, 2017, complaint no: [protected]. They assured the same that it would be done within the next 48 hours. But haven't received any call or text or the service yet.

          Worst services by Ifb. My ticket now are [protected] DT 20 Feb 2017, [protected] DT 02 Mar 2017, [protected] DT 14 Mar 2017. Machine is not working since 20 Feb. Today is 23 Mar. It's more than one month, but problem is as it is, I don't understand what is the time limit to solve a problem. I will suggest everyone do not buy Ifb products, no one has that much time and patience for getting repaired one washing machine.

            This is pravin suryawanshi from Hadgaon Dist Nanded. I have IFB SERENA AQUA 6 KG washing machine. In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine.I have given complains 3 times, first is on 16-feb second is on 28 feb and third is on 7 march-17.but no sevice provided by customer care at all.In c.no[protected] they send msg of complain resolved without even visiting or solving problem . But with poor service provided by IFB I lost my patience I had contacted Mr.sing and Miss.Nidhi many times but they only assured abt solution but there is no out put. So I request to resolve problem as early as possible or replace the same with new one.

              I have top loaded red colour washing machine the same is making too much noise during spine of cloth. I contacted to the expert machine of ifb washing machine he told that clutch plate of machine has been damaged wants to be replace at an earliest having app. cost Rs, 3500.00. Will you like to tell me the actual rate of the same and the same can be available at your company store.
              As I want to used the original parts I did not lodged the complaint at your service centre because your services are very poor. Your engineer/technician never come in time . The reason is well known to you

                It is with despair that I write this email. We've been an IFB Customer
                for the last 15 year with most of our appliances from IFB. In a recent
                complaint we had registered for our microwave(Complaint Numbers:[protected]
                and [protected]), the complaint was first closed
                without any response. Then when I had to escalate to the customer care
                supervisor we were asked to speak to the Service Manager Mr. Praveen (+91
                [protected]. After three days of follow up with him he had arranged for a
                conference call with the Service Center and Ms Priya had initiated and
                sent a representative to be at our home in an Hour. However the
                representative (+91 [protected]) had called us to say
                he cannot come and will come the next day. I had insisted he comes
                immediately. I guess this frustrated him!! He had come in with all anger
                and when shown the Microwave he removed the cover and in the process broke
                the door latch. Now that the latch was broken, he claims we had broken it
                and his language and behavior was so threatening that I had to politely
                ask him to leave. With aged parents I was
                fortunate that I was at home when your irate representative visited.

                Hope this mail gives you an idea of how IFB customers are being treated
                and you'd take appropriate action and keep me posted. I shall await to
                hear from you!!

                  Service for my washing machine is not done in a good manner. The Vadapalani AMC service center is worst, they renewal the AMC. But after that service is very worst. For the past one and half month my problem is not solved, If you give service request in IFB Customer care, they spoke nicely and raised a request for service, but problem is not resolve. So far they simply closing the 8 compliants and raise new compliants. IFB is not care about the Customer satisfaction, they just creating the record for their service and they are escape from the problem. AMC invoice NO. [protected]

                    Whichever service dealer represented IFB to attend my complaint here is what happened:-
                    1. The rep from day one was only pushing me for AMC rather than providing quality service first. He surveyed and said bearing and shockers are to be changed. He quoted some price to my wife and when I inquired for more details he quoted different price which was less by 600/-. I agreed and he said he would bring spares and start the job next day.
                    2. He replaced the shock absorbers and drum bearing in the second visit.
                    3. I called him again because while loading clothes there was unusual noise from the drum. He visited again (3rd visit) and said the shockers were fitted, but since bolts were not available he made a stopgap arrangement by inserting a plastic tube. He also mentioned that the motor requires to be changed and quoted a price. I agreed.
                    4. Next visit almost after 10days he visits (fourth visit) with bolts for shockers and changed them. This time he quoted a different price for motor and inflated by 500/-. I disagreed for motor change. All through he was only insisting on AMC. He charged 100/- during this visit I don't know for what and didn't give any bill.
                    5. After couple of days I switch on the machine. Timer is working but motor failed to work the drum. I myself opened the machine back door to check what was the problem. Firstly the back door Was secured only with 4 screws instead of 8. After opening I found the motor plug was not connected (photo attached). I connected the plug secured the back door with all screws because I had spare screws. I switched on the machine and worked fine.
                    6. I have three IFB products including microwave. If this is what the quality of service I should expect from, I contemplate if I should replace my washing machine with IFB only.

                      Hi, I have raised a complaint on 23/02/2017 (ticket no [protected]) for machine (IFB Senorita DX 5.5 KG) not washing the clothes properly, technician came and reset the button and left in less than 3 minutes, but the issue was not fixed, I have provided my feedback and received and acknowledgement number (E163293) for the poor response, but still the issue is not addressed, we have been waiting for your call and no one from your customer care or a local technician called to address this, Please let me know when will you fix the issue permanently?

                        According to company my above mentioned ticket no has resvolved. so dear company or service provider can you plz explain me the reason behind this. My complain was loged in 7th march, how long i have to wait for your valuable services. Its just ridiculous to show you mirror about ur services. And more over this is not the first time, in every service the situation is same. But for product selling they will call you frequently without any failure.

                          My washing machine has drainage problem.I lodged complaint on 5/3/17.Technitism came and replaced water pump.machine startrd draining water. However. Technitian noticed huge noise. He told us if i reopened to repaire drum may colapse. We told him not to reopen unless u are able to put the machine in it's original working condition. He agreed.But finally he made my machine dead From last 15 days neither call centre, nor setvice centre nor co ordinator nor regional service centre incharge is resolving problem.

                              Dear sir

                              I am purchase washing machine in 15/03/2017 & shop name electrocraft, gamharia, but at present no machine installed till date. I am also told ifb service manager 16/3/2017 at 7.30 pm that person confirmed 17/03/2017 at 11.00am.

                              I feel very bad imprison of electrocraft & ifb industries...

                              So i am conform no any material purchasing for in this kind of company/retailer

                                I bought a senator smart touch 8 kg washing machine from a dealer in amabla cantt Haryana. The machine delivered to me was in damaged condition. I had exchanged the said washing machine from dealer & he didn't give me proper bill. Your service centre in Yamuna Nagar replaced the damaged washing machine and took the bill which I had. It was done in may 2016. I repeatedly asked the service centre but they didn't provide the same to me.

                                  I have purchased a fully automatic washing machine on 12th feb 2017. Post 3.days it gets delivered, a week for it to be fixed. Now it is not even 20days old it is neither spinning nor drying. Have been raising complain and no one seem to bother. Have informed both the dealer Pai Electronics and CC of IFB. Please let me know if you can fix this otherwise would go to consumer court and ask for a replacement.

                                    I purchased washing machine on[protected] model number IFB top loading 65RCG. In intial period is working fine but after one month is not working properly for that i registered three complaint number i.e 11937659,[protected], 18891306 but none of them is resolved and even i marked i mail but i realize that IFB hire robots not people so they are doing copy paste. Worst service

                                      I had purchased a top loading washing machine from IFB store on 6th October 2016. It has not been functioning right, I have made complaints to them, their technician has come and checked it also. the plastic of the inside tub is breaking and spoiling all our clothes. The technicians have gone back saying they will return in 2 days with the replacement part, which has still not happened. I only keep getting calls from them asking if I am satisfied with their service. My machine is under warranty and it needs to be done free of cost, its a new machine!! IFB is just playing around and today giving me wrong numbers of repair people and asking me to followup and call them. this is not my JOB.i WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU COULD DO SOMETHING TO ESCALATE THIS PROCESS AS THEY ARE NOT HELPING ME.
