I would like to point out my concern that we had registered a complaint for our IFB washing machine which was not working, with IFB Customer Care on 14th December and a ticket was assigned to us (Tkt no:[protected]), .
A service person from M/s.Umar Enterprise visited our home and checked for the problem. he had conveyed that the main board has gone and it needs to be replaced. since we already have AMC with them, he said they will replace the same in two days. But no one came and after 4 days, upon my enquiry with Umar Enterprises personnel, we were told that it would be done in another 2 days.
But nothing happened hence I again contacted IFB customer care after waiting for 10 days or so, and came to know from the Executive that the Ticket was closed (Tkt no:[protected]). I wondered how they can close a ticket without even attending to it. I wanted to escalate the same, for which the Executive said they will look in to this and assigned a fresh ticket (tkt no. [protected]). I thought now atleast they would rectify the problem but my turmoil continued as I keep on calling Umar Enterprises and Customercare team one day or other and the response was they will attend in 1 or 2 days. Still the problem is not yet resolved.
I had spoken to Umar Enterprise Manager, Ms.Muthuselvi as suggested by Customer care team She assure the problem will be solved the next day as spare availability was the problem but yet the problem is not resolved.
This all happening after being regularly renewing AMC with Umar Enterprises for the past 3 years...I don't know what to do except registering a complaint with Consumer court since I had waited almost 21-22 days. I am losing trust with IFB brand owing to this worst experience. Hope someone from IFB will take necessary action, before i move to consumer court.
Please instruct your Service partners to address customer concern on priority as it will directly impact on your brand 9IFB) rather than them.

Updated by Ashok Prabhu Kalaiselvan Yes. The issue was resolved now by replacing the spare part, after I made a personal visit to your Service Partner's place. Hope you would henceforth improve the service by taking the Complaints seriously and issue strict instructions to your Service Partners, to resolve the Customer complaints on priority basis to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to Customers like us who believed on IFB brand and bought the product.
