We have purchased IFB Elena DX washing machine 5 years back...we had no issues regarding the product.With out our complaint one day IFB service centre person came and said that your machine warranty is getting over so please get your product serviced before the warranty gets over. The next when we used the machine automatic has bee not working so we called him and asked him what had happened. He said the timer has gone. This all happened in September. till then we called him several times he is not at all responding till today... So Kindly take action against him and send a skilled service person...otherwise i will go to consumer forum regarding this issue... Hoping a positive service from you.

    It has been more than 1 week since I've bought an IFB washing machine. The technician called and I told him to come on Friday as we're both working and no one would be available to attend him for the demo. This guy cancelled or closed the request and never showed up. When I called him on Friday, he said he'll some n Sunday. On Sunday, he said today is our holiday. Now if the machine is not installed today (which I am sure it won't considering the crap after sale service these guys provide) it'll be just a furniture lying somewhere in my house. I might as well return the box of tin I bought for 35K and buy a samsung which is easier to install and use. Pathetic, pathetic service, Even the customer care isn't helpful. I had to move 3 levels up (executive to supervisor to a senior resource on call) to explain my concern.

      Hi Team,

      I am Vamsi from Hyderabad, i have been using IFB washing machine Serena SX since 6 years. 2 months back water is coming from washing machine drum, so have raised a complaint and local service center guy Yadagiri called me and he sent a technician. Technician just used sum gum to stop it temporarily and that time i spoke to Yadagiri asking him to remove the part and not to stick with a gum. Then i called IFB customer care people and they bring him(Yadagiri) to conference, I asked him to change the part as my warranty is going to end soon if the problem raises again i need to pay for that. Local service center head Yadagiri promised to change the part if the issue occurs again with free of cost even after the warranty.

      One week back i faced the issue again and i used to call him since one week, he is replying me that he is sending the technician on the same day but he wont.

      Today I called him again and he is scolding me and abusing me i don't know the reason why??

      I DON'T WANT TO SPARE THIS AT ANY COST. I WANT HIM TO CALL ME RIGHT NOW OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION.

        I purchased IFB washing machine model SENORITA PLUS Vx 6.5kg through CSD CANTEEN CHENNAI. My CSD Order No.220770, dated on 27.01.2017.

        The CSD order/indent copy was handed over to IFB INDUSTRIES Limited, vadapalani, Chennai-026 the same day. but till date not yet delivered . what is the reason for late delivery. when will i recieve my order. kindly respond to my complaint.

        1 month before door lock error shows .
        i have change door lock kit from ifbs authorised service centre
        he gives me duplicate bill of 4 times higher prise of door lock kit.

          Complaint: I bought IFB Aqua Senetor Front Load 8Kg washing machine in Mid December'2016. Since the machine was installed I have been facing issue with the machine. I have been raising complaints with IFB customer care starting January 2017. But despite of raising complaints my problem has not be resolved. Every time I call the customer care they give me number of brank officers numbers in delhi. But non of them could solve my concern. Before buying this product I was using LG front load washing machine on the same point of installation where IFB has been placed. I have never face any issue with LG washing machine.

          As its almost more than 2 months following it up with NO RESOLUTION from IFB and its engineers. NOW ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST PLEASE TAKE YOUR PRODUCT AND REFUND MY MONEY.

          Please take immediate action as you guys have already missed too many deadlines.

          It's good that you are taking feedback from your engineers but it doesn't mean that you and you engineering team do not listen to customer. As advised I have installed pressure pump too but still machine is not working.

          I have spent 38000 to buy this machine and 5500 for pressure pump already.

          Now I don't want this product any more and as per my above complaint I want my money back. Please initiate the process for return and refund for this product.

            Dear IFB,
            I have purchased a IFB washing machine from IFB Point, GIP Mall Noida
            on 19/02/2017, they told me they done the installation on Monday
            evening at 06:30 and the service engineer arrived but not able to do
            the installation as he is not having the extended pipe for water
            connection, and then he told will not able to come on next day after
            5:30, the complaint again to IFB Point, but they are not responding
            and also talk to MR. Rana from IFB Service he is also not responding
            and also he is not aware that one complaint is open from monday to
            till friday and is not closed, i dont know what quality of service is
            given by IFB to there customers, customer has to take follow ups for
            there installation.

            i need money back of my washing machine.

              Not attending for repair

              We have IFB dish washer.Recently got it repaired by BRAND WORK SHOP No 233 6thcross
              Mathikere Bangalore ([protected]) with bill amout rs 15874/. (Bill invoice no 00288 dated 01/07/2016)and with 12 months warranty during01/07/2016.After wards once again we faced problem with working of dishwaher in december2016.
              we complained to above agency several times but in vain.Even they have given me complaint no 1001dated
              9/1/2017.Till date no body has turned up.We are fed up with the product we purchased.Every time when we call
              the above service center they say they will come but till date we are uable to get it repaired. Is this the way
              IFB is doing to its customers.Hope i feel bad for purching IFB dishwasher.

                I bought a washing machine in October 2011 and the machine developed a problem few days back. I lodged a service request in toll free number on 21/2/17 morning (IFB request number[protected] and I received a call from service center in Nagercoil immediately. From noon they kept me waiting at home till 6pm and telling me the technician is on the way. At 6pm the manager of the service center came online and Promised to send technician on 23rd morning without fail. 23rd morning, I am waiting for the technician, but no one arrived in the morning. When I called service center they responded they have meetings and cannot come now. None of your one has given value for time and customer. I called the toll free number and they informed me that the service request was closed mentioning that "my phone was out of reach". Very upset with the service center behavior and I am going to buy a new machine - of course NOT IFB again. Thanks for your machine and service.

                  I have done AMC for my washing machine on 03.03.2015 for 2 years at Rs.4157/- (Invoice No. 12241, dt. 03.03.2015) with IFB industries, 14 Taratola road, kolkata-700088 but, regret to mention that till date no one has attended for service of the machine. Now, when the AMC period is coming to an end they are calling for renewal of the contract.
                  Now, I want my full amount refund instead of renewal of the same.

                    This is with reference to my compliant regarding malfunction of my washing machine. It is very unfortunate that my washing machine has not been repaired till date which puts me in doubt regarding the after sales services of a reputed firm IFB. This is the experience I have gained after 4 four years of purchasing my IFB washing machine. Giving ten years of separe parts support seems to be a mith only.

                      We requested to replace said w/m purchased from you on the date of installation while demonstration to us by your technician, as we drawn attention to technician that there was uncertain noise and vibration, after that he orally committed to visit again and check in detail.in his visit, he brought with solution that we must have to use ifb liquid detergent and suggested us to brought m/c foot stand. We trusted ifb product as we replace our old ifb m/c which was more than 15 years old to this new one.
                      But after that problem become more trouble some and we finally register complain as your ifb representative we seen more interested in sub product selling and seems not interested to solve our m/c problem.
                      We register complain on 11.9.16 with complain # [protected], but problem was not taken as seriously and received automate sms that reply “y” if you satisfied or “n” if not. Instantly i reply that sms to “n”.

                      After that i got a call, and i explain everything which i wrote here above and request for replacement, the ifb executive after some f-up from me incidence # e150868 generated with respect to problem of my purchased machine. Some f-up from my end were there afterwards.

                      Finally, i register online complain directly on ifb website on 27.1.2017 and with strong f-up and hyper voice of mine over the phone new complain # [protected] was generated and technician came on 30.1.17, he realized the serious problem, and asked us to wait and he will connect with mr. Prashant sharma (Mob. No. [protected]) from ifb point. We were seriously waited for feedback but no calls or f-up visit was there, after that i again call to ifb customer service number and due to my strong request, executive over the phone from customer service made a conference call to mr. Anurag (Mob. No. [protected]). After a long discussion over the phone i explain everything that from the initial stage i was not happy with the performance of said m/c, but he again and again denies to replace the same m/c and argue that it almost 6-month pass.

                      My dear customer oriented dealer and manufacturer, my point is, i am not that much of free to sit near m/c and examine performance nor have time to do regular with you all to do f-up, that’s your responsibly to solve my problem from birth, once i recognize i complained and wait for feedback from your end, but as time passes, you have now excuse that now it is not possible.

                      I am attaching mail conversation for your reference and provide you below details, in hope and trust that you will replace said w/m within 2 weeks’ time to me or else i will register complain against you in consumer court.

                              My IFB Washing machine is showing a dPEr error as well. I selected prewash and delicate mode. Worked fine until prewash was finished. Delicate mode not starting. I might have overloaded the washing machine, but I was about this amount of load on a regular basis, and never had a problem before. I have recently cleaned out the entire washing machine from top to bottom. It is also developing some mold in the rubber sleeve. How do I get rid of that?

                                The service provider at Bangalore have not yet attended the complaint .
                                We had a AMC for the service, but the part replaced is not fixed properly . I have complained several times. The service guy visited to see the problem and assured of repairing it in next 2 days. Its almost 15 days my problem is not resolved. The service centre is very adamant and lie whenever we call them.

                                  I registered a complaint with IFB on 15th Feb with ticket number [protected]. they said engineer will come within 24 hours. I got a call today 16th Feb at 11.30am from engineer and he will be at home by 1.30pm. i put half day leave and came home. No engineer turned up. I called twice and they promised me the engineer will be at home in next 10 minutes. As of now 8.20pm no one has turned up. It is waste of time for me. IFB is playing with their customers and not committed. Henceforth i will never buy and never recommend anyone to buy IFB. Very very bad service.

                                  I got a call from a technician around 11.30am in the morning (17th Feb) and will attend the problem. I checked with him whether he will really come as i have to apply leave and come. Then he told me he will come after 1 hour. He came as promised and repaired the machine. meanwhile today after these complaints, i get follow-up calls from IFB Gujarat and Bangalore to check whether technician has come and resolved the issue. Thanks to consumercomplaints.in for forwarding the issue IFB and resolving my issue.

                                    Is there an escalation matrix for IFB service complaints, someone who can be spoken to and who is willing to listen to customers.

                                    I have trying to get a leaky washing machine fixed for one month now. The service franchisee is replacing part after part and charging me too! This is like black mail and completely unacceptable. It has come to a point where they refuse to change the part till I pay first. I need to talk to someone in IFB who can help me understand how their service works. I will appreciate if someone sends me a mail to start this discussion.

                                      Hi,

                                      This is in regards to IFB Service, I had purchased EVA Aqua vx 5.5, 800 RPM Fully Authomated Washing Machine from Croma Center (Marathahalli, Bangalore, KA) on 18th Jul 2015, with the given warranty of four years.

                                      Issue:

                                      Front Part of the machine (Called PCB); Operating buttons and the complete electronic panel attached with the PCB burnt.

                                      Service request raised to the help desk:

                                      The incident had happened in month of August 2016 and was reported to helpdesk, technician visited the house and said the part doesn't cover under warranty, hence you need to pay for this, also when it was asked from my "Dad" it should be covered, then it was expicitly responded by the techincian "Who knows better you or me", then i asked my family members, let the person go, i will chase the service team once i am in the city.

                                      The above service request was closed stating customer not ready to pay.

                                      I visited to enquire one of the service center in Pune (Chandan Nagar[protected] and told the incident they advised the electronic panel would be covered under warranty, don't pay for the panel. it was out of scope for them as the product was purchased in Bangalore hence it is supposed to be dealt with the local team in Karnataka.

                                      Reported the same incident on 9th Feb 2017:

                                      i raised the issue with service desk with the ticket no. ([protected]) connecting though - [protected], i received a call on 10th Feb from one of the technicians, asking for the time tomorrow (11th Feb) then after that no response till 12th Feb. i chased helpdesk on 12th Feb (Sunday) and get the service supersior number (Anjan), he said will arrange to get it done by tomorrow (13th Feb) no response later, once again i chased helpdesk and get first Santosh's number (Anajan's boss), no response, eventually though helpdesk i could obtain Santosh's boss number (Ragul), he committed the time 11 AM - 1 PM, which he failed to manage and the technician (Chandrashekhar) came to pick up by 5:40 PM (14th Feb), Chandrashekhar mentioned the replacement may take 3-4 days or 1 week if obtain approval from their head.

                                      Please can someboday help me out, if the service provider doesn't follow the timeline or don't provide service within the stipulated time, Is there any way to penalise the organization.

                                      I believe and understand that, the charges would be applicable for the body parts which doesn't cover under warranty, and the electronic panel (PCB) would be replaced by the company as mentioned in the warranty.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have an ifb washing machine which was not working. I called up on the toll free number on the 31st of jan 2017 and had registered a complaint. Unfortunately i had not recorded the complaint number. However, i did get a call from a technician on the 1st of feb 2017 and he attended my house.
                                        He said that there was a leakage in a pipe. He removed the part. He said he is taking it back with him and that he will replace the part in 2 days. I waited for 2 days. I did not get a call back from him. Then i kept on calling him repeatedly on the 3rd, 4th and 5th feb. On the 5th of feb he said he will call me back in 2 minutes and then again he did not.

                                        I decided to call ifb toll free number again on the 9th of feb and re register my complain. As usual i received a call from the same agency where umesh (The technician) was working. I told the girl specifically that umesh had taken the part and never replaced it back. This girl explained that someone will come to my house by the 12th of feb and fix the problem. Till date no one has come or even had the decency to call.
