I own a IFB fully automatic washing machine front load. when i got transferred from one state to another, i called the IFB service center a number of times to register for re-installation of the washing machine. i waited every day and called again. each time the executive confirmed that the service engineer would arrive the next day. Finally i called a local plumber who helped me do the reinstallation.

I raised a complaint regarding ifb diva washing machine since 13 Jan 2017 but no any response found same thing mail again & again but such a third class service from ifb .no more aspects from such company I will never buy any products from ifb.its door opener handle knob is broken to be replace /repair the same.

    I purchased a dryer on Dec 30th. Order Number[protected]. It was delivered damaged. It took two weeks to get a replacement after pulling hair on their backs. Finally got the new machine which is also defective. Raised a complaint on Jan 20th. Complaint # [protected]. I am yet to get any service. I have called almost daily and spoken to customer service, service center, Anil, Ritesh, Vivek, etc. etc. Yet where am I. With false promises that my service will be taken care of the same day or next day since then. Today is Feb 3rd and I am tired. I just want my money back and they can take this dryer back. I would rather buy from other companies.

    2 months has gone my microwave is not working complaint many times but no one came customer care take 10 min. in one call . I called many times But they give mr. Vikram jhotwara no. [protected] again i called they give me wrong no. Which does not exist

      Complaint number [protected]. Your service engineer visited on 15th dec 2016 and stated that there is problem in the board. As spare is out of stock. Even after regular follow up and several mails we have not got a permanent solution. You have not send reply for any of our mails. Is this the customer service you give. As a consumer due to these follow ups we are mentally and physically frustrated. We are still in the warranty period. If you are not able to solve the problem kindly replace the existing machine with a new machine.

      The customer service is very unsatisfactory. I registered a complaint about a month ago but my problem isn't resolved till now. I talked to The area service Manager of SPN(242001)Snoop Dixit but there is no response till now. Then what's the use of a customer care centre, If the centre can't resolve the problem .

        I Sri sudesh punyarthi residing at 503 Kanchan gauri Appartments, Kasar ali, Bhiwandi 421308 Mumbai, Maharshtra, has registered a complaint vide phone no [protected] email [protected]@gmail.com around 2 months back on 1.1.2017. I cant under stand why they are making so much delay . we are in need and request u to get the washing machine repaired immediately. i had met the service centre people at Thane, Mumbai. but they replied that wire harness is un available and it should be supplied by the company .i cant understand where is the company and I am an AMC holder and i have almost waited for 2 months . please get the machine repaired at the earliest consider the matter as most urgent.

          Our Washing Machine Model 'Elena' is under active 1 year AMC issued from Date.22.04.16 and had stopped working on 10.01.17 for which we had made a complaint on[protected] for it.

          The machine was attended after several days and were informed that part 'Timer' needs to be changed for which the same was arranged after 12-15 days and the technician arrived late in the evening and changed the part and without proper checking went saying the machine is now ok but when in the morning we checked the same problem was observed and the machine was not working. Several Request were made to customer service center, every time they said it will get resolved within 2 days but the problem is not resolved till date, my machine is still not working, no action has been taken by the service franchisee.

          Being a customer who has taken an AMC for the same, such kind of response is not expected.

          I want a resolution to my problem within 2 working days if not will have to escalate to higher authority and other legal recourse if needed.

          It is my humble request for urgent intervention in this matter.

              This is to inform you that I bought a dish washer in Bangalore and the upper rack cannot be adjusted and I have lodged a complaint to customer care on 2th Dec 2017 and till date it has not been replaced in spite of repeated reminders. They sent a mail telling it will be done by 23rd Jan 2017 but it has not been done. I want to go legal on this if this is not attended to by 2nd Feb 2017. My complaint number is [protected] and incidence number is E156895. Latest complaint number is [protected].

              Cannot imagine that a company of international level can give a substandard service like this. I will proceed legally with consumer forum if it is not replaced on or before 2nd Feb 2017.

                  My registered mobile no is [protected], its very pathetic to buy IFB products and after warranty the customer is not able to fix up the problem, i live in Hosur, Tamilnadu if there is no proper service in all areas better not to sell IFB products in all places, I want to escalate to the core if im not getting proper solution,

                  I bought IFB washing machine in chennai in 2013, i shifted myself to Hosur, later on my washing machine warranty is also finished, we booked a complaint for machine not working on 27/01/2017, a representative from Hosur service center approached us he checked and said the vave is not working need to replace and service charge is 900+550, we said ok do, but he said ur machine is out of warranty pay 2900/- and make it fixed up for service, we said no need first repair the machine, then he confirmed that there is no stock of valve it will take another one week to repair and left, is this way "a customer is treated if not accepted for extending the warranty service is not provided", i feel to throw the washing machine to IFB company itself for their pathetic service.

                    We have been using IFB washing machine past two years and we are facing always voltage problem, we complain to IFB hyderabad.

                    We use to facing this problem due to we start calling directly to technicion which contact details provided by Ifb team first time of problem. We faced again voltage problem recently and we called this technicion as usual, he was asking to change stablizer and took old stablazer from us along with 3000 rupes & promised to come back within 3 days but now he did not answering any call from us last one month, Please see below contact details of person and do the needful reply.

                      I have purchased a Elena DX 5.5KG, Serial no.IF021024 DATED 17/06/2011. IT is only five and half years past my washing machine caused severe loss to me. Erroded drum replaced by a new steel drum and it's bearings costing Rs 5805/.
                      Easily corrodeing materials to be avoided in your Home appliances.
                      Your reputed company may look into the matter and give redressal to me.

                      I have given a complaint against problem with my washing machine on 15th December 2016. A guy visited my place and took a scanned copy of my AMC and left no resolution provided.

                        I had took an AMC from IFB, Since IFB does not interact directly with their customers they sent a franchisee who collected rs.3200 and handed over a 2 year AMC. Details of this has been shared with IFB Customer care.

                        Customer care has refused to service the machine under AMC sighting that this AMC is not valid as it is not issued by them.

                        I have asked the question how can a customer trust any body who comes to be AUTHORIZED. The AMC issued has perfect IFB office address. TIN and CST numbers.

                        Right now the machine is in breakdown status from NOV/DEC.
                        IFB call centers keep issuing service complaints and email response to complaints is almost nil as i have got just two replies in the entire span of 2 months of repeated reminders and calls to their call center.

                        How ever, i have also raised a concern that the AMC receipt has serial number and it can be traced to which franchisee (existing) old could have issued it to trace it.

                        As confirmed with Branch, our service engineer has identified the fault and the same can be resolved by replacing the MCU.                           I bought a microwave oven before 3 months and now it is not working. I registered a complain. After 2 days a guy came and he checked oven.
                          He told that there is some issue in plates so company will exchange microwave oven.
                          After that I did not receive any call from anyone. I called on customer care and now they are telling me to go to service center and replace plates.

                            I have booked a complaint with ticket no [protected] on 12 jan. The problem is diagnosed as drum replacement. The technician is postponing the repair every two days by saying that two persons are needed for repair and since the other person is not available, he may not be able to come. The result is that, after 12 days also the machine is not repaired. If such is a situation of after sales service, i wonder who will prefer purchasing ifb.

                            My oven is under AMC from March 2015 to March 2017. Past one and half years I am calling service center Elite No 5 sesha nagar poonamallee, chennai 56 mr.Koushik [protected] to fix the fault oven. They are refusing to service the product. I want back my AMC amout paid to them and at free of cost they have to fix my fault oven.

                              I have bought ifb elena model washing machine on 07/2013. On 19/1/2017, washing machine caught fire when we are not at home. Alerness of security has stooped sever damage of my apartment. I have raised customer complaint and have got mr. Sabaresh () contact who is the ifb executive of our area. He promised that representative will arrive next day i. E on 20th. But no one arrived and after multiple followups and a severe heated discussion with customer care then ifb representative manjunath () arrived. He has inspection of washing machine and a word with mr. Sabaresh then informed us that washing machine will be replaced.
                              After that there is no call from mr. Sabaresh and after waiting for 2 more days i called sabaresh on 23rd. I was surprised by sabaresh when he said that he didnt know that manjunath visited our home and informed that washing machine will be replaced, that too inspite manjunath has a word with sabaresh on 21st before me and that too call is made from my mobile. Also he adamantly asks to get it claimed from manjunath as he has promised of replacement.
                              I dont want to continue with ifb any more. There is a damage to my apartment and i want to claim the property damage also. Can you please help me in this regard. How should i proceed.

                              IFB Top Load, Purchased in 18 Aug 2010 SL.No.[protected] from Sri Ram Agencies Rajahmundry. My ID 245555. Annual Maintenance Contractsl lapsed in Jan 2014. Machine stopping frequently in different intervals. Water flow is not proper. Motor jamming and tripping. Have to stand aside the machine till the end. Vibrating with noise.

                                Hi,

                                My name is Chandrashekar S from Hyderabad. Even though we have taken the AMC till 2017 for our washing machine the service centers from Hyderabad have been calling us on a regular basis (every other day) and wanted us to pay the AMC charges as they say that they have records till 2016 only.
                                Today is the 7th time there was this person from Dhara Service Center, Tarnaka, Hyderabad who came (barging each time into our flat) and said that our AMC ended in 2016.
                                After we showed our records he left and this is becoming an HARASSMENT and feeling cheated by IFB and even though each time we show the records they are still HARASSING us by calling and threantening us saying that they would stop servicing as we don't have AMC.
                                Why are we harassed by IFB like this? I will be raising a HARASSMENT AND CHEATING COMPLAINT AGAINST IFB with the POLICE DEPARTMENT in a day or two as we are being tortured over PHONE especially by this female Ms. Soujanya and Ms. Geetha.
                                In case you are able to take action against these people I have to take extreme step myself as I live in a good society and don't like to be harassed like this. I will mention IFB is responsible for me taking this extreme step.

Which was damaged piece complained to dealer dealer connected the call to company representative whose name is Mr revannna abused me and threatened me .this matter complained to company also company is not taking any responsibility. Company is using goondas to treat the consumer.please consider this matter and kindly help the consumer. this company is holy responsible.even complaining also company is not ready to take actions against these goondas hence this company should be punished legal or need to ban this company

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    This is related to the complaint filed for my model "TL65SDR" (IFB) which i initially sent my complaint six weeks back on IFB customer care, then the technician came from "DELIGHT SERVICES" and checked the issue and that complaint number was "[protected]", for almost two weeks i got no response from the above mentioned service centre and then calling the main service centre of IFB, got to know they resolved the problem without rectifying. Then after continously calling the service centre, again assigned technician came(complaint no was [protected]) and visited the machine and he again stated that there is some error with the spare parts and he will send some senior technician which I did not got any response for a week, from last Monday every day I'm trying to connect with delight services but either they disconnect my call or just give false promises. Yesterday i had telephonic conversation, with Ms Pooja Bandekar (Area Manager) and she promised me that the technician will arrive this morning as new complaint id [protected] & ID 701044, still now no response. Now I have registered a complaint against IFB in consumer complaint forum and various other platforms and I need compensation for my loss of washing machine that is still under warranty period, either I need new machine or the amount of loss that has occurred to me in this last one and half months. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                      This is the complaint on IFB-Point Sidhapudur, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India.

                                      My name is Sabari. For my cousin (RadhaKrishnan, Kuniamuthur, Coimbatore, TN) I recommend IFB washing machine, Since I was using IFB for last 5 years.

                                      We went to IFB-Point Sidhapudur, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India. to order Serena 6KG.

                                      I don't get any good response from the sale person or from the Bajaj Insurance person from IFB-Point, Sidhapudur for near 2-3 hours. Still we order machine for the product name (IFB) on 14/15 Jan 2017.

                                      Eswar (Manager - [protected]) promise us to deliver on 18th Jan, we waited till 19th Jan 2017.

                                      no reply, no response.

                                      So, please take care of such action from IFB-Point and we want to cancel this order.

                                      Please cancel this order and return the amount we paid as advance.

                                        Past 6-7 days, no action and repair done by IFB even after multiple reminders over email to IFBCRM Team

                                        Poor service response and attention by IFB Team even during warranty period, can't imagine their service support after warranty expiry period.

                                        dated 13-Jan-2017, engineer came and he said problem found in Drum / Rubber which he will replace by 17-Jan-2017 (being pongal holiday), but no response even after his committed date.
