I brought washing machine on 30th october 2016 and the washing machine stop working within 1.5 month i am really disappointed with the service and the product i want that company should change my product because they already fit the board in machine still i m facing issue like all functions light are on and time does not showing that how much time it takes to wash. So i thought this brand product is good but its not i will never ever suggest anyone to buy IFB product worst experince ever.

    Dish washer - ifb - very poor service

    I have bought a ifb dishwasher neptune sx1. I have used this machine only four months after that it got repaired due to inlet tube failure.

    I had reported regarding the issue to ifb customer service. After two weeks couple of engineers came and had a look into it and they confirm that the inlet tube has gone. So wait for few days and we order a new intel tube and change the repaired one.

    I call on[protected] at 13-Jan-2017 for my Ifb Washing machine customer service representative said that problem will resolve in 2 hours but not resolved, again I call 14-Jan-2017 said again same as before not resolved yet.My machine is under warranty please resolved this issue soon sir.

      I received this text message over a week back when my IFB front loading machine was delivered by CROMA.

      "Your ticket No. is [protected]. IFB representative will visit shortly."

      However, I am still waiting for the IFB representative to visit me. The service centre has been rude, unprofessional and non-responsive to repeated calls. I am utterly disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism show by IFB and its service network. This just goes to show how poor the focus on post sales customer support is!

        Nov18th-[protected] complaint was raised to look into the issue faced by the ifb washing machine .technician came, analysed and said pulsator might be the problem ticket closed(without my concern).
        Nov 19th-[protected], none came but complaint was closed without my knowledge.
        Dec31th-[protected], for the same issue came the technician took the pulsator 3 days later still yet to be replaced .

          Dear Sir,

          I have made a compliant on 9/1/17 ticket no [protected], till now no person came but i got a message like it is resolved, then i contacted customer care and i informed about the issue, they said techican will get back ASAP.

          I called three times to customer but nobody is aware of that what was my concern, again i need to explain the full details they are telling it is not captured in there record.
          Again i registered a new complaint.I want a solution ASAP.

            Dear sir,

            I have fb washing machine serial no.[protected], model serena vx. The said machine was giving some problem. I contacted your local service at s. R. Electronics, siliguri, phone no.[protected].

            Their technician came and said that it is out of warranty. There is problem in the drum and bearing. He needs to take it to their workshop. He charged rs. 575.00 as visiting charge vide receipt no. 6960 dated 03.01.2017. After taking to his workshop he said that total cost of repairing about rs. 6500.00.

            We told him to repair and send the machine at our place. But your service centre wants the full payment before sending the machine. We told him to send the machine at our home and collect the payment. But they are not sending the machine.

            This machine has been giving us problem right from the time of purchase. Every now and then we had to get it repaired. Until now it was under warranty and now they said that warranty has expired and the cost of repairing is also very high.

            Kindly look into the matter and advise us accordingly.

              No response for complaint placed citing unavailability of spares has become way too common reason. No accountability on the part of customer service executives as they do not worry about company reputation, customer satisfaction and only play the game of passing the buck. When confronted directly at office, customers are shooed out of the ifb customer care centre. Being a hapless customer, am i left with no choice but to wait and suffer until the problem is resolved? Ms. Shajita, the customer care executive at madhavadhara, visakhapatnam office has the audacity to say 'get out' when asked for a response. She is carefree because the item is not having any warranty anymore. This is the state of affairs of an institute that boasts two tech visits result in different trouble shooting and end up with different solutions. As a customer, i am still not sure if the complaint would ever be resolved.

                Worst customer service and cheating!!!

                I bought a ifb washing machine (Elena aqua) in the month of oct-15. So, for in last 15 months, the front door was broken 2 times and more than 4 months was not used due to delay in replacement. The machine is under warranty for 4 years. When i made complaint first time, i was told that the door was not covered under warranty.. So, paid 1050 rupees to replace the door using the customer care via the branch in ikaduthankal, chennai. With in next 4 months, the door was broken again and made a complaint. The service engineer from same branch came and said, the handle connecting with door was loosen hence the door was broken again and the door to be replaced. The ticket was closed without fixing the issue on 7-dec-16. Raised a new ticket again on 25-dec-16 and requested not to assign the ticket with that branch. Asked for adyar branch and engineer visited the home and said, the earlier door was a duplicate door and does not have a quality of it. That was the reason, it was broken again and the original door will last for long. So, they will provide the original door and paid an advance of 1000 rs. Got the quotation back on next day saying, the entire door costs 3800 rs in total plus 450 service charge. Agreed for the same to replace the door. After few hours, the person from the branch called me and said, it will cost another 1000 rs extra sine one more part to be purchased. I am surprised on the cost quoted again and he gives me all the reasons in the world. I did called many branches in chennai and no one gives me a quotation for a door was shame.

                I had samsung washing machine for 13 years and did not had even single issue and the service was excellent.. Now with in a year of purchase, i feel the pain of the service and quality of the product as worst choice of mine.

                  Hello IFB Services Team,

                  This is regarding the complaint number #18932378.
                  The problem is, while running the wash program, there is some sound from machine bearing. . And its the third time I am facing the same problem. Earlier the problem got rectified by changing the belt and now machine is out of warranty.
                  The 2nd time this problem occurred in Jan 2016(complaint number is #[protected]. I don't have the record of first occurrence of this problem.

                  Now my query is, does this problem will occur ones' in every year?? And do I have to shell out around Rs.1100(IFB service charge + Belt exchange charges) every year. Isn't it questionable on IFB brand name.

                  The above complain I have raised on 26thDec 2016 to [protected]@ifbglobal.com, but I didn't receive any answer to it.

                      I purchased a washing machine in 2015 from IFB.The firm has offered me 4 year warranty on the product. The preventive maintenance which need to be done periodically was not done properly. Only once they had provided preventive service visit.

                      The unit is not working from last three months. All my efforts to contact customer care were not successful over the toll free numbers provided in IFB website .As the issue is very urgent, I made a visit to the dealer from where I bought the item (Bajaj Electronics, Forum Mall, Malasian Township). Though the dealer raised complaint requests thrice, no one from M/s IFB is supporting to solve the problem.

                      I could contact IFB last week through the sms requests mentioned in the company website and was finally lodge a complaint ( Request No:[protected]). The request was then transferred to their Hyderabad office and though I am making efforts for availing the maintenance, nobody is keen to attend for the service.

                      Kindly help for availing the service from vendor as indicate in the warranty .

                        some one has attended on 2nd Jan but issue not resolved and i had informed same on 3rd Jan 2017

                        But you has append a new ticket 18983806 for this and Serves centre is asking charges for same and still issue not resolved.

                                IFB Complaint # [protected], regarding

                                In month of August I had bought IFB 23 L Microwave. Since mid of November it had stopped heating immediately after which I registered a complaint in IFB call centre. However it has been around a month and nothing has been fixed till now. In this span of 1 month some 4-5 engineers had come to my place to fix this issue and all of them had diagnosed a different problem.
                                -The first technician (who came after 3 days of registering the complaint) said that fuse had gone and changed it but it did not resolve the issue.
                                -Then after my rigorous follow up couple of other technicians came and diagnosed that Magnetron had to be changed and told me that they will change it once they get it from company. After this no one turned up for weeks.
                                - Again after calling multiple times on call centre another technician came with Magnetron and changed it yet again with no success. This gentleman diagnosed that problem is actually with transformer and again that can be replaced only when he gets it from company.
                                - History repeats and this time for more than 10 days no one turned up. Every day I had to call multiple time on call centre to follow up and every day I got to hear fake promises that issue will be fixed in 24 hours.
                                - One fine day the last technician appeared again and changed the transformer but again with no success. Now he said that this dead box needs to be taken to workshop for rectification.

                                I have had enough of this nuisance and no longer want to waste my time and energy over this faulty product thus I called call centre to have this replaced with new one. However today I got a call from area supervisor who said that there is no policy of replacement and only way is to get it rectified is by sending to workshop.

                                IF REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY PRODUCT IS NOT IN IFB POLICY THEN CAN YOU EXPLAIN ME WHAT EXACTLY COMES UNDER YOUR POLICY?
                                TO CHEAT CUSTOMER BY DELIVERING A FAULTY PRODUCT COMES UNDER YOUR POLICY????
                                TO PROVIDE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES UNDER YOUR POLICY????
                                TO TAKE MORE THAN A WEEK TO RESPOND FOR A COMPLAINT COMES UNDER YOUR POLICY????
                                TO KEEP CUSTOMER WAITING FOR WEEKS WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION FROM YOUR END COMES UNDER YOUR POLICY?????
                                TO SHOW FAKE IMAGE OF COMPANY AND TAKE MONEY OUT OF CUSTOMER POCKET AND AFTER THAT BEHAVE LIKE A LOCAL THIRD CLASS COMPANY COMES UNDER YOUR POLICY???

                                IS THIS POLICY APPLICABLE GLOBALLY OR IS IT ONLY FOR INDIA??????IFB official Site talks about business ethics and code of conduct. IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL BUSINESS ETHICS???????

                                I am still not able to believe that I am facing this issue with a company like IFB. There are hundred of brands in market that offer same kind of product at much cheaper price however I still went for IFB thinking it has a global standardization. But the facts that are appearing are:
                                - IFB HAS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
                                - IFB TECHNICIANS ARE NOT TRAINED AT ALL
                                - IFB DOES NOT HAVE AVAILABILITY OF SPARE PARTS

                                It seems the 'F' in IFB stands for FRAUD and I am just another Victim of this fraud. This whole drama has become a torture for me and I have no more patience to tolerate it. It is high time IFB should know that Indian customers cant be taken for granted and they can not do what ever they want after looting money from customer pocket.

                                  Planned to gift a dishwasher to my parents from hyderabad (i live in hyd).
                                  6 dec - machine got delivered to vizag.
                                  13 dec - got it installed after I personally requested. no initiative from IFB/Shopclues. Found 3 dents on machine.
                                  31 Dec - requested 2nd demo and I visited vizag. Machine showing F5 error after technician left.
                                  5 - jan - technician came, tilted the machine and found 2 broken parts with 5 dents on external body.

                                  Now, IFB is not responsible, courier company is not responsible, and Shopclues is not responsible. They say, i should call shopclues by 8th december for replacement. Between Dec 6 and Dec 8, they expect the customer to open the shipment, check the machine internally and externally and raise return order. This is a hitech cheating that these companies started following now that costed me, 34, 000/-

                                    I had taken an AMC for the IFB washing machine that I own. I raised a ticket for getting service done on my washing machine as it was not working as per expectations. You can see the ticket number from the email trail. Ever since I have had multiple discussions with the IFB customer care on the issue. Every time they have told me a blatant lie. If you have access to the call records ("recorded for quality and training purposes" which is the first thing i get to hear when I call the customer care number) you can very well get to know. There we lies, blatant lies which your service agents make and as a result the customer (I am lead to believe, at this point, that for IFB, customer is defined as "Kast se mar") suffers.

                                    On the fifth day(Saturday) of raising the ticket I was told by the customer service supervisor that the issue was not resolved as the address mentioned was not correct. Again this was a lie as I had specifically asked the customer service representative to update the PIN Code when she asked me to confirm the address. The point here is that when it comes to collecting of the AMC cheques, the wrong address is no barrier and the collection agent comes to my home exactly at the given time and date (if not 15 minutes earlier). When it comes to responding to customer concerns, I find a serious dereliction, which is contrary to the terms of the AMC contract (though the Consumer Courts are there to decide if this is indeed a dereliction or not).

                                    I am not in the habit of washing dirty linen in public. However, I feel that the IFB products have great value (that's why I have no regrets purchasing the washing machine). But what IFB needs to understand that the product is just one part of the equation... providing Service is another important part. I hope IFB realises this and takes appropriate steps to overhaul your service architecture.

                                    You would do well if you can find time to learn about the story of FIAT India...

                                      I lodged a complaint on 23 days decomber and my ticket number is [protected]. I am staying in bangalore and they have worst service center in washing machine. The technician is one mr. Vijay who doesn't know anything about repair. Please provide good technician. Everyday i am calling the service people that they said today itself they will finish the work. But till now no one has come and did the work. I took one year amc also. But that's also no help. I didn't expect this much problem from ifb. Next time i won't go for any ifb

                                      Sir I have a I.f.b executive plus m/c at haldwani (uttrakhand);after reaptedly complain(no.[protected]they have not taken any action.infact they are not able to tell service station add.in haldwani uttrakhand.So painful don't go for I.f.b.ever.
