Whichever service dealer represented IFB to attend my complaint here is what happened:-
1. The rep from day one was only pushing me for AMC rather than providing quality service first. He surveyed and said bearing and shockers are to be changed. He quoted some price to my wife and when I inquired for more details he quoted different price which was less by 600/-. I agreed and he said he would bring spares and start the job next day.
2. He replaced the shock absorbers and drum bearing in the second visit.
3. I called him again because while loading clothes there was unusual noise from the drum. He visited again (3rd visit) and said the shockers were fitted, but since bolts were not available he made a stopgap arrangement by inserting a plastic tube. He also mentioned that the motor requires to be changed and quoted a price. I agreed.
4. Next visit almost after 10days he visits (fourth visit) with bolts for shockers and changed them. This time he quoted a different price for motor and inflated by 500/-. I disagreed for motor change. All through he was only insisting on AMC. He charged 100/- during this visit I don't know for what and didn't give any bill.
5. After couple of days I switch on the machine. Timer is working but motor failed to work the drum. I myself opened the machine back door to check what was the problem. Firstly the back door Was secured only with 4 screws instead of 8. After opening I found the motor plug was not connected (photo attached). I connected the plug secured the back door with all screws because I had spare screws. I switched on the machine and worked fine.
6. I have three IFB products including microwave. If this is what the quality of service I should expect from, I contemplate if I should replace my washing machine with IFB only.

    Hi, I have raised a complaint on 23/02/2017 (ticket no [protected]) for machine (IFB Senorita DX 5.5 KG) not washing the clothes properly, technician came and reset the button and left in less than 3 minutes, but the issue was not fixed, I have provided my feedback and received and acknowledgement number (E163293) for the poor response, but still the issue is not addressed, we have been waiting for your call and no one from your customer care or a local technician called to address this, Please let me know when will you fix the issue permanently?

      According to company my above mentioned ticket no has resvolved. so dear company or service provider can you plz explain me the reason behind this. My complain was loged in 7th march, how long i have to wait for your valuable services. Its just ridiculous to show you mirror about ur services. And more over this is not the first time, in every service the situation is same. But for product selling they will call you frequently without any failure.
      Sir/madam plz do sumthing to save ur company and valuable customer

        My washing machine has drainage problem.I lodged complaint on 5/3/17.Technitism came and replaced water pump.machine startrd draining water. However. Technitian noticed huge noise. He told us if i reopened to repaire drum may colapse. We told him not to reopen unless u are able to put the machine in it's original working condition. He agreed.But finally he made my machine dead From last 15 days neither call centre, nor setvice centre nor co ordinator nor regional service centre incharge is resolving problem.

            Dear sir

            I am purchase washing machine in 15/03/2017 & shop name electrocraft, gamharia, but at present no machine installed till date. I am also told ifb service manager 16/3/2017 at 7.30 pm that person confirmed 17/03/2017 at 11.00am.

            I feel very bad imprison of electrocraft & ifb industries...

            So i am conform no any material purchasing for in this kind of company/retailer

              I bought a senator smart touch 8 kg washing machine from a dealer in amabla cantt Haryana. The machine delivered to me was in damaged condition. I had exchanged the said washing machine from dealer & he didn't give me proper bill. Your service centre in Yamuna Nagar replaced the damaged washing machine and took the bill which I had. It was done in may 2016. I repeatedly asked the service centre but they didn't provide the same to me.

                I have purchased a fully automatic washing machine on 12th feb 2017. Post 3.days it gets delivered, a week for it to be fixed. Now it is not even 20days old it is neither spinning nor drying. Have been raising complain and no one seem to bother. Have informed both the dealer Pai Electronics and CC of IFB. Please let me know if you can fix this otherwise would go to consumer court and ask for a replacement.

In intial period is working fine but after one month is not working properly for that i registered three complaint number i.e 11937659,[protected], 18891306 but none of them is resolved and even i marked i mail but i realize that IFB hire robots not people so they are doing copy paste.                     I had purchased a top loading washing machine from IFB store on 6th October 2016. It has not been functioning right, I have made complaints to them, their technician has come and checked it also. the plastic of the inside tub is breaking and spoiling all our clothes. The technicians have gone back saying they will return in 2 days with the replacement part, which has still not happened. I only keep getting calls from them asking if I am satisfied with their service. My machine is under warranty and it needs to be done free of cost, its a new machine!! IFB is just playing around and today giving me wrong numbers of repair people and asking me to followup and call them. this is not my JOB.i WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU COULD DO SOMETHING TO ESCALATE THIS PROCESS AS THEY ARE NOT HELPING ME.                         I have Registered a complaint on Feb 07 2017 ticket no [protected]...persons from ifb came after one week...they checked the machine and told that drum needs to be replaced, we will intimate in one week...it has been more than one month, no one has come for replacement...in between we called two times for service centre and they are just giving some other number and asking to call them...really feeling bad with service provided by IFB...I will never suggest IFB for my friends...

                          i have registed a complaint on 13th jan 2017 to change the motor of my washing machine and till date no one has turned up. i have told these people that my AMC will expire on 28th jan and these people waited till it expired and called me several times for renewal and not for rectifying the compliant..\these people are so smart and they do not give any proper service till the AMC is there. kindly take necessary action against the mgmt

                            I have purchased one AC on 31.01.2017.We have got a call from IFB and that our said person will come and installed the AC.They said installation will be charged Rs.300 and Rs.100 for pipe fitting.Two person came and installed and paid Rs.400 and Rs.100 for tips.We have not taken any bill as we were not aware of the same.They have no identity proof of IFB. Currently we have problem in AC and no one is coming for any services.

                            I made call 3 times to your customer service in past 2 weeks that their is no power supply in my washing machine. But no one has contacted me till now.
                            Would not recommend IFB products if you this kind of customer support.

                              I am in Jaipur...have shifted my house and wanted to reinstall my washing machine. One Mr shibu said he is working in ifb and looks after khatipura area and he will do the work and there is no need to call up ifb customer care. He did half the work and after that we have been calling him everyday but he is not coming. I have given a complaint

                              After repeated complaints my machine is not repaired latest complaint no. 19206212. Every after complaint engineer comes and say it will repaired replacing spares when will recd. From factory and complaint get closed. This is happening last two month and machine still not repaired.

                                We have an under warranty Elite SX IFB washing machine. We registered complaint 3 times but still the problem is not resolved.

                                Problems that we are facing:
                                1) Water Leaking from bottom. - for this we were told that the de-scaling product that we had used was expired and that had clogged. We purchased the new descaling product and used that still water is leaking. Very bad customer service from IFB. Representatives who came did not even wait for a complete wash cycle to confirm if water leakage is still there. Such bad customer service is not expected from IFB.
                                2) The control panel replacement. - The service representative told that as machine is still under warranty, he will come and replace the panel. Not heard from the representative ever since.
                                3) Machine top body replacement - We have told the service representatives so many time to replace the top body which has developed cracks (pics attached) still nothing from IFB end done.

                                We are very disappointed with IFB, as we are not able to use the machine for 3 weeks now. Please take some action or else I will have no option but to take legal action for the grievances that we have suffered.

                                  IFB washing machine has been purchased a year back in 2015 which has 4 yrs of warranty period. The rubber along with the steel wire in the door of the washing machine needs to be changed. we have called the customer care to repair it & they said it will be free service as we are in the warranty period, but when the technician came home, he said we will charge for it as the parts inside the machine will not be charged but the parts outside,...

                                  Hi,

                                  Today my IFB front load washing machine had Water Pump filter issue, water was leaking out. It has been 3.5 years I purchased and thought still my machine is under 4 year 100% warranty. But the technician told that warranty is not covered for this and when i asked him about 4 year 100% warranty, he smiled and strangely said that "It is a false commitment given by IFB". He is also charging Rs.450 for service and for filter Rs.4850.

                                  Not able to understand whether IFB is cheating or Technician is cheating. I need genuine reply from IFB.

                                    Washing Machine covered under AMC since, 03 Dec 16. However, even after repeated complaints about excessive noise, the representative attending seem to be clueless and attend the problem on ad-hoc basis. The repairs have been attended to by representative five times in Feb 17 with the drum being replaced also in Feb.Presently, washing machine non-operational with burnt smell and smoke emanating from inside. Have been facing lots of trouble inspire of having an AMC and the response of the firm leaves a lot to be desired. Hope the issue is resolved at the earliest and give us respite from this inconvenience.

                                      I have registered a complaint for non-working of washing machine which is under AMC on 27.02.17 with complaint No. [protected]. This was not attended till date and your service people are making mockery stating the complaint is transferred to Marthandam, in Nagerkoil district where as i am living in Chennai and My address is clearly available in the AMC forms. Company have very bad service people who have no care and respect to consumers. It is very bad situation not only to the users as well to company also. We loose faith in services. To day I have received another message as if the complaint is resolved though no one came to attend. Without any service attention report, how is that a message is generated. Will IFB please sincerely look in to the complaint, without simply saying 'inconvenience is regretted' . I request IFB to introspect ...prasad
