We requested to replace said w/m purchased from you on the date of installation while demonstration to us by your technician, as we drawn attention to technician that there was uncertain noise and vibration, after that he orally committed to visit again and check in detail.in his visit, he brought with solution that we must have to use ifb liquid detergent and suggested us to brought m/c foot stand. We trusted ifb product as we replace our old ifb m/c which was more than 15 years old to this new one.
But after that problem become more trouble some and we finally register complain as your ifb representative we seen more interested in sub product selling and seems not interested to solve our m/c problem.
We register complain on 11.9.16 with complain # [protected], but problem was not taken as seriously and received automate sms that reply “y” if you satisfied or “n” if not. Instantly i reply that sms to “n”.

After that i got a call, and i explain everything which i wrote here above and request for replacement, the ifb executive after some f-up from me incidence # e150868 generated with respect to problem of my purchased machine. Some f-up from my end were there afterwards.

Finally, i register online complain directly on ifb website on 27.1.2017 and with strong f-up and hyper voice of mine over the phone new complain # [protected] was generated and technician came on 30.1.17, he realized the serious problem, and asked us to wait and he will connect with mr. Prashant sharma (Mob. No. [protected]) from ifb point. We were seriously waited for feedback but no calls or f-up visit was there, after that i again call to ifb customer service number and due to my strong request, executive over the phone from customer service made a conference call to mr. Anurag (Mob. No. [protected]). After a long discussion over the phone i explain everything that from the initial stage i was not happy with the performance of said m/c, but he again and again denies to replace the same m/c and argue that it almost 6-month pass.

My dear customer oriented dealer and manufacturer, my point is, i am not that much of free to sit near m/c and examine performance nor have time to do regular with you all to do f-up, that’s your responsibly to solve my problem from birth, once i recognize i complained and wait for feedback from your end, but as time passes, you have now excuse that now it is not possible.

I am attaching mail conversation for your reference and provide you below details, in hope and trust that you will replace said w/m within 2 weeks’ time to me or else i will register complain against you in consumer court.

    I have invested Rs.4000/- on dated 08/09.1995 vide receipt no LC/C/95/16799 and
    on maturity date 07/09/2000 I deposited my certificate with the company vide FDR no LC/C/95/16799 DT 6/2/2001 duly acknowledge by the company with signature & seal.
    but till date I have not received my hard earned amount with interest .
    I would like to request you to take up my matter & advice me for futher action, so as to get my hard earned money.

      I have called IFB customer care complaint about my IFB washing machine [protected], but case closed without any update this is getting repeated by IFB and no proper response from IFB customer care, escalating to higher management also not working totally IFB services behaves worst I will never ever suggest or buy IFB products in future, They try to force customers to buy Ifb accessories during service visit and none of highest managers mobile number connects.         I bought new washing machine i was past 1 week follow up for that demo purpose yet now they cant come & also phone doesn't pick.

        after i open the box thre was inlet water hose missing very worst service.

          My IFB Washing machine is showing a dPEr error as well. I selected prewash and delicate mode. Worked fine until prewash was finished. Delicate mode not starting. I might have overloaded the washing machine, but I was about this amount of load on a regular basis, and never had a problem before. I have recently cleaned out the entire washing machine from top to bottom. It is also developing some mold in the rubber sleeve. How do I get rid of that?

            The service provider at Bangalore have not yet attended the complaint .
            We had a AMC for the service, but the part replaced is not fixed properly . I have complained several times. The service guy visited to see the problem and assured of repairing it in next 2 days. Its almost 15 days my problem is not resolved. The service centre is very adamant and lie whenever we call them.

              I registered a complaint with IFB on 15th Feb with ticket number [protected]. they said engineer will come within 24 hours. I got a call today 16th Feb at 11.30am from engineer and he will be at home by 1.30pm. i put half day leave and came home. No engineer turned up. I called twice and they promised me the engineer will be at home in next 10 minutes. As of now 8.20pm no one has turned up. It is waste of time for me. IFB is playing with their customers and not committed. Henceforth i will never buy and never recommend anyone to buy IFB. Very very bad service.

              I got a call from a technician around 11.30am in the morning (17th Feb) and will attend the problem. I checked with him whether he will really come as i have to apply leave and come. Then he told me he will come after 1 hour. He came as promised and repaired the machine. meanwhile today after these complaints, i get follow-up calls from IFB Gujarat and Bangalore to check whether technician has come and resolved the issue. Thanks to consumercomplaints.in for forwarding the issue IFB and resolving my issue.

                Is there an escalation matrix for IFB service complaints, someone who can be spoken to and who is willing to listen to customers.

                I have trying to get a leaky washing machine fixed for one month now. The service franchisee is replacing part after part and charging me too! This is like black mail and completely unacceptable. It has come to a point where they refuse to change the part till I pay first. I need to talk to someone in IFB who can help me understand how their service works. I will appreciate if someone sends me a mail to start this discussion.

                  Hi,

                  This is in regards to IFB Service, I had purchased EVA Aqua vx 5.5, 800 RPM Fully Authomated Washing Machine from Croma Center (Marathahalli, Bangalore, KA) on 18th Jul 2015, with the given warranty of four years.

                  Issue:

                  Front Part of the machine (Called PCB); Operating buttons and the complete electronic panel attached with the PCB burnt.

                  Service request raised to the help desk:

                  The incident had happened in month of August 2016 and was reported to helpdesk, technician visited the house and said the part doesn't cover under warranty, hence you need to pay for this, also when it was asked from my "Dad" it should be covered, then it was expicitly responded by the techincian "Who knows better you or me", then i asked my family members, let the person go, i will chase the service team once i am in the city.

                  The above service request was closed stating customer not ready to pay.

                  I visited to enquire one of the service center in Pune (Chandan Nagar[protected] and told the incident they advised the electronic panel would be covered under warranty, don't pay for the panel. it was out of scope for them as the product was purchased in Bangalore hence it is supposed to be dealt with the local team in Karnataka.

                  Reported the same incident on 9th Feb 2017:

                  i raised the issue with service desk with the ticket no. ([protected]) connecting though - [protected], i received a call on 10th Feb from one of the technicians, asking for the time tomorrow (11th Feb) then after that no response till 12th Feb. i chased helpdesk on 12th Feb (Sunday) and get the service supersior number (Anjan), he said will arrange to get it done by tomorrow (13th Feb) no response later, once again i chased helpdesk and get first Santosh's number (Anajan's boss), no response, eventually though helpdesk i could obtain Santosh's boss number (Ragul), he committed the time 11 AM - 1 PM, which he failed to manage and the technician (Chandrashekhar) came to pick up by 5:40 PM (14th Feb), Chandrashekhar mentioned the replacement may take 3-4 days or 1 week if obtain approval from their head.

                  Please can someboday help me out, if the service provider doesn't follow the timeline or don't provide service within the stipulated time, Is there any way to penalise the organization.

                  I believe and understand that, the charges would be applicable for the body parts which doesn't cover under warranty, and the electronic panel (PCB) would be replaced by the company as mentioned in the warranty.

                    Dear sir,

                    I have an ifb washing machine which was not working. I called up on the toll free number on the 31st of jan 2017 and had registered a complaint. Unfortunately i had not recorded the complaint number. However, i did get a call from a technician on the 1st of feb 2017 and he attended my house.
                    He said that there was a leakage in a pipe. He removed the part. He said he is taking it back with him and that he will replace the part in 2 days. I waited for 2 days. I did not get a call back from him. Then i kept on calling him repeatedly on the 3rd, 4th and 5th feb. On the 5th of feb he said he will call me back in 2 minutes and then again he did not.

                    I decided to call ifb toll free number again on the 9th of feb and re register my complain. As usual i received a call from the same agency where umesh (The technician) was working. I told the girl specifically that umesh had taken the part and never replaced it back. This girl explained that someone will come to my house by the 12th of feb and fix the problem. Till date no one has come or even had the decency to call.

                      I bought 2 ifb microwave and 1 ifb front loading 6.5 lt fully automatic washing machine in January 2015. After a week the switches from washing machines panel started coming out automatically and the door got loose.I thought the company gave me defective piece and after my complaint ifbs so called fake engineer came and convinced me to fix the problem and replace the panel . After that every time company gave me new date to replace the door and panel. I go everywhere the shop Bhadarchand&Co. Service center and also talked to north head a lady who operate from ludhiana but nobody care. From past 2 years I m just waiting that someone from this ridiculous ifb company take my problem seriously but nobody even bothered. And also Amritsar ifb service center is act like mafia so errogant. I asked the service center please change the serviceman because he always forced us to call him for service instead of calling the ifb company . I filled complaint against him many time but every time ifb company send him to mock us. And I feel helpless because I don't no the outsider can Handel this washing machine or not so I don't have another option. Now I m going for consumers court hope they will help.

                        We have purchased IFB Senorita 6.5 kg washing machine After using for 1 year 2 months the machine didnt start. So I have raised a issue to customer care, the technician came and to my surprise he told there is a rat crack at mother board so we cant rectify for free you have to pay 4500 rs. while purchasing they told for 4 years 100 percent warranty. Now they are saying no warranty for rat crack. when i have enquired the rat mesh is just 150 rs . they keep on saying purchase our IFB cover, IFB stand and all IFB liquids all i have purchased. But they never asked me to purchase rat mesh and they never told that there will be no warranty for that. now they ares saying see the booklet conditions what a strategy by so called IFB to trap money from customers. when yu say 100 percent warranty for 4 years everything should be covered I need justice. my contact number is [protected]

                        I have and IFB washing machine from past 5-6 years. recently during this pandemic time suddenly there was an error in the system showing door error. this door error was bought to the notice of the technician after the purchase of the new machine itself. He told it is like that only and all IFB washing machines have this problem, and he told, you have to hold this door tight to get it locked. SInce we were not using it often we had ignored the same and continued what he told. but just few days back our machine was not getting on as the door was not getting closed. So we had raised the service request with the ticket number [protected]. Just today the service engineer visited and checked the machine and told to change the complete mother board. Now I have 3 things to get clarified
                        1. on the portal I am unable to track this service request, how do I know if the person who has visited is genuine from IFB
                        2. is it really required to change the complete motherboard
                        3. the technician has told that the motherboard might cost around Rs.6000 + service charges extra

                        is the IFB motherboard that expensive???

                        can some one please help and guide on the same as I am feeling something not right.

                        Sir, I Prashant v kore, registered a complaint on 14th Aug 20 since display showing AC Lo. problem. It's been more than 10 days, no response from the service. One person called and said he looks after kalyan place and mot ambernath. I requested and told him about my problem, then he says motherboard has to be changed. !! Shocking just for one issue about a chip or resistance going haywire he wants to change the entire board !!. Pls assist

                            I have purchased IFB washing machine in 2008 senorita DX model (fully automatic), after completion of warranty machine started creating problem. we have already spent money same of its cost. Every month it creates problem . at last we purchased AMC of 2 years now every time whenever engineer come he just told to replace the part which not covered under AMC along with operational part. If you are asking us to pay the charges then what is the need of taking AMC. Its just really pathetic and unexpected.
                            I just want to get the washing machine repair on your cost now beacause i dont want pay pay any charges this time, Im fedup now.

                              Got compalined reg on 29th jan, nothing happenned till now, the franchise took the machine to change the drum, now everyday give one excuse over another.
                              Quite frustrated with the company.
                              Kindly return the amc amount if not capable to give proper service along with the machine.

                                I lodged a complaint with customer service and was given a ref. No. 19140036. I have not received any response from IFB on the status yet and every time I call the customer care, I am informed that their app is down and they cannot retrieve the status. Meanwhile, since the machine door is jammed, all the washed clothes continue to rot inside the machine.

                                  I have made complaint several times since dec 29 2016. Represented visited knew the problem but not ready to solve it. The machine is under warranty period. Either solve the problem or let us know that you are not going to solve in warranty period. So that we can take some action and move to some other authority to solve it. We just receive calls from ur side that representative will come and solve it. But no one turns up. I have placed complaint 6 to 8 times. But no response is there.

                                    I own a IFB fully automatic washing machine front load. when i got transferred from one state to another, i called the IFB service center a number of times to register for re-installation of the washing machine. i waited every day and called again. each time the executive confirmed that the service engineer would arrive the next day. Finally i called a local plumber who helped me do the reinstallation.

                                    I raised a complaint regarding ifb diva washing machine since 13 Jan 2017 but no any response found same thing mail again & again but such a third class service from ifb .no more aspects from such company I will never buy any products from ifb.its door opener handle knob is broken to be replace /repair the same.

                                      I purchased a dryer on Dec 30th. Order Number[protected]. It was delivered damaged. It took two weeks to get a replacement after pulling hair on their backs. Finally got the new machine which is also defective. Raised a complaint on Jan 20th. Complaint # [protected]. I am yet to get any service. I have called almost daily and spoken to customer service, service center, Anil, Ritesh, Vivek, etc. etc. Yet where am I. With false promises that my service will be taken care of the same day or next day since then. Today is Feb 3rd and I am tired. I just want my money back and they can take this dryer back. I would rather buy from other companies.

                                        Complaint number [protected]. Your service engineer visited on 15th dec 2016 and stated that there is problem in the board. As spare is out of stock. Even after regular follow up and several mails we have not got a permanent solution. You have not send reply for any of our mails. Is this the customer service you give. As a consumer due to these follow ups we are mentally and physically frustrated. We are still in the warranty period. If you are not able to solve the problem kindly replace the existing machine with a new machine.

                                        The customer service is very unsatisfactory. I registered a complaint about a month ago but my problem isn't resolved till now. I talked to The area service Manager of SPN(242001)Snoop Dixit but there is no response till now. Then what's the use of a customer care centre, If the centre can't resolve the problem .
